Hola fellow mongers. New guy here. I have RTFF for some time now, but will soon be in a position to contribute as well. This fall I intend to spend a month or more south of the US, most likely in a Spanish immersion class whilst partaking of the local culture (heh). What I am looking for is a place where the cost of living is low(ish), the monger scene is prolific and the amateur scene is fair to good and good diving water is not too far away. The only class available is in Panama City, so a couple quick questions for those who know the area:

- From what I understand, the cost of living in Panama is about medium for Central America, the monger scene is very good and the amateur scene is bad to non-existent. Is this about right?

- What, in your opinion, would make you recommend Panama City over Costa Rica, given that I will have about a month to explore?

- Are there any good diving spots near P-City?

first of all, you got the dollar as the regular currency.
second COLOMBIANAS

as for diving spots, I know you can find very good spots within an hour of travel from the city. I have a friend who has an advanced certification?(dont recall the actual argot) and his current dive buddy is a dive master. PM if interested and Ill put you in contact with them

Thanks G-Man. I will PM when I have my account paid for. It may take a bit to send the cash to Jackson. I'm not a fan of leaving an e-trail for others to follow.

If you want to combine diving and mongering, Panama is one of the better options. As someone else said, decent diving is an hour and half away from Panama city. Very good diving is 2 to three hours. If you are there for a month that should not matter.

CR: Also has diving and mongering (obviously) but Diving is 4-5 hours away from San Jose. I personally prefer Colombianas in Panama over Costarican chicas. However, you are more likely to find a Costarican chica in San Jose that would go with you for a few days and hangout on the beach. That is less likely to happen with a Colombian who is in Panama for "business"

DR: If you are into dark skin, DR is a very good option to combine diving and mongering.

Curacao: Obviously fantastic diving along with Colombianas at Campo. General mongering consensus is that Panama city has better looking Colombianas than the 100 or so you will find at Campo. IMHO, just the numbers and the variety of venus offer better mongering opportunity in PC.

Aruba: Similar options as in Curacao. The choices are even less with the shutting down of the refinery.

SXM: One of my favorite mongering destinations and hard to beat if you want to combine diving and mongering in Latin american world (from mongering perspective). Amateur scene is non-existent (...but I am not an expert in that as I have zero interest in amateurs)

Colombia: The source...the mother land of all the latino pleasure world does not have the most accessible diving but it is not non-existent. The most well known dive sites in Colombia are quite a ways away in places like Gorgona, Malpelo, San Andres and Providencia islands. But if you have a month, may be you can do both :-)

After re-reading my post below it occurred to me that I might have come across a bit over the top and opinionated. Too late to edit, but just so you know that was not the intent and please correct if there is any misinformation.

I am not an expert by any means and there are hundreds of others who are. For what it's worth, I have been to all the afore mentioned destinations except Colombia.

Can't blame you for giving me your opinion...after all, I asked for it :)
A couple of questions...what exactly is SXM, I'm drawing a blank on that one.
Of all the places below, minus Columbia of course, what one had the cheapest cost of living (rent, food, transport, etc) or are they all more or less the same or close to it?

Actually out of Santa Marta, Colombia, there is some decent diving to be found: For those that do not know, Taganga is about 10 minutes from Santa Marta.

Hope all is well with you my friend, and I hope our paths cross in the near future! Take care! :)

DIVING FOR THOSE THAT LIKE THIS ACTIVITY:

* Punta Venado: 5 minutes from Taganga. Here you can do incredible shallow dives and see the Gorgóneas which is veritable submarine garden in just few meters of water. There is also an interesting underwater cliff which drops to 20 meters. This is one of the best sites for a spectacular night dive.

* Granate: This is the first bay you find in the Tayrona National Park, about 20 minutes from Taganga.

* Casa Camargo: Some 25 minutes from Taganga by launcha. Here you will find an underwater cliff and lots of pretty exotic looking coral. You can also dive here at night.

* El Salidero: In this area you will be able to see alot of barracudas, fauna, a and coral gardens. It is pretty awesome to see.

* El Torin: In this area it is super clear and it is filled with corals and many exotic looking fish.

* El Palo: This area to dive in is pretty cool as you it is filled with underwater caves.

* Punta Aguja: Diving here you will see alot of lobsters and eals. It is really cool.

* Wreck "El barco hundido": This is about 40 minutes from Taganga. There is sunken cargo ship lying on the bottom of the ocean, and it is totally covered with oysters, clams and coral. The ship sunk I guess about 14 years ago. There is also a hole in the ship that allows you to swim and see the engine room.

SXM is St. Maarten, the dutch side. SXM is the airport code. IMHO, Hands down, best mongering destination in the Caribbean.

Cost of living is more expensive in SXM compared to DR, CR, Curacao or even Aruba, especially hotels are more expensive.

Short time (ST) SXM, CUR and Aruba are the best values at 40 to 50 USD for 30 minutes. LT in SXM is true overnight and can run up to 300 USD. LT is less expensive in CR and DR but is less organized. In Panama, ST is bit more pricey and LT is the same price.

I can't figure where you got that idea.

As a middle-aged overweight guy I scored way beyond my means (i.e., age, hotness), typically using internet dating sites.

Granted, you may not score the hottest chicks from the top of the socioeconomic ranks in the city (read: white), but you should do very well with a little effort. If you got game, can speak the idioma, and like the morenas, you can score as many amateurs as you want.

Anyone have any tips for semi-pro, non-pro scene in PTY?

Well other than "go to regular bars".

Has anyone stayed at this hotel and can give me their personal assessment/comparison with similarly priced hotels? From what I can find online, this one seems to be rated better than other ones in the Cangrejo district. I'd appreciate any info.

Hi Gents,

Just wanted to let you know that you can indeed purchase V or C from the pharma on via Espana with no script. But dayum they are expensive compared to other countries!

1 tab original Cial = 17 bucks!

2 tab generic cial = 32 bucks!

Steep prices :( I didn't ask about V though...could be a little cheaper.

Thanks,

BG

Free here,

Danny the scene in Habanos and Veneto will always be "happening", it is just a matter of HOW happening. Honestly you have to go DAY BY DAY with both the Veneto and Habanos. Immigration is really going hard these days so ONE day it could be GREAT, and the next day DEAD. Really the only thing I can say it go and try your luck. I was at Habanos last Saturday and all was well, BUT that could change tonight, tomm, the next day. Im sure you get my point.

That being said, all it takes is one or TWO chicas..lol. So I am sure you will find someone that fits your needs. Try to go to Habanos on the earlier side, about 1030pm, thus to avoid a possible later raid (IF it happens).

Greetings everyone! I live here in Panama and visit the Veneto often. What I have found is that there is no consistancy in regards to letting the Colombiana's in the door. Some days, they turn them all away even if they are with a guy. Other days they let them in. The normally fat, and oftentimes homely Panamanian women are let in with no problem. I guess if the women is pretty it is assumed they are an import and not let in. Also, on Friday and Saturday nights, the place is full of Panamanian's playing big shot with their homely girlfriends / wives. The Panamanian women HATE Colombiana's with a passion. Thus on weekend's the Colombiana's are not usually welcome. I have also noticed that they will let in the Colombiana's later at night, when most of.

The Panamanian families have left. This occurs around midnight or a bit later.

For about the last year or so, the Veneto has been going downhill in regards.

To the number of girls in the place. I feel they really don't want them there.

