I have tried SA and subscribed as premium.
Response rate was a bit low. Whoever responded asked for ridiculous prices minimum I got was 10 K / M. There were a couple of WG who straight forward asked for sex for a meeting 3 K / M.
I believe the market price is higher and this is Dubai, lots of rich SDs who can afford paying above prices. I think it would work better in some other countries were you can find locals who have a regular jobs while SA is extra cash and you can get them for lower prices.

So after going through this, I have decided to resub in SA Premium.
Here are the results so far.
1- Still met a couple of WG. They are asking for 2000/3000 K per meeting (Dinner and Private time in a hotel) for the first time, and they say if they click they would go for long term.
2- One asked for 20 K per month, I think I would spend less money if I marry and divorce a woman for 1 month. LOL.

Some updates from myside.

Alright, time to post some of my experiences on SA. But wait! I completely agree with WantMore on the privacy front so won't be posting details. I will, instead, post lessons learned from my 5-6 experiences.
1. Start with a per-meet arrangement. Do not start the chat with an obscure "Hi" or discuss money. This goes without saying but worth noting.
2. 95% of the profile pictures on SA are fake and understandably so. The pictures they send on WA are from years ago. Request a Skype video session before meeting.
3. If you are meeting a lady of an ethnicity that's different than yours (White / African, Asian / White, African / Asian) then be aware that if you take her out you will get eyeballs. Avoid locations where you might bump into people. I prefer strictly indoor arrangements.
4. When you book a room, get a suite or apartment that has a living room. The discussions you have on the couch sipping alcohol and getting into the mood are priceless.
5. Some of the SB's are too much into the money. I once had an SB literally ask me if she could have the couple of reds I received as change from the room service guy. Give her the allowance when she enters the room and keep the remaining money out of sight.
6. If you are shipping an SB from another country, send visa and airline ticket but do not transfer the allowance before she arrives. Do not give her hotel details until she lands / is asked by UAE immigration.

Make it clear that you're looking for something long term and not a one off. That will deter the pros. DO NOT agree on a set amount. No need to even discuss that, unless she insists. And when she does, just reply something along the lines of: "I am looking to provide a moderate allowance per month. In my last arrangement we agree a Moderate allowance per month and we met 4-5 times a month and we had a good time travelling together on holidays and generally having lots of fun. I'm ideally looking for something along these lines. ".
The idea here is you first decide on a value. On how much you'd be willing to spend per session on your chosen girl. Then propose a monthly allowance commensurate to the value and the number of times you'd want her to see you, so your per meet budget is set and her expectations. When you meet her if she asks for money upfront. She is most likely a hardened pro. Walk away from such girls. May be give them the cab fare.
Whatever you decide to pay her, keep it ready in an envelope and put it in her bag when you're done banging her.
Don't pay her anything when meeting for coffee or drinks or dinner. As a rule, go by No honey. No money. Thats what I do. And it works.
