Had a business layover in Punta Cana recently. I've been to Sosua many times and after reading all the reports here I didn't expect to do any mongering due to the high prices and lack of chicas. But ended up having a much better time than I anticipated. I spent the night in the NH hotel that is not right on the beach but close to it. Very nice place, security at the door and I would not even try to take a chica inside. But I didn't intend to. Had access to the beach via the Lorimar NOW resort for an afternoon swim and dinner, then started looking for action. I speak limited Spanish, just enough to get around. Found out taxi to Plaza Bavaro would be 20 bucks. Naw, I can do better than that!! Went out the gate (had to actually sign OUT) and found a classic motoconche for 300 pesos. Thought it was high, but what the heck (ride back to the hotel was only 200 pesos). Told the driver I wanted to go to the plaza for a massage and he talked me into checking out a big brothel that was a little past the Plaza area. Can't remember the exact name of it, but it was a large 4 story building with a gaudy well lit sign called something like "Ladies XXX". Went inside, only a couple chicas and they wanted $150 US for an hour. Told them, naw, this ain't my first Dominicana rodeo. And they wouldn't budge, so I hopped back on the moto and went back to the plaza area. It's pretty small and thought I'd just walk around but was approached by another Dominican hustler who said he had girls available. So checked it out. It was a small hotel / bar called "La Piscina". And there were a few girls hanging at the bar and a few ladies obviously available at a few other small bars close by. Settled on one, she wanted 2500 pesos plus 500 pesos for the room, I just laughed and worked it down to 1500 pesos for the hour and still had to pay a guy 500 for the room. Had a surprisingly good time, short amateur massage and then full service with some DFK, CBJ and a little DATY. Overall not bad considering the original asking price and the $150 they wanted at the brothel.

Another motoconche ride back to the hotel and called it a night. It's about a 10 minute ride to the plaza.

Having just gotten back from Punta Cana I feel I need to add some additional info.

First a motoconcho is kind of a Dominican motorcycle taxi, it truly is a sight to behold. I saw one with 4 adult males on it. One I saw had the passenger carrying a sheet of plywood over their heads, it's incredible what they are willing to put on those bikes even saw one with a family of 5, child sitting on the gas tank, another child behind him and mama holding onto the smallest.

Anyway I digress and yes maybe it wasn't the smartest thing but I rented a car while down there, the rental car agency insisted that I carry an additional liability policy for the car in which I agreed to but with some arguments, after driving there, I'm glad I did. I tell you if you're looking for pussy there's plenty to be had especially if you get away from the resorts, I didn't stop for any but I had many try to flag me down and I don't think they were trying to hitch a ride. I was staying at an AI so I was pretty sure I couldn't return with one of these ladies without an argument.

Maybe next time I can arrange for a fishing trip down there without the SO.

Thanks lads.You are going to the #1 tourist area in the Dom. Republic where everything is twice as expensive including chicas. I have no idea where you are staying in Punta Cana / Bavaro and taxis are expensive. If you are looking for daytime action then Plaza Bavaro is a small flea market type area located in the middle of Bavaro and you can usually get a chica for about $2,000rd for a 1 hour session in a small cabana. Exchange your dollars for pesos, otherwise you will get ripped off. Option #2 is to ask the Hotel male staff about chicas. Many of the hotels have a daypass that you can buy a chica if you do not want to leave the hotel. The day pass is usually from 10 am - 5 pm And cost about $50 dollars but you do not have to deal with the outside world. All the hotels have a Public Relations / Customer Service Rep located in the lobby to help tourists. I would strongly suggest that you take 30 minutes and read past Punta Cana posts and many of your questions will be answered. The Dom. Rep. Is like the wild west. If you are not a seasoned Dominican monger. , then you have a 80% chance of getting ripped off. The Dominicans are pros at getting all your money. Everyone has a sad story. Children need milk & Pampers, mother is sick, papi in the hospital. You can go to several "Men Club's" but the chicas are usually asking $200 dollars. Punta Cana is expensive. Overall, your best bet is to buddy up with an English speaking Dominican staff at your hotel and give him a "propina" (tip) for his help with the chicas.

Thanks lads.On currency, pesos definitely. There are plenty of currency exchange places, wherever you go. Check around a bit for the best rate.

One tip, depending on the hotel you plan to use, you are probably better off reserving the room directly with the hotel rather than using someplace like hotels or booking dot com. Usually, the hotel will have a cheaper rate than on the discount websites. They will also charge less if you are paying cash and many hotels prefer dollars.

It's also a good idea to ask about the hotel guest policy. Some will charge extra to bring good a girl to your room, others won't let you bring anyone to your room.

Not sure about the other questions, but I imagine girls won't be too hard to find. Good luck.

