PT141 sublingual

I notice that websites are selling PT141 in sublinqual tablet form now, as well as injectables. Has anybody here tried it? Did it work? I've tried injectables before but I have an extremely fine line between not working on the one hand, and working but nauseated beyond belief, so I wondered if the tablets were more tolerable.

Any reputable sites that don't require prescriptions to buy from? Is it even possible to make your own from the powder?
