View Full Version : Stupid Shit in the Philippines
And I'm much the same G.
Just trying to work out a way of using up a now empty seat I'd already paid for in September for a back-up girl.
If we'd tried to re-book in different seats it would have cost me close to $800.00 as it's only a few weeks away.
Good news is, the Cavite girl is now lined up for my remaining few nights in Manila before I fly home from the latest business trip.
Phil. Two options. Either walk away to save you sanity and dollars or can you return the ticket to CP credit bank? Sorry, I forget the name of it but often they won't return cash but they will let you store value for later use.
I guess there is a third option. Hold the ticket in the not so unlikely chance that they cancel or have 'operational reasons' to reschedule, entitling you to a credit.

My absolute congratulations to anyone who's spent more than the two hours I have tonight trying to navigate and get some answers to a fairly simple question regarding a Cebu Pacific flight.
I'd booked back in September last year to take my Sabang contact with me to Boracay next month for a five days out of the scene.
She now can't make it due to serious family commitments.
So I have another Cavitie contact who'd love to go. And she's still got a little bit of hair on it, which seems to be rare these days.
Anyway, the f*cking around with some online chat agent after being 140th in the queue initially, was almost infuriating.
I realize that the initial seat I purchased for the Sabang girl couldn't be transferred into another name, but I just wanted to know, that if I bought a second ticket for the substitute girl, if she could sit next to me in the now vacant seat I'd already previously purchased. (The girl's never flown before and is shit-scared at the thought of sitting with strangers or on her own).
I also have to be a little careful that she doesn't know she's the back-up plan.
Well, what a shit-fight. Not possible it seems. I had to cancel the original 'guest' then book a seat for the new 'guest' and then choose the seat, which was unavailable as I'd already booked it.
I know it's just not the Phils, but surely these big companies must soon realize that a simple phone call could have resolved things in ten minutes max by just saying yes or no, as opposed to a girl probably dealing with multiple chat sessions at once and taking ages to respond and sending through copy and pasted company policies in all her replies.
And I know CP is a budget airline, but not in this instance, and not when they hit you up for baggage charges, seat allocation, and try to slip in travel insurance fees and all the rest before payment.
"Is there anything else I can help you with?
Help? _ No Thanks _ Phil.Had the same thing going on a few times. If the ticket is non refundable anyway, just buy one more ticket for your new GF and do the check in for everybody. CP will not sell the empty seat because they don't know she's not coming until they stop boarding, have the new GF sit in the empty seat. If you see them counting or confused, show the flight attendant the unused boarding pass an tell her that one is not coming.
That's how I did it in multiple occasions.
When I make a new booking and I want to sit together, I save money by buying the tickets separate, then I do the check in as early as possible for the first one, and once I have the seat nr I do the second one and I purchase an upgrade for the seat option, and I pick it next to the first one, never had a problem with the seat being taken, because almost everyone on board is a cheap Charlie or a Juan as CP calls them and buys the non assigned seating option.
I'm not a cheap Charlie, but in obvious saving situations or when there is a workaround, I choose the cheap option.
I do fly a lot with my GF, 2-3 times a month, sometimes to some unknown place, only because there is a sale for that destination, I don't care where we are seating, because my GF is a seasoned traveler now, and most flights are around 1 hour, but let me tell you this: I don't know if we are just lucky, or there is some algorithm in the CP computers, but we always get seats together

There may be people waiting to get on the flight and when that person does not show they will give the seat to one of those people. It is not automatically person did not show so seat stays empty. Besides that, he did not want the new person to know about the old person. So he would have to say she is not coming in front of the new girl.

Granted different areas the time will be different, but for where I am 0700 in the morning is the perfect time to take a morning walk. I can make coffee in the condo, but going for a walk at 0700 to get coffee is always entertaining. Good bakeries don't open until 9-10 what kind of bull shit is that, if you want quality baked goods you are shit out of luck and have to just settle for some of the popular local stuff. If you want to see what is available in the area that you are at (again time will vary depending upon locality) take a walk in the morning. For my case near Pedro gil and quirino rail transit the fast foods places like JB and Mcdo is full of the girls going home. Using some logic (I know logic does not exist in PI) one can deduce that these are the girls that were taken out the night before, therefore for the most part all the hot girls there are basically the top percentage. Viewing the top 5% of the girls in the morning can give you a rough estimate of the top talent in the area that I am residing in. Also bonus for me a lot of the clubs close very early in the morning ie xxyzx and ktvs so I get to see a lot of fucked up drunk girls trying to make there way back home in the morning.

Ok, whoa. I would agree with that last sentence or two. But otherwise, alot of this just sounds like some bitterness about the how the good 'ol days are gone. Yeah, the prices are higher than they used to be. But its still a great point and shoot convenience. There is always a competition for the prime targets, but its not some racist conspiracy. Just show up early (before 7 pm), brush your teeth, and run a comb through your hair and you'll be fine. Remember, most Pinay's don't speak korean. They speak ENGLISH. Flash some money and you'll be fine.
Yes, the city is run down. But if you stay at the ABC, that all disappears into the background. And spend your days at the SM Mall, which in my opinion, can stand up to the Beverly Center in LA any day.
As a recent AC noobie, I would take this "Noobie Guide" with a grain of salt. Rather, I would agree with Moonshot's tone and assessment. Nobody ever said it was better than Pattaya. But its a good time for 2-4 days.
Just be selective where you eat.Sorry would totally disagree, the better looking angeles girls that will barfine are in fact racist in as much as they will only give attention, sit and drink or barfine with koreans, it has nothing to do with westerners looks, clenliness, offering to pay the same as the koreans, why, they are korean only girls full stop, many younger fairly handsome western bar hop friends are constantly shot down by the better looking girls but quite happily will drink and fuck with koreans in the bar, as far as many bar girls speaking korean then yes they do and to a fairly high standard.
Gone are the days of western dominance, any girl with the looks and body to be able to attract the high spending koreans are doing exactly that.

Koreans in general are very xenophobic. They don't want to share "their' girls so girls risk no Korean barfines after being seen going with Jim Smith. Also, Koreans are keen impress their friends and going with Jim's cast off does the exact opposite.
Many girls pick up Korean. They are there to earn money and it makes good business sense. No difference to becoming more fluent in English or Thai girls learning Hindi.
We can agree to disagree over if the same girls will meet white guys after hours, away from prying eyes.
Enjoy G.

Yes what you claim is very true when it comes to korean punters, they 100% demand their girls are korean only girls, that's the whole reason I call BS on western guys that claim they are popular in korean bars and the top girls give them attention.
Attention / drinking with, barfining with westerners for the girls with the looks and body in the better korean bars is a no no, angeles bar girls might not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but for sure they know how to earn the maximum peso and that is with the high paying koreans unfortunately.

Maybe you just ugly. This is one of Napa's sweeping generalisations that is just plain wrong.
I'm a white late forties man from England and I've barfined a catwalk model from XS, a black tape dancer from Avalon, absolute sweethearts from Hi Quality and QBar, and the hottest 'model' from Genesis in the last year alone. In the latter case three elderly Korean men just kept sitting and staring at us and she told me 'they so arrogant, they think I will go to sit with them instead of you'.
In fact I genuinely couldn't tell you which bars are Korean and which aren't. I just go in to whichever bar I like. The girls are always happy to sit with me and virtually all are available for barfine.
I think some pretty girls use the 'Korean only' excuse as a way to deter men they don't want to go with, in the same way some girls will say they're on their mens. Last trip my friend pointed out a pretty girl that he tried to barfine but said 'she goes with Koreans only' . I barfined her later in the week.
So I think Kenji has almost certainly got it spot on. Napa's experiences differ so wildly from mine, FuriousGeorge's and many others that there must be a simple explanation. And Napa being Napa handles this rejection in the only way he knows, calling the girls racist and writing sweeping generalisations that simple aren't true.

This is one of Napa's sweeping generalisations that is just plain wrong.rs that there must be a simple explanation. And Napa being Napa handles this rejection in the only way he knows, calling the girls racist and writing sweeping generalisations that simple aren't true.It is pathetically laughable others suggesting farm yard prostitutes are racist. Some years ago, having witnessed hookers descend on Koreans in LA Cafe like flocks of migrating geese, I put the thesis to one of your compatriots that the hookers prefer Koreans, who had been buying drinks for all and sundry hookers (I picked up two for a threesome but that is a different story).
Having read Sir Lancelot's posts, I deduce he is well groomed (not all Brits are) and he is in town to a la carte. The other Brits said they had the hookers floating around themn when they flashed the cash and I did something similar myself in Perimeter Road.
There is a higher probability of Koreans splashing cash in Angeles than Brits but that is not a given in every case. Some Brits, like Sir Lancethelotof them, go to Angeles with a budget to spend on hookers. And there are many low level Korean gangsters in Angeles, who work in the grey economy and who leave unpaid hotel and other bills in their wake.
Sir Lancelot is basically what it says on his tin. He goes into the knocking shop and politely rents whoever takes his fancy. With others, it is all fancy and make believe.
Sir Lancelot's posts were likewise correctly labeled, giving a detailed summary of his exploits as a means, he said, of paying back for the information others supplied him with. From my personal point of view, his posts were useful as they helped cnfirm who is there to be retned. Others could take a leaf out of his psots.

Many guys only go with Girl Nextdoor types. Maybe they are intimidated by pretty girls. Maybe they want to avoid Golden Pussy Syndrome. Who knows but it's certainly not unusual.
I would argue that the pretty girls without the makeup and the hair and fancy clothes are actually girl next door types. Put them both together in a sweat suit, no makeup, and hair pulled back and you would not know the difference.
I know one board member who paid a bunch of money to take a chick out of a gogo when she was done up. During covid he saw the same chick online and she came over for 1/5 the price. She showed up to his door in pajamas and a baseball cap looking like a normal chick. His fantasy was ruined. Turns out the glitz and glamour of the club look was really what turned him on.
Some countries actually make them take their ID pictures without all that shit on because they know a chick will look like a totally different person with it. That is why even when you ask to see a chick's ID, she will cover up the picture with her thumb. That is the real her on that ID picture!

It is pathetically laughable others suggesting farm yard prostitutes are racist. Some years ago, having witnessed hookers descend on Koreans in LA Cafe like flocks of migrating geese, I put the thesis to one of your compatriots that the hookers prefer Koreans, When I was in LA Cafe the other day ago, a chick came up to me saying how much she likes Black guys. She was laying it on thick. Then I said I am not Black; I am from India. She said well I like Indians too!
It is pathetically laughable others suggesting farm yard prostitutes are racist.Just for clarity, I didn't suggest that the girls are racist. I said that Koreans are.
The girls may be barely literate but they are very skilled at extracting maximum dollars from their night. If they aren't, then their friends and mama will soon show them how. They recognise this racism and it should go without saying that it makes good business sense to do what ever it takes to keep the generally highest paying and easiest to please customers happy and returning.
Without contradicting myself, I should also point out that I don't doubt the reports from Lance et al. I wasn't there and I don't know him so I'll just guess there are a few possible reasons. 1/ he's an outgoing guy who managed to find the few girls who actively do not prefer Koreans* or 2/ any group of guys will always contain a couple who couldn't find a fukk in an orgy and others who can score at a morgue. Regardless of why, congrats to him and thanks for some great reports.
Enjoy. G.
* While Kbois do have a well earned reputation of being big and easy spenders, some also get rough with the girls, have some wierd and degrading fetishes and basically treat the girls as little more than pieces of meat. Most girls are happy to take the risk for the high returns. However, others just avoid them.
Well maybe your friends are ugly too! LOL. Try not wearing flip flops or spraying on some cologne. The truth hurts sometimes.
My real name is pretty common so I'll often be amongst G Fat, G Tall, G Chicago in a girl's contact list. More than once I've seen my number listed under G Ugly.

Generic pharmacies are relatively cheap compared to mercury and the like, but still this is the first time I didn't get the regular price and it is still bothering me.

It's happened to me a few times now and it's on again today.
The issue is, these girls don't think ahead and get their dates right (see pics).
And once you mention DNA testing, it all gets a bit nasty ie: "How you insult me!" "You call me a liar!" etc.
And to be the first boyfriend in nine years, I almost spat my Tanduay out!

It's happened to me a few times now and it's on again today. Why are you having such a long drawn out conversation with her? I always laugh when I see western guys having a conversation like this with the chicks like they are discussing something philosophical. Look at the 1 line she writes, then the 18 lines you follow up with. Keep it simple. Their attention span is not long enough to keep up with all you write.
But to answer your question, no chick in PI has accused me of getting her pregnant and I do not even tell them I have a vasectomy. If I did not have a vasectomy, then there is no way I would be skeeting up in them like that. So you can get a girl pregnant, but when she tells you she is pregnant you want to count the numbers. Why even bother with the stress. Use condoms or get clipped.