Anyone with a clue would place it behind Santo Domingo, Santiago, Puerto Plata, La Vega, San Pedro, La Romana, and San Francisco. This list also counts San Cristobal as bigger:

I was told by a Bavaro hotel employee that Higuey was the 3rd largest city in DR but that is not true as it is actually the 9th largest city with over 100,000 population. I stand corrected and should have checked the internet.

I have not actually done this, but in my research I see you can take a bus from Sosua to Santo Domingo (Metro or Caribe Tours), and then Expreso Bavaro from Santo Domingo to Bavaro.

I'm told Metro from Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata is under US $10. About RD $750. It's 4-5 hours from Sosua to Santo Domingo and about 3 from Santo Domingo to Bavaro.

You'll need to get from one bus station to the other since it doesn't look like they're close by each other. Of course you'll also need to get from the bus station to your final destination.

SamYou can catch either Metro or Caribe in Puerto Plata or Sosua to go to Santo Domingo. Cost is about 360 pesos and depending on which bus and where you get on, 3 to 5 hours. I think there are 2 buses that run Santo Domingo to Bavaro, but I don't have any info on them. Probably 2. 5 to 3 hour trip.

I've done Metro fro. SD to Sosua and Caribe from Puerto Plata to Santo Domingo. Buses are clean and comfortable. It will take you all day to make the trip. Of course there is a slight chance someone will try to pick you up on the bus. Happened to me on the Astrapu bus from San Pedro to Santo Domingo. I declined, didn't want to get off in a strange neighborhood with a strange girl.

Thank you again.I'm not sure if they have a take out price or not. AFIK the Punta Cana area only has one traditional Dominican cabana and its over in Veron, which is the next town over from Bavaro, at the end of town on your way going to Higuey. But there are several short term hotels in the middle of Bavaro not far from Steves Bar and a couple in Fruisa, a neighborhood where most of the Dominican workers live in Punta Cana. Blue Lights has on site rooms, not sure about Lady Factory.

If you want less expensive pussy then go over to Dominicus or Bayahibe, about a 30 minute drive from PC. There you will find girls for around 1500 to 2000 peso range. I've posted before on my experiences there.

Any word if they are girl friendly and if there is anything near by offering quality at a decent price point? I have been doing some recon via tinder and had a few hits, the last one being a Dominican arranger who says she has Russian, Colombian, Venezuela and local chicas available with a resort room included for $$$ for two hours. Thank you again.Same rule as in Rio, get the numbers for the girls and meet outside. Let the girls negotiate with the taxi drivers for the price. They have these lists with the official rates, which are total ripoff. If you let the girls negotiate you pay half or less for your rides.

Not sure if I missed this somewhere. Is the Lady Factory that was shut down? Has it reopened or is this a new club?Not sure if Lady Factory is shut down, as it was open last time I was there a few months ago. As far as getting the girls number and meeting later, Blue Lights is run by an Americanized guy that doesn't leave you alone with any girl until you've paid for her so getting her number and meet her later may be a little difficult. Not sure about Lady Factory as far as getting numbers go but I suspect its a lot easier as you just walk in and the girls are running around the place where in Blue Lights the girls only come out after the owner goes and gets them.

Punta Cana is not a monger haven but there are places to go, such as Higuey. Ironically there are a couple social clubs a few blocks from the big cathedral there in Higuey where there are plenty of girls but might be a little rough as my taxi driver kept going out to check his car the whole time we were there. In Punta Cana go to El Corticito beach area, the girls are there you just have to ask as they are not obvious.

Hi everyone. As the title says, I am planning a trip sometime in January or February. Have 3 ladies I'm chatting with and will try for more, so hopefully at least one will work out.

I have read back to mid-2011 and stopped, as I doubt much of the older information regarding hotels and bars is accurate today. I am looking for a place to call home for 1 to 2 weeks where I can invite ladies freely. I tend to prefer apartments over hotels and am not looking for an all-inclusive, but have not ruled out shacking up at one for a few days if I feel good vibes. I do hope to do some sightseeing, some beach time and hopefully plenty of lady time. My Spanish is advanced basic. The last 3 winters I have spent 3 to 6 months in Lima, Peru. Unfortunately I cannot get away that long this year, so I thought I would try Bavaro. I have been to Santo Domingo twice and it was OK. Did meet some ladies and did not get ripped off, but was turned off by the end of the second week of the second visit. If I went back, it would be to catch some Dominican Winter League ball.

Does anyone have a reputable contacts for decent 1-bedroom apartments. I am not looking to spend more than $100 per night Canadian, unless the place is amazing. Does anyone have a reputable contacts for decent 1-bedroom apartments. I am not looking to spend more than $100 per night Canadian, unless the place is amazing. 1) Where do you usually change money (euros)? I suppose I would have to bring my passport along to any money changer.

2) Is it ok generally in the DR to leave my passport in the hotel and go about with a photocopy of my passport (+ enough cash to bribe my way out of a passport control)?

