Good to have a thread for Cebu, the second largest metropolitan area in the Philippines, after Metro Manila, and the second largest city in the Philippines by population. Also the self proclaimed online mongering capital of the PH.
The bars employing the kind of personnel that we're interested into are located left and right of the Jolly Bee in the corner of General Maxilom Avenue / Dionisio Jakosalem St.
The bars mostly frequented by FLs are in Mango Square, where unfortunately also most LBs hang around.
Ayala Mall is the mall where hookups are expected to happen, if you're lucky.
The Hotel I've been using is ABC (not luxury like the AC one) the reception is on the 3rd floor, the rooms on other floors, only grease the security on ground floor by the elevator entrance. the Desert Factory restaurant by the entrance is where you can screen the on line purchases, and the dorm for the future female doctors and nurses is across the street, if you like to go that route.

For such a long time now, Cebu has been buried at the bottom of the forum in a user blog post, moderated by someone who hasn't been involved for quite some time. Years.
The only access, to share and discover info about Cebu prior, has been via the 'other areas' thread or that 'blog'.
This now makes it easier to share the benefits of choosing Cebu as an alternative destination, compared to your typical spots like Burgos and Angeles. Or somewhere else to add to your trip.
My experiences of Cebu have always been positive, affordable and you'll be surprised with the amount of girls who'll hit you up on Pina.
My future flights will most likely touch down at Mactan as opposed to Manila, so I hope to share some interesting experiences.

Yes, it's not your typical Angeles / Makati bar scene, but hell, I've discovered some great freelance opportunities in Cebu.

Finally a major Cebu forum.
I will be visiting Cebu for the month of February and if I like it, I will stay there.
I will be doing a lot of reading and taking notes.
Firstly, apologies Westie. It looks like the new Cebu thread has some teething probs as I couldn't reply and 'quote' you on a previous topic.
Anyway, I've just lined up a most recent Manila Pina Love contact to spend a week on Bantayan Island.
Costs involved: Cheap flights for both of us, feeding her and probably about 3 x Red Horses a night. Her daily reward will be 4 K which she's more than happy with.
This was one the rare ones who worked out she was not going to get cash off-shore, but only when I saw her.
When you play the freelances game and find a 'keeper' it can be very advantageous. The girls aren't locked into a bar job, you don't have to pay ridiculous bar fines etc.
Basically you can line up a week of sex on tap, with payment directly to the girls and an island holiday that they've never had.
Generally, everyone ends up happy.

I've had luck in the past with sales girls and a taxi driver's cousin in the area.
I'm booked in to the Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino Mactan for one night stop-overs.
Just wondering if anyone's had any luck with one, or two night, airport hotel stays without having to venture into Mango?
I'll obviously try my successful routine of tipping the hotel security guys to line me up with talent.
Any other hotel suggestions around the airport would be welcome as I can re-book with a free cancellation up until a week before arrival.

The reviews are always hit and miss, as you're not dealing with a hotel who has a reputation to uphold.
There's always a risk of these not being guest friendly or facing unknown restrictions upon arrival.
I'll do a bit of research and ask a few questions (not expecting a prompt answer) before booking alternative accommodation.

I'm actually looking forward to spending the bulk of my time in Cebu for the upcoming trip.
Different to the usual Makati, Angeles, Subic options.
I'd really like to go back to Sabang, but it's such a close community and everyone knows me there. Not to mention the 'ex-partner' hitting me up to take responsibility for her pregnancy earlier in the year when the dates didn't match up. Demanding a DNA suddenly put a stop to her requests for my responsibility.
(For the new guys, sure, you may grow fond of one of them, but as soon as you're out of there, they're nailing someone else. Some guys just don't get it, and fall in love with opportunistic hookers).
Never-the-less, Cebu for the bulk of the time will be a pleasant change.

The various buildings in Mactan Newtown tend to have their own private beaches which you can use. Well maintained, and clean with proper sand, but a bit of bureaucracy to use it including having to "book" at the building reception and then get a wristband in order to go use them. No cost though.
Quest hotel is a pretty good location. Note that you can walk across the main road and then through the bus terminal (walk down the ramp to the lower level) in order to get into Ayala more directly. The central courtyard (north end) is a decent catchment area.
We really aren't experiencing much from the typhoon here at the moment. (I live up against the edge of the hills, not closer to the water) other than a bit of wind. No rain at all currently. My concern for the people up north is those that are already displaced because of the earthquake and living under tarps. Doesn't take much wind for those to be destroyed. I spoke to the contacts I worked with at MDRRMO for the aid trip and they had moved people into stronger temporary shelters for Typhoon Tino and have kept them there until this storm has passed by. Fingers crossed.

