Finally saved enough money from begging on those overpasses at Suk and from ganking here and there from donations at the Buddhist temples. Now I can get a personal trainer, not that I need one. Your boy here definitely isn't the biggest or lifts the most in the gym. But damn, how rare is a a guy who can do a 2.20 X bw incline press and then immediately afterwards bust a 7 min 1. 6 km? Not lightening bolt speed. But still, that there is UNICORN type of shit. Maybe less than 0. 05% of weight lifters and gym goers are well balanced like that. Meaning, 0.00001% of human population probably. And all with only food and a multivitamin. Nothing else. LOL.

You have your fixed expenses taken care of.
If you didn't want to reach into your pocket for the other expenses, buy a third room. Your capital outlay is now 1,800,000 THB. In ten years, you get your money back, you have three units certainly worth more than you paid for them initially. And the rents continue infinitely.
I know of nice rooms (but small) that rent for 6500 - 8000/ month but would cost you 1,200,000 THB to buy (one small room). Makes more sense to me to buy the two or three units that can be rented out and use the income to pay for the room where I want live. But that is how I think. A little history.
I was in Pattaya during the big lockdown, when the bars were closed. Most ladies went back to Isaan, but some bars kept their upstairs rooms open, and some ladies decided to stick it out in Pattaya, hoping the bars would re-open quickly. They didn't. So, the ladies spent their days in the room, very few shops were open, and there was nothing to do.
What was worse, once the ladies ran out of money, their Thai men disappeared. First, the money boys went home, and then the boyfriends disappeared, with just a few exceptions.
At this point, I was getting dozens of messages from ladies who needed money and wanted to come to my condo. Since I couldn't go anywhere, I decided to take one for the team, and invited ladies over. In shifts. So, it was 2 at 11 am, 2 at 4 pm, and one for the night. My rule was no fucking, since once I went down that road, I would die for sure. I would just fuck one lady, once in a while.
What was different was the ladies were really horny, since they didn't see men. Once they were drunk, they went out of control. I told them I wouldn't fuck, but they didn't believe me. On one street there are signs that say No Parking.

Take it from me, as someone who suffers from PTSD, who's had a life that can only be described as a kind of living hell. No friends, almost no family left, colleagues that hate my guts. People wishing me dead, I myself wishing I was dead everyday. Take it from me fellas. If it's a quick death, it's a good death.
Granted, they had a few minutes of sheer terror before the landing and explosion, but they had no way of knowing it was the end, and when it did end, it was so quick, there could not have been any suffering.