You might want to hook someone up in order to do a favor for you. For example: you want to get access to the "private" facilities on a section of beach in front of a resort. To do that you need security to take care of you. In that situation, you don't want to be handing out one dollar bills (because it really isn't going to take that much money to pull that off if you know what you are doing). Better have some some "pequeno pesos" available. Of course it also helps to speak Spanish and know where you can and can't do that.

Next time consider BlackBeards 30 minutes taxi from POP on the north coast. $200 a night (flight not included of course) will get you a decent room, 2 chicas a day / night, 2 excellent meals cooked on site, plenty of booze, a decent Dominican cigar, and 2 generic vitamin V or C's sold at their front desk. $250 a night will upgrade you to 3 chicas to nut, liver disease drinking, and maybe a light snack between breakfast and dinner. The majority of the information is still valid. But my experiences and conclusions about visiting Punta Cana are completely different. You are going to have to get off the resort for P4P action. But if you look for girls who have pooled their resources and are sharing a room they are usually open for action also. Check out CocoBongo for a night where everyone is on vacation and there is lots of drinking, dancing and a fun mini shows throughout the night.

Stayed the first night in hotel Flamboyan, USD 48, which is located in a small alley next to Calle Italia, close to Plaza Bavaro. Hotel is really basic but OK, if you don't look for luxury. It's a place to sleep and take your female friends. The hotel is quite worn but the sheets and the bathroom are clean. No safe deposit box.

Opposite the Flamboyan there is an adult hotel called Volcano Rojo, for those who stay in resorts and need a place to take the girls. Didn't go inside but from outside it looks fine.

The MT hotel in Plaza Brisas is a considerable upgrade from Flamboyan, USD 70. Nice rooms, swimming pool, good breakfast, clean sheets and bathroom and safe deposit box in the room. There are some nice bars and restaurants in the Plaza and next to it.

Both hotels are chica friendly. Heard a lot of high heels leaving the hotel early this morning

The owner of a German restaurant recommended the ATM of Scotia Bank (Plaza Brisas), but told me to avoid the ATM of Banco Popular. The max from Scotia Bank is 10.000 per withdrawal. Best exchange rates you get from Caribe express, between the above mentioned Plazas on Avenida Espana. They gave me 4,95 per euro. At the airport I was offered 3,80. Need an ID.

Got a chip for my phone from Orange at Plaza Brisas. DOP 250 with Data and calls. Paid 250 for some additional Data. Always check the bands, before buying. Claro is banda 4 and Orange is banda 3. I think iPhone supports them both.

Steve's Corner is in the corner of Calle Italia and Avenida Espana, next to Plaza Bavaro, with 3 or 4 big screens to watch ice hockey. I suppose they will show the Super Bowl on Sunday. For those who don't know what it is, it's the final of a game where some American millionaires carry an oval ball under their armpit. Armpit ball sounds so stupid that they decided to name it football and named the football soccer? But anyway, there are also some 20-30 girls in the bar, ranging from 5 to 7 or maybe 8. It closes at 2 am and after that the girls who are not taken, move to the Drink Point some 100 meters down the road, where the audience is a mix of locals and gringos. Be aware that not all the girls are pros.

I was told by the female bartenders at Steve's Corner that the motoconcho price from Plaza Bavaro to Plaza Brisas (900 meters) is 50 pesos. They tried to charge me 100, but I told them the right price. No problems.

Most of the gringos in Bavaro are white, but there are also some brothers in my hotel. Shouldn't matter to anybody who wants to be in a more relaxed and easy atmosphere.

Hotel MT, don't make the reservation with Booking.com, just call directly to the hotel and you will get a better price and you will pay on arrival to the hotel. Any problems making the reservation ask to talk to Diego, an Italian guy, who is in charge of the reception.

Very good and cheap laundry on Avenida España, just after El Kan Drink House, which I highly recommend going on Friday or Saturday. Nice local vibe, people dancing and drinking. Bring your own date, if you don't speak Spanish and don't dance merengue or bachata. No pros available.

I met my 1st DR chica at Steves. The place always has a few girls hanging out. They ae all freelancers and prices were reasonable. There was a low budget hotel a block away. Otherwise PC is a note a good place to monger. The casa are very expensive. 150 for short term sometimes.

I'm flying in to Punta Cana. Simply because I got a cracker of a deal on the flight. Other than that, I get the impression that Punta Cana is not where I need to be. I get in around 8 pm local time. I'm a budget traveller and fancy 'resorts' are not really my bag. I like to mix it. Get a feel for the local natural run of things in a country and dip back in to the plastic touristy areas if the local environment gets a bit tiresome or rough.

