View Full Version : Salvador
I made a brief daytime cruise ship stop in Salvador last week with no opportunity to sample. But right at the Cathedral square I spotted two likely candidates. One was obviously dressed for the part; the other I saw sitting alone in a bar. She had a twinkle in her eye when she smiled. Without some Portuguese, though, forget an uncomplicated quickie.

Oi,
I have just arrived in this very relaxed city of Salvador. I am living in Barra and want to check out the hot spots. F.e. Santissima, the clubs at Rio Vermelho and perhaps the Street action at Otavio Margateiros (?). The thing is I do not want to do that alone as my Portugues is not so good now (I do a language course, it is getting better and better, but in the moment, I would't go fo it alone).
Therefore, is someone here to have a joint start into the Bahian nightlive? :)
P.M. me!
Best regards
Hans Glück

Have been recently to Salvador in June. Here a short update. Street action Barra: a couple of street *****s are circling the area. Price for up to 2 hours 50. 100 Rials. I do not recommend. Club action Rio V.: In Eros 10. 15 Girls at 1 am . Nothing very attractive. Price for all night is 200 Rials for the girl (50 Rials demand for admission. Is negiotabal, I paid 20; 60 Rials barfee to take the Girl). Recomendable. Other clubs are closed. The club in neighbourhood to Amaralina-Hotel was open midweek and weekend: 4 Girls on Tuesday 11 pm ; I did not pay the demanded admission of 50 Rials, but had to comitt to consume a beer (Long neck 10 Rials. Same Eros). Have been to the salas in Avenida Sete Septembro: 30 Rials for the girl. Recomendable.
Good Luck!

Guys,
yesterday I was up for a fuck in Salvador, so I got myself a Taxi and went to Avenida Otavio Mangabeira in order to find some garota willing to please me.
There is low, low season now because of the Sao Joao Festival, perhaps therefore the good ones had already left the city. After almost 1 hour of searching, I found finally Diana who told that she is going to have a nice time with me for 50 Reails.
COMPLETE DESASTER!!!
WEll, I should have known better: first we did not agree on the terms when she was still standing on the street (this is because in the better termas or clubs, sex always consists of oral and pussy sex, anything else is negotiable). Secondly she had her "prima" :) with her and both jumped all of the sudden into the taxi (loss of power), and third I did not know the motel where to go for the fuck --> means all newby for the girls, who then started to rip me of.
Result:
- she wanted 100 instead of 50, and I was silly enough to give her 80 at the very least
- no oral sex
- we had approx. 5 Minutes sex, after that she just pushed me away saying that her "prima" was sitting downstaires and she had to look for her...
- and finally these bitches hat cigarettes and drinks on my account which never was the deal but which was just accepted by the motel owners (it did cost just 3 Reals, but it was simply the straw to break the camel's back).
I have to say: stupid me! I behaved like a 17 year old prole who looks at the first time at a pro. There is one good thing about it: It is a very good learning experience.
Guys, just stay away from the street *****s!
Btw: general entrance fee was 50 Reais at EROS, at 3 o'clock in the morning. Crazy people, they close at 5 !

Just look in the news-aper A Tarde, there are adds of at least 100 models you can call and they will come to any given hotel/motel.
Carlos
A Tarde used to have the personal ads on their website also. Howevwer, I don't see them now. I have gotten some kick-ass girls from there. Also don't forget Santissima on Monday nights. And more important than anything, find a young, horny taxi driver. He'll bring over boatloads of girls from his neighborhood for you. We had a GREAt taxi driver we used for years but he disappeared a couple of years ago...

Guys,
I will be in Salvador 1st week of September and am looking for a flat to rent. Where would you recommend I stay? What is the poshest, safest area in Salvador? Is it Barra? How is Ondina different to Barra, if one had to choose between them? Would an old house restored into a pousada in the Pelourinho area be an option you would recommend instead?
Many Thanks.

I would not advise to stay at Pelourinho. At these old houses you do not have swimming-pools, you must every time take a taxi if you want to go to the beach and it is not safe.
Ondina or Barra would be my choice.
There is a place called Barra Flats. You can rent a flat, totallly girl-friendly and not too expensive.
If you want something posh, got to Blue Tree at Rio Vermelho.

Barra is safe. Just the usual beglars who will annoy you if you wear RayBan sunglasses and a Nike cap. Almost no backpackers in this area.
I you are looking for a place, I would also recommend the Rio Vemelho (Red River) area. This is the rising star, next to Barra.
No go areas are Itapua and Piata. Although they are close to the airport and have the best beaches.

I'd rather stay in Rio Vermelho or Ondina.

Hi Tomjoha,
Going on a Monday to the old Cascinha de Siri is a sure bet. All the WG and mongers are meeting there.
During the day you meet gringos at Barra beach. There are not too many foreign mongers in Salvador, mostly local mongers.

Best travelling time to the north of Brazil is October - March.
Avoid Christmas and New Year, the hotels are charging a premium and the girls are with their families. Carnival is crazy in Salvador - either way it is a life-experience.

There are several options of sea transportation from Salvador to Morro de São Paulo. Lanchas and catamarans leaving from the port behind Mercado Modelo.
There are schooner trips departing from Salvador and Morro. These trips visit beaches along the coast etc. Some have music, food and beer included.
You mean that there is a party boat doing the route Salvador-Morro? It sounds strange to me.
Maybe you are thinking of a one-day trip Salvador-Morro with the catamaran and boarding a schooner when arriving in Morro?
Hi Sperto,
in 2005 we took one of the schooners for a 2-day trip to Morro. It was a package deal with one night at a pousada on Morro and onboard catering included.
If I remember well we booked it at the same counter for booking the catamaran.

I hate to be one to ask silly questions, but I heard this from a fairly reliable source. He said a taxi driver told him Santíssima (formerly Casquinha de Siri) was no longer. Anybody checked it out lately?
As for taxi drivers being reliable, that's a joke, but I don't know why he would lie. I would expect the opposite since it's a good fare to go out there and back.
If still open, is it still only Moday night for garotas?
I will appreciate a recent eyewitness.

I will appreciate a recent eyewitness.I have a friend going to Salvador next week. Will get him to check it out.
I would be stunned if it was closed. They spent alot of money updating it just a couple of years ago and it always seemed very busy with decent food and great live music. Plus, this is not a strictly monger venue by any means. 99% of their clientele are normal Brazilians.
But hey, you never know, businesses fail all the time.

I totally agree. I just realized the taxi driver could have lied because he would take them some place that gives him a big commision. Duh. What was I thinking. Still, if someone can confirm I would appreciate it.

Guys,
I ran into this wonderful forum not so long ago. It’s great, wonderful reports! After wandering the streets of Natal and some other smaller cities in the Brazilian Nordeste and the interior for over ten years, with some short breaks to Rio as well, I’m heading for Bahia next week. My first time in terras baianas and I’ve been reading the great reports on Salvador, they’re fabulous! I have the basics already, now I’m just wondering if there’s any lastest info? I’m arriving Wednesday in the afternoon, what would be the party-places to Wednesday night and Thursday?
I’ll post and update any relevant information after I arrive next week.
Keep up the good work!
Abraços!!

When I saw you had been posting on this thread, I was going to PM you about casas, then scrolled back to see this.
After 2010 Carnaval I going to spend a month in Brazil and will spend, probably a week, in Bahia. With this information, you know I am going to make the trip for sure!
Thanks again,

Whold be great if someone who now salvador could give me some hints about places to party etc. I have a house in Natal and now everything to now about the scene there so let me now if there is eny info wanted on Natal.
I was in Salvador on Augoust. it's really great if you like black like me. The best beach is piatà and pituba to meet women called "garota de programma". on Monday you must go to Santissima, great place. I'm going there another time on 20 December and I travell alone.
Did you ever go to barra?
We got a house next to the lighthouse.
Any good there?
Hello.
I have read this thread and the Brazil forumn for many years. I wanted to know how many of you guys actually live in Salvador or are you mostly tourists?
I ask this question 'cause it appears that most of the conversations involve Region VI (ie. Barra), Region VII (ie. Rio Vermelho), and Region VIII (ie. Pituba, Itaugua). I know that these are the "happening" areas, but do you guys venture into Region IV (ie. Liberdade), Region IX (ie. Boca do Rio), and other local areas not so tourist / glamor oriented?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Short update on Salvador.
Privates:
The privates recommended below are mostly closed or have girls so ugly that they should pay you. Not worth going there. There are other privates all around the city (mostly in the areas where the Brazilians live), but they change often, so I won't add the addresses here.
Street-Action:
At the moment it is very low. The international tourists stayed away, but most probably this will become better. Barra is still a good place for street action, as well as Pelourinho. If you have a car you should just drive on the beach direction north and there are plenty of streetwalkers, but it starts ~30 minutes outside Barra.
Escorts:
I would not recommend, except you want very "white" girls (but then you're anyway wrong in Salvador). They are overpriced, their choice is limited (compared to Rio, SP, etc.) and they don't offer the same service quality that you will get from a must cheaper streetwalker.
Hotels:
Ask if they are girl-friendly. I can recommend http://www.villagenovo.com/ , it is 100% girl-friendly, safe and well located (almost next to a police station, but there are - as in most of Barra - plenty of girls sitting).