I know that is stupid as it reduces business from the Gringo's, but as a whole,

Most Panamanian's are not that bright and really do not know how to run a successfull business. I am thinking about Panama some time in the near future, what is it like now?

Thanks for the info! I may do a quick 3 day visit Memorial day weekend! So have you checked out Le Palace, or any other high end place? What are the prices like in the Veneto and Habanos?Went to LePalace for couple of hours. Sat down and waiter asks for drink I say beer and he gets me one and dosen't ask for money. So I figure I can't get out of here cheap. Had several chicas come buy and ask to buy you a drink and take out. $150 to the house and $300 to the chica for take out on first chica and second was $135 to the house and $250 for chica. Got digits for the third chicas and then paid my tab (1 beer $8. 50) Taxi want $12 so I finally walked to HABANOS, which was almost empty earlier, now going strong. Met a colombiana from small town near Bogta. We agree on $150 for 2 hours and fought off offers from taxis out front and walked up the road to a nice returant (Bireut) and got a taxi for $2. Got to the room with Tati (we had been together for 1 hour in the bar and in taxi) AND SHE WANTS MONEY UPFRONT. I say no I will pay after. She says not possible and VAMOS she gone. She didn't agrue or ask for taxi money. I always go the elevator and use my key so they can get downstairs. But since she left so quick I fugue she can take care of herself. Downstairs to the VENETO casino and many chicas to chose from. Nice live band playing. Took a calena back for $100. I loved staying at the VENETO. she was quite vocal and spirited. She seemed amazed at the high prices she was getting in Panama compared to Cali. The next morning I went to pool on the 7th floor and noticed a chica looking. Went over to her and started talking. She was from Armenia and within a few minutes we were back at the room. Afterwards she need minutes for her phone, so I got her some and we ate lunch.
Then to the pharmacy and back to room for more fun. She was 25 anos and we became Facebook friends and she has regular job in Armenia as she shows me pics. After staying for 4 hours I gave taxi money $40.

Be firm and tell him HABANOS. HABANOS chicas will ask for $150 and Le palacE chicas will ask for $150 to the club and $250 to $300 for the chica for 2 hours!

I have heard both start at $150 and can be talked down to $100 with a little negotiating and smile.

Also, should be no surprise that the clubs like Elite and le Palace, etc. Give the drivers up to $20 or more for each person they drop off. Por eso they say habanos is no good.

Something cheap but clean and Chica friendly?Hotel Milano ($55) , Vegas Suites ($65) , Torres de Alba ($65) , and of course watch for Wyndham deals at the Veneto, the best for as little as $126 / night. All near each other on or around Via Veneto in El congrejo. Manolos is an excellent place to eat, and if you prefer fast food there is a fast food court right next to the Veneto. Istmus Pub is nearby and excellent as well, and the Ceviche at the casino bar in Veneto at $5 is a bargain. Got to eat too.

Next to the Veneto casino is the Oasis masaje place. You go down some stairs at a mall and it is well marked. Inside there is a bored cashier and I found 4 girls. They stood to attention in a line. They all looked okay to me so I paid the $85 for an hour. Talked to each one briefly. There was no time pressure I could probably have talked more, but what is the point. They are all together, all standing. I picked the one with the pretiest smile. Thin, short, cute, no boobs, bikini, flat stomach. We went back to an airconditioned room with a bed, she changed the sheets, plenty of towels, with bathroom. If a german FKK club is a 9 and an el centro casa in Medellin is a 1 (dump) , this was about a 3. 5. Clean but no charm.

Service was not really worth $85. No kissing on the mouth. Covered everything But she was fun to talk to and had the tightest pussy I have encountered in years, so I climaxed spectacularly. Fun time for me, but it was a surprise.

Across the street from the Roma Hotel and about 1/2 block in the direction of the sea is the Hawaii Center massage place. Went in, there is a small bar with 2 guys drinking, and about 6 girls. Looked better than the Oasis girls, more alive too. $80 for an hour. Perhaps will try this tomorrow. Recommended by a street hustler named Ricardo whose other information was good.

I was there several years ago in December. I basically concur with GauntMan. However, I had what was probably a one-time experience. I was hanging around one night at a popular bar that may have been called the Wreck Bar or something similar. This young Boca fellow approached me and said there were two Colombians girls who were there and wanted to meet me. Wink-wink. As it turns out they were cousins. I ended up taking the younger one who was about 21 or so for $40 for ST. Quite the deal! I think her cousin hooked up as well. At the time, I was somewhat puzzled how they got on the island as she said they were on their way to PTY from Colombia.

Beyond that, the local girls appeared a bit unfriendly though if you stayed longer than a few days and had some game, you might be able to hook up. Still, I would have to call it a long-shot.

If your layover is in the pm, you can go to Golden Time and get a real hottie for $84 for 1hr, $65 for 1/2. Make sure to have taxi drop you at Popeye's in El Dorado and then walk to Golden Time (in same shopping center). This will save $20 taxi ad on.

If you arrive in the am, you can try Oasis http://www.oasispanama.com/. They have a lunchtime special $50 for 1hr 12noon-2:30pm. There are also two massage places behind Mrs. Mendozas Mexican Restaurant on Via Argentina that are reasonably priced. Afternoon after 3pm or so there may be a girl or two at Manolos diner across from the Veneto. Since you won't have a room, you can take them to a push-button (low cost hourly hotel) taxi drivers will know where they are. You can also try to set something up off of mundo annuncio http://www.mundoanuncio.com.pa/eroticos-servicios-sexuales-cat-10019knn And use the push button.

To kill a little extra time, you can hit the casinos- in the daytime I'd recommend the Fiesta or Majestic. There are also some great restuarants whether you're in for lunch or dinner.

Cab from the airport is about $25.

If you arrive in the am, you can try Oasis.

Great location right next to the Veneto Hotel. You can also try Las Vegas suites- right near the Veneto as well. Advantages to using these two places is that you can walk back with a girl from the Veneto as opposed to having to get a cab.

Hi,

I am looking for a good bar or club to find non Pro's or locals in Panama City.

I usually stay at the Veneto Hotel and as you all may know, it is a good place to find a good selection of working girls, but I am looking for some non pro's.

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

I am planning a bachelor party for Panama, flights are already booked from March 15- 18th 2012. We range from 25 to 30 years old. We've heard mixed reviews from many people on what to do and where to go but it seems like there are plenty of options.

1. What city / area should we stay in? We want to get a house / villa that can fit 12-13 people.

2. What are some recommended clubs / bars / strip clubs?

We would like someting near the beach and we want to be near the party life but we don't want to be far from the "adult entertainment" and we want to be safe. Any suggestions on towns / cities / hotels / lodging would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks to all and happy holidays.

Thanks to all and happy holidays. You should definitely stay in or very near to Panama City to be around the adult-entertainment, nightlife, casinos and nicer restaurants. Unfortunately combining beach and available female company is a little tricky. I would recommend spending the first few nights in the city and then do a few nights at one of the Pacific Beach resorts, while in the city get as many phone numbers of girls as you can with the idea of inviting a bunch to go to the beach with you or to visit your group out there. If you guys are young and fun you may not have a difficult time putting that together. One big hint is that Le Palace, one of the places with the hottest girls is closed on Sun, if you can make arrangments with some of the girls from there to come out for a Sunday day and night party, that might work out well.