Ordinarily, I should be happy enough to stay on the beaten track in Punta Cana on the first night given that I arrive late in the evening. That said, the compulsion to release that pent up inner-monger may drive me in a different direction. If I step off the plane and into a taxi, where could I head to that would mean decent local food, beer, accommodation and chicas at local prices? It will be a Saturday night if that helps? How about Higuey? Is that worthwhile? I do like strip clubs if the drinks are reasonable. Usually, these places are expensive for other activities but if there was such with freelancer bars next door / nearby, that would be me sorted for the evening. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

A short cab ride from Punta Cana resorts is Plaza Bavaro, a market filled mostly with irritating vendors selling tourist crap. However, the bright spot is Steve's Bar, which is on the corner across the street from main market. It features a nice bar with a couple large TV's always tuned to sports. The bartenders are beautiful girls and on the menu when they are not working or on a break. Also, several pro's come and go frequently throughout the day, so grab a stool, order a Presidente beer, and then pick what you want.

I recommend Judy, a late 20's petite girl in great shape. She isn't shy and will likely approach you first. I offered 3000 peso, and she countered 3500. Deal ($70 USD). Two block safe walk to a no no-name hotel where you get the room and condom for 900 peso. $18.

Everything covered but lots of fun. BJ, cowgirls and then some awesome doggy with one of her feet on the bed, and the other on the floor.

I always encourage people to leave their comfort zone (Sosua) and travel around the island.

No, you're not. You're 100% American and that should be good enough for any man!

I agree American Football is played by men. Association Football (soccer) is probably the only genuinely Worldwide sport where the USA is pre-eminent but only in the women's game. As for the Prima Donna armoured Pansies, I would invite you to watch the upcoming match which exemplifies the original football, Rugby Union Football. It is an area of resorts and compounds designed to get money out of foreign tourists. As far as hookers, there were maybe 6 of them. Did I mention it to be a town of resorts and compounds? Samana is another tourist area, as an alternative to Punta Cana. Not familiar with the mongering opportunities, but cab drivers might be able to direct you.

Playa Dorada, in particular Hotel Barcelo, is economical, provides lots of amenities, all inclusive food and drink, and is just across the road from Field of Dreams.

Another great family vacation place is Hotel Bahia Principe, just outside of Rio San Juan. Excellent amenities and layout. Again, look to local cabbies for assistance.

Bavaro is another tourist area to investigate.

I don't know your taste or priorities, so don't expect a perfect fit. But, as I said, the advice costs you nothing. I find good prices on Hotelsdotcom.

When I'm with family.Where the girls can be found in Punta Cana would be Drink Point an open air nightclub in Bavaro near Steves Bar but it doesn't usually get going until around 10 pm but Steves Bar usually has a few girls hanging around all day. There are a couple of other open air nightclubs on that same street going up towards Friusa that get going at night where you can find working girls too. You will also find some all day action in the El Corticito area where there are a couple of bars and cafes in this little area. Most of the working girls stay in Friusa, not a tourist area of PC, which is another neighborhood in the PC area. I have found girls during the day to sometimes be hanging out at Bibijagua cafe on the beach. Also check out the Dominican massage parlors, not the Russian ones, that are in El Corticito they usually have action happening in there or they will call someone for you. There are plenty of girls in Punta Cana because theres plenty of money in PC they are just not concentrated in any one spot like Sosua or Boca chica so it requires a little more work on your part.

I have been there many times and definitely will go back. If you just go for mongering, it may not be your ideal place, but I never go anywhere just for that. There is enough pussy for everyone and it is not difficult to find. If you don't find them, just ask somebody. In February in Steve's Corner, there were maybe 20 girls during the week nights and 30 during the weekend and there is a lot of willing girls in Drink Point in the same block, when Steve's Corner closes.

A girl in your own hotel may not be willing to have sex with you, because she might get fired, but I have been offered sisters and cousins. The original owner sold Steves bar a few years back, they just kept the name the same, and the action and energy at the bar, day or night, has never been the same. But the action at Drink Pointe and other night spots around PC don't get going until around midnight or so and usually there are plenty of women to be had. Plus if you have access to transportation then there are a couple of car washes over in Veron, the next town over from Bavaro, that has action at night. Also, there is a bar along the road leading into the area where the BeLive resort is that will have girls sometimes, its just not open every night so may be hit or miss, but there is a cafe across the street from BeLive that sometimes has girls near or you can ask the the guys that work all the souvenior shops there where to find them. Also, the Hard Rock resort's Oro nightclub has ladies night on Wednesday or Thursday night which will draw working girls on those nights too.

Keep in mind PC is not Sosua! But that doesn't mean that mongering is not happening.

I'm usually in country about half a dozen times a year and in PC about half that time and I rent a car every time I'm on the island. I'm not an expert on PC but these are my observations from my travels there.

I will add it to reports of distinction to help those that come after. To me, the most important info is where, when, and how much. All I ever read before was Steves bar and motorbike will take you to a motel in this section. Then I got there and assumed the old guy I saw was Steve. When we left there we went to Oro, but I will explain all of that when I get to my report.