Carlos,
Everyone always talks about Barra and Pelourinho, but I hate high rise housing. In what sections / neighborhoods can a person get a house with front and backyard and garage?
Tchau.

That's very helpful not adding any addresses of the prives that are "all around the city".
Parmesano might be right that some of the prives have closed since I made the report in April. They are propably still in the same building. Just ask the porteiro. These casas are definitely worth a visit when you head to centro. Parmesano wasn't lucky enough to sniff out the gems. :D

look at the condominios fechados at Praia Flamengo or further north at the side-roads towards the beach of the of the Av. Praia de Copacabana (Stella Mar area etc.) It is quite and safe there.
Concerning casas - I recommend to have a look at "A Tarde"-newspaper, they run ads there and you get the newest informations. Easy as that.
Enjoy,

Salvador
Now fellas. To say I left Rio sexually exhausted is an understatement. I didn't take anything down until Monday night b/c I was at my limit when I reached Salvador Saturday evening. Sure, if something fell in my lap of course I would pursue it but I was fine just relaxing and enjoying the beach.
In terms of the Salvador set up I ended up using a guy named Alain Zamrini (just google) to book an apartment. The apartment I booked was located in Barra right across from the beach. Now since there is not a lot written about Salvador I will give some general background/overview of the mongering scene. I will also throw in my two cents as to the type of individual who would like this place and considerations you should make as to whether to go or not. Most of what I will say has been stated by Sperto and Others (Thanks guys) I'm just adding on.
Mongering Scene
Salvador is huge. If I had to compare it to a major US metropolitan city I would compare it to Atlanta or LA in that you have to drive. Sure, you can take the bus places but at night time you really can't and if you want to jump around to multiple locations taxi fares add up pretty quickly. If you are only going one place that night then you are fine.
The scene is not point and click and is much more quieter/reserved than other places. If you are looking for it then you will find it but there is no hooker beach portion like Rio where you just post up and you pretty much know 80% of the girls and up in that area are available for the taking. Also, speaking porto while not mandatory is damn near close to mandatory. To put it another way, I was on a beachfront restaurant in Barra and after looking at the porto menu for 20 minutes with my dictionary the waitress realized I was American and gave me an English menu. I opened up the English menu and half of it was in Portuguese. WTF? It's like they decided that we had enough options. Just choose one. The girls on the other hand understand even less. I met a few who spoke other languages and one who spoke English so you can try. The scene is heavy with Italians so a lot of them are used to Italians as well. So where can you meet ladies.
The Beach or the stroll on Av. Oceanica
- The beach of course. All the chicas I eventually ended up with did some time on the beach. One chica even told me that she thinks she saw me on the beach 3 weeks earlier. So I will have to say that you can find them on the beach if you flash your pearly whites and also if you speak porto. The stroll is interesting. During the day I did not see anything. At night whatever I saw that was blatant though, I wouldn't touch but I have seen guys go home with a lot I wouldn't touch so hey, you never know. At some of the restaurants and other occasions I would have a very strong feeling that I was looking at action but the language barrier was a big bloc and I personally didn't feel like going up to four women and interrupting to find out if one is a gdp.
Shopping Malls
- I went to the mall 2x. The second time I know I saw gdp's. I said Hi in English and they ignored me but I'm pretty certain they were.
Strip Clubs and Boites (not quiet like Rio Termas/Boites)
- Strip clubs. I didn't hit any up. I did go to the Boites Eros, VIP, and Relax. None positive experiences but I will explain that in the report.
Specific Bars/Restaurant
-Santissima on a Monday Night. Barbara (sp?) every other night of the week. Every report I read talks about Santissima on a Monday night and how you have to go and check it out. I never made it to Barbara but that is another spot that jumps when Santissima is not.
Peloriounho (sp?) or also called Centro Historico
- I spent a lot of time in Pelo and had a blast. For those that don't know Pelo is similar to Old Montreal in feel. Cobble stone streets, small buildings, ton of bars/café/etc feel. Also, there are a ton of street walkers there and pretty much it is easy to pull something home.
Now, at the beginning of the report I gave some detailed info particularly concerning race/etc. Now is where I will bring this up. When reading up on Salvador one comment always came up don't worry, they will find you just smile and it will come. I think this works if you look as though you don't belong. So if you look Italian and wear clothing that identifies you as such it works. While I was in Brazil although I normally dress up with flare I toned it down. I didn't even have any shirts with writing on it and I actually blended in very well. Maybe too well as I was not approached by one person the entire time I was there. I only have my word to go on this one but I do smile, I'm a fairly social guy and travel by myself a lot so I don't think it was me being overly conservative/etc. I just am calling it as I see it. I had a great time in Salvador and I actually think that was the highlight of my trip but that deals with the cultural aspect of it more so than the mongering. If you probably stand out or are white, you will get approached. Not so much if you don't.
Day 1 & 2
As listed above, not much happened at the beach however I did go to Pelo both Saturday night and Sunday night. The weekend I was there was the holiday weekend for Brazilian Black Consciousness and I'm not sure if Pelo changed on Saturday and Sunday from it's usual self for that but I am assuming it did. On both nights there was a massive outdoor performance along with numerous other things going on inside of bars. I hoped around and saw everything from brazilian hip-hop, samba, reggae, breakdancing competitions, American music, contemp brazilian, etc. On both nights I was in the massive crowd watching the performance and had a great time. Sunday night the crowd seemed a little bit younger and there were two different fights that I saw first hand on top of the usual shoving, pushing, etc. None of which I minded but probably not everyone's cup of tea but I will just clarify that there is a lot to do where you wouldn't put yourself in that situation.
Now while walking around though both of those nights I strolled on Praca and also went in and out of a lot of bars and was never approached by any females. Not even any smiles back really. I enjoyed my time tremendously though b/c I enjoyed the cultural aspect.

