Dear traveller, here's a review of my trip to Cambodia, specifically Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, with a focus on the girls aspect.

PHNOM PENH.

**Hotel*.

Lux Riverside Hotel & Apartment. Booked through Agoda, in the red light area, good price, got early check-in and a free upgrade to a king-size bed. The room was quiet as requested, but I didn't like it. The armchairs were definitely old, dirty and in need of replacement. Not because they weren't clean, but because they were old. The room looked like an alcove. Breakfast wasn't very good. Also, for my taste, it's too much to be on the red street, better to be about ten minutes' walk away.

*Pay girls*.

Street 136, like 130 and the following streets, is full of bars and, unfortunately, scams. .

It's very easy to find a girl to have a drink with, but very difficult to find a pretty one who will come to the hotel.

There's no place to have sex in the bars, and they have to come to the hotel with a barfine (about $15), but the best ones hardly ever do.

I wasn't there just for the girls, but it was tough. I brought some pretty ones to the hotel after hours of searching, and not every night. Prices, apart from the barfine, are around $70-80 for 2 hours. Behavior: only one was acceptable, and she stayed for two extra hours. The others were indecent, especially one with whom I had agreed on two hours and who wanted to leave after half an hour. Paying afterwards, I said OK (I certainly don't hold anyone back), but I paid her half. When she asked for 20 for the taxi (which costs 1 there, by the way), I told her again to leave, and goodbye.

Be careful with your ID card too. Not everyone has one, and the hotel (rightly!) asks for it. I don't know why not everyone has an ID card, one of them was definitely over 18 (I think around 25), but she didn't have one. Another one in another city brought it the next day, and I took it to the hotel the day after. Everything was fine. 23 years old.

**Other things to do*.

Beautiful temples, avoid massage scams (they say they'll steal from you while they massage you), nice riverside with a party on Saturdays, nice and cheap boat trip.

SIAEM REAP.

I had more fun in Siem Reap.

***Hotel***
The Tito Suite residence, around 22 $ for night. Amazing room, very big, nice, clean, with balcony. Very nice swimming pool. Nice workers and boss. THE BEST!

**The girls*.

Pub Street: nothing acceptable.

Sok San Road: the best place! Lots of bars with girls who are REALLY AVAILABLE. Unfortunately, not many are pretty, but you just need to find one.

I found one, fantastic and fun, but. She didn't have her ID card. I suggested she bring it the next day, and she did.

Cost: my drink and hers total 5 $, bar fine 10 $, long time with her 100 $. Great deal!

Perfect behavior in the hotel!

Chichen farm.

When I couldn't find anything, a tuk-tuk driver offered to take me to a place with lots of girls for $5. When we arrived at a sort of warehouse, there was one fabulous girl. They wanted $70 for an hour. I knew it was excessive, but they wouldn't budge on the price. Considering that with the weak dollar it's about 60, I accepted, but of course I didn't leave a tip for her or the tuk-tuk driver, who was waiting for me. The room seemed clean, there was water to wash with, but only buckets of it. Everything was protected, of course, and afterwards I went back to the hotel for a long, thorough shower, even though the girl seemed clean.

The next day I walk back, because it's the day of the girl at the bar without an ID card. I want the gem from the day before, but for 20 $.

Some tuk-tuks chase me, offering me a ride for a short distance. I say I understand the scam, and this time I'm going alone because I know where the place is. They laugh. They'll find others to scam.

I arrive. The girl from the first day isn't there, but another cute. Beautiful one is. I offer 20 $. They say NO, 30 $. I accept.

She's very nice, we play around a lot before and after. I leave her a 10 $ tip. I take a shower at the hotel, even though both she and the room seemed clean.

Ah. No air conditioning, just a fan. And you can hear everything between rooms, so you try to be as quiet as possible.

Would I recommend it? No. I only went there when I couldn't find anything else. That's it.

*Other things to do*.

I also recommend the two-day tour sold by Get Your Guide. Downtown market and various shops, I recommend buying paintings, bargaining (small ones $10, medium ones $20, very beautiful). Good food.

*Going to Cambodia?

If you want my opinion on going to Cambodia, the answer is yes for a combined trip with other nearby places (Vietnam, Thailand, etc.).

NO for the women, because it's hard and you don't always find decent ones. It makes no sense to go there for that reason.

There are scams, so everyone should be careful. I'm not saying you can't go there for your first trip to find women, but you have to be very careful and deal with any rip-offs well (I always recommend mediating if one happens).