Not sure of any houses that would accomodate your group and in Panama it's much better to be close to the action, I'd recommend either Veneto Hotel or Torres De Alba next door if you were looking for a hotel. Not sure on houses or villas that would accomadate your group, maybe someone else on the site will have that info.

For finding company, best bets are Veneto, Ache and Habanos for independents and Golden Time and Le Palace for contracted girls (Le Palace is super expensive, best move is to get a phone number and have them meet you before or after work). There are a bunch of lower end places listed on a recent thread somewhere on this site if those are of interest to you.

I was there 2 years ago, party of 5 single guys on a sportfuckfest. I stayed here: www.panamavacationquarters.com Located in Panama City, American owned an operated, chica friendly. Upside: Located in a VERY quiet, secluded area, refurbished USA Army Officer's quarters building in the "quarry heights" area right at the base of that large hill with the gigantic Panamanian flag on the summit. This place is on the access road to the summit, good drive up for views as a side trip. Has several condo like apartments to party in. Affordable if costs split with your group, even less per night for a hotel room. Spacious, multi-bedroom, extra shitters, try for the 4 BR if available. Downside: Need a taxi to go anywhere. Most atrractions 10-20 minutes away by taxi depending on traffic. Easy to find from anyplace in town. Just point to the mountain with the flag and tell the drive to go there. Impossible to miss from any vantage point in the city. Just bring, or have delivered by taxi, all your smoking hot Colombian chicas to your pad. Grab a bunch of their business cards at the office with their address to help the chicas find you, assuming you want that. GREAT place for a B-party and nobody will fuck with you there. If I ever go back, this is where I'm staying. Peace.

ThanksVery Nice and Hip hotel, Pics of naked chicks in the Hotel rooms. I always liked that.

$25-$50 guest fee to bring a girl upstairs. They started doing that about 2 years ago. Real bummer as It was my favorite hotel for a while.

If your looking on line for a reasonable hotel in Panama city, and come across hotel Bahia Suites, do not bother. $73 dollars a night. First day they can not get the key card to work in the door. And everytime I come in the hotel they just want to let me in my room and not fix the problem. When I complain about the key, I am told only a supervisor can fix the problem. But they have replaced my key 3 times. So that problem took all day. The next day the elevador did not work. And of course this being Panama the hotel is only built with one elevador. That does not get fixed quickly. But bring a hot chick to your room. Oh yeah. They can move quickly to ruin your moment. Calling the room to stated I owe more money. I told them no problem, I will pay. But agreeing with them is not enough. They send some half ass retard to pound on my door. I am 2 balls deep in this hot Colombiana. I told him wait 30 minutes and I will go pay. Were the fuck else am I going. There is only one way in and out of the hotel.

Also the roof top pool is really small. Not worth the price or effort.

I think it is time to find a new country to go mongering.

MikeDon't know about the other stuff, but you can get the generic of Ambien (Stilnox) from any of the bigger pharmacies. There are plenty pharmacies around, but you will need a prescription. You can usually just go to a clinic and they will write you one up. Cost should be about $1. 85 per pill.

Saw the discussion on Hotels and thought I'd add a hotel I've stayed at frequently during my 3-4 years frequent work in P. City. http://www.hotelmilan.com.pa/ The Milan is about 200 meters from the Veneto hotel, chica friendly (if you keep low profile) , small breakfast place and basic room service (closed Sunday). It's between 60-75 a night and for cash there is a discount. Rooms clean and basic, parking garage, most rooms have wireless, quiet and private place.

Thanks! For a first timer, Veneto is probably the best option as far as hotel. You should be able to get an internet rate of about $100 or so per night. If you're looking for something more economical the Las Vegas Suites across the street will suffice, but there aren't too many amenities. Torres de Alba is another good option. All of these are located pretty much in the center of the action.

The main higher end strip clubs are Le Palace, Elite, Club Miami. On the lower side near Casco Viejo is Bocatereno- not sure if La Mayor is back open or not.

Agencies will simply tack a fee on to girls you would likely meet anyway in Veneto or Habanos, where there are plenty of freelancers.

I'm not familiar with any recent maps of the various venues but everything is pretty close and taxis care cheap. Taxis may try to overcharge you and some will even tell you Habanos is closed etc, because they want to take you to Le Palace or somewhere else they will get a commission from. Fare should also never be more than $2 as long as you are in that area.

http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/17/travel/panama-city-luxury/index.html?hpt=tr_c2Yeah, but Panamá was never a separate Spanish colony. It was part of Colombia and never a separate anything until Teddy Roosevelt decided to steal it from Colombia. That is why even though it is now geographically considered part of Central America, historically it is not. Prior to independence from Spain, it was never part of the same viceroyalties as the other current Central American countries; first it was in the Viceroyalty of Perú and then in the newly created Viceroyalty of New Granada in the 18th century. Following independence from Spain, it had no political association with the countries that formed the short-lived Central American Republic. So historically Panamá is part of South America, not part of Central America. The Panamanian constitution was written, and a flag was designed, in a hotel in New York City by some French asshole. The flag design was rejected but not the constitution. The country was in the US's pocket for a long time after; the CIA built a huge complex there to train mercenaries.

Also a thread about cheap living that quotes those type of hotel prices might leave a bit to be desired.

Also a thread about cheap living that quotes those type of hotel prices might leave a bit to be desired. The article was about cheap living in a "major city". I think it was also intended for a well-heeled audience and was saying that upscale things in Panama City are a good value. Waldorf-Astoria for $159 per night is cheap compared to New York where it starts at $329.

I am staying in a high end resort hotel which is not going to be chica friendly (even if it is I can't bring her back as colleagues may frown upon it). Are there any places open late that have an incall atmosphere. I am busy all day. Like a strip club or massage parlor that has facilities on scene that I can use fr small amount of time. If there really is not much and I have to rent a separate hotel I will and one that has girls on site (like del Rey in Costa Rica) that would be great. I'm not sure where the "downtown Marriott" is. Are you referring to the one across the street from Habano's? The collective wisdom of the board says that hotel is NOT girl-friendly, which seems a real shame, since it is so close to Habano's!

Hey guys,

I am passing thru Panama on a connecting flight. I only have 55 minutes between the connection, and am concerned about not making it. It is later in the evening. About 9 pm. Just trying to figure out my options if I miss it, not the end of the world if I need a connecting flight in the am. How easy is it to go into the active part of the city, near the Venato, etc. Get a hotel room at a moments notice and have some fun. Will it be ridiculously expensive or very complicated? Thanks for your assistance.

PTY is a compact airport so it's not like you'll be taking a train from one terminal to another, so that makes your connection more likely to be made. But if not, unless it is a holiday or something, a hotel won't be a problem. Hotel Continental was $55 on Kayak and the Veneto is cheap now too, I think $70. If you miss the connection, get on line and book a room before you leave the terminal. Tower House Suites is another choice near the action. Book a room, take a cab into the city for $31 (a rip off), go to Habanos or Veneto or one of the places in El Cangrejo. Should be a piece of cake. You'd be in town and cleaned up in an hour and fifteen and you should be able to find pussy within 45 minutes after that. Figure on popping the first nut right around midnight.

I am staying at Veneto as I have several times before. My bathroom door has a faulty lock. If someone closes the bathroom door from the outside
it cannot be opened. I called hotel maintenence and they unlocked it. The following day the maid closed the bathroom door. Needless to say, when I returned to the room I had the same problem again. I demanded a new bathroom door knob and they replaced it. Maintenence went down the hall and switched my defective lock with another, only moving the problem down the hall. When I returned later that evening the new occupant of that room was trying to explain with minimal spanish to housekeeping about the problem.