Day 3
Let's start this day where it should for a mongering post. In the evening. The plans for me was to hit up Eros and then head over to Santissima. Grabbed a cab to head over to Eros and the cab driver was pretty talkative. First one I ran into that was actually trying to break the language barrier. Asked how much for him to be driver all night and he said R$200. I said I will pass and then we got to EROS probably around 7:45pm and it was closed. WTF? I didn't look at the website but what time does this ish open. So now I have two choices, head straight to Santissima and know that it doesn't pick up until 10 or 11, get out and walk around, or head back to Barra. So cab driver and I negotiate and we decide on R$180 for him to be driver for the night. I will note that there were a few gdp's standing across from EROS. At this time I thought they were just average lookers but based on the street walkers I saw the rest of the night these girls were smoking hot. That's not a good thing by the way. So with that decided we head over to VIP. Get to VIP and VIP is closed. WTF? I'm starting to see a trend here. So I was thinking I should just head up to Santissima and cab driver is like that's a bad idea. Nothing is going on up there. Too early. So ok, I'm hungry. So I hit up a place and grab something to eat. It's about 9 now. Something has to be open. So we pass by EROS again. They are open and let me look before I go in and it is absolutely dead. 1 or two chicas that I wouldn't touch. Ok, no problem try VIP again, same deal. VIP guys are a little more cool and offering to let me hang out for a while without paying the fee but I'm like I will pass.
Head out the spot and cab driver is like I have a friend who is in Barra. I show you her. I'm telling him though that no matter how good looking she is I'm still heading out to Santissima b/c I need to see what it is like. He is like, no problem. Secretly, I think he was hoping that I would link up with his chica and he would of made some easy money for the night. LOL.
Anyway, we head back down to barra, stop at some street walkers on the way and when we get down to barra and see his amiga she is actually really fucking pretty. Real cute. We pull up the car and he talks to her, she asks him if I speak porto and he says no and she is like, ahhh this is going to be a problem. Anyway, we get in the car. She touchy feely but not overbearing. I grab the phone number and ask her how much. She throws out R$300. So now I'm like ok, time to hit up Santissima. I think on the way up to Santissima we may of passed through EROS and VIP just one more time but whatever I reach Santissima about 10: 45 or 11 and grab a seat.
Now what is the vibe like at Santissima. It is a huge restaurant with a dance floor and a stage performance. You can pretty much see the stage and dance floor from everywhere and the night I was there two bands performed. The first was a cover band with a woman leading and by the time the second got on I was too busy talking to gdp's to care. Second was better though (hard to beat a band with two midgets dancing) and they switched over probably around 1 or 2. At around 11:15 to 11:45 is when all the gdp's really started to come in. I would say there was probably anywhere from 40-60 gdps. At the beg of the night seeing as though families/etc are still there it is real proper. Girls have to sit at their own tables and can't come up to the guys. You can call the girls over to your table to sit down and talk with you though. By the end of the night though it didn't seem as though those rules were in place anymore.
I had a good time at Santissima. Although I did not take anyone out of the place with me, I probably left with around 6 numbers and some overall pricing on all of the girls. Also, what they were and were not willing to do in the bed. I decided I was going to go with the girl the taxi driver introduced me to. On the way up to Santissima. I told him that no fucking brazilian would pay her R$300 much less R$100 and that that was out of the question. I would do 150 for 1 pop and 200 for TLN which I told him was still being generous. He called her and cleared the pricing and then told her I would maybe get back to her. So, now that I was done at Santissima it was 2:30 in the morning and I called her up.
I ended up getting a ride from an American I met and we stopped by Relax bar as it was closing down. Only two chicas left. Looked decent. But I already had my plans set up. So I met up with the chica and I would have to say it was excellent sex. Excellent. But that would be too simple right. In the morning the chica did not want to do anything and so we started arguing. I don't know what the fuck the point of TLN is if I don't get two pops. I gave her the $200 as I didn't want to argue over the R$50 but that left a sour taste in my mouth. Great sex. Really great sex though.

Hi Tomjoha,
Sorry to hear that you found Salvador boring, you should have "rtff", there are a lot of good informations. The problem in Salvador is that the girls have different meeting-points during the week and you have to know their routine. Then you meet them.
Also there are 4. 5 casas which are good but you have to know where theiy are. If you are fist time there then it is difficult.
Carlos
Morro de São Paulo, update:
* It's much less tourist on Morro this year, that goes for both brazilian and foreign tourists.
* Morro have now become even more expensive. Most pousadas have doubled their prices since last year. Brazilian way of doing business. Less demand, business is going bad... let's double our prices so we can make som money. Stupidity.
* It can be a hassle to find a pousada that allows girls to visit you room. I solved that problem by giving the pousada owners sweet assistent a daily dose of gringo sex.
* Beaches: Beautiful.
* Arriving/leaving: Boats from Salvador, Valença or flights from Salvador.
* Party: Different places depending on the day of the week. Beach party at 2:nd beach, beach party at Funny, beach party on 3:rd beach, party at Teatro, Toca or Pulsar.
* This info goes mainly for high season. In low season it´s much less happening.
GIRLS:
1. Local girls, non-GP's. Lovely black ladies with bubble-butts. My preferred category as I know many locals.
2. Brazilian tourist girls. A hard option this year as there were very few of them.
3. Gringo girls. Backpacker girls. Mostly israelis or chilenians. There are lots of beautiful girls from Chile. Not easy to score.
4. Pro's. About 15-20 girls working tricks on the beach and on the parties. Mostly girls from Valença and some from Salvador. Most of them have been around for a couple of years. The average standard of them is quite good. They ask for R$ 100 but goes down to about R$ 50. I didn't try any of them so I can' tell if it's good value or not. I see no reason to pay for sex when the free sex is easy available.
Sperto said, "Brazilian way of doing business. Less demand, business is going bad... let's double our prices so we can make som money."
Lol. Yes, Brazilian logic! Give a chicken that lays gold eggs to a Brasilian, they will wait for it to lay an egg, and then kill it, then fazer a churrasco! WTF!?
I have only seen pics of Morro de Sao Paulo, looks like a cool place to take a date. Not a big fan of Bahia, with the exception of their sobremesas.

Its a matter of preference. Help us understand your criteria. Where did you live during that month? What type of woman do you prefer? Clue us in. I do agree that things can be spread out and that there is no actual "ground zero" for ladies but there are plenty of gorgeous girls and nice relationships to be had from my experience there.
I stayed in barra next to the light house where I rented a house. Don't get me wrong I had a good time there, was lucky to find a no pro girl working at a clothing shopp in barra, she was also into girls so that helped a lott. I went to Rio vermelho barra. Places like vip, eros, santissima, I found the places to be good but realy small and the same girls, I like black girls so salvador is good becouse of that but the prices are expensiv and its a lott of time going around in a taxi. I speak portugese so I manige to have a good time wherever in brazil I go, but I think theres a bit problematic going there with no portugese
I love to party so the party cene there compered to Natal fortaleza etc is moore layed back so it was a bit booring, I lived 3 years in Natal and prefer the party cene there a lott better but I love black girls so in that case salvador was good. But to pick up a non pro you realy need portugese.

Salvador is huge. If I had to compare it to a major US metropolitan city I would compare it to Atlanta or LA in that you have to drive. Sure, you can take the bus places but at night time you really can't and if you want to jump around to multiple locations taxi fares add up pretty quickly.
This is an extremely valuable piece of information that you have given. I arrived here on Friday afternoon to meet a non-pro and debated whether to get a car or not. After checking prices at all the rental car companies and getting a minimum price of R$345 (US$192) for 3 days I decided not to. Big fucking mistake. My reasoning was that 1. That is a hell of a lot of money for a car for 3 days. 2. The car I have reserved next week in Florianopolis for 3 days only set me back US$100.
I went upstairs to the departure level to catch a taxi who was dropping someone off. I told him that I was going to Rio Vermelho. He started at 70 and I countered with 50. He said that it's regularly over 80 for that route. Again I told him 50. We settled at 60. When he dropped me off at the Ibis I told him to come pick me up Monday to go back to the airport.
My non-pro arrived at 8:30pm. We got down to business then later decided to go out. We took a taxi to Bahia Cafe, which was closed on a Friday night, so we continued to Pelourinho. R$33. Not much was going on there either so we took another taxi back to the hotel. R$40. As Galvin said, these taxi fares are adding up pretty quickly. I haven't done a gd thing here yet but have already spent R$190 in taxi fares if you count my trips from and to the airport.
I had done some walking around in Rio Vermelho before my girl arrived and had stopped in at a rental car agency which was next door to the hotel. After Friday night I knew it was in my best interest to invest in a car. When we woke up Saturday morning we went to get a car. A 2 door manual, no A/C with 100km/day was the cheapest thing at R$65/day. Compare this to a car with A/C and unlimited km for R$107/day. I rented the cheapest one for 2 days and had to make a R$1500 (US$865) deposit.
All in all, I will end up spending R$190 in taxi and R$130 in rental car for a total of R$320, when I could have just spent R$345 at the airport from the beginning and gotten a car with A/C and unlimited km and not had to worry about it anymore. Transportation around this place is an S.O.B.