It is possible to monger any where in the world including PC if you have money or power. There is a range of activity but it is under cover. Steves bar was my favorite spot for some quick reasonable action. There are usually about 5 or 6 girls at the most sitting around looking for action. On the other end of the spectrum are casas that charge 150 dollars for short term. You can use their facilities for this price. In my experience they were firm with their pricing. The wild cards are local girls who are down for some quick cash. I was approached by a very attractive young lady while leaving the bank. She offered a blow job out of the blue. She looked like a school teacher.

PC is not an easy place to monger. The high price resorts do not want it so it is under cover.

I will be in Punta Cana for 4 days in November. I've searched all I can and all I can see is an option at a potential Steve's Bar? Is this bar still there and are there girls in there? I will be staying at one of the Bahia properties (Don Pablo Ambar) and I do not think guests are allowed so I can't bring anyone in, will be with family I do not have the option at all of heading to one of the other cities where ladies are rife and readily available. I do see plenty of night action in the Bavaro Beach area and I think there is a Hard Rock Hotel in that area as well; any freelancers walking around or looking for tourists to service?

Steve's was all I could locate and it looks like they walk you to a room they have, not sure if this is still the deal so thought I would ask. I am not overly optimistic about finding anything but can't hurt to ask. If all else fails I will try to pay off one of the hourly workers at the resort (I do have my own room) and see if maybe they know a girl who would like to come over for a few bucks, their friend, neighbor, sister, cousin, someone down there perhaps will surface. If they know a sexworker they may be able to get them in through employee entrances I saw. Since I am going with my sister on our annual getaway and she speaks no Spanish I can openly inquire from the cab driver from the airport as maybe he will know of a hot spot.

I like the ideas presented below as well of using the resort workers, last time there I think one of the guys who drove the landscaping cart as well as the guy who changed light bulbs both were hinting at a girl. About 1 or 2 kms down the beach you should run into an area called El Corticito where there will be a few massage places along with a few freelancers also. A landmark to look for is the Lifestyles resort and a beach restaraunt named Capt Cook, I think that's the name. Most of the girls doing massages in that area along the beach are at best a 3 or 4 IMO. If you want someone cuter then go to the area behind that row of shops and start walking towards the main street, just a 100 yds or so, and you should see a barber shop / beauty shop on the left that also does massages in the back room, go in there. The girl will take care of you. I hope this helps.

Depending on how tight security is you might be able to sneak a girl in the resort, but all guests wear wrist bands so you wouldn't be able to bring her anywhere in the resort. But most importantly, where are you going to find the girl to bring her back? LOL good luck finding one on the street especially if you don't speak any Spanish. Bus to sd is very convenient but you never been before and speak no Spanish. You wouldn't know where to get off at and where to go. I can guarantee you the driver of the bus wil speak no English. Not saying you couldn't do a day romp in sd but you speak no Spanish and don't know your way around. Yull need at least a over nighter for sure. All 3 of the bus systems are safe and you will not get robbed on them at all. I have never felt being in danger in all my trips to dr. Getting scamed is more of a likely hood than getting robbed. And tbh, if you don't speak Spanish, your basically limiting yourself to the strip clubs and the like in sd. Which is not bad just expensive. But all you need is the address and name of the place, and an uber app and you can get around sd very easily. Sd is not as easy as Sosua, whole different scene.

If you can do it successfully in those cities then you will find it a lot easier in the Dominican Republic. But you will still end up spending more money and time to bed a civilian, and with a very limited range of options, then you would working with pros and semi-pros in Sosua or Puerto Plata.

Got internet sorted 250+400 for claro sim with 1 gb. Walked from Fruisa to Plaza Bavaro. A couple of girls at Steve's. Went back to Fruisa, ate at the chicken place and had a few beers at the local car wash across the road. A couple of the waitresses made themselves available but I didn't develop the conversation. Was never expecting much from this leg of the trip (only flew in to PC as got a cracking 180 return fare from Barcelona).

Back at Steve's right now. 3 girls engaged with others. No approaches. Got my bearings and know where to catch bus tomorrow. So next stop Boca Chica. Unless something eventful happens tonight (or the couple of nights I stay before I get back from Punta Cana), I probably won't post in this section again.

So I finished up my trip back where I started in Punta Cana / Bavaro. I had stayed in a budget hotel in Fruisa previously but it had its shortcomings, so I stumped up more $ for Hotel Flamboyan close to Steve's Bar. There were probably 8 girls working that place which I guess isn't bad for a Monday.

Tucked in to some Presidente's and didn't pull the trigger with any of the Chicas. Went to Drinkpoint afterwards and there were plenty of people there. Ended up in a smaller carwash or bar (between Steve's & Hotel Flamboyan. There was a fine thing there and we agreed on 1500. Walked back to the Hotel and we did the deed.

Having had my wallet emptied earlier in the trip, I didn't let her out of my sight. However, lightening struck twice! I'd love to see how the hell that played. I was fairly well on the sauce which definitely wouldn't have helped.