Hard agree. Also insurance companies love to pay for vasectomies because that means they don't have to pay for babies.
I did have one girl pull this on me (sweet girl, I don't know if she was lying, but probably was) and once I said I'd had a vasectomy (I have), that was the end of it.
I always cum inside, always, without exception. Occasionally their eyes get wide and worried when it's happening but they are cool once you explain the situation.

There goes my Sabang contact but these girls will try anything for $$.
_Phil.You should take responsibility, just kidding! You're right, it's obviously not real, or even if it is, just leave the country. What she going to do? Chase you down to whatever country you're from? I know you weren't stupid enough to tell her your real name right? Getting a chick pregnant is a whole less messy than getting an std. Think about it like this, you got to fuck chicks bareback. Only 3 outcomes from that. Either you get the chick pregnant, you get an std, or nothing happens. Abortions in South East Asia are way more common than people think, especially in the Philippines. Abandoning a kid is much easier than trying to get rid of an std. Just saying. Ain't your problem. What matters is that we get to fuck hot chicks, and cum inside them. I know at my age, that's all I ever think about anymore. I endure extremely shitty work environments so that I can save up enough cash to fly to Bangkok again some day. But alas, NVDA is really fucking me over *sigh* FML.

Abortions in South East Asia are way more common than people think, especially in the Philippines. Abortions in the Philippines are illegal / prohibited under law in all circumstances. This once again proves that you don't know what the hell you talking about. All you do is spread bullshit on this website. Anyone with half a brain knows this. The crazy thing is that you expect intelligent people to believe your nonsense and ramblings. Put a lid on it. Jeez!

Or she gets your gonorrhea while you get her syphilis? Or she is stuck raising your child for 18 years? Or a child grows up fatherless? And in poverty?

"Philippine law mandates prison terms of two to six years for women who have illegal abortions and for anyone who assists in the procedure. ".
Mate, this is just a sample and I've known her for years, so it's not as if it's a one-off relationship. Yes, I might have replied in a rather lengthy paragraph, but it's nothing compared to the hundreds of short messages I've got from her over the past few days out of the blue along with the howling emoji's. And a detailed response in a 'recorded' written form is good insurance. Like I mentioned originally, this isn't the first time it's happened with a Pina. Buyer beware I suppose. A bit like paying too much for a bus ticket _ Phil.

But maybe she is pregnant from another guy and thinks it best to hitch the wagon to you. For sure can not put anything past them.

You guys are not living life to the fullest at all then. Laws, especially in beautiful South East Asia are at best suggestions, especially for farang types. You can get away with a ton of shit. Look at all the farangs in Pattaya and Phuket and all the nonsense they get away with. There's the case of the 2 kiwi brothers that literally beat up a cop, caught on tape BTW and nothing happened to them. Where else in the world can you get away with so much just cause you're a foreigner?
Places like Thailand and the Phips were literally created for us to have fun in and dump our cum into. Where I'm from, where I am now, I'm treated like shit. I can't wait to die. But in Thailand, and I'm sure in the Phips too, I'm treated like some kind of foreign God. Christ on a stick, it's fucking awesome. Go the way Carradine did in Bangkok, living life to the max right until very last breath. I don't care if I die in a ditch somewhere in Thailand, at least I'll be in Thailand, and more important than that, I'll be dead.
Trust me fellas, when you're as old me, and as ugly as me, having lived decades of a shitty, shitty life, you'll want to fuck as many chicks as you can. Chicks that are hot, affordable, LBFM types and that's only really possible in South East Asia. It used to be affordable in central Europe, Prague was the best back in the day, but these days it's only really the Phips and Thailand.

Rather beside myself at the moment.
Or she gets an STD? Or she gets your gonorrhea while you get her syphilis? Or she is stuck raising your child for 18 years? Or a child grows up fatherless? And in poverty? We fuck prostitutes. That's literally what we do. Why we're on this forum at all. Having any kind of moral compass is kind of a double standard no? Many of the chicks we fuck are prostitutes because of their social and economic situation. Given a choice, I'm sure most if not all of them would rather be doing anything else to make the same amount of money.
We switch off our objectivity to whatever plight they might be going through when we pay to fuck them, so let's kinda get off our high horses a bit eh? I accept what I am, I'm a sad guy, who's been through hell in life, haunted by trauma, wishing I was dead everyday. Events replaying itself in my mind, over and over again. Decades of being alive, and the only peace I know now, is when I get to fuck a babe. And since I'm so ugly and so very old now, I got to pay for that. And by Mephistopheles I'll keep paying.
You guys are not living life to the fullest at all then.
Christ on a stick, it's fucking awesome. Go the way Carradine did in Bangkok, living life to the max right until very last breath.Be careful what you wish for. Plenty of guys drink and fuck themselves to death in Asia. It's rarely a made for Hollywood drama. More like dead broke, ostracised by all his previous friends and living in some shitbox.
Remember how we often say that girls' lives have a dark underside and that there isn't a Pretty Woman moment? Well it can be the same for guys who fall too deep into the lifestyle.
I wish you well and, if your post was accurate, suggest that you seek out some help so that you can lead a happier life.
Enjoy. G.

Given a choice, I'm sure most if not all of them would rather be doing anything else to make the same amount of money.Bullshit. Because anything else they would do would still be more work than fucking some guy for 5 minutes.
I was trying to pay this chick to clean my place one time and she laughed. She said she does not clean, she fucks for money. For some people it is actually a calling and they would not rather be doing anything else.
Hell, I have seen some of the same hookers in Rio for over 20 years, but never seen them have a customer. Seems their efforts would have been spent better elsewhere, but I guess one catch beats working cleaning some hotel or office all day.

There was some talk, in this thread I thought, on the White House movie series when some guy wants to be a ladyboy. The above link is to a well repsected feminist discussing said issue and the pot bellied sex tourists the show is replete with. Sorry to raise the intellectual level but someone has to.
Bullshit. Because anything else they would do would still be more work than fucking some guy for 5 minutes.
The churn rate for hookers is huge. Most of that happens in the first week or so where girls that truly can't handle being seen half naked all day or fucking a different guy every night bail and run home. After that, if doesn't take long for girls to be come addicted to the money and life style. They don't want to give all that up for working ten hours days at an invisible job for subsistence wages.

There are also several NGOs using 23 and Me type DNA libraries to actively track down guys.
I don't want to be melodramatic but technology is catching up. I'm comparing it to all of the bad guys who thought they got away until finger print searches and DNA sequencing came along.

The most memorable was the Korean prostitute in NYC, maybe 20 years ago now. She rocked my fucking world. I went to see her and fucked her 3 nights in a row sans wrapper, and it was the best series of fucks I ever had up to that point in my life. I'm super old now, so even then I was kinda old, but for some weird reason I haven't really allowed myself to partake more in the BBFS. I wonder what's stopping me. You guys read about how in senior care homes, std's run rampant cause old people don't give 2 fucks anymore. So I'm super old, why am I giving 2 fucks? You know why? It's cause I'm nice. I know the chick will be fucked by another guy, and like a table at McDonalds, you want to keep it clean for the next customer, cause the next customer might just be YOU.

Drinking and fucking themselves to death in Asia sounds like a great way to go. At this point in my life I'd give anything for that. You do not have to go to Asia to do that. The expats that are doing so much drinking are not the ones that do so much fucking. The only expat I know of that talks about drinking so much is Explorer. And half the time he says he did not fuck the girl he paid.
Only the guys living in the shitboxes are drinking themselves to death, and they are doing that without pussy. A guy like Westy who has shown 800,000 pictures of pussy never mentions having to get drinks.

The only issue with this girl is, I've known her for quite a while and she's obviously desperate for cash and got knocked up by someone else.
I know I've been criticized for the lengthy dialog, but as soon as the DNA issue was mentioned, it's all calmed down very promptly.

First of all we need to acknowledge that having a few thousand peso or not for the girls is an existential problem, is not about having more or less in the wallet like it is for us, is about having food or not, for her and for whoever depends on her.
Long time ago I was married to a SEA for many years, I have knowledge first hand about their needs, family expectations, extended family, etc. I had long time GFs in the PH, I am with one for the 3rd year now, before getting involved I always choose wisely, and take my time, never had a paid working girl as one of them, that's only for the ST side action.
I think this applies for most of the world, but for some reason is more accentuated in the PH, people live paycheck to paycheck. In PH there is no buffer: if no paycheck. No food, you have no idea how many people go hungry to bed, not even having money for rice. Of course is not our problem, is not much we can do about, but if you get involved with someone, then you'll have to keep in mind that that girl is part of a machinery that needs her income to function, a baby or 2 back home, parents, siblings, etc.
If the girl is with you for money then she needs it not only for her, but for the rest of the apparatus that she's part of to function properly. The same goes for the non pros, if they are accompanying you, that means that most likely they are not producing whatever small money they were getting paid at their job which they are not attending because of you, and they may not even tell you that, but that's the harsh reality.
My ex wife was put thru college by her sister, and her mom, after graduating she was expected to take care of her mom, and help her sister's family occasionally, by marrying me and leaving the country she disrupted the plan. Of course we took care of all that from the US, was only about $50 a month for her mom's rent, very little money but absolutely necessary, because that's what was needed for the family to function, This is to give you an example.
My first LT PH GF was a pharmacy student, she had a small pig farm that was taking care of the family needs, together with the tattoo salon that her brother owned, but because she was with me, and not working I had to pay her tuition, because that money was not coming in anymore.
The next 2 LT PH GFs were better of, one had 3 houses and was collecting rent while living in an rented apartment, that money was sustaining her and her parents in Mindanao, no external funds needed to be injected in to the extended family economy, the other GF was the same she had a 3 stores, and a small minivan airport shuttle business, also no money needed.
I'm talking about all this crap here just to show how fragile the ecosystem is and is not always black and white, like you pay, or you don't pay for it, and if you pay it in some form, it doesn't automatically mean that she's a working girl, fucking for money. It's just the way the system is set up in PH, and we have to adapt to it, cannot change it or disrupt it.
Also don't forget that our status here as walking ATMs is maybe the only thing that makes us more desirable, or tolerable compared to an athletic handsome 25 year old PH boy.

Long time ago, my buddy meet a girl in a bar in Madagascar, he is a man with "values" and never paid for sex. He told the girl at the very beginning he will never paid a working girl, she was ok with that and he get the girl for the night.
But, of course, my buddy should gives something to her. A girl in a bar during the week, in Mada, of course, she was here for money, and she goes back home with empty pocket.
Sometimes girls need to have a cool guy, or see something different, but we don't have to forget that some girls, not every girls, have a vital need of monney.

I've never really done the girly bar scene and have had some remarkable results.
I'd just prefer my money go to the girl directly without everyone getting a cut out of her action.
That cash can then trickle down to her dependents.
It's lead to repeat catch-ups over time without having to go on the 'hunt' every visit.
I don't see these Filipina 'friends' as prostitutes.
Sure, you have to play the game and get something in return.
But it's not like it's a one night fling.

_Phil.It seems pretty clear that as long as you don't tell the chick your real name, its all copacetic. It don't matter if she got your DNA, they need to match it to someone, and without your real name, who are they going to match it to? No government in the world is going to waste money trying to track some dude from another country to make him pay child support.
That's why rule number 1 when comes to pay for play. Never tell the chicks your real name. It's why we use burner phones, use fake names, have fake occupations, etc. Don't even tell them which country you're actually from. Like they can even tell our accents apart. Just say you're from South Africa or something. How are they ever going to know?
We're not marrying them. We're renting their pussies. And if they can't be nice enough to be on birth control for us, then the kid that pops out is persona non grata if you ask me. Adios kid!
Now, std's on the other hand. I'm more concerned about the herps than getting some chick pregnant. Ha! At my age if I can still get a chick pregnant, that'd be something.

However, with the DNA testing you have it back wards. The benefit / horror of it is that they don't need the guy's name. They get the DNA off the kid. From that they can directly identify the father thru the DNA data base if he's on it. It's getting so good that they don't even need him to be on the data base. They can identify that he is a cousin, parent, siblings etc of members. After that, it isn't difficult to join the dots. I'm not equating run away dad's with serial killers but here's a good explanation:
https://youtu.be/KT18KJouHWg?si=ZIWm0rgbLwH9q-5w
Who would be stupid enough to be on the data base you ask? Have a look around. How many people care so little about their own privacy to have Siri or Alexa listening to all their conversations 24/7. Private databases have about 20 million names and government have about the same as well. Allow for the degrees of separation mentioned earlier and almost all of the pollution are covered in some way.
I agree with your point that not too many local police and governments are going to go to the effort but they aren't required either. Multiple NGOs are out to save the poor enslaved hoes and exposed dreadful white guys who have been exploiting them.
As for the James Bond, Secret Squirrel, subterfuge anyone who thinks it takes more than 15 minutes or 500 peso to get the name of the white guy in room 402 off of their class mate on the front desk or their cousin working security, well good luck to them. I find it much easier to just don't do stupid shit. I often say that I can't keep up the lies because I'm too stoopid to remember which lie I told to whom.
Cheers. G.
<SNIP> I find it much easier to just don't do stupid shit. Surely that's the solution to 90+% of the problems that guys create for themselves. I have lived and am still working in the PI for 28 years, and I stay under the radar. I work on the principle that "if something can go wrong, it will", and plan accordingly.