Hi Mr. E.
you are right, Salvador is very big and you need a car. I usually rent a car (Palio or similar) in the range of BR 70 with AC as it is sometimes getting quite hot and humid. With the BR 70 - rate you should get a 100 km/day allowance and you really do not drive more than that if you stay within the city-limits. Only going up to Costa de Sauipe you might need to change the rental-agreement.
I use various locadoras - I usually check their special offers in the internet and decide then. They bring the car to the air-port for no extra charge and meet you also at the airport to collect the car. A 1000 - 1500 BR deposit (on your credit-card) is within the normal range. I was just one week ago in Salvador and I paid BR 69 / day with 100 km free milage.
Taxis are really setting you back too far and at some places it is not easy to get immediately a taxi. When I take two girls to a motel (my hotel would not let me take two girls in) I really like to have a car as the motels are in the outskirts and taxis are difficult to get there. Also when you go to the beaches like Praia de Futuro it would be difficult to get a taxi back.
Yes - a rental car is the best option.

Hi
I just returned from a trip to Rio and SP. And had great experiences in both thanks in large part to the postings on this forum. I am heading to Salvador in a few weeks. A quick question though. Reading through the postings for Salvador, lots of discussion of GDPs and discussion of some of the cassa's, clubs etc, but I am wondering if anyone has any experience of independents I could select online, such as those at Bella's in SP, who would offer a GFE? Of course, it doesn't help that I speak almost no Portuguese.
Thanks in advance
GFE in Salvador is possible, but a bit difficult to get. The scene has calmed down since many European (especially Italian) flights to Salvador were stopped. So you can find girls on the beaches, but they're not very obvious and they often won't approach you (especially if you don't clearly look like a foreigner). You usually find girls on the streets, but the scene is not very centralized (except maybe Pelourinho) and you need to be lucky to find a good one. Santissima is also a good location, but only on Monday. The websites you can forget: usually overpriced because of mostly having only white meat on offer (60+% of Salvador are African heritage), so for websites etc. you better go to Rio etc. .
What can work quite well (but you should have some Portuguese) is to mix with the locals. Try your hotel staff, your hairdresser or go out at night to one of the music bars. Many of the girls there will spend weeks with you only for getting treated nice (Brazilian men are machos!), but you need to invest some hours.
Please note that the upper class girls are usually extremely hard to get.
If you still want to try in the internet, google and search for "acompanhantes" + salvador / bahia etc., this should work quite well. Also write braSil instead of braZil, otherwise you'll only get the international sites (= overpriced and little selection).

Thanks for the neighborhood information of the first posting.Man, I got caught up with RL and didn't finish my trip report. I'll try to add in another day or so. Just realized when I clicked in on this report. Things may have changed by now but I'll give what happened to me in last November as I'm sure I have my notes somewhere around.
Hi guys,
I'm going to Salvador for the first time in August. From what I read from the thread, it seems like Salvador scene is not like Rio or Sampa. Do they also operate in clinicas or more private places? What are the recommended places in Salvador in safer areas? And what is the average price there?
Thanks
Just wondering to recent Salvador visitors if the following are still active and if there are other good places that you can recommend. I'm looking for clinic or termas if possible.
Thanks!
A list of casas de massagem in Centro. Very handy if you want to get laid in a cheap way during daytime.
* List:
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 203
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 401
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 503
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Anexo, Sala 303
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Anexo, Sala 501
- Rua Visconde Rosário 114, Edificio Augusto Borges, Sala 610
* Av Sete de Setembro 184 is easy to find. A couple of blocks before Praca Castro Alves. On this address there are Edificio Santa Rita and also the Anexo. Same entrance but two separate elevators.
Rua Visconde Rosário 114 is located one block from Mercado Modelo in the Comércio area.
* Prices: R$ 20-30/40 minutes.
* Number of girls working: About 4-6 girls/casa.
* Cabins: Simple but OK, showers on the outside.
* Girl standard: Very varied. Some ugly ones and some gems.
* My special recommendation goes to Vanessa who works in sala 503. A 22 year old black girl with great boobs and a lovely ass.
Just wondering to recent Salvador visitors if the following are still active and if there are other good places that you can recommend. I'm looking for clinic or termas if possible.
Thanks!
In February this year Av Sete de Setembro 184 was still active. Ask the porteiro which Salas that are working. The casas move around a bit in that building.
I visited several other casas in that area. All located in the middle of the commercial area. I will take a look and see if I can find the addresses.
In October will visit El Salvador for the first time, I know that the situation is not the same as Rio. But I would have all the information possible.
Thanks

My first post so be gentle:
This past November I spent 5 days in this beautiful city. This being my 2nd trip I did not need to do any tourist activities. I was ready to apply the knowledge obtained through all the valuable information on this board. I befriended a very cool taxi driver from my earlier trip in June so he knew the drill after dark. Each night we pretty much drove up and down the main street checking out all the spots along the beaches like VIP and Bankok, but at the end of the night we always ended up at EROS.
This club is pretty nice guys especially if you are looking for a variety, morenas, loiras, mulattos, negras more importantly bunda which is my taste! The inside looks like a typical american strip club. I would say on any given night there are 30. 40 girls, at least 10 or so 9s and plenty of 8s roaming inside EROS club. There is a show where you can take in some pole dancing and drinks. In no time girls standing around the club and the bar will migrate to you.
Here is the approximate damage of each of my 5 nights. This probably does not come as news to anyone but pay to play in Salvador is not cheap! I have to mention also that out of the 5 girls I took from EROS only 3 spent the whole night in my room. Could be bc I am a gringo but my portuguese is pretty good which was the main reason for my popularity and also I had built up quite the reputation amongst the girls.
R$40 entrance (can't remember how many drinks this includes too many distractions)
R$250 girl.
R$20 doorman (guy was cool but a little aggressive said something like he was my "security" LOL.
R$50 taxi / tip.
Total : R$360.
As much fun as I had with all the girls from EROS I was a litle disappointed with the one pop one play that a couple of these girls tried to pull back at the hotel especially since we negotiated all night or 3 hours. Guess everyone has to make a living LOL. Most of the EROS girls also hang out at a restaurant / bar called Bambarra but they tend to sit in the back and wait to make eye contact. You can try to make deals outside the club.
The hotel I stayed in during my trip was called Orthon Palace in Ondina. The reception area does not hassle you when you check your lady friend in but on one occassion a female receptionist gave me grief and quoted R$80 a night lecture for a guest. I have never seen this in the final bill during checkout so I consider them guest friendly. It's more of a guest safety thing and all the security guys are looking out for you.
All and all I know I have a lot to learn about this wonderful hobby but I had a great time. Not bad approx US$1, 100 for great sex, no drama, safe environment, no weird rashes and possibly the best 5 nights of my life (in recent memory)! I'd do it all over again.

Wow. Over $200US to bang a ho in Salvador de Bahia. Things have certainly changed. I haven't been to Salvador in 3 years or so, but I guess things are different. In several trips there I only went to Eros once and promptly left when asked for an entrance fee. We had a free range of girls from Casquina the' Siri (called something else now which I can't recall) and from taxi drivers. They were our best friends with a plethora of beautiful girls. We never payed more than 150R (usually 100R).
Anyway, thanks for the report.

Brasil and Bahia have changed.
You still pay for TLN 200 reais. But a couple of years ago it was 65 USD. Today it is 130 USD, but due to the de-valuation of the USD.
Brasil has simply priced itself out of the market. With the World Championship comming up it will be even worse. Now even the Brasilian government and the Central Bank is trying to correct the exchange-rate of the Real and they have introduced to foreign capitals a negative interest rate.
Let us see where it will lead us.
In Salvador there are several Casas, prices range from 70 Real to 200. Depending on the casa and also on the quality of the girls. Manaus and the entire north of Brasil are in this respect considerably cheaper. Refer also to Sperto's reports.

Safado choosed to spent R$360+60=R$420 on Eros, and he was happy with his choice.
Other choices could be:
Pick a pro at Santíssima paying R$150.
Pick a pro in Pelourinho paying R$70-100.
My choice would be a nice short-time girl in a centro casa paying R$20 for 30 minutes.
Salvador is a wonderful city that has a lot to offer. Beaches, sights, food and tons of lovely dark-skinned girls with round asses. The one who only goes there for the sole purpose of P4P might be a bit disappointed. Salvador has a lot of easygoing and willing non-pro's.