The only other problem with staying at Veneto is its reputation. If you meet regular nonworking chicas, once you tell them where you are staying you have identified yourself as a monger.

When I returned later that evening the new occupant of that room was trying to explain with minimal spanish to housekeeping about the problem.

The only other problem with staying at Veneto is its reputation. If you meet regular nonworking chicas, once you tell them where you are staying you have identified yourself as a monger. Thanks for telling this important information about the faulty lock on your bathroom door. And also about the reputation problem at the Veneto.

I will suggest that there is another small problem that should be mentioned, as well.

Starting last night, the Veneto has started to charge a chica fee of $50! They have someone posted at the elevators, who will send the couple down to the front desk!

Can someone else confirm this? Is this a new policy or some scam someone at the elevator tried to run?It is very much their new policy, however the bright side might be that perhaps it will be so unpopular that it might not last too long?

Here is how it worked last night: There was a hotel security guy at the elevators by the casino, and also a female employee of the hotel there.

They were not especially vigilant the first night, so a chica and I were able to go into the elevator while they were chatting with someone. But last night, it was more strict. The security guy intercepted us, and made us go down the escalator to the front desk (he escorted us down, as well.) I had to fill out a paper with my name and room number and pay the $50. The girl had to provide her I'd to the front desk guy, who then made a photocopy of it. After that, we were given the all clear to proceed to the elevator.

It is still very days of this new policy, but last night there was some chatter about going to an hourly hotel called LOS Arcos for $25. So yeah, the working gals are concerned about how it affect their business. For example, last night, it seemed like there were fewer ladies than usual at Veneto, and more than usual at Habanos, some of whom I recognized from the Veneto.

I think that the $50 chica fee might be deal breaker for me. No me gusta.

Can someone else confirm this? Is this a new policy or some scam someone at the elevator tried to run?I believe this started last night. The girl explained to me that she had to show I'd at front desk first. When we got to front desk they tried to present a form for me to sign agreeing to a $50 room charge. I refused and spoke to management about this not being acceptable and I will not be returning for future vacations. The girl started to cry and created a scene and they all made me out to be the bad guy!

However, if you bring in a girl from outside, walk straight to the elevators on the ground floor and go up to your room. Do not go up the escalator to the casino floor as this is where the security force is ready to pounce.

Of course this could change as soon as they figure it out. Until they do, I will be sneaking them in from Habanos and elsewhere.

I cannot see this policy lasting too long as it will eventually hurt their casino and bar business. The girls feed those slot machines all night long.

I will not stay here again unless this charge is lifted-.

The fifty dollar charge will turn people away. At $150 for the girl + $50 for the fee, you're essentially entering North American prices. No point really.

Keep us posted guys.

Thanks!

A. Veneto has a history of erratic behavior in regards to working girls. Those of you around back in in 2008-2010 may recall they were constantly changing policies.

Be. There is LOS Arcos and the place around the corner from Habanos. The place around the corner from Habanos is $25. I thought LOS Arcos was less but I have not been there in a year. There is also ANOTHER place that is cheaper but I was really fucking smashed and don't remember what it is called.

See. Someone else mentioned having to pay $150 +50 and how that sucks. Well, don't pay $150 for starters. All these girls regularly fuck for $40 or less most of their careers. You really shouldn't pay more than $100 and talking them down to $80 is usually doable.

The. FWIW a buddy of mine has been staying at the Princesa hotel. It is across the street from the Fernandez de Cordoba metro stop. It's also as most a 3 dollar cab ride from Veneto. It's chica friendly and only costs $25 per night.

But anyway, start using this as a reason to start branching out into new places and working on your negotiation skills to get the price down.

Here is a website I have been using. www.wanuncios.com The main page opens up to Spain, but click on Panama to get the local ads.

There are hundreds of ads posted daily all with pics. Most are Colombians and Venezuelians. If you are staying in Veneto or near it, look for the ads that say

Cangrejo area as all are within a 2 or 3 block walk. Many of these apartments have two or more girls in them. Usual asking price is $50 or $60 for an hour. I have not tried to negociate with any of them other than a small discount for two chicas.

I suspect very few speak English but with minimal Spanish you should be able to do okay. Do not overpay and tipping is not needed.

Don't post much here but definitely have gotten invaluable information.

At the Veneto now. Sometimes there's security in front of the elevators and sometimes there isn't. Did see a few people being asked to go downstairs but at the time same many were picking up girls and going right up. I doubt the $50 charge will hold. If it does, you can always rent a car, pick up the chica and go in through the garage and up the elevators.

Went to Bocatorena. Not scary at all. During the day about 30 girls with same amount of guys. Most 2-5/10 but definitely several that would fit right in at Habanos and Veneto. Went back at night and it actually wasn't great. At 1:30 am there were 20 girls but the selection was poor.

Happy hunting.

Yeah, I noticed that the Colombian gals were pretty flexible about accepting $100 or $120, and I'm surprised they don't go much lower (or maybe they do? Since there are so many of them at Habanos and Veneto. They should lower their prices and try to get more clients than what they currently get.

For example! I enjoyed going to La Boca Torena a few times last week! I would go to the fish market in the afternoon for ceviche, and then walk over to La Boca Torena, which seemed totally safe in the daytime. (I don't know about night time there, but suspect it's less safe, especially on the nearby streets around there.) But hey, I thought that place was awesome for $15, it's just too bad it's only 15 minutes. (Although one gal I was with said I could pay more money for more time.) About the overall quality there, well yeah, that is an issue. It's not exactly LE Palace or Habanos. But every time I was there, there were at least a few bangable cuties or hotties, out of 30 or 40 or 50 gals total. I was talking to this one woman there at the bar, she's from Venezuela, and she goes by the name "Samantha". She was so pretty, she looked like she should be at Elite or Habanos. She asks me if I would buy her a can of Miller Lite beer. I was amused to see her get a kickback from the bartender for a couple bucks! (The beer cost me $5.) I thought it was cute that they got a little side hustle going for 2 bucks. And they get $10 per bang. (Hey! Do you think the cute ones there make more than the average Veneto girl?! Could be!) But I digress. Anyway, I just wanted to say I think it's fun there, and such great value that I wanted to tip the girls (and I did.) Recommended. Five Stars (or something like that.).

I believe a lot has been said about La Mayor, next door to La Boca Torena. But I don't remember seeing anything written about the establishment next door to La Boca Torena on the the other side, a place called Interiorana, I think? This looks to be similar to La Boca Torena, meaning a down and dirty joint geared toward locals, where quality is a concern. I just wanted to mention it since it is right next door, and might be worth a look inside. I didn't see anyone appealing inside, but others might on other days and nights.

I'm curious. Is 15 minutes literally, slap on the lubricant and go? How often do you see girls go in and out of the rooms to work? My own taste is to go more toward a session even if it means paying more and these 'local' brothels won't cater to that.

Do you know if the girls at a place like La Boca Torena are registered and tested regularly?

It's all a big hustle in the end.Yes pretty much, and if you want half an hour that's fine, it is just going to cost you $30.

I believe they are tested regularly but I am not 100% sure.

Read this how you will, until you get there!