Nah, brother, I hear you and appreciate your point of view and I for the most part, subscribe to it. Morality and ethics are different things. I remember when I was young and hot and used to go to Club Med in Mexico and always would find and mate with civilian chick during the week. Then when I would buy some trinket from some dude on the street and pay the price of $5 for it, I would be chastised for 'not negotiating'. Who am I? I'm trying to shave a dollar off this price with a dude who makes literally one-thousandth of what I make a year? It's cool, he can have it. It's the same attitude I roll with when I'm in the Phils and it serves me well, both emotionally and sexually.

Then when I would buy some trinket from some dude on the street and pay the price of $5 for it, I would be chastised for 'not negotiating'. Who am I? I'm trying to shave a dollar off this price with a dude who makes literally one-thousandth of what I make a year? It's cool, he can have it. It's the same attitude I roll with when I'm in the Phils and it serves me well, both emotionally and sexually.I like to tip well when it is least expected and most appreciated. I don't like to be taken advantage of by street vendors or bar girls or anyone else based on my nationality. I may not haggle for the trinket but I won't buy it either. Same with bar girls. I either accept their price or walk. Tip is extra depending on the experience and interaction. I have surprised massage ladies with generous tips for a great and legit massage. I have tipped my pick up car driver after he ran across two lanes to get me a luggage cart at the airport. I hate being begged for tips. I tip in the old fashioned way. Generously for good service and not if it isn't. And whatever you think your cash to some bar girls, no matter how big, will not change her or her families life. It's not like they will save or invest any. It will be gone in a few days anyway.

It's like I've always said, places like Thailand and the Phips, were literally made for us to enjoy and dump our cum into. Without these places, and the women that live in them, I'd never get laid. I'm like a Danny Devito type, and even older. No woman in the west, in her right mind, would ever fuck me unless I paid her tens of thousands of dollars. But in Thailand, I can get some nubile young chick to fuck me for about 100 bucks. So, for however terrible my life has been and continues to be, I'll always be thankful for South East Asia, and especially for Thailand. The only caveat being that they should always be on birth control, cause I ain't wanting no damn kid. Ha! Now, if there was only some way for me to get back there.
On my youtube shorts feed, all these kgirls dancing in Thailand and in the Philippines keep popping up. The beauty of youtube and cell phones is these kids can go through their paces and be Queens in their own remote villages and I like that.
Now, I get that they are dancing for themselves and, in some cases, for curious locals. But the Thais dress up in Las Vegas hooker clothes (big boots, skimpy skirts etc) amd the Pinays wear more practical gear, though an odd one of them might have platform shoes.
It sems to be a fashion statement or a thing to dress up like Pretty Woman in outback Thailand but not in the Phils. Anyone care to comment?

I'm sure you'd be aware it's a vastly Catholic nation, and although there have been reports of 50 percent of Filipinas using contraception, that's generally married, educated Pinas holding down decent jobs in Manila.
Not your typical freelancer, province girl or bar chick.
If I'm sleeping with them, without taking a little bit of responsibility, then the potential possibilities are also my problem.
If you're doing 'hit and runs' then it's their problem, and you won't see or hear from them once they've got a belly full of arms and legs.
If you have a regular contact, things can get tricky.
I'm just a bit uncomfortable about your 'Cum Dump' reference. Just seems a bit degrading. They're trying their best to make a buck and we're all playing the game.

Man! He was right! For many years I have now this problem.I can attest to that. Getting old sucks. I tell ya young fellas right now. If you can help it, don't get old. But remember what Confucius say:
We have 2 lives, and the 2nd begins when we realize we only have 1.
What Confucius meant by that isn't that we should live a life that's true to ourselves, or live a life that's fulfilling or any of that shit. What he means is that we should bang as many bitches as we can before we do the Carradine and die in a hotel somewhere in south East Asia. Remember folks, LBFM are the way to go, if you must go. Imagine a LBFM riding you and then you have a massive heart attack and die. That would be the way I'd wanna go. *sigh*. If only I could afford one last trip to south East Asia.
Also, no such thing in this existence as karma. Believe me, I know. I'm super old, and have been around the block many times. People get away with so much shit in this world and get away with it consequence free. We tell ourselves that someday karma will come around and get them, but ain't no such thing. Life is inherently unfair. And then we die. That's all there is to it. So just live it however you want. If you can get away with dumping cum into some biatch somewhere and she don't track you down, so much the better.

Most likely it will not happen like imagined, I had one heart attack, and I suffered for 30 minutes before I died. Probably there are some cases when you just die instantly, I don't know the percentage.

While I am inclined to agree that dying mid sex with a gorgeous LBFM riding you would be a great way to go, you've got to imagine it would be more than just a little traumatic for the poor LBFM!
I had a friend staying with me a year ago and I dropped him off at the airport to fly back to Europe. He walked up to the counter, opened his mouth to say Hello, to the check-in girl and was dead before he hit the floor. I had been laughing with him over breakfast less than an hour before that. Myocardial infarction, otherwise known as "the Widowmaker" is a pretty much an instant way to go.

1). A high-carbohydrate diet: as recommended by government 'health' agencies and nutritionists. Also, insufficient animal fats, which provide the building blocks of sex hormones.
2). The 'Covid' depopulation 'vaccines', which inject self-assembling nanotechnology to slowly construct blood clots, with a conveniently-unlinked, temporally-delayed action.

After a little research I found out that the bus company going to Baguio is the Victory Liner, and they start in Manila or Olangapo. After 3 months of traveling thru Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, mostly by bus or van, made easy by the 12 go website, I'm confronted with the (I don't even know what to call it) PH idiocy.
They do stop in Dau, but you cannot buy tickets from Dau, because it's a designated seating bus, and they don't know beforehand if anybody gets off in or before Dau, I understand that. You can buy the tickets on line, but Dau is not on the drop down menu for the above mentioned reason.
Few hundred peso more don't make any difference to me, so I figured out I would buy the tickets from Manila or Olangapo, and embark in Dau, so that I'll have the seats on the bus guaranteed, and not just go to Dau with the luggage, and not to be able to get on the bus, because I'm pretty sure that nobody will use the Baguio bus to come to Dau only.
The problem is that I'm afraid that they will treat you as a no show if you're not there and sell the seats to the stand by passengers if any, just like the airlines do. So I tried to solve this via email, because of course nobody answers the phone nr listed for customer service. I sent an email stating clearly that I will buy the tickets on the Olangopo or Manila bus but I will embark only in Dau, and I always got back the same dumb response that I can only embark in Dau if there are any seats available in the bus when it stops here, does not matter how many times, and in how many different ways I explained this to Miss Gilly Paningbatan. It wasn't an automated response, because it was a bit different each time. Here is one of the variations on the same theme:
"Mabuhay!
With regards to your concern, Unfortunately we don't have online reservations from Dau bound for Baguio City. If you will ride at the dau terminal, you may just wait for a bus coming from the origin terminal. You may board if there are still available seats.
You may also call our Customer Service hotline at (0998) 591 5102 for immediate concerns.
We look forward to having you on board. Safe travels!
Thank you and be safe.

Just like talking to a fucking wall. I forgot the feeling, nothing says better than this, Welcome to the Philippines!
Well, despite all this, still my fav place in SEA, it's just that I got spoiled in the past 3 months, even if nobody spoke a word of English, with the ease of travel, cheap hotels and delicious food, I have to readapt.
Anyway, I changed the plans, and we're going to Boracay instead, Baguio has to be put on the back burner until I find myself in Subic or Manila, so that I can start my bus ride there like Miss Gilly Paningbatan suggested.

Ad.Dau is a major temrinal for going north and geting a bus from there northwards should not be a problem. The Philippines has a huge transport network, geared towards the needs and prices of locals. You should respect that.
You can buy the tickets on line, but..How do I buy bus tickets from Here to There online? I've always had to buy them on the actual bus. I've never bought them from a counter, never early and never for a 3rd party if I'm not there.

Thanks. G.In the PH I never bought bus tickets online, only on the bus. But in this particular case it seems that that's the way you have to do it, since is assigned seating, and they don't take you if there are no seats available, unlike all the other bus companies. I don't remember ever using Victory Liners before. Maybe I should had checked directly at Dau if there are any other bus companies going to Baguio, but now is too late, I just admired the sunset in Boracay about an hour ago.
I've been to Baguio many years ago, and all I remember is that people were wearing jackets like it was freezing, which of course wasn't the case.

I get the busses everywhere I go and I've found any online research prior is pretty useless. As for timetables, don't believe what you read online.
For your future trip, I wouldn't worry about securing a seat prior. Just show up to the bus station.
In a place like Dau, there's bound to be lots of passengers disembarking there to get to Angeles so you'll get their seat.

Thanks. G.Hi G,
Basically on the bus is the only way to go. The whole online set-up is useless from experience.
Victory Liner at Pasay is the only place I've paid at the counter prior, or maybe in Cebu to get to Bantayan Island.
As for the girl and praying. A few years ago I arranged for a girl to video call me on WhatsApp when she got to the bus station and I transferred the money via G-Cash.
Generally I've found that dangling the carrot of a few thousand pesos a day with you will justify the risk of dropping 400 on their bus fare in hope.
They always take the bait.
Trust me, I've been on the buses in the PH everywhere up, and down, they are cheap, and mostly reliable, also I feel safer in a bus than in a taxi or trike.Agree and they're extremely good value. Despite the fact that timetables are rarely adhered to, on average a bus departs every hour on most major routes. Put it this way, I've had a better experience travelling by bus in The Phils as opposed to riding "The Dirty Dog" in America back in the day.
I don't remember ever using Victory Liners before.Never had a problem with Victory Liner. They have a lot of busses on the road and have a major hub in Pasay. They also have an extensive network.
I've just found that turning up to a bus station in The Phils at least an hour before you want to go anywhere can help and you won't miss your bus.

I have a postpaid account, I got it for many years, and I was sure that means that you pay at the end of the month what you use, and yes sometimes when I used the phone in the neighboring countries, I just paid more on the next bill for roaming. Well, about a week ago while on some God forgotten island, where no internet was available, and cell phone service was sporadic, I used all my data allowance for the month, and the phone became only usable for voice or sms, first I didn't understand how that's possible by having a postpaid account, then when trying to buy more data, via the globe app, got the message that I need to increase my spending limit in order to do it, again I don't understand why since is postpaid and the account is in good standing, and to make it even worse: you cannot increase it, only in person at a Globe service center, which of course was a thousand miles away. Also couldn't just pay for more data via GCash because data was needed to operate the GCash app. I tried all kind of workarounds, with no results. Upon returning to more civilized places and I found a piso machine, I just bought a data promo package to get by for the time being.
Saturday after returning to AC, I went to Globe in the SM Mall, and after I waited for almost 2 hours with nobody in que but me, and the only 2 reps, assisting 2 other customers, I gave up and left, I just needed some answers, but even if armed with lots of patience I couldn't stand it any longer. My GF was joking that maybe they were building new phones from scratch for the guys being served, and that's the reason behind the long wait. Maybe I'll give it another try tomorrow.
I have a postpaid account, .I'm a big fan of prepaid when I travel. I've had several SNAFUs where one call has drained my entire balance, often several hundred dollars. If I had been post paid it could have been essentially limitless.
Typically someone called me while I was travelling, we talked and they were the one to hang up and terminate the call. Normally there is no need for both callers to hang up to end a call. However for whatever reason my telco didn't register that the call had ended my end so charges continued until my account was exhausted.
Where I'm from there were numerous stories of people going on holidays, turning on Roaming, and using $000's of data for scheduled updates etc and not knowing until the next bill comes. Next thing they are on the news and it's all the telcos fault. I think all the telcos have now stopped post paid roaming and you have to buy fixed value Packs. I know I can't send a single SMS or make a call with out getting a Pack first.