Sperto,
Mongering should be only part of a trip to Salvador.
The cultur, the food, the friendlyness of the people, the museums. The Littoral Norte with the beautiful landscapes and beaches is really worth visiting.
I recently met a nice hooker through O Tarde newspaper-add. We got along quite well, met two days later and I decided to stick with her for another few days. I took here with me on a fishing trip to Morro de Sao Paolo. This island is beautiful. But like a bottle party: bring your own!
After four days of fishing, swimming, eating, drinking and making real good love I took here back to Salvador. It was nice but I do not want to get emotionally attached to these girls. They start to be overly possessive and that is the moment to say good bye.
You certainly do not have this "hard-core" mongering scene in Salvador, everything is slower and more layed-back.
Salvador is a place to enjoy. But as said before, it has priced itself out of reach of a lot of people. (due to the exchange-rate of USD to Real).
Bahia is a paradise for Morena-lovers, the holy land of bundas! I love it and I am 2 to 3 times a year there. My next trip will be in January also visiting some friends / relatives as well. In Salvador prostitution is not "in your face" it is discret. Girls do not behave like pros. They like to be treated and then you get the best GFE from them.
Flying in from Europe is not a big deal, Tap is flying directly out of Lisbon, Air Europa is flying directly out of Madrid and Condor directly from Frankfurt. I pay from Madrid for a flight in January around 800 Euros. That is good enough for me.
An appartment is around 100 Real / day. Again. If the USD would be 3 Real : 1 USD it would be cheap, but it is different now.
Anyhow. Let us see how the exhange. Rate will develope and then Salvador might be again a cheaper destination.
The are my two centavos for today.
Carlos Primeros. Deposed Kinf of Portugal

Regarding Morro. I go there every year and enjoy it a lot. If you don't bring a GF to Morro there are 4 options of getting laid.
1. Pro's. During high-season there are at least a dozen pro's from Valença and Salvador working there. Some look good but I've never cared about pro's on Morro.
2. Foreign tourist girls. Mainly from Israel, Chile and Argentina. The Chilean girls looks pretty but are quite hard-worked compared to brazilian girls.
3. Brazilian tourist girls. Nice paulistas, cariocas etc.
4. Local girls (non-pro's) , which is my preferred option. There are many beautiful local girls. Beautiful if you appreciate dark skin and round asses. Many of the local girls try not to be seen with gringos. The island is small and people talk. However if you know some locals the situation will be different. They will introduce you to their amigas and very soon you'll have a local GF for your stay.
The problem with Morro is that if you get stuck with one local GF you will have problems finding a new girl. The locals working on the beach parties, selling capetas and beer, have 100% control on your whereabouts and they gossip a lot.

I have lost the "ho-circuit" in Salvador a little bit out of sight. Usually the girls had a place to meet every day of the week at a different location. Since Casquinha de Siri is not anymore I have not paid any attention where they go. Do you have more up-dated informations?

CarlosSorry, Carlos, I don't have any updated information on what you search. It has become a habit for me to go to Salvador just before and during the Carnival. At that time my main interest have been regular girls and occasional visits to cheap centro casa.
You already know the old information: Pelourinho normally on Sundays and Tuesdays, Santíssima (ex-Casquinha) (still working?) on Mondays, trash-ho's in Porto the Barra, free-lancers at Aeroclube and the strip-clubs along the orla.

Hi Sperto,
Thank you for your prompt reply. Last time I was in Santissima in Bahia was on a Monday in 2008. It was still the ho-meeting place, but only on Mondays. Later. In 2009. Santissima was closed down for renovation and since this time I did not go to this aera of Salvador anymore.

Only one casa I know of. Not recommended. It is also too far out. If you are in Itapua, take a cab to Eros. Which is half-way to the City-Center. In Eros you will find a lot of girls, outside of Eros at least 20 hookers will hang around after 11 p. Eros-girls will charge you 200 Real, the WG outside will do it for 100.

Morro de São Paulo, a yearly update:
GENERAL:
* The tourism has gone down even more. Very few brazilian tourists. Foreign tourists are mainly from Argentina and Chile.
* Morro is expensive. As tourism is going downhill it will propably become even more expensive.
* Boat from Salvador cost R$75 in high season (big catamará can be negotiated down to R$65). Boat from Valenca is cheaper. Flights from Salvador.
* Pousada prices: R$40-300 for a nice room. Not all pousadas allow visits.
* Beautiful beaches and good snorkeling.
* Party: Different places depending on the day of the week. Beach party at 2:nd beach, beach party at Funny, party at Teatro, Toca or Pulsar.
GIRLS:
1. Local girls, non-pro´s. Beautiful black ladies with round butts. It helps a lot if you know some locals that can introduce you to the local girls.
2. Brazilian tourist girls. There used to be a lot of them. Now they are very scarce.
3. Gringo girls. Backpacker girls. Mostly argentinians or chilenians. Lots of cuties but not easy to score.
4. Pro's. About a dozen pro´s. Mostly girls from Salvador. Good standard, most of them are doable. They ask for R$100. I didn´t go for pro-girls so I can´t tell what it´s the last price. They do programa in your pousada or in their home at the third beach.
PRICES:
The locals have no shame when it comes to charging. OK, it´s an Island so the cost of bringing goods becomes expensive, but still there should be limits.
An example: At Fridays there is a beach party at "Funny". Funny is just a fenced off bar area with music. Locals get in for free. Tourists pay between R$30-40. Inside they charge R$15 for a Cuba Libre, R$5 for water/beer. The prices are stupidly high, this isn´t Ibiza. The result is that most tourists party on the outside and don´t enter Funny. The argentinians or chilenians don´t buy their drinks from the local drink-stands, they buy a bottle of Kovak in the supermercado and drink it on the beach.
The locals complains a lot as business is going badly. They don´t want to realize the business is going so badly because of their high prices. As usual when business is slow their solution will be to raise their prices even more. Very f*cked up!