As she left, I checked my jeans and realised that my wallet was gone. Made a dash back to the bar. She coughed up the wallet but pesos removed. I made a bit of a song and dance in the hope that they wouldn't want any hassle.

I feigned a call to the policia but it looks like someone there called them anyway. So they ended up taking her in but that also involved me having to participate in the circus that followed. Ended up having to wait there all night as they said they couldn't do anything until morning. Each hour they promised me the next hour it would get sorted. And on and on it went until 1. 30 pm. Apparently, they were waiting on the 'Fiscal' (not sure what job title that is in English).

I tried to back out but they were not having it. It was a ludicrous situation of reporting a crime and being punished for it. We (2 street kids and one decent local) were left in a room. We could walk about a bit. But we were being watched. They knew I was getting more and more frustrated and could probably see that I was leaning towards up and leaving (but I was also scared of the consequences of that. Having a flight out within hours). I was at the doorway of the police station at one stage and the cop told me to go back to the room. I said I had enough. I was going. His response was that if I didn't cooperate, they would cuff me.

During the course of the morning, 2 slimy lawyers showed up to pick over the bones (some things never change regardless of the country). One offered to represent me seeing an opportunity to shake some more cash out of me. My answer was I reported a theft what the hell would I need representation for!

I was getting more than a little concerned that I might be in some sort of bother that they had not presented me with. They said that they had taken the girl to jail. So she wasn't there so I could assess if I had picked a girl that was [CodeWord902] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord902). I didn't think I had but I had been drinking quite a bit. It really was a cluster of a situation.

Eventually, they brought the girl back and we both sat down with the fiscal (I was relieved to see she looked of age). Told our stories. She asked what I wanted. I said I didn't care about the money I had to check out of my hotel and get to the airport. She was quite decent and polite in dealing with me. She said the police would take me straight back to the hotel. They were pfaffing around so I just walked out the door and hailed a motoconcho. Got back to the hotel mouldy after 12 hours of detention. Was a new man after a shower and shave. Checked out and dropped in to Steve's. Had a few hours to kill. Had a few beers and decided I'the take my last opportunity. With ST action with the first eligible chica that came by. There was hardly anyone there as it was early afternoon. However one did show and I popped. Then agreed on 500 peso with a motoconcho for a lift to the airport.

I was clearly stupid to get myself into this situation and whilst I wouldn't willingly put myself through that, the experience was interesting in terms of seeing how stuff gets dealt with in the Dom Rep. That was a pretty simple matter. Imagine something more involved.

All in all, its been a good trip here. There are ups and downs as there is with any location. I don't get much vacation time so probably won't be back as there are other places I'the like to check out such as Cuba. Thanks to all here for feedback and info. It always proves to be invaluable. And I hope my trip reports in turn are useful to others.

So goes the transformation of the Venezuelans in the Dominican Republic.

A couple years ago you could catch them fresh off the boat trolling Boca Chica but now they are situated and bypass that bullshit and go to the Dominican pimps who have the top paying guys in la Capital. No deal now with these girls. Personally I don't think they are worth the premium.

Being on a family vacation, I had the opportunity to sneak for a short time. Called a cab at the resort concierge, who got a cab in less than 5 min.

The driver, after giving him the address (España Av and Italia St) immediately hinted what I was looking for, despite my lame call of "I'm meeting some friends there".

It took 5 min to get to that place, rather dead on a January 1st. Drink Point was closed and Steve's looked like a dive bar with no women except the tenders.

I asked about other bars and the driver offered to escort me all the way. We went to a place I think it was El Volcán Rojo, facing the Flamboyant. Upstairs, 2 girls available, a 7 on a 1-10 scale, just wearing ordinary clothes and flip flops. Doable, but they asked for a $150 fee, which I deemed excessive for a quickie. They didn't accept a counteroffer of $100 for a short time, so I kissed goodbye and left the place. I paid $10 for my soda, a girls beer and the driver beer.

The taxi trip cost $40 for the round trip to the Magestic complex, including driver's waiting time.

Not a bad experience after all, since I got acquainted with the area, the prices and confirmed that it's possible to sneak for 60 minutes and have a quickie, transportation included.

If the plan is to monger. I wouldn't recommend to stay at the Hard Rock. It is not like any other Hard Rock. Limited entry to local people. Almost no locals. Mostly tourist at the hotel and Casino. Also if I remember correctly it is not close to any bars clubs or local life. Maybe a 10-15 minute taxi ride.