I got a message from the host this week telling me to contact him via WhatsApp as opposed to the booking website for better communication.
I'd booked the room for two and he asked me the name of my partner.
A little apprehensive, I said, "I haven't met her yet. ".
He advised he might be able to assist.
We'll see what happens here.
From experience, the unexpected can certainly be some of the best adventures.

Hey guys,
I've just returned back home after spending about a month in Cebu- city.
And truly recommend Solinea Towers an apartment complex.
You can book thru Airbnb. About Australian dollars 50 per night or 1900 peso; for a studio apartment.
Across the road from the Ayala Centre.
No issues with bringing girls to your apartment in the lobby.
To the Airbnb host, I mentioned just one guest; me, but never an issue with bringing any girl back to my apartment.
The concierge asked for their ID; they keep that, and then they return it to the girl when she leaves very very smooth.
Never any issues with any of the staff in the lobby.
Well built building in a fantastic location very convenient as being close right next door to Ayala.
Huge pool complex on the ground floor, on the seventh floor a garden area.
A huge gym through.
A seperate room for playing pool.
On the ground floor itself, there's a 711, a bakery, a cafe.
So you can stay away from the tangle of Cebu traffic.
But yeah five minutes ride on a motorcycle and you're in Mango Square with the girly bars.
Can truly recommend this location Solinea Towers, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

As I was explaining to my friend back home, I've just returned back to Australia after being in Cebu- city for a month.
I said to him dating the girls and over there is like trying to herd cats.
Lots of prospects, but the girlsl seem to have lots of issues; like obviously work issues, timing of Work, getting a babysitter.
Having enough money for transport and having their own phone which is working.
Taking care of other family members many responsibilities.

I'm thinking of giving Cebu a shot in the new year.
I fancy another coastal town as I'm currently in the Nang, Vietnam (this isn't for mongering motives). Certainly not Manila, which I wouldn't consider for a longer-term visit anyway; I can even avoid it by flying direct.
If it ticks the main boxes (again mongering would be secondary, especially if I could hook up a regular FWB or similar arrangement), I could extend the visa quite easily and cheaply, it appears. English is more widely spoken than VN, for a start. For accommodation possibilities I've joined some FB rental groups. Will sound them out nearer the dates I'm thinking to move.
Sidebar- Am I correct in believing that an onward (or return) ticket must be shown upon arrival? If so, how does that work if someone doesn't leave the country in the first month and gets a visa extension? Just forfeit the return leg on a budget airline?

Also have your lodging address handy and 2 days prior to traveling submit your trip in the eTravel app. You will be asked about all this by the airline before getting your boarding pass. But regardless of that, I fill it up when I exit also, even that everybody says is not necessary, to avoid any unforeseen complication, it takes few minutes. Maybe the exit portion which is clearly a part of each eTravel application, because it's there waiting to be filled up, is not implemented yet, until one day out of the blue, when you either cannot exit until you submit it, and may not have signal to do it, or they may say that you overstayed your visa because you didn't exited. As I was explaining to my friend back home, I've just returned back to Australia after being in Cebu- city for a month.
I said to him dating the girls and over there is like trying to herd cats.
Lots of prospects, but the girls seem to have lots of issues; like obviously work issues, timing of Work, getting a babysitter.
Having enough money for transport and having their own phone which is working.

Basically, you've summed up The Phils, and not just Cebu, pretty well.
However, I've found over time, once you know how to play the game, you can basically get what you want. It just takes a lot of return visits, learning experiences and to know where to look.
As many would know, for me, if she has a vagina and gets into the action, then it's a hit. I'm not too fussy, as long as she's not a dead root looking to take advantage of a foreigner for a short time. Aka bar girls.
No bar fines, expensive LD's etc, then I'll reward her for the long time / overnight action as you mention.
Rewards are generally feeding them, paying for their time and fares etc. And obviously building trust for return visits.