fellow mongers,
having been here in salvador on vacation for a week now for the first time, i decided to go out on my own last night (saturday) and hit up some of the local boates. earlier in the evening, i had gone out with some non-monger friends to see the live outdoor jazz at the museu de arte moderna (mam). this is very cool event which happens every saturday evening, but i was unable to identify any gdps (nor was i really expecting to be able to identify any). after the jazz and after several hours at a local bar, my friends cut out and went back to their hostel. so i hopped in a taxi cab and told the driver to take me to boate eros.
the driver did not know exactly where eros was located, and neither did i because i had never been there before and i was still unfamiliar with the city. so the cabbie stopped to ask directions from some local police, who happened to know exactly where the club was located, and then we were underway. the cabbie was a friendly easy-going type, and we soon struck up a conversation. i explained in my limited porto that i was staying with a local host family while attending a portuguese language school. i explained that i could not take the girl home with me and that we would need to find a local love hotel for a few hours. the cabbie seemed to understand what i was saying to him, but unfortunately i could understand almost nothing of his side of the conservation. at one point, the guy tried patiently for about ten minutes to tell me something, but all i could understand was repeated use of the word "expensive". i also think that he said at one point that the going rate for a gdp from the boate was r$150-r$200. but for the most part, his thick bahaian accent / slang made it impossible for me to follow whatever it was that he was trying to tell me.
i arrived at eros shortly before midnight and paid the r$50 cover. with the low lighting and all the mirrors inside, it was hard to tell exactly how many people were there, but i was surpised at how empty the place seemed to be. additionally, there seemed to be more guys than gdps. i was quickly approached by a morena who initially seemed like a possibility. so i invited her to sit with me and tried to strike up a conversation with her. but when she immediately (and repeatedly) tried to get me to buy her a drink, i got turned off and started looking around the room. perceiving that she had lost my interest, she mentioned that her price was r$200 if i was ever interested later. she then left my table, which i did not mind. i spent another five minutes scoping the place out. i really wanted to find a slender dark-skinned baiana, but to my surprise i saw only one dark-skinned gpd and she was much too heavy for my taste. also to my surprise, the glass of vodka and soda, which i had ordered earlier, set me back by r$40.
still hopeful to make something of the night, i hopped in a cap outside the club and told the driver to take me to another boate. the cabbie's reply was totally incomprehensible to me (again, the thick bahaian accent and my limited porto). as he started driving along the main coastal road, i could only hope that he knew where the action was at. presently, i saw a big neon sign on the other side of the road for vip club and i remembered seeing that name from the forum. when i pointed it out to the cabbie, he proceeded to turn around and take me to the club. the cabbie wanted r$30, which i thought was ridiculous for such a short ride of only a few minutes. so i handed him r$20 i told him that's all i was willing to pay. instead of letting me off, he instead drove away from the club a little and then stopped the cab and said something which again i did not understand. he obviously believed that the price should be r$30. at this point i didn't feel like trying to overcome the language barrier to discuss it with him, so i just handed him another r$10 and made a mental note always to negotiate a price beforehand. same as with gpds. he then took me back to the club and let me off.
vip club seemed considerably more lively than eros. after paying the r$50 cover and sitting down at a table, i was soon approached by a slender dark-skinned young gdp with beautiful skin and a smile. there was a hint of glitter on her face and neck, and her eyelashes were groomed up just like a babydoll's. she was exactly the type i was looking for, so i invited her to sit with me. after chatting for a few minutes, she asked me if i would buy her a whiskey and redbull. i replied by asking her how much she wanted for two hours of sexo. she replied r$450. i gave her a look like "nice try" and then started to look around the room at the other gpds. she quickly offered r$350 and quickly explained that her price was higher than normal because she was only eighteen years old. i explained to her that even though i thought that she was very cute, i still could not do r$350 because i also had to pay her exit fee and the motel room. i counter-offered with r$300. i also offered to have the taxi drop her off at the club afterwards on my way home so that she wouldn't have to pay taxi fare. after a few minutes of discussion, she agreed to my counter offer. so then i offered to buy her the drink that she had requested earlier. but she said she wanted to get going. i said "why the hurry?" and smiled. she returned the smile and said "so we can get it on" and laughed. so we ended up getting the redbull to-go. supposedly to give her "energy for me", as she put it. her exit fee was r$70, and her redbull and my water came to r$40. the waiter held my credit card with one hand while holding out his other hand, so i gave him a r$10 tip and got my card back. left vip at about 1:30am.
at the love motel, we put on some music and i got a wonderful back-massage. the air conditioning was a welcome break from the relentless bahaian heat. after a little gfe foreplay, we went for the sex chair. the gdp was really into it, but i was unaccostomed to it and found it to be challenging to use. after banging away for a while and mentally focusing, i finally started to get really hard and i knew that i would be able to complete. just then, she shouted out "stop" and, to my confusion, she really insisted that i stop. she needed lubicant. this was the second time she made me stop. she didn't have any in her purse. the room had some. but by the time we found the lube and got it open, i was limp. so i lay down on the bed and gave her a fresh condom. she gave me some covered head, with good pressure from her lips and tongue, and soon i was "up and at 'them" again. flipped her on her back, and did mish to completion with a long and intense orgasm. having been abstinent for the previous four weeks, the sexo felt really good.
after showering up and getting dressed, i gave the gdp her donation. things then started getting a little strange. she proceeded to go through a very long and meticulous process of wiping down and cleaning each and every one of the many things in her purse, using her motel towel. she then went through another long process of getting herself dolled up for her next date. i made multiple attempts to strike up innocent small talk with her while waiting, but the gpd just seemed to be get more and more annoyed with me and never responded with more than one or two words, usually at high volume. maybe she was getting frustrated with my limited porto. however, i have been to a few boates in rio, sampo, and belo horizonte, and i have never had that kind of bad experience before. all the gpds in those cities were cool, relaxed, and conversive. many were actually very affectionate and caring. but that gpd from vip was anything but relaxed, and i don't think it can be entirely explained by the effects of the redbull.
the total for the room was $r45, including the message oil and the lube. in response to my questioning, the gpd told me that taxi cab ride back to barra should cost a total of $r50 or $r60. i did not think that dropping the gdp off at the boate would increase the fare because the boate was located right along the way to barra. however, through a series of misunderstandings, i ended up paying a total of r$110 for the trip home. part of the problem was that i made the mistake of assuming that the gdp was helping me to communicate with the cabbie, when i now realize that she was actually in cahoots with the cabbie. another part of the problem was that the gdp split up the cab fares and had me pay up front in two stages. an additional problem was that i had only large bills because the cashier at vip refused to even consider my request to break a r$100 bill before leaving. thinking back on it, i realize i have only myself to blame. cabbies must be treated same as gpds: negotiate everything up front and always pay afterwards.
in total, taxi fares for the night were an estimated r$205 ("estimated" because i don't exactly remember the fare from mam to eros). cover charges, drinks, tips, and the exit fee came to a total of r$260. the gpd's donation was r$300. the love motel room etc was r$45. grand total for the night: r$810.
and now i'm starting to understand what the first cabbie meant by "expensive". if only i could have understood the rest of what he was trying to tell me. i still have almost two weeks more here in salvador before heading down sampo for a few days. would like to try some more mongering here, but i don't want another night of getting raped by the cabbies and the boates. any thoughts?

beachbikerthat was quite an expensive adventure.
today i went to a privê in centro. i had a 21 year-old big-titted mulatta with a big nice round ass, and she was really good. r$30/30 minutes. i'll try to post some addresses in the next coming days.
Hehe, Salvador can be really expensive to us that don't speak wery much porto.
When I lived there (aug. Dec 2010) , we allways went to Eros or Pelerinho.
VIP-club are to fare away form Barra and Ondina and the girls are used to really rich local guys.
Barra-Eros should cost you about 40 Reals. Cover-charge is allways 50R the first times until you get to know them a littlte bit more.
It cost 60R to take a girl out, but most of them are willing to meet up after closingtime if you manage to talk to them and maybe buy them a beer (nothing else, that you get at the gas-station)
The girls prices are really different, but I mostly paid 100-200.
So what we figured out to the end, was that ordering home was much cheaper (can see if I find the adresses) I had my own apartment, but find a good suite, bring some friends, call the girls and you have a really good and "cheap" party.
A short list of daytime privês/casas de massagem in Centro, R$20-30.
Very handy if you want to get laid in a cheap way during daytime.
* EDIFICIO SANTA RITA:
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 203
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 503
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 303
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 307
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 501
# Note 1: The edificio lies a couple of blocks before Praça Castro Alves. The entrance is numbered 174/184. Two different elevators. The Anexo is in the back.
# Note 2: The first two salas charges R$20/30 minutes, the other three charges R$30/30 minutes. CBJ, anal cost extra.
# Note 3: The cabins are simple, but at least they have a fan and they put a new sheet (clean?) before each customer. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: Between 4-6 girls works each casa. The standard is very varied, young, old, fat, thin etc. The average standard is not high but usually there are some cuties. If you check out all casas in the edificio you should be able to find some girls that suits you.
# Recommendation: Aline, works in sala 303. Black girl, 21 years, "newbie", big juicy ass, big nice tits and a tight vagina. Gives good service and allows photos.
* MORGANAS MASSAGEM
- Rua 21 de Abril 40.
# Note 1: The street is quite easy to find. Get off the bus at Relogio Sao Pedro (Largo São Pedro). The street is full of street stands. There is no number on the entrance. Number 40 is on the right hand just before the lanchonette. The entrance is like a white hall with white stairs. It´s on the fourth floor (top floor). Don´t get confused of the kitchen etc you pass on your way up. Ring the bell.
# Note 2: They charge R$30/30 minutes. CBJ, anal cost extra.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets. If you want a special cabin with a cadeira erotica it will cost you extra. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: Six girls working. Standard is doable if you like melancia-girls. Last year when I passed by I didn´t find any girl that I liked. Today I saw at least two that I liked.
# Recommendation: Gabriella. Black girl, 19 years, big round melancia-ass and nice large natural breasts. Gives good service, great espanhola but doesn´t allow photos.

Sperto,
Thanks for the info. I took a cab to Edifício Santa Rita this afternoon after portuguese classes. The house numbers along Av Sete de Setembro are all mixed up, and the taxista did not know where building was located. Fortunately, I have jotted down the info from your Note #1. When we got near Praça Castro Alves, the taxista started asking people about the building, and we finally found someone who knew. I think I arrived at about 1715.
I started in the Anexo. None of the salas there had more than three girls. I proceeded to the front of the building. Sala 307 told me to come back tomorrow, and Sala 501 was locked up. Unfortunately for me, all the girls that I saw there this afternoon happened to be heavy and I prefer slender. So I did not partake. But I do not regret the experience because I got to see what the casas were like. I had never been to a casa before.
I have a question: In these casas, is it custumary to pay before or after?