I have a postpaid account, I got it for many years, and I was sure that means that you pay at the end of the month what you use, and yes sometimes when I used the phone in the neighboring countries, I just paid more on the next bill for roaming. Well, about a week ago while on some God forgotten island, where no internet was available, and cell phone service was sporadic, I used all my data allowance for the month, and the phone became only usable for voice or sms, I should have written about this before. Have also learned the hard way. I have the company's lowest-priced postpaid plan, I think with about 18 gb of monthly data, and unli txt and calling. In Phils I never get to the 18 gb limit as I don't watch movies or play online games. I typically use 3-5 gb of data. Outside of phils I never use the SIM card for anything. Globe roaming can be atrocious. As the phone has 2 SIM slots, one is for my Globe card and the other is my country's service provider's card. My country's card's roaming plan is considerably better price-wise than Globe. Its a bad idea to roam using Globe. Just after I send my last round of goodbye txts from NAIA after boarding the plane to depart Phils, I go into my phone's settings and turn that globe SIM card completely off. If I am out of Phils for a matter of months, I turn on the Globe SIM card once a month and let it roam for about a minute, which tells Globe the card is still active, then I turn the card off again. I turn it back on about the time my inbound aircraft gets into Phils airspace.
the account is in good standing, and to make it even worse: you cannot increase it, only in person at a Globe service center, which of course was a thousand miles away. Its even worse. Last time I was out of the country, my bank at home detected fraud on my credit card and deactivated the account. Automatically they send a new card in the mail. I got a notice from Globe that they attempted to charge my old CC but it repeatedly failed. "You can add a new card in our app". I went to the app and found the payment area and input the new CC number and hit SUBMIT. It was not rejected: The SUBMIT didn't do anything. I tried several times without success. From my home country I sent a GC to one of my regulars and had her tryke to the nearest Globe store and pay the bill. When I returned to Phils I went to a Globe store and had them input my new CC number into their payment system. "Ya. Sorry that po. The credit card thing doesn't work yet in our app. Later maybe. You need to come to our store only". Maybe?
Also couldn't just pay for more data via GCash because data was needed to operate the GCash app. I tried all kind of workarounds, with no results. Your standard Phils Catch-22:
YOU CAN'T USE YOUR GLOBE BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T PAY YOUR BILL. YOU CAN'T PAY YOUR BILL BECAUSE WE WON'T ACCEPT YOUR NEW PAYMENT METHOD (SAME AS THE OLD PAYMENT METHOD). Great!
Specifically, Globe wait times. Don't. Get. Me. Started. Plan on 45 minutes to 2 hours before seeing an agent. If they have a Ticket system to fall in line, get a Senior ticket.

I have about 8 eSims in my phone, from different countries, I only use the roaming on the Globe one in places of transit or where I don't stay long, like Singapore, Macau, HK, Seoul. For all the rest I have eSims.
I started with postpaid, because I witnessed the girls constantly running out of load, and didn't want to be in the same situation, many years ago I realized that was a mistake and I wanted to change to prepaid, but is not possible to keep the same phone nr, you'll get a new one, and my phone nr was already tied up to a multitude of things, making it impossible to do that, as the years passed by more things added to the phone nr, but at some point I'll have to make a plan, and just bare the pain, go thru the nightmare, and change to prepaid and therefore phone nr. Because as usual some things, or I should say all thing in the PH are different than they appear to be, and not in a good way, except the girls.

Still, it ain't ok to target people just cause they be from some place geographically.
I say stop it. Please stop killing them Koreans. I love a good K drama as much as the next person, so stop murdering them. There. I've said my peace. And I hope the next pope is the Philippines dude. Good luck!

What about other foreigners then? Does that mean we're safe because we're not from Korea and Japan? I guess in a way it makes sense. With the way the world is going now, it seems like the only rich people left in the world are the Koreans and Japanese. Maybe a few Europeans here and there. Still, it ain't ok to target people just cause they be from some place geographically.
I say stop it. Please stop killing them Koreans. I love a good K drama as much as the next person, so stop murdering them. There. I've said my peace. And I hope the next pope is the Philippines dude. Good luck!Probably those man-purses they are wearing look tempting to the bad guys, exacerbated by the idiotic money throwing they like to perform, just this past Monday I saw one Korean performing the money shower ritual out on the Red Street over the girls sitting in front of the massage place next to Royal Amsterdam. Of course this doesn't justify the killing, but it encourages robberies by doing just what their intention is: creating the illusion that the man-purse is full of cash. I feel sorry for the guy, now he's the richest guy in the cemetery.
All foreginers and most Pinoys are targets and it might be arguied osme but not all Koreans let their guard down. There are guys scouting round on bkes all the time seing who they can rob and Pinoys have their phones etc snatched on a regular basis. I find reports like those on mugging much more helpful and far more useful than run of the mill ones about bonking some run of the mill bar girl. Security guards on a hotel are terrrent but once you step oputside, you are fair game. Ditto bringing a bottom feeder back to your room. Swim with the sharks, get bitten.

Why are they killing Koreans all the time here?"All the time". What does that mean? Every day? Its best not to use over-arching generalizations.

Respectfully. Have been nicked here (specifically AC) only once in more than 2 decades. Have mates here longer than I've been here who have never been nicked. Have walked many of the ugly / dark nooks and crannies of Manila in the dead of night, multiple times. Just not sure there's a major bodily-injury crime increase going on. I have pinoy friends, and nobody that I am aware of has had their phone stolen in the past year.
Good is not the enemy of great, but fear is what drives us to mediocrity and failure to attempt success.
"All the time"s.The security guard where I was staying had his phone snatched when he nodded off and hotel staff told mes snatching is a common occurrence. I got reports of multiple break ins, usually targeting foreigners (= bigger picking). The houses in Balibago are all caged in, obviously for that reason. I have heard of knife stick ups and so I urge caution.
Given the endemic poverty, crime is to be expected and "rich"foreingers should regard thesmekves as targets. I would consider it important to know Koreatown is in play as they have their own cops, and many of the Koreans living in Angeles are criminals, who bite back.

The security guard where I was staying had his phone snatched when he nodded off and hotel staff told mes snatching is a common occurrence. I got reports of multiple break ins, usually targeting foreigners (= bigger picking). Guessing you are speaking of the greater AC area as you mention K-Town. I think if you compare living in the area, or just walking the streets in general, you will find it a more dangerous area than say, living in a condo, house, or apartment elsewhere. I spent almost a year living in Malate in 2021 along del Pilar road, during the pandemic when the country was at its poorest in memory, unafraid, walking and jogging day and night. Known for my pr*ck (or just being a pr*ck); not known for my 'tough-guy' abilities. But unafraid to move about.
The houses in Balibago are all caged in, obviously for that reason. As they are in much of the world, including the rest of Phils, much of central and south America, and parts of the US. Not trying to minimize your experiences. But comparing AC to the rest of Phils is like trying to compare Tijuana to the rest of Mexico. Also, I'd guess about a million tourists come to AC every year (based on Tourism numbers), and they go home with happy memories.
OTOH, and to make your point, my country has had a continuous warning on its State Dept website about dangerous places here where they think you should not travel (Mindanao amongst others). Other countries do similar.
Koreans are not being killed all the time. If they were, the country would call its citizens home (something the Phils government wouldn't want, given the influx of K money).
On The Other-Other Hand. If you DO get killed in AC, please write us a descriptive Field Report for the newbs.
On The Other-Other Hand. If you DO get killed in AC, please write us a descriptive Field Report for the newbs. And as the great Yogi Berra said, 'Always go to other people's funerals, otherwise they won't come to yours. '.
Given the endemic poverty, crime is to be expected and "rich"foreingers should regard thesmekves as targets. That's a really big leap. I've been floating, often living, around Asian for decades. Many times I've been to poor areas or been with poor girls. Often they have been the ones to look out for me or even return things that I have lost or forgotten.
In all that time all my thefts have been opportunistic, never any threats of assault or weapons involved: a girl stole cash out of my wallet and disappeared halfway through the night while I slept; another in a similar situation stole my phone iPad etc. In both cases I would have been fine if I had taken the most basic of security of precautions.
One thing I should add is that, generally, I don't do stupid shit. I'm generous with out waving wads of cash. I don't go looking for arguments and am happy to back down or walk away. I'm an infrequent but quiet and happy drunk rather than aggressive or abusive. If I have a few too many, then it's a taxi home vs walking.
I think comments about packs of bad guys combing the streets for foreigner prey is wildly over blown. Now guys that draw attention towards themselves and go looking for trouble, then that is totally different.
Enjoy. G.

Did he also say: "Hit it where they ain't. "?It is wise to leave in your Will and instructions in PH for cremation and remains to be sent back home, otherwise your family will get robbed again!
This is a numbers game. There is the danger of low level crime and more serious stuff too, as witnessed by the vloggers getting roughed up. I prefer to get those warnings than reports of bonking some random hooker.
My own home city has deteriorated a lot with the influx of illegal immigrants and the US Embassy, for one, gives warnings to their citizens visiting it. I think the Yanks are right to do that. Although the mumbers of those attacked are low, it happens almost every day.
Even Goferring's experience of hookers robbing him point to the dangers. Regardless of whether anyone walked the backstreets 10000 times without incident, caution is advised and all tips to reduce the odds of geting rolled are deeply appreciated, by me at least.
Koreans are not being killed all the time. If they were, the country would call its citizens home (something the Phils government wouldn't want, given the influx of K money).According to a news video article, 38 Koreans have been killed since 2015/2016.
The Korean manager of the 50/100 poker game at the Wild Aces warned people of the satchel (man-purse) snatching danger long time ago. You can see the signs made by the Korean association, warning of that danger on Walking Street (I refuse to use Red Street; IMO, that is a dumb name, unless they change it to Red Light Street). The English translation on the sign says, "Be careful to the Robber" (Funny English). According to another news article, last month, policed killed the passenger and wounded the driver of a moto-bike when the police attempted to stop the bike without a license plate. It seem the passenger resisted.
There is obviously multiple people targeting people carrying satchels. IMO, satchels scream, I have a lot of valuables here because I don't trust the hotel safe. IMO, satchels are better protection against pick pockets, but they make you a target. IMO, I don't think it matters what nationality you are if you are carrying a satchel. Although I don't see many White guys carrying satchels.
The time that Korean who got killed last week occurred at 1:50 pm, in broad daylight in K-town. I used to take the jeepney to that area, and walk back to Walking Street, for my health walk. I don't plan to do that again. I thought it was safe to do that walk during the middle of the day, with many people around. I will rethink the dangers.
If you want to read about it, Google, "Korean killed in Angeles". My regular showed me an unfiltered Facebook post. It showed them stopping CPR. And then it showed the dead Korean's friend, sobbing over his dead body. It was gut-wrenching.

I've never been ripped-off, but it's a reminder of what can happen and the precautions to take.
Then again, years ago in Napoli, Italy, a Policeman asked me why I had my old SLR camera in my hand walking down the street and gave me a warning.
Theft and crime is not Angeles or Phils specific.
It happens everywhere.
Would I wear a man-bag or satchel, as others have called them.
Fuck no. I think they're referred to here as a 'Wanker's Handbag'.

I stand at least somewhat corrected:
According to a news video article, 38 Koreans have been killed since 2015/2016.Was not aware of this. However I maintain that its a problem that is localized to a specific geography, and a specific group (who flaunt wealth).
A question. Promise I'm not being cheeky when asking this: Is that a lot? In relation to what? Is it possible that more Koreans are killed in any number of cities in my country each year? Is there a recent uptick? These are legitimate questions. To compare: There were 19,000+ homicides in the US in 2023. Some stats from LOS Angeles City, over 10 years, from 2014 to 2023:
Homicide 260 282 293 281 258 258 351 401 387 324.
Robbery 7,949 8,952 10,307 10,814 10,327 9,652 8,013 8,472 9,124 8,711.
https://openjustice.doj.ca.gov/exploration/crime-statistics/crimes-clearances
Its a shame that we consider a particular handful of homicides as not noteworthy.
The Korean manager of the 50/100 poker game at the Wild Aces warned people of the satchel (man-purse) snatching danger long time ago. Quiapo signs posted: "Watch for pick pocket / snatcher", "Careful your wallet". However obviously if they have posted the sign in AC, its a concern to all visitors. Food for thought for those thinking of visiting.
I continue to maintain that you are safer almost anywhere in Phils than you are in many places in my country. However if anyone has been scared off, don't be worried about leaving more poon for those of us who live here. Its something we've been suffering thru since Covid.

I think it has something to do with Koreans not being street smart, because those types of crimes are non-existent in their country. My brother lives in Korea. He told me if I throw my wallet down on the sidewalk, then it would still be there the next day when we come back.

Where would Koreans go though if they're being specifically targeted in the Phips? It's got to be Thailand then. I keep telling people that Thailand is it. It's not complicated, but people be trying the DR, Costa Rica, the Phips, Cambodia, etc, on and on. But for some real value for money hobbying, and guaranteed safety, it's always Thailand, all the time. I can't think of one time a Korean was murdered in Thailand. Ok, maybe that one time with the whole barrel thing. But it was literally one time. And even then it was committed by a fellow Korean. Like a K drama type deal.
Tens of millions of Koreans visit Thailand every year, and literally only 1 dude has been murdered, that's good stats. While 1 out of every 3 Korean gets killed in the Phips, those are pretty bad numbers if you ask me. I'm sure our fellow Korean hobbyists don't read this forum, but best to tell them to stay away from the Phips. I personally would want to try the Phips one day, I hear good things, but I very rarely ever get the chance to fly to South East Asia, so when I do, I got to be going to Thailand. Can't waste the precious trip on Manila or Angeles City, when Bangkok beckons.
Bangkok beckons!
Indian mongers don't really have a great reputation on ISG. Some of it is well deserved, some not. However, in Davao, word in the street is that they have been providing an invaluable service. Young and professional Indian International Med students have been identifying pinas with potential and providing 6 or 12 month on the job training. The couple I have bumped into have recently graduated well qualified indeed.
I wondered why the girls were so comfortable working with this foreigner.
If anyone sees Raj and friends after class, buy them a chai and send me the cheque. They are doing God's work. The train their girls incredibly well.