But regardless of that, I fill it up when I exit also, even that everybody says is not necessary, to avoid any unforeseen complication, it takes few minutes. Maybe the exit portion which is clearly a part of each eTravel application, because it's there waiting to be filled up, is not implemented yet, until one day out of the blue, when you either cannot exit until you submit it, and may not have signal to do it, or they may say that you overstayed your visa because you didn't exited. 6/. If you arrived out of hours or in another terminal, then you can process the visa extension the next day saying that you arrived yesterday and everything was closed. Note that technically the extension can only be issued at the airport on the day of arrival.
7/. TOT ticket is automatically cancelled at the end of the validity period you requested when you bought it. You don't have to do anything.
8/. Enjoying the Philippines for 58 days or less.
9/. Upon departure show Immigration the receipt from step 5 if your passport was not stamped.
10/. Post to ISG all your conquests in minute detail.

I think the few pesos difference was for copying his passport.Back when I was still a visa-extending fella, I learned to stay away from the Intramuros office (when possible) during normal daytime hours. Once I moved here and then to the province, I discovered that getting into the local BI office in the first 15-30-ish minutes from when they opened usually meant that I was the first (and only) customer in the place, and was rarely in the place more than 15 minutes. I found myself alone with the staff, and got to know them on a friendly basis.
I asked a mate yesterday here how much his most recent 2-month extension was and he griped a bit, saying the fee was p4000, an increase that started about 6 months back. I think I reported here a Jennifer Teri video regarding such; she interviewed a BI guy who went thru the price increases. Its also my understanding that many BI offices have completely ceased the 3-day, lower-priced option, and you now must pay the 1-hour express fee whether you like it or not.
Also for those who extend, some advice: Take a picture of your BI extension receipt (and that weird letter they used to give me, saying that I wasn't on a Blacklist), and upload the 2 pics to the cloud. Sure might come in handy if you lose the receipt and you're standing in the outbound immigration line at NAIA.

As to wisdom it would be up to each individual and one's circumstances. I. e. If one arrived at 1 am and the BI is closed. Does he come back within the 5 days?

So just to clarify there is ayala mall in IT park and the big Ayala center is in Cebu city. There's only 2 km between them, it's always best to make it clear to girls if you are meeting them there.
The reports about it being easy to pick up girls in ayala center or just sit in Bo's and wait for girls are old reports.
Any obvious walkers are old and unattractive. Occasionally you can pick up girls by just smiling and then getting into conversation but you need to be very lucky or young and tall. Especially when only visiting for a short time.
I do see some white guys trying to talk with every girl they walk by, most just ignore them and move on. It looks a bit sad and desperate tbh. I'm sure if you try it on with enough girls it will work eventually.

I'd originally booked a serviced apartment in the Newtown area on Mactan for a few days before heading to Quest.
The owner emailed me a few days ago via Booking to say the room was flooded and he'd switch me to his other apartment near the airport, which looked like a dive of a place in comparison.
I've cancelled via Booking and got a full refund but had to make an alternative hotel choice at the last minute.
Just wondering if anyone's stayed at Cebu Grand Vibo Hotel in the city?
As usual I'll be taking the FL and Pina approach.

I've stayed in a few but remember the Trillium as being a reasonable quality, location and guest friendly. Meet new friends at Ayala or regular visitors were allowed to come straight to the room if they had signed in several times before.
I guess you know that the Quest has balcony rooms separated by solid walls that allow you some privacy while she is leaning over the railing watching the traffic below. The ultimate you can see them but they can't see you.

Ok, so I made contact with Ms 19 as referred by another member. Yesterday, we agreed that I would send her the fare and she would ferry / van in from San Carlos. Being my first visit and a success at that on day one, without actually actively seeking anything, I wouldn't expect to soley rely on the mall for action.
I assume going back to the same spot day after day, could be a bit awkward if you keep on running into previous girls while seeking alternatives.

Arrived in Cebu after a very long boat ride, then even a longer one on the bus, then taxi, the only thing missing is camelback riding, an maybe dog pulled sled.