It's either the 2 in the room total (I. E you plus a joiner) or the 2 who booked in (even if it's only you booking for 2 in the room) plus a joiner.

Sucks because I already pre-pay the rooms, otherwise I would change.

I don't really mind a small up charge for keeping the girls I'd on file, checking her in and out as a safety concern, but this $50.00 is nonsense the hotel only cost $119.00 for 2 night. Maybe they are hurting and because of the lower room prices (I remember paying around $100 + a night last time).

From the hotel on 8th Dec 2014.

Please note that there is an extra charge for any guests over and above the two which you have already booked for in each room.

I hope this information helps.

Cheers.

The latest to the $50.00 registration deal is that the security guards can be bribed by the girl for $25.00 so the girls say, that probably $10.00 for the guard and extra $15.00 for the girl, or that's what they are saying.

Anyone who know any better please post.

Trip report.

Day 1 Panama Layover.

This trip (layover) doesn't seem worth it anymore. I got to Panama at 730 pm and was scheduled to leave at 730 am. I had a room reserved for 2 people at the Veneto. I have an amiga in Panama that is from Barranquilla her husband is a taxi driver and so she sent him to pick me up at the airport. I hear that taxis in Panama can be dangerous as there is and influx of Colombian and Venezuelans that are migrating over. They are sometimes scamming tourist or plain out robbing them. Taxi ride round trip $60 USD.

So I'm at the Veneto. Time to gamble and find 2-3 chicas till its time to depart again. I ended up with 2 different Cali chicas. First one was real nice. Slim pretty face and real horny. She coming on kinda strong. I was at the craps table and doing pretty good while she is trying to chat me up. I finally said hey let me finish rolling then We can discuss pricing. She wanted $150 usd. I laughed. Finally got her down to $100. But what they don't tell you is that there is a doorman at the elevator making sure you pay $50 for every working girl you take to your room. This was BS. SO I told her forget it. She said what if I talk to him and you only give him $20? I said what the hell. Sex was decent. But definitely trying to get me off in 5 min after we agreed 1 HR. I told her to take a down a bit as we still have 50 min left. She did hour sex was great. Got everything except anal. Not my thing.

Next Cali girl was 31 or so. I talked to her while I was eating at the casino. She was complaining that it was such a slow night. I offered $60 usd. She said NO. I told well maybe next trip. On my way to the room I ser her by the escalator. I saw the doorman leave for a min. I motioned her over and said you want to make $60 before you go home tonight? She hopped on the elevator and avoided the door fee. Here are a few pics of the girls at the Veneto. Having trouble uploading pics. Will do so as soon as I can figure it out.

Just take one of the official taxi's. It is 30 bucks. They all know Veneto.Fuck the taxi mafia. Take a shared van for $15. Just ask for a shared ride ("compartido") when you see the taxi stands outside customs. They may act dumb, and if they do, pull out exactly $15 and repeat, "Compartido. " Might take 30-45 minutes longer, though. I always get in early in the day and am not in any particular hurry.

PTY is a very convenient gateway city for flying anywhere in the world. First class mongering, no. Like if those places I mentioned are the major leagues, PTY could be the Triple A farm club. I also don't feel it compares favorably as a city, mongering aside, to other Tier 1 cities in the world where mongering is at least available. Examples might be Praha, Valparaíso, Sydney, Amsterdam, Guadalajara, any major city in Spain, or Hong Kong. I get to PTY about once a year and it's a reliable good time, but I would never want to spend a week there mongering. And if I had to spend a week there not mongering, that would not be my idea of a good time either.

I'll be there again Jan 6 and 7. Maybe see some of you boys at Hábanos.

Your first mistake is going to Habanos. It is the most expensive place in town to pick up a chica and you will get the least connection as they are as purely professional as it gets.

Go to Bocatorena, smash some girls for $15 during the day. Then get on tinder and pick up some prepagos for $40 to come to your room. Later hit the bars where Colombian girls work and will come home after they are done bartending / waitress ect, you will have a higher quality option for way less than Habanos.

I know a lot of people are down on Panama but they just don't branch out enough. They are only going to Habanos and Veneto, where they are paying way too much and dealing with the pros of all pros.

Dude, I go to Hábanos to have one beer. I never pull chicas from there. Sometimes I hang around on the corner and grab one for $40 or $50 as they are going to work. I like Bocatorena and El Cangrejo. It could be one the factors in my opinion about Panam is that I don't like colombianas. I have never even been in Veneto. But there is no way PTY compares with Medelln in quality or quantity, or with Buenos Aires in types of different venues, or with Bangkok in anything.

Plus, like I said, it is a rather generic and boring city, and the weather is terrible. I like to monger where there is good weather.

There are no places there that you can have your pick of 25+ hotties in one building, while there are several in Panama. Yea you can run around the casas and strip clubs all day and pick one, but who wants to do that. Yea there are girls all over the city, but Medellin is for lovers and dreamers. Its perfect for those guys trying to find a GF or wife, but not for those looking to pound P for 4 days straight and go home.

I think if you had some locals to hang out with in Panama, you would have a lot better time. The amount of P that is located within 10 minutes taxi is unreal. Plus ask any of the hottest girls in Panama, they are all from Medellin. The hottest pros have migrated north.

But if you don't like the hot weather or Colombianas, then I guess Panama would be a waste of time.

SO I told her forget it..Yea Veneto is an absolute dump nowadays. Spent 6 days there recently. Will never stay there again.

The doormen are serious. I wrote a report on the Panama City thread about how I dodged them several times.

But if you don't like the hot weather or Colombianas, then I guess Panama would be a waste of time.Yep. That pretty much sums it up. In San José I can walk around without getting all sweaty, and the nicas aren't near as mercenary as the colombianas. But PTY is a good pit stop.

Medellin is overrated. He's right. If you want, you can pick up six chicks and have them run a train sucking on your prick all night while you get a pedicure. I loved Habanos. I don't care if it costs $20-$40 more. I hated the taxis but I loved how convenient everything was. In under 20 minutes I could go from my hotel room and back in bed with two chicas fighting over my dick.

No idea about the hard Colombians folks mention here. The ones I fucked in Panama were pretty friendly. Then again, I always offer them something to eat after, and drinks before to get them settled in and stuff.

I know Colombianas are not the friendliest from first hand experience. Anyone want to compare PTY to Bogota?

My tier 1 is similar to ISG main cities. BKK, SJO, Tijuana, MNL, Lim, BOG. It seems PTY is the second best option.

For Central America behind SJO. PYT is more of a change of pace or a backup plan if they offer dirt cheap flights.

Is what I glean.

They don't waste you time. In my experience they are far more friendly that Panamanians. If you are looking for a girlfriend than go to Medellin and I guarantee you will find what you are looking for. If you are looking to pound some bitches then PTY is the place.

As far as the friendliness of Colombians, it is more based off of your attitude. If your nice, speak some Spanish, and not a dirt bag, they often are the nicest girls in the world. I dated a Colombian non-pro for some time, as well as mongering them in Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, and Mexico. Great girls.

The first two nights were not a problem, but on the third night the front desk clerk wanted to charge me $150 for a guest. That was twice the room charge as I was paying around $70 for the room nightly.

After that I brought visitors through the delivery entrance on the side. I did get caught by security once.

The TRYP is a place to avoid.

I was told today that the Veneto is no longer charging for guests but I have not verified it yet.

