It's a small place with nothing much to see.
No local Kats here except 2-3 African Kats who throng the temple right next to the main square every night after 9 pm when the cops go away. I see many Punjabi tourists looking to smash those African Kats and negotiating hard with them. One day there was some Punjabi kat who also stood with the African Kats. On the 4 day onekat agreed to come for 1 day at 18 k plus 10 k as her travel fare. She showed up around 5-6 pm and was all tired. Went straight to bed and slept for an hour. - Racerx.Had lots of long terms arrangements in India and US. Once you are in monthly arrangement, you are expected to pay monthly allowance (30 k-60 k range) weather you meet her or not. You need to negotiate meetings. In my case, I keep it at minimum 3 meets a month but can be more if I want to.
At your initial meeting, you need to layout your requirements and ask your potential SB about her requirements. One thing you have to keep in mind that couple of initial meetings you may not get everything. Over the time trust builds and your potential SB will loosen up. For example one of SB told me that CIM is big no and after 6 month, I had asked for it and got it.

I can say with complete information at my end as I had applied for Frankfinn Franchisee in 2011 and have intensively studied the business model of this industry.