Most crime in the Philippines is opportunistic. If you take the most basic of precautions, then you will be fine. It isn't the "poor" people you have to watch out for. For the most part, they have morals and, while they may want money, they are honest and would rather help you and hope for a handout than take something from you. That being said, scams do abound. Just be smart and don't fall for them.
Be smart about where you are. Don't go with someone you don't know just because they ask you to. It is usually a scam, but could be worse. If you are alone, guards are your best friends for good information. But, better to be with someone you trust if you're going to unfamiliar territory, whether it is city or province. Keep your nose out of politics or other peoples' business. This will keep you safe 99.9% of the time. I've seen people lying dead in a ditch for not doing that. But I've also had rebels carrying kalishnikovs joking with me and telling me how to get somewhere because my partner had given his sick aunt some rice a couple of years back. It's all relative. Just be smart!

Tens of millions of Koreans visit Thailand every year, Can you provide a link or some evidence of that? See my last pic. Thai Immigration reports about 35 million tourists last year. Tens of millions of Koreans in that mix would make them the majority of tourists, which would be difficult to believe.
While 1 out of every 3 Korean gets killed in the Phips, those are pretty bad numbers if you ask me. Rather wild claim. According to Phils Immigration stats, about 1. 57 million Korean tourists entered Phils in 2024 (see pic #3). Koreans represent the largest group entering, with the US in second place with almost 1 million.
Accordingly, killing 1 out of every 3 would mean half a million murdered Koreans inside of Phils last year. NY can you tell us where you got that statistic? "Pretty bad numbers" would be an understatement.
And something else, regarding spending. See pic #4. While Koreans make up the largest block of tourists, they are the third-largest spending group in overall expenditures. The US is first in spending (and second in numbers of tourists). Possible explanation is that Koreans are in-country for shorter periods of time in large numbers in AC, Manila, and Cebu, while Aussies, Americans, and Brits are expats living here all over the country.

Wow!Its always been this way. When I first started coming to Mindanao more than a decade ago, it was in the p300-p500 range from politicians. You often have to go sit thru a multi-hour lecture from the politicians campaign staff (explaining what he / she will do if elected), with hundreds of others in order to get the cash (hence, they run home to their province). The current range in our province is p1000+, and can be different for different positions (governor, mayor, brgy officials, etc). A typical conversation from my girls the week prior to election:
Your cousin cancelled for Thursday. Can you come Thursday? "Not. Going with family to the Jinky". To the Jinky? What's a Jinky? "Candidate running for Xxxxxx (office). He is give 500". OK, then can you come Friday? "Not. Going for RJ". I see, and RJ would be another candidate? "Yes its give 700. But I will not go in Jun-Jun". Why not Jun-Jun? Who is Jun-Jun? "The other guy. He giving 150 only. Not going of that". I see. Well, speaking of Jinky, can you come after Jinky's presentation? "Not. Starts 10 am". Well, you can come at noon, or 1 pm? "Hahaha. Obvious your not pinoy. It will be many hours. Like a rally. Everyone will stay until the last is finished. To get the money". And will you vote for the one who gives the most? "Not so. I hate that Jinky. I like RJ or Jun-Jun". You would not bother going to collect Jun's small p150, but you might vote for him? "Yes because he is the brother of my cousin-in-law". Your cousin-in-law? "Yes. You remember him. Henry. You played basketball with Henry". I did? "Yes on the basketball court. You don't remember?" No. "Jun is the brother of Henry". Not sure what a cousin-in-law is, but doesn't that make Jun your cousin-in-law also? "Maybe".
Wait. You will take the money of Jinky and RJ and then not vote for them? "They will give. I will take". So most folk have already made up their mind prior to accepting the bribe? "Yes. The politicians know it". And where do the candidates get this money to give away? "They have a sponsors". And the sponsors are aware of the corruption, yes? "Of course". So the entire system if corrupt, as the sponsors are hoping to get legislation the will favor or like? "Yes as the politician will want to re-elect".
Another girl, another election, having a similar conversation after the ditty one day, she said this: "You think your country don't have a corrupt politician? What about that Xxx Xxxxxxxx guy last week? Convicted of taking money from some other country's government? In court? Its on the Internet news?" SLAP DOWN TIME!
Another girl: "Also my parents. They getting this money since before I'm born. My grandparents. All voters can get". A straight-up confession: Its what we dooooooooooooo.
These conversations can be so telling into the cultural mindset of the people. ME makes a great point about the open-ness (in your face!) differences between countries. Probably it exists everywhere.
Its always been this way. When I first started coming to Mindanao more than a decade ago, it was in the p300-p500 range from politicians. Advice from Corp Girl is that the payment here is 1000-1500 and all candidates have some form of payment. She did mention something a little different when I asked who gets it and how does the candidate know if the payee actually votes for them. Apparently there is no traceability so the voter can do what he wants after receiving the money. For that reason candidates only spend in areas that Iocks in likely voters. It's not used in areas that have marginal or undecided voters.

I already have pics from the GF with her poor neighbors celebrating with not one, but two pigs on the rotisserie pit, and cases of beer. I'm pretty sure they don't know the meaning of saving some for later.
My wife and her oldest daughter, who is just eligible to vote, got about 5. 5 k each from the different candidates in their area. It was kind of curious how it happened, too. They had someone come give them a little slip of paper with their name and location to go last week Friday, I think. It was a house back away from the main road (so to be out of sight of Comelec in case they came through, as campaigning was supposed to cease already. Workers for a slate of candidates were there, and had stations to go to and get information about the candidate and an envelope with money. One candidate for congress gave 3 k, mayor, vice mayor, and governor gave 500 each. Then councilors and board members gave 100-200 each. Then, the next day, envelopes were on the porch with candidate names and small money (50-100 pesos). Funny story is that the other candidate for congress had appropriated 2 k for each voter, but the one handling it for the area took 1 k from each of the envelopes before giving them out. Corrupting corruption corrupts completely.
My partner in Mindanao said she received 1 k from the mayoral candidate there. The opponent came out and directly said that he would not improve the roads in that sitio because the sitio leader was for the opponent. At least the corruption is plain to see. . .

To get the money"..So basically province girls are smarter than 70 million American MAGA voters. Trumpers vote for Trump and then have to pay thousands extra for their walmart trips. And still sing his praises.

And still sing his praises.Quite possible those province girls are bipartisan. Look at all the simps out there who have never travelled here, and yet they send boat-loads of money via OF, or other flesh-oriented processes, of which the girls here take advantage. Or the guys who get into LDR with pinay here that they've never met; for years he is sending monthly remittance for her family needs. Who is the smart one there?

Who is the smart one there? They are definitely bipartisan. That will take any guy's money and then treat them all with equal disdain. I'm sure many of us have heard how the girls speak of their absent sugar daddies. It's certainly not with love and respect.
When in doubt just follow the money. It's amazing the number of times a guy will be insulting a girl's intelligence while simultaneously handing over cash. Often a lot of cash.
Enjoy. G.

She said: "I go now," and she hung up on him. You might think that my fingering her like that was unkind, but as soon as she hung up, she rolled towards me, thrust her hips towards my hand to push deeper inside, grabbed my head and kissed me really good. Like I said before: oodles of horny locked up inside that tiny body.
I was sated, so we washed and went to breakfast. I asked about the gent. She said she's been chatting him for 2 years from some dating website, he sends money, he calls her a lot, and his name is Mark. Two years and he's never visited? "No. " How much money does he send you? "Um. Depend. 4000.5000. 6000 maybe. " Every month? "No. Two weeks. Each month two time. Like that. " Wow, so you're getting 10 k per month? "Sometimes 15. " Do you ask him for money? "One time only. 1500 my kid was sick. After that he just keep sending more. Always more. " Do you and Mark say I Love You on the phone? "Yes. " Do you love him? "Haha no. Just he think it. ".
Mark, wherever you are, thank you SO MUCH for being too slow to get on a plane and actually spend time with this always-horny beauty (that you love). Thank you SO MUCH for not being aware that the amount you are sending her is well more than enough for her and her child to live comfortably in the small mindanao province (so much so that she has enough to buy me beer and never ask me for money -- for anything -- and give her mother thousands of excess pesos monthly).
Thanks to all the Marks for not realizing that 15 k is a discount airfare to see Anna Lyn. He and his like could have literally flown in every month and had fun and cash to spare. G.
It boggles my mind, but I'm a beneficiary of several girls' free time and on occasion her generosity too, so I'm happy with the arrangement. I wonder who these guys are. I reckon probably married and hen pecked. Perhaps fearful of coming over because they may just chuck in their old life for something new and exciting. Anyway Mark gets the companionship he wants from this relationship, i.e. talking to her on the phone, and if it's good enough for him who am I to object?
however not to be deterred your intrepid correspondent books an in hotel massage and surprise surprise my 'therapist' takes a shine to me in a big way. gets my digits, arrives back in the morning for a beach outing, stays in my suite that night & enthusiastically plans a little 'vacation' to cebu with me. we stop at her place ostensibly for to pick up a dress. its a very nice brand new p8000/ month apartment with all the mod con's. hmm something not right here. from a p500 full body massage her cut is p70.
back at my hotel that night we talk about the near future. she has something to tell me because she doesn't want to lie to me. uh huh. turns out while i'm enjoying her carnal delights 'john' from england an elderly man is paying all her bills for her apartment. she says she never told him she loved him & never slept with him. apparently i'm special. falls for me & feels guilty to john.
she asks me what she should do. i advise her to be honest and be loyal to which ever party she chooses. can't have your cake & eat it. etc. i cut her loose to 'make a decision'. whoever you are john, your allegedly untouched 22 yr old cebuano is one sweet shag. sorry mate. Here's to all the Mark's and John's in the world. Smart Girl Philippines video "Dear Foreigner, Stop paying for Other People's P*ssy in Philippines". She runs thru about 6 ways that foreigners are funding Filipina while the girl is giving the poon away to others, usually her boyfie, while only too happy to take funds from multiple foreigners. Refreshing hearing it directly from a pinay who smiles and tells it like it is.
The six (and I think we've covered these on ISG quite a bit):
1) Sending money online.
2) LDR. "While you are sending money, some other guy is rearranging her guts EVERY NIGHT"!
3) Giving money to waitresses, hoping she'll date you. She has a bunch of guys doing this.
4) Giving money to bargirls (outside the barfine I think). "You become the current clown in her circus".
5) Dating local filipinas, meeting the fam, paying for everything while you are in town. She has a hidden boyfie on the side.
6) Girls with a bunch of kids with an ex-boyfie. He's probably still smashing it. "She straight up has a boyfriend, and she's playing you like a Nintendo".

Province girls are street smart based on need to survive. Most Americans are just plain stupid with no excuses really. The Delta between them makes these wonderful online relationships work. As with the rest of you I have also been fucking the shit out of some girl while her "BF" calls her on the phone. I don't feel at all bad about it.
2) LDR. "While you are sending money, some other guy is rearranging her guts EVERY NIGHT"!
Ain't nothin' wrong with OPP. I've been a side dick for decades.

PS. Not the Phils but some more Stupid Shit about LDRs and OPPs
Para 1:. I've often explained the Golden Rules to girls: I've got the gold so I'm making the rules. There is no need to insult them but many guys seem to just lay down then become surprised when they are treated like a door mat.
Para 2:. Suggest you have a read of the Seeking Arrangement forum to see guys blowing '00's or 000's of dollars for the privilege of being in girls' presence. I can certainly appreciate a girl's beauty but I definitely don't put them in a pedestal.
Para 3:. Depends what you want to pay for. I'm always in town for a while so time is on my side. I don't need to pay a premium for access at a given time or before I go back home. It suits me to be a sidedick: let other guys buy them phones, silver service dinners and 5 star holidays; when Daddy has gone home or the rent is due then she can give me a call to come over on my terms. It may take a little time but the day will come.

"Most filipinas want to keep their man's stomach full and his balls EMPTY".
In the various cities that I've come to, I've spent time with many of the local foreign residents and expats. One thing that has begun to dawn on me is that 95% of their wives are horrendous, typically grossly over weight and long gone facial beauty.
Using my small sample size, Filippinas must be the worst aging ladies in Asia. Sure they can look great in their 20's and 30's. But I've only seen a couple who have retained their looks beyond this. Contrast that with numerous friends who have Indonesian, Malay and Thai wives that are still attractive in their 40's, 50's and beyond.
Add in that most have brought a bastard child into the marriage and it's hard to argue against remaining single with short time friends.