# Recommendation: Gabriella. Black girl. 19 years, big round melancia-ass and nice large natural breasts. Gives good service, great espanhola but doesn't allow photos. I must add another recommendation at Morganas Massagem:
Amanda: 21 years, dark morena, petite, cute with an innocent look, firm breast (even though one kid) and a rock hard bubble-butt. R$30/30 minutes. Extra R$10 and she does BBBJ. Gives an excellent service. Allow photos.
Sperto,
Thanks for the info. I took a cab to Edifício Santa Rita this afternoon after portuguese classes.
I have a question: In these casas, is it custumary to pay before or after? Yes, you pay in advance.
The easiest way to find Ed Santa Rita is to take any bus that pass Av 7 the Setembro and get off just before Castro Alves. Cross the street and look for number (174-) 184. Going there late in the afternoon isn't a good time to go there. Some girls have already left and the others are propably tired and worn out.
I recommend going there around 10 AM, before the lunch-rush.
Actually I prefer Morganas Massagem. There are only six girls working there. I've tried two of them and they were excellent value. They have a very tall mulatta who is Morganas most popular girl, I might give her a try as well.
P. S If you try Morganas Massagem remember to follow the directions I've given, otherwise it will be hard to find.
I do have to add another recommendation at Morganas Massagem.
Actually I went there today to try the very tall mulatta, Jaqueline. However they had a new girl that started working yesterday that became my first choice. A very cute newbie.
Kamilla: 18 years, dark morena, very cute, tiny, only 45 kilos but with a very wellshaped round butt and small but nice tits (actually have 3 kids). R$30/30 minutes. If you pay extra R$10 she will do BBBJTCWS. Considering she's a newbie she performed just great. Allow photos.
That is three recommendations at Morganas: Gabriella, Amanda and Kamilla.
As propably noted Morganas massagem is my favourite right now.
Edificio Santa Rita has many girls, but you really need some luck to find any nice girls.
I passed another casa close by on Avenida Carlos Gomes 51. Filthy place with three fatties working. R$20/30 minutes. No thank you.
If you check out the classificados in the newspaper you'll find lots of other options.
There are also some strip clubs on Av Carlos Gomes, Tche club. 30/60 club etc. I havn't tried those and they don't look very promising judging by the outside.
A very cute newbie ... Kamilla: 18 years, dark morena, very cute, tiny ... Allow photos.
So did you actually get some photos of her to share with us?
So did you actually get some photos of her to share with us?Sure, I got quite a lot of pictures from the ladies working in Morganas. As always I'll don't mind sharing.
I will not post them while I'm in Salvador. The lan-houses are a bit of a hazzle as you don't have full access to the PC and no programs available to reduce the picture size. Patience.

I happened to be in centro late Saturday morning. Was not sure if Morangas would be open or not on a Saturday, but I decided to give it a try. I found Rua 21 de Abril at about noon, and following Sperto's directions, I saw an unmarked hall leading to a white-ish staircase on the right side of the street. As I climbed the stairs, I saw large signs with the Star of David and I passed the shop Ótica VIP. At the top of the stairs was a large metal door bolted shut. I assume that I found the place but that it is closed on Saturdays.
Saturday evening, I called a cabbie whom I had befriended and told him to take me to Eros. He said that he thought Eros was alright but that Bangkok was much better. Since Bangkok was a longer drive, he offered to charge me only for the ride to Eros if I did not like Bangkok. So I took him up on his offer, and we arrived at Bangkok at about midnight. However, the club was already closed. We learned from an attendant that Bangkok is open late Monday through Friday. It closes early on Saturdays.
On our way back from Bangkok, we stopped by VIP. It was fairly dead. Finally, we arrived at Eros and it was going full swing. (True to his word, the cabbie charged me only R$30 for the ride from Barra to Bangkok and back to Eros.) I ended up taking Larissa out to a local love motel for an hour. She was a pleasure to be with. Classy, caring, relaxed, and beautiful. She has a technique similar to cowgirl, but where she puts both her feet on your inner thighs with her knees splayed out and leans her upper body close to you while f-ing energetically. It was quite nice to bring my stay in Salvador to a close with such a pleasant experience and in such good company.

Hallo BeachBiker,
The scen in Salvador is entirely different to Rio.
You have the casas which are open during the day (refer to Spertos postings). You have some. Very few clubs. And you have the SW in Pelurinho. These girls hit the Pelurinho at the weekends. There are usually a lot of festas going on and naturally the girls are there.
Alternatively you get some phone-numbers from "O Tarde" and talk to some of the girls advertising their services. The offers in the internet are totally out of range. The same girl which offers her services in the internet for 300 BR offers the same service for 150 BR TLN through O Tarde. A ST with a SW should not be more than 100 BR. Completa.

Just to clearify. Rua 21 de Abril number 40 lies between two lanchonettes. Enter a long white hall with stairs at the end. Morganas is on the 4:th floor. On the 1:st and 2:nd floor there are a restaurant kitchen and some business with equipment for dentists (?). On the 3:Road floor there are only two unmarked doors. On the fourth floor there are two doors. Ring the bell at the door closest to the streets, the other door only leads to cabins.
Beach Biker,
I recommend you to give Bangkok a try since is the high end place in salvador.

Ok, I have read about the last 15 pages in one sitting. And I am still not sure whether I should go to Salvador this weekend.
I have been living in Sampa for about 2 years, and am always seeking Hi and lo for mulatas or negras, and Sampa is aggravatingly short of dark beauties. For a city of such size, the mulata is like finding a black pearl, pun intended. I have had good luck but have always fantasized about visiting the motherland in Bahia. Now on the spur of the moment, I have made flight res for Friday, to stay until Wed morning. I hate to make short trips anywhere, which is why I have not gone yet, always short of either time or money. Now I have the money but not the time.
So I read this board and I am wondering if going to Salvador is a good idea, considering I could just stay in Sampa and binge on what I know to be good pussy.
I'm a bit worried about wasting my short time trying to understand the lay of the land. The information here is a bit sketchy, some people liking Eros, some people dinging it. Some people liking the prives, some people saying the girls are nasty. It seems like there are no termas, and few boates. Damn, because I like selection, I like to see a club full and take my time, mingle and find some good interaction.
Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems that Eros is the only club with 30 girls?
And the status of Santissima is unknown, and that is only a Monday night option.
And the action in Pelo is good but there are travestis mixed in, unlike controlled enirons.
Ok, here are 2 q's if you don't mind.
For Sperto. You are the prive / sala veteran. I understand the appeal of a 30R fuck, and I know from personal experience that there are gems to be found EVERYWHERE. I found a hot mulata in a prive in Sampa, where I least expected it. But please, honestly, tell me, are the ones you recommend HOT / Attractive even compared to high end club pussy, or are you adjusting your scale to give them credit for being cheap. I mean if you had a shit load of money and saw them in Eros, would you pay them Eros prices, or would they be on the "no way" side of the Eros scale?
As for Pelo, help me out a bit here. Are the free's there STREET WALKERS or mostly free lance GPs and semi-pros that know they can earn some $ in Pelo. There is a big difference imo and from reading this forum I can't tell. In Sampa, I never have and never will go with a street walker, for fear of disease, drugs or hidden travesti. Its just not worth the risk imo. I much prefer the controlled environ of a boate, clinica or prive. So a little insight into the Pelo scene would help. I mean, in Sampa, the streetwalkers are chicks that for personal problems are unemployable in the controlled environs. Is this what you have in the Pelo? Or is it just that there are so few boates in Salvador, that even the high end girls are in Pelo?
Thanks in advance

Hi Rovnak,
In Salvador you find that 90 % of the GDP are Mulattas. Eros does not have the best selection of mulattas but around 10. 11 pm approx. 20. 30 GDPs are hanging out in front of Eros.
You have the Prive de Morgana, she has 4. 5 real hot hot Mulattas.
Santissima is closed.
Your best bet is to look in the ads of O Tarde.