The coffee shack.
There are a few food courts on Ramos, carinderia style, I found one stand that was selling Japanese street food, out of curiosity I gave it a try, I was disappointed, probably didn't have nothing to do with Japan, not that I'm a specialist, but I'm pretty sure I tasted the same disgusting fried mushy balls in Bacolod next to the central park few years ago, the reason I remember it is because I burned my mouth pretty bad with them, and wasn't even worth it. Anyway, while waiting for the Japanese specialties to be ready the girl in the coffee shack next to it kept engaging in conversation with me, I was polite to her, but I wasn't interested too much because of her appearance, ugly glasses, and semi curly hair allover the place. After having already I don't know how many coffees at the restaurant while pursuing the ballerina shoe waitress, her sales pitch for the caffeinated chemical concoctions that she was mixing in the improvised shack were not tempting at all. I guess not too many customers at 11 pm, so she was starting to wrap it up for the night, when she got out from behind the lab like equipment, and I saw her body, I became suddenly interested in ingesting more caffeine, even in the form of the sugary chemical mixes that she was selling. So far got hotels booked first 5 nights in Cebu City, Easter for 6 nights in Moalboal and the night before flying out in Lapu Lapu, for easy airport acccess. Hopefully pick up some action in these places.
Thinking of hitting Bohol, specifically Panglao (ferry to Tagbilaran then bus or similar down to somewhere on south coast of Panglao) for 5 or 6 nights, possibly straight after Cebu City at start.
I'd like the 2 or 3 day buffer between leaving Bohol and back on Cebu island to get to Moalboal in case of ferry problems. (Not best with open sea ferry travel but I read elsewhere that there's a fast crossing from Cebu Peir to Tagbilaran...?)
Not sure where else to hit after Moalboal for 8 days, before heading to Lapu, and the 3 (or 2) days after returning from Bohol (if I decide to go) on the way to Moalboal.
I see small towns like Danao, Toledo (I've made a PL contact here, which could be fruitful) and so on. Also see Bogo City far north but that looks like I'd have to back track down the coast.

There's not really any beach to speak of from what I saw not long ago. A good place to sit back and read a book though.

_Phil.Mary, Phil is correct that Pinas do normally enjoy Sunday afternoon sessions of post Mass fucking. It's convenient for them to tell everyone that they are going to church while they are infact swallowing sausage. I've done Panglao (White Beach) quite a few years back and it was predominately a dive location for European couples. A nice spot, but not a lot of action. I didn't try PL back then, so you may be ok.
As for Moalboal, I had no luck at all. It's not really your typical mongering spot, and although it's 'talked up' to be a great place to watch the sardines run, that's just about it. There's not really any beach to speak of from what I saw not long ago. A good place to sit back and read a book though.
There's quite a bit of action on PL from girls at Danao and similar places heading north, but your accomodation choices won't be 5 star, or even 2 star.
I'm on Bantayan Island now taking a break from all the action of the past week or so in Cebu City. It's a great spot, but there's no action here.
It looks like you have plenty of time to revise your plans, but I'd look to older posts regarding Easter in the Phils, and Holy Week.
You'll still have a good time if you plan things right.

I was considering places to check out and saw its size and position, thinking there might be a bit of action around if the sightseeing options are few. Wiki says 90 K population so it's bigger than a village. But maybe not worth schlepping so far north just for it.

However, there seems to be a substantial amount of girls on PL in Bogo and all the other towns mainly lining the east coast down to Cebu City. Well heaps have been checking out my PL profile and showing up in notifications.
Although many places are coastal, I can't see a lot of great accomodation options in any of them or things to do apart from bedroom action.
A bit risky to devote a chunk of time in these areas, but there does look to be quite a few looking for some cash to help pay the bills.

All flights and accomodation were paid prior in advance.
I started out with 100 k and have 30 k left in cash as I write this. Haven't used a credit card or debit card once.
I've had action on 9 of the 13 days with three different girls. All have been FL's.
I've had two all nighters at 3 k per night. And two all nighters at 5 k per night. The rest have been 3 k sessions with the minimum being two and half hours, except for a PL rush job on my second day.
My pussy bill has come to approx 31 k.
The remaining 39 k has been spent on food, transport, a few meals for the girls and mainly Tanduay and SML.
The average pussy bill has been about USD $60 or AUD $85 per day of action.
The rest works out to be approx. USD $50 or AUD $75 per day for general and other expenses.