Filipinas must be the worst aging ladies in Asia.Because they eat lots of foods fried in toxic vegetable oils: causing inflammation and creating transfats, aldehydes & acrylamides. Result: cellular death and premature aging. Even frying in saturated coconut oil would be an improvement.

All this vlogging bullshit confuses people that never lived in the PH, not this guy in particular, but the general talk about expenses, especially the parts about cheap living. I discovered that only 2 things are cheaper in PH: rent, and pussy, everything else is pricier, and of lower quality. If you want to buy decent things, including food, you have to go to SR which is Sams's Club, or other western outlets, and it will cost the same as in the US or higher. The same goes on for restaurants, a low quality T-bone, same as Outback Steakhouse, is $30 at Kokomos, or it used to be before they changed the menus and hiked the prices, Swiss Chalet is the same. I don't know about the korean places where seems to be a rush at diner time, but I'm not into cooking my own food and paying the restaurant to let me do it. I don't think that I had a month so far when I spent only $2 K so far, even when living in the province I was exceding that by far. Yes you can do it on $2 K or less, but that will be surviving, not living.
The sort of obstacles I'm facing from simps in the internet. This one is from Manila but it's also prevalent in the provinces.

Rent is 3 k pesos, electric is 1-4 k pesos, depending on how much we use aircon, water is about 800 pesos, wifi is 1. 5 k pesos for wired broadband. I don't have a car there and just use trikes or jeepneys. I love to cook, and my food is better than restaurant food, anyway. But in my case when I'm in AC I spend up to $5 K / mo and maybe $3 K / mo when in the province.
I do cook sometimes, when I get tired of the restaurant food, but I don't think I end up cheaper, because I'm buying in western stores where a freaking California bell pepper costs $3!, one piece. Fruits, carrots, onion, and other basic stuff I do buy it in the market, but some of it is still more expensive than US, which I don't understand because PH is mainly an agrarian country. Only rice is cheaper.
In AC rent is $600 and up for a decent place, trikes $2-300, utilities $200, laundry $40, groceries $3-500, restaurant food $1000 and up, cappuccinos $250, bar drinks $500 and up, and other stuff that doesn't come to mind. On top of that comes the money spent for pussy, and that's where it gets tricky, and expensive. When I'm in province it's a little cheaper, but not a lot because I'm usually renting beachfront, but the pussy is for free.
My other hobby beside young, beautiful pussy is traveling, and I do it on regular bases instead of extending my visa, just take a cheap flight somewhere in SEA, and that's a whole different expense.

No wonder these inexperienced girls who get burned then get "gun-shy" and want to ensure a pay-out. As with everything, assholes spoil it for everyone else.

I used to be married to a real asian, not filipina (filipinos look asian, but behave like any other poor ex spanish colony), and she kind of explained that the phenomenon of cooking your own food, and paying the restaurant to let you do it, is a relatively recent modern thing that originates from the fact that our days in big cities in asia people live in crammed spaces, or with roommates, making it impossible for friends to get together, and just like the 2 hour hotel rooms, those DIY restaurants appeared. Probably that's the same reason why filipinos are crazy about the "resorts" that have the open huts with the table in the middle, called improper "cottages" or tyosko, wher they go and cook and eat and drink all day long. Even in US my ex bought a portable cook plate, and when her GFs were coming to visit, they were sitting at the kitchen island and do the cooking there, instead of using our huge modern kitchen.

Lots of times I come up with my own diluted cocktail mixes, that are not too sweet and order that, but after always getting something totally different from the bar, I learned my lesson, and I order the ingredients separate, and I mix it myself, it costs more than ordering the cocktail, but better pay 2-3 $ more than deal with the frustration of getting something unexpected and most likely undrinkable. Anybody knows what happened to the cute long haired blonde waitress (I think named Jane) from Kokomos? I didn't see her there anymore, I was hitting on her, but no results, probably somebody married her.

The American service workers rely on tips due to poor rates of pay and I used to be happy to tip them knowing that was basically their income (believe me, I worked in bars as a traveler in NYC and FL without a Greencard and it was tips only back in the day, but our service was fantastic). The bar owners only wanted to distance themselves from wage expenses and have the customer pay for it.
Here in Australia, and many other countries, I've noticed the same decline in service and it's because the workers aren't getting rewarded a decent wage to provide it these days.
(Try getting the economics of things into a Pina who thinks we're all millionaires despite the inflated costs in the west).
I had a bit of a fuckfest in Russia quite a few years ago, and ended up in a social occasion with a number of stunning hookers who made some interesting remarks on the negatives of capitalism, which were very valid at the time, and are probably now today.
I've been in retail and customer service since I started as an apprentice tradesman when I was sixteen.
For the past seven years we've operated a lingerie and sex toy business competing against all the major brands. It's our customer service that gets business and return business.
It's not just a Phils thing.
If you're getting shit service, it's because the management hasn't properly trained their staff, or the staff aren't committed because they're not being paid a decent wage. Or they're working for an arsehole / asshole.
It happens the world over _ Just my experience _ Phil.

Go to somewhere where there are six staff standing around while one person operates the checkout: they are all on 6 months contracts. Starbucks etc where you can actually get served: no short term contracts.
Don't even get me started that the girls probably had to have a 4 year degree to get that contract.

The American service workers rely on tips due to poor rates of pay and I used to be happy to tip them knowing that was basically their incomeWould you do the same for workers in a supermarket?
Here in Australia, and many other countries, I've noticed the same decline in service and it's because the workers aren't getting rewarded a decent wage to provide it these days.
If you're getting shit service, it's because the management hasn't properly trained their staff, or the staff aren't committed because they're not being paid a decent wage. This makes no sense at all. Someone goes begging for someone to hire them, then after getting hired say well because I am not getting paid x then I am going to do a shitty job? So why even apply for the job in the first place already knowing the pay rate? People usually pay more due to a good job being done than give raises to people doing a shitty job. The people doing the shitty job are usually out of the door. What business owner is going to say well since you are doing such a shitty job then you deserve a raise? None.
You are getting shit service because most people don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. There are 2 stories that I always tell in reference to service in the Philippines. One I was in first class on an international flight on Philippine Air. I ordered Grand Marnier and pineapple juice. I took a sip and saw it was only pineapple juice. I told the flight attendant that I had ordered Grand Marnier and pineapple juice. She looked right in my eyes and said sorry sir we do not have pineapple juice, while I am holding a glass full of it in my hand. I thought I was being pranked.
Second was at a resort in Cebu in the pool with my girlfriend. Lady came around taking orders for dinner. I looked at the menu and didn't really see anything I wanted. So I said just give me a grilled cheese. The girl said sorry sir, we do not have grilled cheese, only grilled ham and cheese. It did not add up to her that the ham could just be left off the sandwich.
I have tons more similar stories. This is dumb assery, not people doing a bad job because of inadequate training or low pay. Paying more would not make those people any smarter, thereby leading to better service. It is like thinking an ox with two legs would plow the field better if they just gave it more food.
I was always taught that people pay for skills. So I concentrated on making myself marketable so I could earn more money. The problem today is that people are told that since they are breathing then they automatically deserve more. It does not work like that. If everybody had more money then nobody would have more money. The natural selection is that those that are able to obtain certain skills will make more.
The USSR proved it to be bullshit for dumbasses to be earning the same as heart surgeons. Can't get mad at the person studying hard and working his ass off to get where he got, while you chose a route of sitting on your ass waiting to be handed something.

.It happened to me numerous times, and I read or I had a report long time ago about the implications of ordering a hamburger at McDonalds and requesting no onion on it, it turned into a real clusterfuck, involving managers, and staff.
While in PH don't deviate from the standard, just do it yourself afterwards.

In the US is the reverse of everything discussed here, the poor service is due to the waiters wage increase. Years ago when they were getting paid $5/ HR or $2/ HR in the countryside, everybody were doing their best to earn your 10-15% tip, our days they all start at $15/ HR and the 20% tip is automatically added to your bill, therefore no incentive to be extra nice to you. In good locations, they make more money than skilled trades like electricians or carpenters do. I don't think that raising the wages of servers will solve the problem, the lure of a good tip afterwards does the trick, just the way it works with the hookers. Our european friends kind of fucked up the system by always leaving almost nothing for a tip, and because we all look the same, the filipina waitresses cannot differentiate who's a good tipper and who's not.

I was refused service in China because I only wanted a beer and no food or other times for no apparent reason, so I don't know what are you taking about when you say great service, overall even with the abrupt decline in the quality I find the service in US superior to many other civilized countries.
Also I don't know where this idea that the business shifts the burden of payroll to the customer originates, because I see it perpetuated on the internet for many years, but I don't think is true because being a waiter in my opinion is an occupation that doesn't require almost no qualifications therefore used to be paid just like any other unqualified job: minimum wage. There are exceptions, fancy places, very few, where serving food is an art, and knowledge about when, and how to serve it is needed, but I'm pretty sure the server's wages are different there, and the prices too.
The US tip culture is inherited from a time long gone now, and doesn't have nothing to do with the payroll, digging trenches in the heat is 100 times harder, also an unqualified job, and was paid minimum wage also, but as you guessed: no tip.

Category 1.) She comes and sees you four or more times a week outside of the bar for free and sometimes stays longtime. (Sort of happened to me one time in Thailand a Soi 6 girl wanted to do long time she staid the night I paid her then the next day she said it was her day off and she would just stay another night with me. Offered her money the second day but she refused it. Even paid once when we went out to eat).
Category 2.) She sees you four or more times a week outside of the bar for half the bar fine price and sometimes stays long time. (very common for me I have a few I see outside of the bar for half the bar fine price on a regular almost daily bases).
Category 3.) She contacts you four or more times a week and wants you to come into her bar and bar fine her but never stays long time. (Has happen to me occasionally but I usually get promoted by her very quickly to category two).
Category 4.) She bar fines with you once maybe a second time, maybe not, but then turns her nose up at you wants nothing to do with you and won't say why she doesn't like you (Has happened to me before but it is rare).
Category 5.) She wants you to come into the bar and table her and buy her drinks, she laughs at your jokes is affectionate to you in the bar wants you to come in often to table her and buy her drinks but won't bar fine with you always has an excuse why she can't. (Has never really happened to me as I know most of the managers and just tell them to ask the girl if she will do short time before I buy her even one drink).
Category 6.) She allows you to table her and buy her a drink once but won't bar fine, maybe she allows you to buy her a drink a second time but is cold and disinterested in you and won't say why she won't bar fine with you and turns her nose up at you any time you enter after that. (Has never happened to me as I always follow the mode of operation stated in category five).
Category 7.) She won't even allow you to table her and buy her a drink runs from you like you are the Ebola virous and won't even talk to you. (Has only happened to me in the Korean bars with the attractive girls who only go with Koreans, they won't sit with you interact with you and avoid you).

I know that business in PH is conducted mostly via FB, and I got used to it, but the postings are so idiotic, that makes no sense, and somehow it works.
I want to move, and I'm trying to rent a house that's in a good area, on the beach, and as private as it can be, so that the girls that my GF brings over don't have to do the walk of shame in front of the prying eyes of the neighbors. Absolutely all the postings about places to rent are kind of cryptic, offer no info about the place, except how many people can sleep there, no location, and no price, It's like navigating thru a nightmare, you always have to PM in order to get the minimal info that you need.
I returned from the US, and for about a week now, I'm waiting for responses to my PMs that of course take a few days to come back, if they do, and is just a waste of time in most cases. Real estate agents are the same way, FB, emojis and no useful info.
Extremely frustrating, like most things here, but the main commodity which is pussy and is easy available, makes the pain of dealing with the rest of the stuff bearable.
Also worth mentioning under the same category is the fact that I'm on an island where one of the main activities is fishing, and yesterday I stopped in almost all the restaurants, carinderias, and BBQ shacks that I could find, and none of them had fish on the menu, only pork and chicken. On the side of the road 2 miles away from the touristy area where the fishermen are, there is plenty of fresh fish for sale, good quality, and extremely cheap, but if you don't feel like cooking and just want to be served you're out of luck.

On my last visit to Sabang recently, I asked if the fish I ordered was caught 'out there' and pointed to the vast expanse of water.
An honest waitress replied, "No Sir. All frozen from Manila. ".
As a bit of a Gordon Ramsay look-a-like, I was compelled to say, "Oh, for fuck's sake!" but didn't. She was only the cute waitress.
As for the Phils doing business via FB, yes it's really frustrating, as all my trips include a business schedule.
I get it that they don't want to pay the costs of running a website and resort to free FB, but another unknown fact is, the cost of registering a PH domain name is really expensive compared to other countries and due to a monopoly from prior experience.

