Yes, I had undergone circumcision quite some time back. The experience was slightly painful but not very painful. Few things about myself.

I tried to take ayurvedic pill which was discussed few FRs before but it did nothing. On other hand, Durex extra time did some help but not much.

I recommend that you consult a urologist who specializes in men's sexual health before you start any real testosterone treatment. There are adverse side effects of which you should be aware prior to starting. Depending on the form selected, the cost can range from trivial (at home injections) to outrageous (daily gel).
Are you using boner pills? That is a much cheaper solution and it may be needed even if you take testosterone.

Can someone please help?Please consult a Skin Specialist Doctor. Self Treatment could lead to more disaster. No need for any shyness, be prepared to show your dick to a doctor. Avoid using soap at this stage, just use plain water. Soap could make things more worse.
I have a slight problem where my penis is curved downwards to a significant degree.
This causes few issues for sex. I can penetrate easily but staying hard for long is a problem (My guess is this is mainly because -) only the bottom part of my penis gets a sensation once inside, and the main upper area doesn't get much contact, so I lose the erection within 3-4 mnts.

Can anyone recommend any large size condom brands in India and where to get them online. There are a few listed in amazon but very expensive like 1200 bucks for a pack of three. May be foreign brand. K.I searched online after I saw your post. It seems this is not a 100% established thing. This is based on a limited study survey and they are still doing research to find any correlations. One good thing about having trimmed pubes, especially in wg is you can spot STDs more easily which you might otherwise miss with thick bushes. In fact I'll go a step further and say that anyone who's been mongering in spas or SG for few years have had or has one STD or another. It did hurt at times during the session and he had to inject some medicines and make it numb. Didn't feel much pain and took antibiotic and pain killer for a day and it was sorted but one or two bumps again started appearing which I burnt myself using the acid that the doctor provided and he told me to monitor and burn as soon as you spot another spot.

I have been vaccinated for HPV by buying Gardasil from pharm easy in India. This is also fairly common in India for gynecologist to give HPV vaccine to women even as old as 55 years of age.

1. I would suggest to meet an Andrologist and Urologist. Andrologist would try to ascertain whether PE is psychological and or physiological. Based on his / her diagnosis, the doctor will refer to a sexologist, if needed.
2. Regarding Phimosis, again, Andrologist or Urologist would try to understand whether you need circumcision or frenuloplasty based on the extent to which prepuce can be retracted. Have you tried applying tropical corticosteroid like Hydrocortisone?
3. I would suggest a physical examination and consultation than an online consultation.

About phimosis, you can either stretch your foreskin in the shower (hold the tip of your foreskin, pull it till you can feel some slight discomfort and hold it for 30 seconds. Do the same for rest of the tips of the foreskin as well. This is a slow process but works (it worked for me). Otherwise frenuloplasty if the best method. You will recover in one month.

I have seen quite a few posts regarding some of the fellow mongers worried about STD specially HIV. Some have gone paranoid and lost sleep about it and some went on Prep after a risky encounter. This actually inspired me to write this post. I felt I need to write about how Risky is to get STD in mongering based on my long mongering experience. I am an Indian origin man in mid forty's with 20+ years of mongering experience in India, USA and Mexico. My total encounters may be around 300 as of today. If I have to classify the encounters based on the risk, this is how it is -.
1. Around 40 (GB Road. Delhi, Budhwar Peth. Pune).
2. Around 20 (WG in India).
3. Around 150 (WG in USA / Mexico).
4. Around 70-80 (SB in USA).
5. Around 10-12 (Dating, Casual Encounters with non pro).
Out of these encounters, around 50 were when no protection was used. Until 2018 I had only 4 unprotected encounters (1 with WG in USA, 2 with non pro in USA and 1 with a non pro Indian girl). But these 4 encounters really made me paranoid at times and whenever I was sick I got sleepless nights thinking I caught HIV from any of those 4 unprotected encounters. I did not get tested due to fear and social stigma associated with it. After 2018 I found out SB world and slowly got into more unprotected sex. I got involved into so much that protected sex became unattractive for me.
At times few SB's asked me to get tested and shows the results before they do anything with me but I kept avoiding due to fear. First time in 2019 I got fully tested for STD when a SB forced me to have the testing done. I still remember next 3-4 days after the test were pure horror for me while waiting for results. I was worried that with so much of risky behavior I definately would have caught something. When the result came back I was really surprised to see everything clean except the HSV1. Doctor told me that 70-80% (95% of adults) of global population has HSV1 so its nothing to worry. HSV1 also spread thru sharing drinks and food. By the time I had my first STD test in 2019, my total unprotected encounters were around 15 or so. That actually encouraged me to get more into this unprotected habit.
First time when I got one STD was when a working massage girl rode over me without condom in USA. It was hardly for a minute or so. But I had burning feeling in penis after 3-4 days. I think I got either chlamydia or some sort of UTI thru that encounter. I did not get tested but got into the antibiotic treatment for chlamydia. After a week or so I was fine. I had done a full STD test again after 3-4 months and it was all clear. This was the only time so far when I got a STD in my mongering career. I have continued my habit of going for unprotected sex so far but also adopted the habit of getting tested for STD after every few months. Few points I want to tell to my fellow monger friends based on my experience -.
1. It is extremely hard for a hetrosexual man to catch HIV. Its because of Anatomy. Once I met a HIV positive women at a testing center in USA. I got into conversation with her while waiting to get tested. She told me that she had unprotected sex with her husband hundreds of times before she found out that she is HIV positive. Her husband is still HIV negative. She told me that women can not transfer HIV to man based her experience and also mentioned that she had met 20+ more HIV+ woman and they also share the same story.
2. Most common STD you can get thru risky sex is chlamydia but it is treatable with one week of antibiotics.
3. STD is not the only risk of unprotected sex. Pregnancy is another. I had one pregnancy scare last year when one of the SB I saw got pregnant. I had gone thru vasectomy to avoid it in future.
4. Most risky sex in terms of HIV exposure is for a gay men (anal sex) at receiving end. Statistically HIV is more common in homosexual men. Homosexuals are also at most risk because they are in smaller population in the society (small group of people) therefore more likely to get an encounter with hiv+ man compared to hetrosexual people (Larger pool of people).
5. One of the reason I am more into unprotected sex is because of my age. I am in mid 40's and I feel that I should enjoy most now since It may be few more years now before I die or become too old for mongering. LOL. If I were young like in 20's or 30's then I might have played safer.
Going on Prep if a condom broke is insane in my opinion also getting paranoid is no solution. Getting tested regularly is important if you are active into unprotected sex.