Yesterday I got a call from a customer who was staying at the Hotel Veneto. I had no problem going upstairs. I entered the casino. I went to the second floor. The customer picked me up at the elevator in the second floor because in order to go up, we need to enter a key to the elevator. Everything went ok.

Also, I can recommend the Marriott Courtyard and the Hilton in Balboa Ave. Been there with no problem at all.

See, I heard the exact opposite back in November. I wish the hotels in Panama were more consistent.Well, a friend of mine told me about the collection of $ 80. But she told me that at the elevator was supposed to be a person who would not let me go up if the client did not pay the $ 80.00.

I told the client about the 80 dollars, and he asked me to try going up without reporting me at the reception.

In the end, there was no guard at the elevator, so I went up, I spent my time with the client, I left the hotel and the next day the client explained to me that he was charged the 80.00 dollars.

Then they FedEx the passport back to the home country for the next one to try.

SAL is every single person regardless of skin colour or appearance to Canada and to the USA. MGA and SJO a lot less, mainly because they have maybe more vigilant passport control before security.

Just a heads up. This weekend (Thursday thru Saturday) is going to be the America's Summit in the Atlapa convention center. The city will be messed up due to a huge (and IMHO absurd) security perimeter that covers from atlapa all the way to calle uruguay. Many streets are going to be closed either partially or completely depending on the day. I'm attaching the maps for the closed areas, I couldn't find an english version but you should get an idea. Plan accordingly, if you are staying in an hotel in san francisco, call right away to inquire about getting in and out of the area, as san francisco is the inner perimeter.

Greetings fellow mongers.

What is the action like in Bocas Del Toro? I'm considering making a trip there next time I'm in Panama. Are there any hot spots like Habanos?Nothing like Habanos. A lot of people think Bocas is beautiful and a nice quiet vacation spot. I went once for 4 days. It was okay. The water taxis are cool and a couple of the Hotels that are on the islands are really unique. However, I found it kind of a grungy town and other than a couple of bars there is not much night life. Probably if you talked to a few of the cab drivers they may be able to hook you up with a local girl, who will probably be dark skinned but as far as pay for play there is not much. I would not return unless I brought a girl / girlfriend with me.

Also, if you want a nice place to go that is only about 45 minutes from Panama city spend a couple days at Gamboa resort in the middle of the rainforest. Its easy to get to. You can go on the canal and Gatun lake during the day and it is a very pretty resort with an unreal pool area.

A couple times I stayed at Gamboa and at night cabbed it into the city for some fun and brought a girl back for the night from Habanos.

What is the place around the corner from Habonos?

If you read my posts in the PTY forum I have stopped paying at Veneto / Habanos anyway, but having some knowledge of mongering in general in PTY I will point out that:

From my searches (I am excluding love motels and listing mostly for TLN).

No Fee chica friendly hotels.

Hyatt Palace.

Panama Marriott.

Hotels that charge Chica fees.

Venetto - $50.

Toscana Inn- $19.

Hilton Panama- $100?

Aloft Panama?

Sheraton Convention Center Panama ?

Hampton Inn?

Continental Hotel?

Hotel Bristol?

Hard Rock Cafe-100?

Trump?

Would appreciate if folks can update with the right numbers and more hotels.

Would appreciate if folks can update with the right numbers and more hotels. You can add Intercontinental Miramar to your list of No Fee Chica Friendly Hotels. They do check ID, but otherwise welcoming. Nice place, and only a $3 cab ride from Habanos, or 5 - 10 minute walk if your friend doesn't have very high heels.

To reiterate old post, carry your passport and entry pass. I hit a police roadblock two blocks from Habanos on the way and was almost arrested as an illegal immigrant. After 30 minutes waiting on the curb to be hauled to jail, police let me go. My new friend was patient and helpful (she had all her papers and could have left), and waited with me until we took another taxi home. Had to pay for two taxis, but the relief of not spending the night in jail was worth the extra $3 for a second cab.

I'll be back in a few weeks, and will learn from my mistakes.

Bocas del Toro sucks. Hotter than hell. Drugs, especially heroin, quite prevalent. Street hustlers want to sell you dope and if you don't care to purchase, will hassle and threaten you. A lot of Rasta type white kids cluttering up the place. Avoid.

Continental Hotel?

Hotel Bristol?

My experience with the hotels is old, but Bristol did not charge. The receptionist had "hooker radar" and was obnoxious to my date. I was given the choice of registering her (no charge) or having security interview her. The Continental purportedly was not girl friendly, however I did not have a problem bringing back two dates and going straight up the elevators. I cannot recommend the Continental unless you get a high floor because of street noise and poor sound insulation.

I agree with ViajeroGringo, except that I was not asked to register the date I brought back to Miramar Intercontinental.

Reached out to the guy that posted the link below on craigslist. He says this place is literally 50 meters away from habanos and no ID etc. Anyone used this place?. He is asking deposit for the place and I have not seen any thread that talked about this as an option.

http://panama.craigslist.org/vac/5577478838.html

Thanks gents,

KrisI will tell you from a previous loss of mine.

Do not pay anyone like this a "deposit". If this is legit they will have something for you when you arrive and you can pay them when you are at your place to stay and have keys. There was at least one member on this forum cheating other members and he was all over Craigslist also.

Doing the RTFF and trying to stay current ahead of my first trip to PTY. Unlike other forums (read BKK) - I couldn't find one thread dedicated for hotels. Hence trying to start a post so everyone can keep current.

From my searches (I am excluding love motels and listing mostly for TLN).

No Fee chica friendly hotels.

Hyatt Palace..Hello,

I booked the Veneto for three nights this week assuming I could get a chica from the Veneto casino into my room for no charge. Are you saying I have to pay $50 every time I take someone into the room? I'm bummed- I already prepaid for the room.

I'm a noob here, excuse my lack of manners, if any.

Thank you!

Lee.Thank you- Not sure how my experience is going to be in PTY, but will play it by the day. The FKK clubs in Germany have absolutely spoiled me, and after doing some extensive research on PTY, not sure if it is even going to beat my experience in Costa Rica at the Del Ray for value. Will try to report back next week.

I'll be back in a few weeks, and will learn from my mistakes.I have to take back my previous posting. Intercon Miramar has changed their policies and now charges $50 guest fee. I just got back yesterday after a week there. The first night, they tried to charge me and I complained that they didn't previously, and they said it is a new policy, and they would give me a one-time pass. Next day, I changed my reservation to a 2 person room at the same rate. When I came back with girlfriend, desk was busy and we just walked straight up to elevator. Third night I did threesome with friend from previous night and her girlfriend, and just went to short time hotel around corner from Habanos to avoid hassle. It is only $35 for a decent, clean room.

Colombianas at Habanas were pretty easy to talk down to one hundred. Second night I paid 1. 5 but that included drinks, dinner and stroll around Casco Viejo before overnight stay. Real GFE. Third night she introduced me to friend and we had 3 way for 80 each. Catalina has the best smile in Habanos and is really sweet. I miss her already.

But Panama is better imo because there's many more chicas available thus much more variety.

However and importantly, just as Veneto is for rookies and overpayers, so is the Del Rey, so a comparison to the Del Rey is not really appropriate. In general paid sex is more expensive in Panamá than in Costa Rica, but not extremely so.

Okay, This forum was a great source of knowledge for me, I feel compelled to return back something. So here goes my quick report.