Not exactly fishing but there may still be lots of baby G tadpoles swimming in the Big Apple swimming pool in Sabang. I was madly in lust with many of the pole dancers in town and over many barfines one fucked me in every area of that pool imaginable: in the pool; on the deck chairs; in the pool bar; outside the front door of the surrounding rooms. She had absolutely no qualms at 4 am in the morning. I remember one night feeling proud as punch that I had finally found her limit when she refused to fuck me on the diving board.
To this day, she was the only girl who could give me a BBBJCIM underwater. I swear she had gills some nights.
Aaah, the memories of being young and stupid.

I'm sure 'things' still go on out the back, but not quite like your experience in the past.
The small bar out the front in the alley calls itself a Big Apple Cafe (I think it's owned the the same guy who has LA Cafe in Manila).
It's badly managed by an old woman called Angel, but the girls in there, over time, have been quite pleasant.
But they're not bar girls per se.
They ask for LD's but there's no negotiating for any bedroom action.
I've 'done' two of them on the side, but had to build up a rapport over time.

_ Phil.Yep. It was a pretty wild and seedy place back in the day. Several guys didn't survive the night and were quietly wisked away. A bit of a dump to be honest but the best location.
I heard there was a major bust up between the owners / managers, a new owner group has tidied it up but lost a lot of the atmosphere.
Another one of those great memories that I probably wouldn't want to repeat now that I'm older and saner.
Is the floating bar still out the front?

G.Not too sure about the history of the management, but you get a little tired of the managers and girls hitting you up for LD's when there's no guarantee of some action and there's no bar fines.
As mentioned, I've 'nailed' a few girls out of there only because I got friendly with them and did it on the side.

Yes, the floating bar still exists, but it didn't seem too busy on the last visit.
I've had some great times in Sabang, but sooner or later, once you start fucking all the local non-bar girls as freelancers, it gets really messy.
They all know each other and they all know you. And I'm sure there were a lot of boyfriend's eyes on me too.
Although a diving destination now run by the K's, I'd still advise guys to go there to check it out and chill by the water and to take a break from the concrete surroundings of Manila and AC.

_ Phil. There have always been a few restaurants where the girls were open to some overtime after work. However, you are correct: it does get a little messy when they are simultaneously fucking numerous guys yet regard themselves as good girls who we should be faithful to. It also doesn't help that Sabang is a one road town so dragging anyone home from the bars etc will mean walking past her workplace every night, often drunk at 3 am with a hooker in tow.
I have some great memories of Sabang but I stopped going for a few reasons: going back to the same town and bars got a little ground hog dayish; over the years the tone of the town changed with many more one time visitors vs repeat visitors; prices just went up and up.
Regardless of the above, I'd also recommend it to others for a visit. It's one of the very few places in the Phil's that has both girls and diving readily available.
Enjoy. G.

I'd definitely recommend it as an alternative, or side trip from Manila or AC.
I know a lot of guys have an issue with the Koreans taking over other places, but it's happened in Sabang big time.
As many of you know, I don't do the bars but mainly deal with locals and FL's.
But I have a great insight into the workings of things by doing so.

There is the mistake: there is nothing to be gained from accepting calls or chats when we are back home. As you said, pleas that no money will be forth coming fall on deaf ears. They will always try again and again and again.
I find it far simpler to just put my travel phone away, don't even look at anything in coming, and only turn it on again when I'm getting on the plane to return.
For the new guys: chatting or, even worse sending money, to reserve your place, have a girl wait for you, ensure better service when you do arrive etc does not work. Pinas only think of here and now, will forget any past incentives and will only deal with who is there in front of them.
Not only is sending them money pointless, not sending them anything is not held against you. Despite all the ignored requests, I have only had one girl reject seeing me when I declined becoming a LDR sponsor while away. Arrive with a stiff dick and full wallet and they are always happy to see you again.
Enjoy. G.

_ Phil.A very valid point. It doesn't matter how long they stay with you or how much cash you leave with them, the split second you go, there will be some immediate emergency that will require more money. It might be a real typhoon, earthquake etc or imaginary sick grandma but it will come.
You're probably right about employment opportunities. I had a distant friend of a friend of a cousin who was a wild child in her earlier days, susceptable to any vice going. All her boyfriends always seemed to be waiting for some windfall. An insurance payout, dead grandma's will etc. The moment that cash was spent she inevitably moved on. This went on for years. She ended up working for a debt collection agency and was very successful at it. Having used every lie and minor scam herself, clients weren't able to get anything past her. Don't bullshit a bullshitter jumps to mind. 🤣.

It didn't have nothing to do with me, (they solved it in the family, most of the siblings are well off by PH standards) but these are some of the major things that happened at my GF's parents house, that if I would heard it over from any girl would have sounded just like scams, and too much drama for a single household:
Pigs got sick.
Pigs died.
House got flooded, shorted the electronics and compressors underneath both refrigerators, cannot be fixed, got replaced.
I don't know how many motorbike accidents, small and big.
Mom sick.
Partial roof destroyed, then totally replaced.
Whole family food poisoned.
Lots of weddings, where they had to attend and gift money.
And finally the ceiling in the living room collapsed today, because they didn't replaced it when the roof was damaged, and it rained on it.
I'm not an expert, but seeing the building methods and practices involved in those repairs, I wonder how anything still stands up in the PH.
One of the brothers has a construction company, but looking at his people working is like witnessing bunch of monkeys building a spacecraft. Any advice or suggestion that I gently insert into the conversation is taken as an insult.
You are a International Trick right?
Really? Then you have not been actually reading my posts. Because I am not nearly as old and you are and I am ballin like a mother fuckin pro! Make a note I didn't have to wait until I was an old man and move half way around the world from my country of origin to do it. Been meeting my objectives since I left my family home.
Remember I am not your brother, buddy, pal or your son. Next time you are in Thailand, let me know. Let's see if your old ugly fat farang ass is willing to step to me and back up your words. Cause I don't give a fuck that you are 70. If you speak as a man, then you better be ready to deal with the consequences of your words face to face as a man. I would hate for you to fall (like in the commercials) and not be able to get back up!
For those that don't know DCups has been trolling me since I started posting in the Dominican Republic threads. So if you don't like the post take your complaints to THE ADMINISTRATOR by pressing report post or put me on ignore. If DCups is going to stalk me on ISG like a seriously deranged individual I am going to turn and face him.
This is not the NBA: NO FREE SHOTS!And I thought this was a 'happy place'.

Just my opinion.

It was just easier to sit back, have a beer, observe, and give the workers a friendly greeting.

Several recent psoters have no fucking idea what abject poverty is and why those folk have no nest egg for a rainy day and why everything is a fucking emergency.True but it also surprises the number of fiscal emergencies that happen to girls while dressed in their finest, shopping with their girl friends in a high end mall's or at Starbucks. Most of us have seen girl groups, sipping away all day, glued to their phones, explaining their latest emergency to Sponsor Steve.
Also, as you said, it's amazing how genuine daily disasters do seem to just get get fixed without whitie's help.

Families whose net income is P15,000 per month continually borrowing P7,000 to fund Junior's birthday / graduation / christening party. Let's not forget hosting Noche Buena, Holy Week events, and multiple fiesta dinners annually. People who have comparatively little income going deeper in the financial hole by engaging in photoworthy activities and accumulating crap they don't really need to impress their online contacts that they're living larger than they really are.
It's only after you've lived here a while that you realize that many aspects of Filipino culture are insanely counterproductive.
As someone here once wrote, "Money is the root of most Filipino's problems. But throwing money at their problems never really solves their issues".
Thanks for reading my rant. Time to go spend some money on myself this afternoon.

Isn't this the same for most people anywhere in the world? There are lot of hopelessly poor in the Philippines. As they have no education, they have no upside. Some work very hard and save all they can. Really admirable but their dreams of crawling out from the cycle will not happen. I once picked up two women on the street and brought them for ice cream as a prelude. They each bought about 200 PHP of the stuff, enough for a small army. Theur chance of a piece of the sun,. When peiple go to the Philippines to exploit the poor, they should hasve some restraint and self respexct. The same is happening now in Japan and Korea with American vloggers disrespecting and making trouble. Some of these people are little more than entitled animals.

Got to love Filipino culture. Keeping poor people poorer for centuries. The big vices (and there are others), which inordinately hit the poor: Cigs, booze, and the lottery. The world over.
Families whose net income is P15,000 per month continually borrowing P7,000 to fund Junior's birthday / graduation / christening party. Let's not forget hosting Noche Buena, Holy Week events, and multiple fiesta dinners annually. I'd put these items in the category of cultural importance, which outweighs almost everything else, including common sense. Failure to have a bday party for a 2 year old might be seen as catastrophic and indicative of both being poor, and / or uncaring. The party is not a celebration of the child's life (which bday parties usually are), it is a community event organized for the neighbors to oooh and ahh, get drunk, and sing karaoke. At one such party in a poor brgy in the province an older couple explained it to me exactly that way: The party is an affirmation of the importance of having children, and is of little importance to a child who will never remember the party. The couple had lived previously in America, and knew well how it must look to outsiders to borrow and spend so lavishly on such a party. "Its part of who we are. Outsiders won't understand".
A similar cultural experience here is the 18th bday for a girl, a 'debut' or 'coming out' party, signifying her womanhood, also at great expense. Similarly, the Quinceanera in Mexico and central americas, is a similar celebration of a girl's debut as a woman on her 15th bday. Families spend wildly large sums of money on this party, even forgoing other necessities in favor of the party. A rich Mexican spends lavishly on his daughter's Quinceanera, and everyone in his orbit who attends thinks they have to one-up his party for their daughter (s).
I find these cultural commitments to be different than vices.
It's only after you've lived here a while that you realize that many aspects of Filipino culture are insanely counterproductive.'Counterproductive' is the exact word. You, good sir, are thinking logically. If you see a group of people doing something that either seems to you detrimental to the group, or alternately you just see a better or simpler way of doing that thing, then suggesting it to them would seem logical. Them listening to your idea and at least considering it as a better idea would seem the way to go. However. HOWEVER. If the group was cultured to do the thing their way, generationally, then both the suggestion of a new way, or the implementation of the new way, might be destined to fail. Even if the group agrees (academically) with the new idea as being better, there is little chance that they will attempt it (or alternately they might attempt it once to appease you), and then they will drop your better / simpler way. Them dropping your better way (the one they agreed is a better way) is nearly the definition of counterproductive. Expressing your idea to a close-minded audience itself might be counterproductive (it wastes the group's time).
I'm not just talking about Filipinos, and here is an example: Yards and miles. Meters and Kilometers.

Those vloggers are giving out $$ for clicks. Fuck them. I have seen hookers on Walking St, Pattaya and elsewhere give beggars money. Maybe I should video them for clicks? There have been real assholes vlogging in Japan and Korea like Johnny Somali and they deserve a good dusting up.
For most of the Pinoy poor and those who depend on the Bombay 5/6 scum, poverty is almost inescapable. They have their internal logic.
And marketing helps keep it that way, weedings and First Communions and so on being good examples. Boasting about tricking poor women to share your bed is not up there with winning ther Olympics and people should pull their chests in a bit.
I will be back in the Phils in a few weeks' time, concentrating more on medical issues rather than dipping my wick. That said, I prefer mixing with the ordinary poor, hearing their struggles, doing little things to help and not putting up with the poor buffalo BS of walking St.

I fight the cultural way of doing things as you described in the Dominican Republic also. Here in Thailand I give out grants, loans and offer loan forgiveness. But keeping my business strictly with girls, I accrue benefits that are not always financial.

I'm not just talking about Filipinos, and here is an example: Yards and miles. Meters and Kilometers.I do help the needy, almost on a daily bases. I have a 500 P daily limit, that's about $300 a month it adds up quickly, but it makes me feel less guilty about spending money on hookers while others are starving.
About what we were talking earlier: I never commented or tried to change their way of thinking but I tried to help when I saw something done in a stupid way, and expensive too, like replacing the damaged ceiling with expensive plywood instead of sheetrock, or building a large thin wall out of bricks layed on the edge with no front / back support, the first person leaning against it will make it collapse, chipping away a large concrete slab with a piece of wood with a nail in it and a hammer, etc. Anyway all the input given, and was given gently, not to offend, was taken as an insult on their intelligence and skills. No room for improvement, no need for a new way of doing things.

I'm not just talking about Filipinos, and here is an example: Yards and miles. Meters and Kilometers.Being counterproductive or illogical isn't exactly confined to the developing world. In the West we have the funds to take it to a while other level.
I have friends who have boats. Nice boats. They can go to the local fish monger for $10/ lb or spend the equivalent of $'000's / lb on gas, electronics, moorings etc.