1. Unprotected sex should never be practised unless you are 100% aware of the other person's health status. Period. Doesn't matter what statistics say.
2. If you feel you have been exposed to HIV always go for PEP within first 72 hours of getting exposed. Again doesn't matter what statistics says. It's true that getting HIV even after vaginal sex with a HIV+ patient is very low, but you don't know when bad luck will knock your door. So always practice safe sex.
Consider this situation. You get infected by a sti like gonorrhoea or chlamydia and don't get any symptoms. Yes it's true. Just like herpes you can have gonorrhoea and chlamydia and yet don't have any symptoms. Now you pass that to your wife or girlfriend unknowingly and they get infected and have symptoms. On investigation it will come back to you who infected her. Think about the consequences. So better practice safe sex than being sorry later.

There's a very low possibility of getting sti this way. However for anyone active in this lifestyle it's recommended to have a full std panel check once a year irrespective of whether you have any symptoms or not. You can skip herpes test incase you don't have any symptoms as if you get herpes you won't be able to do anything about it. You have to live with it. So if you don't have any symptoms it will just add stress to your life. However for other stds like gonorrhoea, chlamydia it's better to catch early incase you don't have any symptoms. At the end as long as this particular incident is considered I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Gracias!Thanks for the question. I have taken the HPV vaccine. As a male below 45, specially in mongering, best to take 2-3 doses.
There are two easy options.
Gardasil 4 or plain Gardasil. It comes around 3 k-3.25 K per shot so 3 shots will give your 10 K. This has protection against most common pathogenic HPV strains.
Of course Gardasil 9 is better but it is expensive 10 K per shot.
The standard course for 3 shots are 0- 1 to 2 months. Then 6 months.
I personally think it's a good protection for both the brothers and the birds.

If you are vary particular, you can do two-three tests spread apart by a few days. That way you get an idea about average T-levels. Every individual is different and your levels can vary. The age thing is just a general heuristic. I am about your age range. I got my T-levels measured just out of curiosity because lately I have been smoking a lot. I always felt I had good T-levels because of fast facial hair growth, muscle development, high sex drive etc. And turns out my t-levels are indeed high as I assumed. Also get your estrogen levels checked. I didn't but I have to. Estrogen is as important as test is. Too high or too low is not good. Both should cost you around 500 to 1 k max.

Is this wipes and delay cream and spays good? Are they useable for long time and for every encounter?

Do practise with masterb like holding and delay the process. Practise daily so that maybe you can increase the time.
Other tip is before going for deed do masterb and go. This will give time as second time it will take time to release.

I need advise on the report I received for Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Test.
Apparently there are 2 Tests, I. E. IgG and IgM.
HSV IgG 2.57 (Reactive) - Doctor says it is an Old Infection that has built Antibodies, these are basically the antibodies, do I have to do anything here?
HSV IgM 0.31 (Non Reactive) No New Infection.
I have never got any blisters or any symptoms of Herpes, is this going to affect me? Is it safe to have Sex, will it get transmitted?
Anyone else got similar test results?

You must take PEP within 72 hours from exposure. TLD is one of the modern PEP medicines and is to be taken a single pill per day for 28 days. Cost is around 4000 but you may get it with Rs. 2000 having 50% discount. Viropil is the brand name. Google says it is about 80% effective but in reality, for sexual expisure, it is 100% effective if you don't miss any single dose. Try to take the medicine at the same time every day for 28 days. But one hour variation is okay. For professinal exposure it is more than 90% effective if you taje it properly.
If you took it within 72 hours, you are fully safe. TLD does not have any setious side effects. PEP is available at the emergency Department of any big government hospital at free of cost.
Planning to meet this kat, however, I observed some pimples near her p*why lips. Is it normal? Otherwise, she looks healthy. She is a mom also. Would be grateful if any medico pro can guide.

Only if they are hygienic, shaved without smell, rashes etc. After the act I have been careful to use mouthwash Listerine etc. Nowadays I am worried about hiv risk and take inputs of fellow mongers who are into DATY. I have tried many ayurvedic medicines earlier not knowing what they are capable of. Had got too obsessed but later I came to know that nothing was required. They did more harm than good as none of them were tailored to my needs.
During childhood, I have seen scores of ads in newspapers claiming 'cure' for 'gupt rogs' All died with time (P. S. I still see Japani Oil in stores, only survivor LOL). So, it's an earnest advice to not intake anything without a proper prescription. Once in a while, MAYBE, okay.
A proper MBBS, or MD (Psychiatry or Andrology) for Allopathy and BAMS for Ayurveda should do.

White secretion indicates an infection.
I would strongly suggest to consult a Urologist.
Apart from STD Panel at Lalpath, take Urine Culture and Sensitivity. Based on the sensitivity and culture growth, doctor will prescribe an Antibiotic.