Arrived into PTY and checked into the Veneto at 2 PM. Hotel located on a busy street, looked perfectly normal to me with all eateries, little shops etc. Walked into the Casino promptly at 2. 30 after putting the bags in my room and there was nothing. So I walked out to the via Argentina area and there was Mendozas- walk beside it and into the complex's parking lot, the place 'Relax Oriental' was tucked in in the rear. Walked into it and found 4 chicas. The one I chose was a 7 and everyone else 5 or 6. Got into the room and for 60 bucks, the mechanical action was at the least, satisfying after a long journey. Went back into my room and took a nap till 7 PM- then got ready and went into the Casino- the chicas slowly start to trickle in. Compared with DelRey in CR, the quality was amazing. They say 150 but you could get it down to $80, depending on your skills. Of the 6 chicas I had for the next three nights, I paid 100 and it was totally worth it- Did I tell you the quality I chose was at the least 9 out of 10? (Apart from Germany, this is the only place where my jaw dropped).

Take away: #1. People who are worried about paying the guest charge of $42.50- Forget it. Just pay up and have a good time, it is totally worth it. Yes, I was one of you desperately looking to avoiding the guest charge before I started the planning and after my experience, I'm sure you wouldn't care too. I enjoyed the safety, comfort, luxury of my hotel. Plus the chicas like it too. So pay up, just have fun.

#2. Don't bother going to the MPs like Goldentime. I read this is the 'best' and must visit- Yea right. Avoid this place. The Asian looking guy at the entrance and another local fella determined that I was a foreigner and quoted $120. Like a sucker I still went in. And apart from the cute cat walk from all five chicas who are between 6 and 7 out of 10, it is NOT worth it. Rooms were dull, action was mechanical. There were other locals who got in after me and I saw them pay much lesser. I hate establishments charging the gringo prices- please do yourself a favor and get one chica at your hotel instead of taking bothering to make a trip to this place away from the center.

Stay safe, have fun.

Stay safe, have fun.Little more detail about the hotel would be nice. On my visit to Panama last November I stated at the Hyatt. Previous visits I had stayed at the Veneto but had grown disenchanted with it.

On that visit I took a room at the Veneto just to see the condition. I did not spend the night in the room just used it for girls. Wanted to see how the fee thing worked. As in my previous trips there were no fees. By the way I got it for $45.00 a night. I found the room rundown. Only one towel in the bathroom. No telephone thereby no room service. Elevators did not work well. Refrigerator did not work.

Have those conditions changed?

I mean, I stayed there when it was a new property and things were great, including the quality of tutes working the property. Well, nothing remains the same but death and taxes!

Does anyone know if the Marriott across from Habanos is chica friendly. I am a Marriott employee and I can get employee rate there.

Although I am a employee with Marriott I don't want to call the property and ask them? Any information will be appreciated.

Dave.Your question has been answered to many times.

Again, if your girl is not dressed outlandishly there is no problems.

Remember, it is a place where there are many social functions by the locals and the politicos, so especialy on those nights dress code will be harsh, chewing gum like an old ruminating cow does not heightens the appearance.

Enjoy.

Dave.It is across from Habanos and one of the biggest questions I like to ask girls is which hotels don't give problems with girls. Some of the girls don't give many answers though. But I had at least 3 girls say the Marriott doesn't charge. I eat at the restaurant called Beirut at least once or twice per Panama City trip and on the last time a few months ago I seen hooker looking ladies actually walking in by themselves a couple times. They might be allowed to go in the casino and other areas if they spend money. I've only walked in to their casino a couple times, and I didn't recall seeing any obvious working women. But I seen women walk from Habanos in to the Marriott casino. I usually stay at lower price places unless I don't have a choice. Everyone says the Hyatt is good to go, and a not mentioned too much place is Tower House. I've brought ladies there many times, the front desk does not give a damn. But sometimes on the weekends they will play music really loud in their pool area which can be heard throughout the hotel. As most people I hate the damn taxis in Panama and I had no problem convincing the girls to walk from Habanos to the Tower House. A slow high-heel wearing lady will take about 7 minutes to walk to the Tower House.

I was told that the Hotel Riande Granada Urban is GF. I actually stayed there for a few nights, but I booked it with a young Colombian lady that I have known for a couple years. Sure the day crew knows you checked her in with you, but the night shifts and other shifts and other days never said anything. I don't think the hotel would ask anything if you brought a woman in. I was never asked anything when I came in the hotel many times with a young Colombian lady. I bet if you offered the doorman $5 bucks he'd have some girls delivered.

I checked the same girl in to the Veneto for a couple days once, and the security kept pissing me off, the security on several occasions made me walk to the front desk, then the front desk looks you and her up, then they let you pass. I let the front desk at Veneto that I was pissed off about that. The next day the same thing, I was forced to walk with her to the front desk, the front desk guys gave me the sorry-about-that look and let the security guy know we are OK.

I am out on a short trip to Panama next week and I would like to try using airbnb instead of my go to Hyatt place -since the stay is a longer one. I have RTFF and there were mentions about airbnb usage near Casco -but I would really like to get some specific property details from folks that stayed and used airbnb for mongering. If you can PM me the links of those properties that will be great!.

This is my first post here.

Okay. I bit the bullet. I am heading to Panama for this upcoming long 4th of July weekend. I have reads many posts here and have some questions and conclusions which I would like to have answered before I leave for paradise.

1. Taxi Cabs – I hear they can be a rip-off but if I use Uber all the time, no problem, right?

2. WingMen – I see many guys here are hooking up with other guys as their wingman. I am essentially a loner. For a non-Spanish speaker I am assuming being a lone wolf on the prowl will not work to my detriment. Right? Am I missing something?

3. Rates. The basic rate is $100 – you can always pay higher but that should be the going rate for an hour or two with a lady of the night. Late hour and earlier in the day can sometimes be a bargain price. Do I have this right? I see no standard overnight rates – I am guessing something in the neighborhood of $300?

4. Hotel. I am staying at the Hyatt so no "guest" fee problems.

5. Central Base. If I concentrate on the Veneto Casino and Habanos I pretty much can't go wrong. Si?

6. Rip-Offs. The massage places and the strip clubs are rip-offs. Am I correct in saying that?

7. STDs. No one mentions STDs and it sounds like absent some urging, condoms are always in use. In general, are these girls pretty disease fee – or is that being naive?

8. True or False – If I dress up a little and not look like a back-packer or a beach bum I will attract a better quality and class of women. Although maybe at a price.

9. Theft. I see almost no commentary on the theft of money from any of the girls or any other kind of shakedown activities. Is that because it is virtually non-existent? I plan on bringing cash and keeping most of it in the room safe in my Hyatt room – I don't want to be walking around with 4 –5 days worth of cash in my pockets at any given time. Comments?

10. Non Espanol. I speak hardly any Spanish at all and although that may be awkward at times the language of love and money controls. Si?

11. Bad Neighborhoods. Any bad or really bad neighborhoods in Panama to absolutely avoid if I go wandering off?

12. TS. If I am looking to enjoy the company of an attractive transgender lady – are they to be found at the Veneto Casino and at the Habanos. Or is there some other TS Central of which I am unaware?

13. Backpage, etc. All of these sites run the usual risk that the pics may not be the real product and they are not to be used or relied on. A fair statement?

That's all I can think of. I am looking forward to a fun-filled trip. Thanks for any comments, observations or suggestions.

Some general info.