Last week while in Cebu city before returning I went shopping at S&R I spent about 30k, and when I got home and put it all in place, was like nothing happened, I just have lots of stevia now.

The two-year-old McDonald's has already been demolished and the six month old Jollibee has just been condemned. While the couple of trips I have done since the earthquake have been centred on the hills above Medellin (north of Bogo), it's clear that the whole area is still suffering quite heavily.
I suppose in mongering terms it does mean that there would be a lot of girls and families looking for funds to repair homes and businesses. In terms of other things to do in the area, good luck to you, there's really nothing else going on there.

Round trip flights and visas are about $1000.
Provincial hotels are about P1000-1500.
Provincial pussy is P2000 per night with the occasional infill during the day.
I move frequently while in country, typically only staying in one place a few days before going to another town. A bus ride is less than P500 and is actually faster door to door than hub and spoke flights.
Eating is a surprisingly big number. Compared to the rest of Asia, Philippines street food sucks and even foodhalls are for subsistence only. They keep me alive but only just. Meals at western restaurants in SM, Robinsons etc are P2000 per day. Add another P500 for meeting girls at Jollibee etc.
Daily incidentals, diving, tours etc are about P2000.
A blow out night on Burgos before heading home is about P10,000. A big city fuck is P5000.
As Ugly said, fucking non stop is a very minor part of overall costs.

Additionally I posted a few weeks ago that I can't see Hot Shane Hot's posts when I am logged in. His posts are simply invisible to me when I am logged in, but I can see them when I am not logged in. He is not in my Ignore List.
Something strange this way comes.
I see small towns like Danao, Toledo (I've made a PL contact here, which could be fruitful) and so on. Also see Bogo City far north but that looks like I'd have to back track down the coast.

As for Bogo, forget it. It's quite vast, but not a great area and quite a way to travel in the hope of glory.
Actually, travelling down the coast there doesn't look to be too many options. But don't give up on that plan. A bus fare from up top of the island to the city is only 260 p.
Places like Carmen and Catmon and there-abouts are on the coast. However, these places are not particularly pretty and there are limited accommodation options from the look of it. I got a few hits via PL when I was travelling through Catmon.
I'd say your best bet would be Danao. There seems to be some newer retail areas around the port area, and to the south there looked to be a few resorts. Or decent hotels. One, I think the name was Coco Palms and there were a few others. Keep in mind, these were just observations from a bus.
From the top of the island the most hits I got on PL was in Danao.
Once you go further south than that, you're basically hitting Cebu City, where you'll get heaps of hits from girls all around.
I suppose it's just a matter if you want to make the effort of finding something elsewhere. That coast road will be no tourist hot spot. But you never know where or how you'll get lucky.

Sounds like a better plan and a good tourist route.
Keep PL active on your phone at all times and set it so girls can see your location when you're close to them and you never know your luck.
For 'hobbying' I'd spend a few extra days in Mactan / Lapu Lapu before you depart if you haven't got too much action prior.
You should get hits from girls in Cebu City and Mandaue as well as the local girls.
If they want money up-front for a taxi fare, just say you'll pay the driver when they arrive. Despite the traffic, it might only be 200 p.
I've stayed at the Waterfront across the road from the airport a few times and they're girl friendly. But you'll probably find cheaper options on Mactan, but maybe not so convenient.

This also weeds out the scammers. If they start making excuses that sending them transposition money is better than you know it was all BS.

I've just found that if a girl wants to provide a 'Daffy Duck' for 3 k, she'll get there even if she gets a Habal-Habal and then hits you up for a 200 p taxi fare.

Then she is really in trouble because she has no money and owes the taxi driver money. Does this happen? Yes, there are guys out of the country who like to play games with the girls. I know that in Mexico City, it is common practice now for the girls to ask for the transport money upfront due to no shows by the guys and the girls being stuck with the taxi fare.
So, it is understandable that the girl would ask for the transport upfront but as mentioned, you can arrange for Grab or moto transport on your cellphone for her.

My Phils only phone hasn't been happy. So that might be the issue.
I must admit I'm pretty useless with phones and all the apps you have to have these days. I generally do everything on a laptop if I can. On Pina I can use both.
I suppose I'm just at the stage of not wanting to learn how to use yet another piece of new technology.
I only just re-trained how to 'do it' with a condom last week. And that was an effort.
