I myself am considering a trip to Uzbekistan later this year. And Lonely Planet will be releasing an updated version of their Central Asia guidebook next month (June 19th, I think).

In your other responses here in this forum, you mentioned "running around several clubs" and "great girls and decent prices. " Will you please provide us with some specifics? I am from Kazakhstan (although mostly live abroad, in SEA now), and often come to Almaty.

For me it is probably the best destination to get Asian hookers.

Prices is cheap in US $ (the local currency dropped down almost 2 times in a few past years). For me Almaty seems to be a city with options for mongering but not more. Most bars are open only on weekend, there is nothing comparable to nightlife in cities like Bangkok or Manila. For foreigners with no local languages I think the best option is to go massage shops that you can find from kizdar.net (web address often changes, google it). Almost in every city, dozens of shops in Astana.

In each shop there is a manager answering on Whatsapp messages (Russian google translate will work fine I think), that you can ask for real photos of girls working on that day, programs and cost (1 hour, 1 finish usually around 40 $) and get the appointment. After you arrive you see line-up of girls, choose and pay upfront. Minimum communication involved, some can speak little English.

I went to Almaty for a week. Let me tell you guys this is not a mongering destination. The site Kizdar is full of photoshopped old hags. The rates are high. I went to Almaty for a week. Let me tell you guys this is not a mongering destination. The site Kizdar is full of photoshopped old hags. The rates are high. I am talking about 30 to 40 thousand tenge for a shot. Yes there is some action in parks late in the night. Also you can find escorts on Telegram by using the People near Me feature. But what can I say, don't expect it to be easy like Thailand. Good options are very few. Yes there was a club, goes something like Go gol where there is action outside. Kizdar is a hit or a miss. Prior landing, I did some homework by talking to few but did not get much information. Pinged a few from MR and Kizdar. Girl from MR responded with $160 an hour and also shared her Insta. She looked good but was expensive to me. Others from Kizdar responded but nothing was confirmed. So, expectations were kept quite low. Day 1 was for sightseeing and came back to city quite late. So, nothing much to explore. On day2, visited Barcode club at 11 PM. Entry was 3 K Tenge which included a drink. Was empty, may be being a weekend and no WG at sight. Came back to hotel and shortlisted few from Kizdar. Had option of going to girl's place or asking her to come to my hotel. Price difference between both are almost double. Requested one to come to hotel as I do not know Kazak or Russian languages and could be difficult. Since I was aware that most of the pics are not genuine, I have requested for a pic with face which she did. Also confirmed the services that she would do. She was quite open on what she would and what she would not. She was OK to look and not 24 years for sure as claimed. Agreed for 40 K tenge which is the average price. She reached my hotel 20 mins later. She did ask for money upfront. Physicall appearance. She looked 30 plus but I also figured out that local girls looks aged for some reason (found this by talking to a few during my city tour and asking their age). You can book for an hour (in which you can have multi sessions I guess) or per session based on which the costs aso vary. I booked for an hour. Sex was ok and nothing to remember about. Skin as expected was super smooth.

Day 3 - Visited Event Bar which is a club where I could see WGs. Few approached them with drinks and then these girls moved to their table, drank & danced with them and then went home with the guys. Its not that difficult to figure them out in the crowd. I approached one and she quoted 80 K tenge for the night which was rejected.

My opinion. Mongering at Almaty is quite possible and options are plenty. Girls are very upfront and they do not negotiate much. Take it or leave it type. Girls in general are cute and beautiful as you also have Russians around. Not many speak English. Keep this destination as a place to visit for the snow mountains, movie like landscapes etc and mongering can be an option but is not a mongering only place like Jakarta, Angles city or Thailand.