Okay. I bit the bullet. I am heading to Panama for this upcoming long 4th of July weekend. I have reads many posts here and have some questions and conclusions which I would like to have answered before I leave for paradise.

1. Taxi Cabs I hear they can be a rip-off but if I use Uber all the time, no problem, right?

Uber is great and no problem for me on multiple trips. Also cheap and no crappy negotiation or crappy car.

2. WingMen I see many guys here are hooking up with other guys as their wingman. I am essentially a loner. For a non-Spanish speaker I am assuming being a lone wolf on the prowl will not work to my detriment. Right? Am I missing something?

You will have no problem being alone.

3. Rates. The basic rate is $100 you can always pay higher but that should be the going rate for an hour or two with a lady of the night. Late hour and earlier in the day can sometimes be a bargain price. Do I have this right? I see no standard overnight rates I am guessing something in the neighborhood of $300?

Never done an all nighter but $100 will get you laid. The only decision you may have to make is if there is a girl that is off the charts beautiful and won't budge from $150. Is there a chance you can negotiate her down. Yes. You also have to be prepared to watch her walk away with some other dude.

4. Hotel. I am staying at the Hyatt so no "guest" fee problems.

Hyatt is great and no guest problems.

5. Central Base. If I concentrate on the Veneto Casino and Habanos I pretty much can't go wrong. Si?

Habano's is closest and has more talent but sometimes a trip to Veneto is needed to see what else is on the market.

6. Rip-Offs. The massage places and the strip clubs are rip-offs. Am I correct in saying that?

Have not spent any time in the big parlors but it sounds like you usually get what you pay for. Others may have more info on this.

7. STDs. No one mentions STDs and it sounds like absent some urging, condoms are always in use. In general, are these girls pretty disease fee or is that being naive?

If you wear a condom then this should not be an issue. Bareback of course brings in a higher risk.

8. True or False If I dress up a little and not look like a back-packer or a beach bum I will attract a better quality and class of women. Although maybe at a price.

I usually dress nice to go out to dinner but the girls are after your cash so in the end if you wander over to Habano's in shorts, t-shirt and flip flops you can walk out with the same girl.

9. Theft. I see almost no commentary on the theft of money from any of the girls or any other kind of shakedown activities. Is that because it is virtually non-existent? I plan on bringing cash and keeping most of it in the room safe in my Hyatt room I don't want to be walking around with 4 5 days worth of cash in my pockets at any given time. Comments?

I am sure it happens however you are protected a little bit when they take the passport copy at the front desk. My pattern is I let the girl jump in the shower and while she is in there I lock everything except the agreed upon amount in the safe. Then I stroll in and join her in the shower.

10. Non Espanol. I speak hardly any Spanish at all and although that may be awkward at times the language of love and money controls. Si?

I know 10 words of Spanish so this will not inhibit you much at all. There are usually several girls who speak English if this is something you like.

11. Bad Neighborhoods. Any bad or really bad neighborhoods in Panama to absolutely avoid if I go wandering off?

Generally it is easy to stay out of bad areas. Around Hyatt / Habano's / Veneto I have always felt safe day or night. Casco Viejo is also safe but do not wander out of the main tourist areas.

12. TS. If I am looking to enjoy the company of an attractive transgender lady are they to be found at the Veneto Casino and at the Habanos. Or is there some other TS Central of which I am unaware?

No idea.

13. Backpage, etc. All of these sites run the usual risk that the pics may not be the real product and they are not to be used or relied on. A fair statement?

No idea in Panama but probably unreliable.

That's all I can think of. I am looking forward to a fun-filled trip. Thanks for any comments, observations or suggestions.

I generally agree with that TeaTime answered you. Tourism is down again this year MIGHT be worth you while to negociate YMMV.

Never partook but I see a couple of Tg ladies on the sidewalk looking for business on calle Eusebio A, Morales just after the 3 sports bars and pubs on your right. (300 meters from the Veneto +/.

Not my style but I am sure they exist elsewhere in the city.

I read this on Trip Advisor and then decided that this hotel is for me!

""We canceled our reservation as soon as we arrived!

Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to experience the stay at the hotel. Because, after hearing the bad reviews of the hotel and the area it was located in from our taxi driver, on the ride from the airport, we decided to cancel and look for another hotel. We were told that this area of the city is not a good area. And that this particular hotel was regularly frequented by local prostitutes. NOT A GOOD SIGN! My advice: Stay away!
Haha I'll report when I get back. It's close to many restaurants, is cheap and easy walk to other places.

Hello guys,

I've been all week at panama, going to Habanos every night. I found a beautiful blonde Colombian with the greatest body you'll find there, blue eyes (natural), the best abs in the place, she always dresses in mini micro skirt, showing parts of her boobs, she stands out from the other girls.

She's beautiful but is a total rip off, also she pretends to have the best attitude ever. At the end she turned out to be like a navy seal master chief (training new guys), save your money and go for another hottie.

At the end she was too good to be true. Lesson learn.

I'm looking to vacation in Panama for just over a week, around Christmas time. I've read a little bit about Panama on here, and a lot on general travel sites, but want on towns and cities so I don't have to read about places I won't get to. Help would be very much appreciated.

Are chicas in short supply on Christmas or immediately before / after?

Will accommodations be in short supply, do businesses close down and for how many days?

I plan to visit a bunch of landmarks both because I like to see new cultures (never been to Latin America), and to have things to report to folks at home.

Most importantly, which cities and towns should I stay in to guarantee no lonely nights? (What's the best way to find girls who can hang out and how much would that be?) I will RTFF on those places.

FWIW, I'm trying to learn Spanish because I want to see other places in LatAm, but it's very basic at this point.

By December, I hope to have my car back as I got into a car crash and got pretty damaged (the car only). Christmas in all countries is a difficult time. Most girls go back to Colombia or their countries and the few here tend to be melancholic remembering their families. The ones that do work during those days are the real pros. I used to have many contacts, but the fuckin covid messed everything up everywhere. I can start scouting the area and see what is the talent available, perhaps some of my friends are still around. If you want girls to hang out, is going to cost you, many of them want to charge by the hour just to hang out with you.

For cities / town, stay in the capital. There are some playgrounds in the provinces but with limited Spanish and the covid influence, is going to be hard. Also, a word of advice, try to check the news regarding Panama every now and then. There is a possibility that we might go into full lockdown very soon as the infection rate is climbing up again.

From a mongering point of view around when will Christmas time be over? All the holidays formally end after Jan 6th, but the 9th is a national non-Christmas holiday. After that everything should be business as usual, as far as covid would allow it. We are back into an extended curfew, 9 pm thru 5 am, no alcohol delivery is allowed. I'm already sick and tired of this stupid curfew with alcohol restrictions, like if that is going to stop new contagions.

You could maybe consider a side trip to BOG for a change. I understand that things over there are a bit more relaxed. That is what I am right now planning to do and I am traveling from Europe: MAD-PTY-CTG-BOG-PTY-MAD.Do you have Insurance for Covid situation?

Do you have Insurance for Covid situation?Meaning whether or not I have an health insurance in case I get infected? No, I don't. Right now and according to numbers the situation looks worse in Panama City than in Bogota. But I will take precautions: no closed spaces, mask everywhere, open area restaurants a. s. o.

Check to make sure but I believe that is still in effect. As long as the entry date stamped on your passport is 30 days ago or less, you get treated for free. That's one of the perks Panamá offers to attract tourists.
