Brix never had anything to do with 'model quality only', if anything it was more of a mixed bag than many of the OT bars.At Brix back in the day, on average the girls did dress a bit better, and there was a higher proportion of Eastern Europeans (pulled my first Uzbek girl from there), but they weren't model quality.

True model quality in SIN when I lived there was to be had through careful networking. Learned about such from a friend as we sat drinking at the bar in Clarke Quay where they dressed waitresses in mini-kilts. An older gent at the next table was entertaining his "niece" who was the spitting image of Beyoncé before she packed an extra 15 kg onto her ass.

Today, model quantity will be found the same way, or at the high end hotel bars or the MBS resort. But I'll gladly take an enthusiastic Viet, Indo, or Pinay of lesser looks who will fuck my brains out over a model-quality optikfuck any day.

Went to Brix and it was very nice to be back. The whiskey bar has excellent selections and the ladies are back too.

Except, we now have a sitution where the ladies are divided between Brix in Orchard and Ipanema on cecil street in China town.

I was in SIN 1 night Oct 1 and was intending test drive re-opened BRIX. I even booked Hyatt so I just had to walk upstairs. What I did forget was their f**king dress code of long pants only and I was blocked at entry with shorts on. The'Oh!

So off to Ipanema where quality of available talent was really scarce and plain. Secured the services of a really tidy Cambodian who showed up a little later and readily accepted $300/ ST. I told her $50 bonus if she performed above and beyond which she did.

Whilst standing outside Hyatt and killing time til I did try to enter BRIX I encountered 2 Ruskies who were more than happy to offer their services at $1,000. Yeah right!!

So hopefully back in SIN late Nov or earl Dec for 1 night again when I will remember to wear long pants.

Brix has just gotten so seriously overpriced I will not visit again. I was there Dec 5 and just could not believe the prices the girls were quoting. Nothing under S $600 was quoted to me. And drinks there so overpriced it's not funny. I won't be back.

Ipanema was almost dead the same night. Most girls have switched to Brix and added S $200 to their quoted prices. In general Singapore has almost lost me totally.

Back in August when Brix reopened, the talent was still at Ipanama.

That seems to have shifted now. There is some solid talent at Brix. I was asked for 400. But it was someone I knew from before.

It would not surprise me if the rate is a little higher than impanema. I am going there tonight to compare.

The difference though is that 1/2 the ladies at Brix are worth taking home. Ipanema not so much.

400 SGD is around 17,000 Philippine pesos or 300 usd.

For those who can vote with their feet, that makes the top prices of 100-150 usd in Phnom Penh and 5000 php in Manila seem like bargains.

Brix was high, but I met one late in the evening and I told her I'll only go as high as $350 SGC which she accepted. I was staying in the Hyatt so an easy walk up. She came back the next day, early this time to beat the rise in door entry fee for the same price. Didn't make it to Ipanema this time, settled for meeting a few old ones I knew and one from the internet that is well known but extremely high.

Yes prices have gone up from the old OT days. The web apps / forums seem to be that middle ground. But I've found that everyone has a price, and you can negotiate with them at Brix. Just don't fall for "I'll stay a little longer" since after one shot they are ready to get back downstairs and not just lay up.

Mostly "high mileage" Vietnamese working girls here charging 500 SGD min for FS while they give it up for 100 SGD at the massage parlor the next day. Once in a while you will find a gem.