Would be a huge bummer.Yeah I guess things have changed a bit in PC. I was at hard rock 2 years ago. Best bet is to meet your chica and then proceed to check in with her. When I went I would go to blue light to pick out a girl and then go check in. And when I got tired of her I cut and kept her bracelet and very carefully and creatively taped it on to the next girl. But the clubs like blue light in PC are no more, so you either need to meet a girl on a site like Dominican cupid, tender, etc. ; or meet a girl at one of the local bars. All the entrances are guarded for the most part at hard rock, but I did find if you go down the stairs through the spa area and then on out there was nobody there, and was free and clear all the way to the room. I love the beeches and rooms at PC. First time I went with a buddy and stayed at villa at tortuga bay. If you're already set with PC, I would highly recommend villa as it is much easier to get girls into. An all inclusive like hard rock will almost certainly lock you down with one chica unless you are very creative, and after a couple girls it really does become a pain getting them in. As others have said if you there for a while it'll be worth a trip (very long trip) up north, or Santo Domingo would even be better than PC. Good luck.

As I'm reading your posts I'm trying to get some understanding in order to give MHO. I would first like to know your budget. Budget plays a lot in your decision-making on which area to tackle. PC is the most expensive destination in the Dominican of republic. However if you are used to certain accommodations then you would want to stick with particular areas. Example Charles gave you was excellent as far as explaining how some people are used to certain accommodations. He is correct these type of people the Sue will definitely get under their skin.

Next IMHO you have been missed formed. PC is not the new Boca Chica. BC was a big monger destination. The Sue now holds the title in the DR. 100's of chicas and mongers go to the Sue just for that reason. PC is popular as a family destination. Most of it atmosphere is designed for family with very nice all exclusive hotels and beaches. Our sport can be found in all three places but some places I. E BC and the Su are much more relevant than others. That relevancy will also reflect in the overall lower pricing. This includes hotels, Casa, restaurants and etc.

Namaste understands that in Su you can literally walk out your hotel room or sit in the lobby and pick up a chicas. That is the Thai atmosphere and he was trying to keep you in that vibe. BC and the Sue areas are a mixture of locals ex pats and tourists interacting with each other. Once you arrive there there's no need for a taxis or car. Meaning you're saving money if you're on a budget.

PC on the other hand is isolated from most of the locals. You have to use a taxi to travel from place to place I. E. Bars or Casas. In Boca Chica, I could not sleep since dogs were barking all night in front of my room window so I left at 6 am to go to Punta Cana without a hotel. Beachfront is not really that nice there. I tried to book at the Four Points Sheraton, thinking if I get there at 9 am they might let me have a room as a platinum member. When I arrived, I didn't realize that this was just an airport hotel, with no beach near sight. So I canceled my reservation and began to go find a better hotel for the area. I found one with that was All inclusive that was right on the beach for only $126 a night. This hotel I would recommended. The food is really good, they have the BEST late night fried chicken I've ever had.

Anyway, I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am and they put me in a room right away, the breakfast buffet was open. Nice! Had a light breakfast, took a nap, went in the pool, looked at the beach, by this time I did a lot till 4 pm. I went on a drive to downtown. First intention was to look for LE Petite Chateau. The only gentlemen's club I could find online about around here. I got to LPC and the guy out front said it was closed and they will open at 9-10 pm and they close at 5 am. Strike 1 Their website said 24/7 but now that's not true. LPC is not that easy to find if you don't know what your looking for. I drove past it 4 times. If your driving down from the San Juan Plaza, its on the left, parking is a dirt lot across the street. Does not look like the picture on the website at all.

Steve's bar is my go to place also, I need to stay up later and try others though.

I frequent DR a few times a year and have to agree challenges mongering, after 10 years living in Asia (HK, Philippines, Thailand) my tastes do not align perfectly with the selection. I stay off resort and have found it better than short time hotels. I just find the range of negotiated prices a crap shoot from 1500 to 5000 for no apparent reason. I am trying to establish a pattern of expectation for myself and KPIs from venue to venue. I may just be in the wrong neighborhood to meet my expectations. I like the place open water swimming, rinning, biking, diving, roaming the streets and racing that I do in addition to the chicas. The criteria for chica I like is somewhat rare I admit.

Since you write my first, er, eh - 'vacation' I presume your primary concern is sex-mongering, as it is unlikely to be your first normal vacation. If that is the case I recommend you do not go to Punta Cana, but stay at Blackbeards (or perhaps a mix of Blackbeards, Oasis and Sosua). If you have adequate Spanish, Santo Domingo is another option.

But if you do want a normal sand and sea holiday in a nice hotel, with just a couple of sexual adventures on the side, then Punta Cana is your best option.

Lack of Spanish is not a game changer, and for a new person, not familiar with the DR, it offers a controlled environment with "quality control. " No drama queens, rip-offs, etc. The girls get medical checks monthly, and there is on site management if you have a complaint. No price negotiating, just pick the one you want, and make clear to her just what you want. Also a "mama san" on site to assist you in finding just what you want. Its so easy, many on the boards mock it as "spoon feeding," but for a first timer, spoon feeding is just what you want.

Also consider sharing a taxi with other guests to Sosua for a day / evening, to see what trolling the bars will turn up.

Another alternative is staying at one of the all-inclusives at Playa Dorada, located between the airport and Puerto Plata. You can stay at the complex, and grab a cab to 'Oasis' which is just across the road, for a quickie.

