The gaming is well regulated and security would keep all the riff raff out. Back in the day most of the providers were into the hard drug scene so they wouldn't be allowed in. They would cop as soon as they got paid. I don't think Canadian casino's are like Vegas.

Not to say you couldn't find an independent amateur or a diamond in the rough if you got lucky.