The same is happening now in Japan and Korea with American vloggers disrespecting and making trouble. Some of these people are little more than entitled animals.Yes they are poor, and the govt will make sure they stay that way. Look at all poor countries, the powers at be do not want a uprising so they keep 90 % of the population poor. How is this accomplished, easy, do not educate them. They do have public schools how good they are is a question for sure. As far as I know they can quit anytime not a mandatory age 16 like here in the West. Most of you don't ask but if you think of it next pickup, how far did you go in school dear. Most I've met 6th grade maybe 8th and had to drop out to help the family or no money for clothes or supplies. As far as the govt goes keep them ignorant and they won't wise up to all the corruption. Example. Last president election they elected the Marco's son in as President. I was there during that time and I was shocked. No mentioned anywhere of that families past, it was like it never happened. My girlfriend at the time, I said Google them. Its a very large article on his parents. They are even in the Guinness book of world records as the most corrupt administration in history. She was surprised, I did not know this, never heard this before, this is wild. No you wouldn't its before you were born which is what they were counting on, guarantee its not taught in the schools. Again keep them ignorant.
No child support is enforced, girls get pregnant and the man runs off. Jail a few or all of them, they might think twice before pulling out their dick. Unwed mothers with no support contributes to poverty and this cycle continues which of course the govt likes. It does though help the monger hobby as they now are in bars or online for support.
Healthcare is another big one. Lets say a family is lucky enough to save a few bucks but someone in the family gets sick, which someone will at one time or another, its wipes them out. Again back in poverty even if by some chance they were starting to climb out.
These are the few things I've noticed over the years and I see no change in site without outside influence. The govt there is certainly not going to change the status quo, they like it just the way it is.

But a question: Is it possible these are staged?Maybe but if not this is great. If I had Elon Musk money ID travel the world and do this everyday. I'm guessing the second one is America as we have many self centered assholes who care about no one but themselves. Third one surprised me as it appeared to be in L. A. If so that was a shocker. There are good Americans just not very many anymore which increases my desire to get out of here one day.

The camera is set up nearby, and it would be difficult for any of the characters to not know they were being staged or set up. It reminds me a bit of fake airline videos which take place on an airplane, with only a handful of passengers nearby who witness this or that outrageous event (possibly a re-enactment of a real event).

I'm not just talking about Filipinos, and here is an example: Yards and miles. Meters and Kilometers.Enjoyable and thought-provoking read, and I can't refute any of it. And I appreciate you adding more proof to my belief that the burden of Filipino culture extracts way too much money from a vast segment of local society that can't afford it.
There are other cultural aspects here that are foreign to we outsiders. Pasalubong, Utang Na Loob, the week-long overnight vigils with food and drink for the death memorial, and the individual's responsibility to the extended family clan. Let's not forget the "Advance Merry Christmas" greetings you get from casual acquaintances in December.
These are burdens and requests with sometimes significant financial outlays I have / had a difficult time adjusting to while living here. Especially since I scrimped, saved, and denied myself many pleasures in my younger days to accumulate enough money to fund a well-deserved retirement. Yeah, my middle-class American upbringing is showing through.
For western visitors, these issues have no impact as those guys aren't immersing themselves into society. But for us who live here and have / had long term partners, many tire of the near-endless requests for loans (haha) to cover costs for basic needs that would have been fundable if they hadn't been piddled away on societal social events.
I do agree that these activities are what make living in the Philippines more fun. This is a happy and outgoing society that suffers from much less depression than in the West. Go ahead and enjoy, just don't ask me to be the bank of first resort for the merriment hangover.
Living here for 11 years has hardened me a bit. The poverty is overwhelming and the endless requests from "friends" and beggars on downtown sidewalks and outside commercial properties gets tiresome.
I've adopted the attitude that you can't help them all. So which potentially gives a greater long-term societal impact? Giving P100 to 150 random beggars every month, or a P15,000 monthly stipend to a single mother of two kids to pay for essentials to ensure they stay in school?
I've adopted the latter, and I'm quite happy to see them growing into fine kids who actually have a chance at a decent future. It's the "Give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. " theory.
Do I sound uncaring and unfeeling? Perhaps. My money, my choice. If you want to take homeless people into a supermarket and load them up with groceries, that's your choice. Bully for the do-gooders.
While in Bali a few weeks ago, I chatted with a Filipino guy who is employed in Australia. I asked why he did not return to the Phils for his holiday and he replied, "I can't afford to go home".
I said, "Say no more, I understand completely".
Final note: I consider the money I spend on streetwalkers and paid bar conquests to be part of Joe's economic trickle-down program. But I'm guessing more of it gets spent on Shein and Lazada than on their families.

Just like before the recent local elections, the politicians handed out envelopes with money to the people to buy their votes, and it seemed like normal practice to everybody.
Also when there is a bad accident the culprit only has to pay for the hospital, or funeral and material damages, nothing else, and that's the only thing expected, nothing for the suffering or for the family left without a bread winner.
I was around for the Peoples Power farce that followed Marcos and a pal of mine interviewed Imelda when she was putting on the poor mouth, with priceless Italian works of art in the room. Bhutto in Pakistan is a better example. He thought they couldn't hang him becauise he was Bhutto. They did but his family are still top dogs in his province.
Things can only change through processes and all means of changing the Philippines are blocked. They are not happy,. They put on a happy face, not the same thing.
My main point is being able to get a third world pauper to drop what passes for her knickers does not make you a Casanova but a Lothario and don't think otherwise. Speaking of which, there is a new book coming out on Prince Andrew (by Andrew Lownie). Prince Andrew seems to have bonked over 30,000 women and he is painted as a proper ****, the King of cunts one could say. Seems everyone hated him but he could still charm or buy his way into more panties than most here have ever seen,. I have reserved my copy.

Enjoyable and thought-provoking read, and I can't refute any of it.You had me at 'thought-provoking'.
And I appreciate you adding more proof to my belief that the burden of Filipino culture extracts way too much money from a vast segment of local society that can't afford it.An odd example of this extracting too much, I'm sure KEJ and others see this kind of thing when you live close to the poverty in the province. A bit more than a decade ago, a local girl here was brought to me, supposedly once, on the Friends / Family plan, as she had an emergency need. She was young, shy, wholesome. Her emergency seemed superstitious to me, but there it was. She earned the pittance we pay girls here, and was on her way. Over the following years, 5 kids were born. The entire time she would sneak to see me (outside of the knowledge of the first friend who brought her, or anyone else). With 4 kids in school, I was doing a mental calculation recently when she was with me, of how much it costs to transport herself and the 4 kids to school and back each day. I didn't realize it was this bad, but based on her boyfie's meager salary, they are spending about 28% of their income on school transport when school is in session. That's just outrageous. Yet its not that uncommon here. Their rent each month is about the same amount of money as the fare. Hence, she quietly makes her way to me on an infrequent, but regular basis (once a week to once every few months). Is it any wonder they can't get ahead? The 'system' sucks them dry.
Here is another item that outsiders are probably not aware. Schools here ask parents to pay p100 per month per child for. . . Wait for it. . . The custodian's salary.
Some of those things, such as UNL and the 9-day death vigils are catholic-latin, similar in latin America. Advance Merry Christmas is common in Mexico all year long, as you are greeted by strangers, doormen, bouncers, waiters, taxi drivers, etc (whom you've never seen begfore) with: "My lucky tip sir"?

I'm not being sarcastic, but I try to help out the situation where I can _ Phil.
There are good Americans just not very many anymore..........How did you reach this conclusion? I say there are as many good Americans as there are many good Filipinos, minus the politicians in both countries of course.
Yes they are poor,The landlords and the Indian money lenders are a big part of the problem. Say you start a litle business, selling pig shit food to commuters. You have probably borrowed at loan sharking rates from the Indians and, if they don't get you, the landlord will. Rent goes up every end of year regardless so you cannopt make a go of it.
The government regards overseas workers as a cash cow. The more of them send remittances, the better it is for the PhP. Sure, people are the same everywhere but when you go down the ladder, class evaporates. Pinoy politicians ain't got no class but they do have money as they have the whole scene sewn up.
Getting rid of jeepneys, a cam to concentrate the public transport buisness in the hands of the few. To quote the Sopranos "and on it goes, this thing of ours".

These numbers always crack me up. Usually the fella cited is Wilt Chamberlain. Let's do some quick math. Prince Andrew is 65. Let's say he started at 15. That's 50 years to have sex with 30,000 women. That's 600 DIFFERENT girls a year. So he would have to average 1. 6 new girls every single day.

Maybe his Teddy bears bonked some of them. He is certainly an interesting case study in mongering.

Instance she was a 7. 5 but in her mid 40's, still a nice body. Wasn't really interested with all the 20's available. Told me she was a big squirter! It was on. Probably a half liter squirter!
Another case a 7 but she was a loud moaner and multi O! I repeated with her and the squirter.
Quality over quantity boys for me.

Talk a few days ago was about sham videos / vloggers. Here is an interesting one from Thailand of some bonzo giving all the hookers 1000 baht each for listneing to some crap background music and looking at his interesting face. What is interesting is two of the hookers could not take their stupid facers out of their phones as they took their 1 k bill. I bet they ask for a tip after they starfish (while staring up at their phones).

My last trip I can across both. Several girls had really cute faces but their body was a wreck. This made them a total non starter for me.
A couple were the reverse. An average face with a killer body. They were happily received.
And my absolute favourite: the girls who are plain Jane fully clothed only to reveal a bikini model when the clothes hit the floor.
Enjoy. G.

I get the impression not all you guys are looking for a wiman to marry and make an honest woman of. I find looking at youtube videos in between working a good insight. I look at the "really pretty" young South east Asians in their nose bikinis (only enough cloth to cover a nose covering their boobs and pussies) and they bore me. Nothing but a body to offer. Yawn.
These P4 P women are just like an amusement park, with ghost trains,. Dodgerm cars, swinging chairs and slow moving elephants and unicorns with soothing music for the tots.
Increasingly the women just regard the meets as transactional. We dispensie our sperm and they move on in as short a time as possible to the next "client". I like thye call us clients like they are professionals.
I wil be back in a few weeks and I am not going to pay a premium to be bored by some teenager who wants her nails done and her hair permed. I have my eyes on specific hotel workers and waitresses. More smoking bombs than stunners. Iimagine most of them wil escape me, but not all of them. I blame the Internet.
Before smart phones, you could catch women in Internt cafes and so on. Now, they are all at home or in those over priced clip joints.
It is why visiting is better than living. You go home, wash off the muck and plan to cvome back agian against your own better judgement.

I like living here and not visiting. My better judgement is to wash it off 4-5-6 times a week. Mmmmm yummy!

..............................................You're one step ahead, because I don't even know what I'm looking for.
The SEA amusement park at least can be ridden for a fee, in the western one you can only look, the rides are deflective, and dangerous to ride.

It is why visiting is better than living...Sure. You never know if it's going to be hours of exhilarating fun or end in mass casualties. 🤣.
We can't exactly blame them when guys are only in town for a week or two, want to hook up with as many girls as humanly possible, and only offer a few dollars and maybe a cheap meal in return. Girls have heard every BS story and promise going and respond in kind.
Everyone likes the look of a hot 19 yo but many have commented that the Plain Jane's or those with a little more experience are often the ones that really perform.
Before smart phones? That was a lifetime ago. Often literally. Before many of our dates were even born. Many girls have never even known a time with out cell phones. Don't forget they also enabled discount flights, easier communication, point and shoot apps. I hate girls being glued to the Socials as much as anyone but go back to mail order bride books and snail mail letters? No thanks.
Many guys totally underestimate the difference between visiting and residence. I know plenty of places and girls that are great for a hour or day at a time but I'd never live there permanently. I do a lot of things on holiday that I would never do as a resident. Is one better than the other? I'm not sure. They both have strengths and weaknesses.
Enjoy. G.

If you're looking for wife material on a hookup app or in a bar, you probably aren't going to find it there. The cards are stacked against you. And if you're planning to smash her on your first date, that's probably another sign pointing in another direction.
I've had good hookups and I've had two keepers in my time there that I am forever tied to. You got to know what you want and know where to look to find it. You won't find a diamond in the teach can normally, and you won't find costume jewelry on a fine woman usually. Just my take on things.
I had lunch today in Shangri-la Mall in Ortigas.
As I sat down, I noticed 2 extremely attractive and well-dressed women (maybe aged 18-26; who can guess?) busily taking photos of each other using their cell phones.
It was non-stop. Do the 1-2-3 click; show the pic to the other, then repeat same. Over and over.
I ordered my food; it arrived, and I started eating, all the time watching these 2 women (I couldn't avoid it as they were in my line of sight). It continued non-stop for 20 minutes. Their food orders arrived, but they left the food unattended for a further 10 minutes while they continued taking shots of each other.
I eventually changed my seat so that my back was to them. It was so mindless and idiotic, and I let it get under my skin.
I left after 40 minutes to go back to my work. They were still there, taking pics of each other in between mouthfuls of food.
I honestly cannot understand this narcissistic attention to photographing selfies or having a buddy take them. I despair what the future holds for these air-heads.

She tells them that, no, it's something else, something they don't know about yet, it's called Facebook and Tik-Tok.