Just spent a few nights in Punta Cana. Only briefly stopped in to Steve's Corner bar. On a Monday night, the pickings there were slim and of those that were there, maybe one 7. 5 with the rest being 6's and under.

At 10 p Drink Point was slow but by midnight it was pretty happening. Quality here was much better than Steve's Corner bar with more of a party vibe, uptown Dominican style. By that I mean bottles at every table (even tables with all girls), hookah, loud music, not much dancing. A few tourists mixed in with their significant other at looked like to me. There was a cool dude I met up with, forgot his name but he speaks perfect English from living in the US for many years, bigger guy, says he spends a lot of time at Drink Point helping tourists out.

I got to talking to one girl who was sitting around with her friends sharing a bottle. Pretty morena, 22 or 24 years old, forgot her name. We decided to hit a cabana and when we were leaving she said she was parked out back. We were speaking all Spanish up until this point (my Spanish is okay, enough to get by). I was impressed she had a car. While going to an ATM, she starts speaking perfect English! Said she lived in Georgia for a while. Originally from Guadalupe she said she speaks French as well. We had fun. $100 usd for about 5-6 hours.

There was another area she took me on a tour of called Bomba Friusa. An area about 5-6 minutes from Drink Point. Friusa is the name of the area I believe.

The gas station seems to be the meeting point. A place for cheaper action with canabas nearby. I saw about 10 girls here and in the immediate vicinity in the two blocks in front and around the station. Looks a little but sketch to me. Lots of locals.

Another place we checked out was CocoNu strip club. It's a two block walk from Drink Point. No cover. About 30 girls. Better quality than Steve's corner for sure. Not sure what official prices are as we bought some bottles here and I asked them for a good price since we spent a lot of money on drinks. Peru is the name of manager, nice guy. He seemed negotiable. They charged me $130 including a room. Took a hot Venezuelan up with bolt-ONS. Take care of him if you see him.

Tinder is full of escorts as well. Lots of higher end looking ones. Lots of Venezuelans. Most asking for $200 HR or $500 all night. Obviously targeting drunk tourists with cash to spend. Negotiable. Got them down to $300 for all night but did not partake.

Dr LEóand cautioned unfit or unhealthy sex tourists not to over-exert themselves, regardless of their age.

"This was the hardest part, seeing her from the back, it didn't look like her, until Diane said those are her shoes," said Chris. Not very surprising that the resort nor the police wish to talk to her. Where is / was the embassy? I've always felt all inclusive resorts in general promote a false sense of security. These are huge properties that often times not very well lit with winding walking routes. I been to a few in my day and I like them because I can get wasted and don't have to drive and just have to be able to stay on my feet to get back to my room. But whatever chica / girl I was traveling with at the time we never spilt up when it was dark. We stayed together no matter what. PE says: "Move as a team never move alone". That is not to say the husband did anything wrong or the attacker couldn't have got both down even if he had of been walking with him (think OJ. Yeah he was found not guilty).

But this story follow along the same lines as several that I've read out of Mexico. Will it stop me from going to all inclusive resorts? No it will not. But I will continue exercise the same situation awareness I always have as the environment dictates.

I can speak with experience that Wynn Hotels & Resorts chain does it up right. They have a killer breakfast buffet! 30 USD and worth every damn penny. The founder Mr. Wynn got jacked up over some "me too" bullshit. Shows how that when they want your ass, they get your ass!

Have I ever mentioned I've been to XS Nightclub more than a few times. And I don't wait in no line. I walk right up with my date and we walk in. That has never failed to impress my date often resulting a fuck in the club or on the hood of my car (yep I own one in my country of origin also) in the parking lot afterwards. The Encore Beach Club is the place where you date can sport her micro mini bikini. And sport them they do. Man I hope they bring that type of upscale action to the Dominican Republic. I might have to fill up the Gran Jefe Mobile and make a trip!

Resort has a casino, so I wonder if it is even necessary to bring a companion or if there is enough talent working in the casino that I don't need BYOP.

I do not recommend a companion that you have not vetted for an all inclusive vacation unless you plan to exchange them on a daily basis. On the high end: YoungDude is the man for contacts there. He knows people. Good people!

But us Canadian citizens need to get back to the country at least every 6 months to keep their citizen benefits, pensions, health card, etc. In good standing.

I am overdue, and can't get a flight from PP until November. There's a flight from Punta Cana announced in late July, so I'm booked.

Means 6 hours by bus or car with stops, so I'll go the day before and get a cheap hotel for the night to be fresh for the plane. Only saw one, but there are all kinds of All Inclusives on BookingDotCom, at all prices, that should do the job for you.

I don't want to check in to one hotel then check out a day or so later to go to another hotel to check in just to see a new chica. Any info would be helpful and I am talking about the big nice hotels on the beach not the ones farther inland that are not 4 star and up.