Followup. In your opinion what is the best night time option? I trust you that Morgana's is a good daytime option. You suggest that Eros does not have the best equipe, then what boate / club do you personally recommend instead?
The classifieds of A Tarde, as in www.atarde.com.br (don't see any ads there) , maybe personals are only in printed version? You really think that is a good plan for a 5 day visit? Are there trustworthy pictures?
I see some gorgeous chicks in these sites, but as usual I am skeptical of online ads, though some of these girls have been well reviewed in gpguia. Do you have any experience with these sites? Photos are trustworthy?

Even if I had a shitload of money I wouldn't waste a centavo on any of the strip-clubs along the orla. I've been to several of them (and I´ll never return). None of those boates have impressed me at all. Ordinary GP's at rip-off joints IMO.
Regarding the girls working at Morgana I found them just as attractive as I described, no matter of the price I paid.
In Pelô there used to be a mixture of pro's and some "amateurish semi-pro's". The latter have become very rare. This year I mostly saw nasty hardcore pro's circulating in Pelô.
I doubt that you'll find any club in Salvador with "high end club pussy". I've seen plenty of regular girls in Salvador that I would rate 9's and 10's, but I can't recall I've ever seen a pro in Salvador that I would rate more than a 8.

Got to A Tarde site, click on "Tudo+" and then click on Encontros Perssoais and you will find approx. 100 adds.
Do not expect any decent strip-club. That is a waste of money.

Rovnak, I have been to Bahia a few times, never found stunning GDP's there. Living in Rio, I know quite a few hot GDP's from Bahia, maybe all the successful ones leave? If you are after Mulattas e Negras, then there are probably more darker working girls in Rio than any other Brazilian city. Most of the cheap places in Rio are predominantly black! I don't go to São Paulo much more because the white skinned blonde look does nothing for me!

Seems that about everytime I meet a new girl that is really cool and sweet and beautiful, she tells me she is from Bahia.
I've also found plenty of dark skin beauties in SP, though I'm sure you're correct that the percentage is much better in Rio.
Even if I had a shitload of money I wouldn't waste a centavo on any of the strip-clubs along the orla. I've been to several of them (and I'll never return). None of those boates have impressed me at all. Ordinary GP's at rip-off joints IMO.
I strongly agree with Sperto.
Beach Biker,
I recommend you to give Bangkok a try since is the high end place in salvador. I se theres a lott of talk abot Bangkok, eny adress and info about this place? Is it like eros, VIP?
Arraial Dajuda.
Anyone been here lately?
I went 5 years ago & it was VERY rural, but met alot of non-pros.

First of all I want to say sorry for my bad english.
I have been travelling to Salvador a lot of times in the last 10 years (last time in summer 2011) and unfortunately it's getting worse every year (not only in my opinion).
The prices rise very quickly (Hotels, Apartments, Restaurants, Girls) and at the same time the value what you get for your money is each year less.
Criminality is raising, even in the formerly "save" areas like the Pelourinho.
Restaurants: If you don't speak portuges it's nearly impossible not to be ripped of in the restaurants in the tourist aereas (Barra, Pelourinho, Rio Vermelho). They always try to add some drink or so on your bill. Take care of that. The quality of the food is poor, exept in the really high-priced locations like Boi-Preto for example.
Apartments: Starting with a monthly rent of at least 1. 500 Reais in Barra not really cheap, in most cases you have to pay the energy bill extra, internet is weak and not always working.
As already mentioned by a lot of posters before the professional girls-scene is nearly dead in Salvador (exept some very expensive or very dirty places with a really high risk of all diseases you can imagine).
If you can speak at least a little portuguese you can try to catch a "normal" girl, but evan ths is getting more difficult each year.
Compared with othe mongering destinations I can say that in my opinion Salvador nowadays is really not worth visiting.
In Thailand for example the costs for living are about 50% as in Salvador, but of course it is a different style of girls.
I have been 2 times in Buenos Aires and surely will go again because compared with Salvador it's save, clean, cheap and the girls are beautiful.

Thank you for your report.
The real is stronger than before. All of Brazil is more expensive. Still I find Salvador quite cheap. Hotel in Barra R$50. Privês in centro R$30/30 minutes.
Restaurants. I've no experience of restaurants trying to rip me off, except sometimes in Pelourinho.
Poor food? The bahian cuisine is among the most famous in Brazil. In Rio Vermelho you have several dozens of restaurants serving delicious and cheap food. In Barra you have Caranguejo de Sergipe, close to the small Christ statue. Their food is excellent and decently priced. Their famous moqueca de peixe e camarão cost about R$ 20 and is heavenly good.
Regular girls. How do you mean that it has become more difficult to pick-up regular girls? I still consider Salvador to be very good for non-pro's.
Salvador might not be everyone's cup of tea. If you go there planning your mongering only to Pelourinho and the orla-stripclubs you propably get disappointed. Widen your horizons.
Hi Sperto,
Maybe you should be a little more tolerant to someone elses opinions. I accept your point of view, but let me answer to some of your thoughts.
I have stayed about 3 years in Salvador from 2000. 2010, so I think I can say that a have some experiences there and of course not only in the Pelourinho.
Prices: Hotel in Barra R$50. Privês in centro R$30/30 minutes. I know that this exists, but you get what you pay for in that is not very much in my opinion. In Thailand or Argentina you get much better quality for the same price. Thats for the girls and for the food, too (have you ever tried a Steak-House in Argentina?)
Rip-Off: Of course you can be lucky, and it depends a lot of if you speak portuguese or not. Seems like you are experienced and don't need such advices. I wrote this for the less experiences guys to take care. And you can believe me that there is an enormous increase of Rip-Off in Salvador in the last few years (Taxis, Restaurants.). That's what I discovered and a lot of guys I know there share this opinion.
I don't want to start a fight about that so let's say that everybody has his own impressions and thoughts on things, ok?
What I wrote is only my opinion after 10 years of mongering in Salvador, no more, no less.

10 years of mongering in Salvador, that's a lot. Great, then you must have a lot of mongering information to share. Hopefully some new stuff instead of the usual Orla strip-clubs which are worthless IMO.
Ok, so I will try to share my experiences about Salvador.
What I wanted to say in my previous postings was, that Salvador compared to other destinations is losing atractivity for mongerers a bit from year to year.
If you like black women and if you speak at least a bit of portuguese Salvador is still a very good place for you.
Forget about Pelourinho and the Boates but go to the beaches and try your luck. Your chances are very high to meet beautiful women with a real girlfriend-sex-feeling.
Pay them a beer or caipirinha wich is not too expensive on the beaches and see where it goes to. If a girl likes you she will be soon ready to go with you to your apartment.
But beware of those Semi-Professionals who would never call themselves Prostitutes (Garotas-de-Programa). They don't charge per hour or day, but very soon will tell you about their need of money for a sick child or mother, paying their rent for apartments and so on. This type of girls can be much more expensive than the real professionals.
You can also try to contact girls with the Badoo-Website, it's really popular in Brasil. But this will mean spendig a lot of time in searching, writing messages and Chat on MSN later.
I like to do this and have made good experiences but I know that it's not everybodys way.
If you like black women and don't speak portugues I think it's better to go to Kenia, because a lot of people understand English there.
If you don't like black women go to Buenos Aires or Thailand, where is the best value for your money in my opinion.

sperto, i think salvador has priced itself out of the market. there are still some casas where you pay 100 real. regular girls can be easily met if you speek portuguese but i assume that not every monger can do that.
i like salvador but my last mongering destination was pattaya with all the kinky stuff and very much lower prices. nobody can beat the bahianas when it comes to making love but in those days the economy must be also right. that is not anymore the case with salvador.

It´s a good idea to be very cautious in Salvador right now.
The police are on strike.
The population are really scared. Hundreds of armed striking police have attacked buses and caused a lot of confusion in the city. They have even attacked police cars. There have been arrastãoes, big groups of robbers going berserk. The bandits are having an early christmas. Several bank robberies. Shops have been looted. 59 people murdered since the strike started. I heard something about one killing/hours, which might be a bit exaggerated. Many shops and shopping centers have closed during the strike.
The national police force has been called in as well as the army. There are very few police working but quite a lot of soldiers patrolling the streets. It looks wierd.
Yesterday there were a lot of soldiers in the Pelourinho area during the daytime. In the evening I returned to Pelo to check it out. It was almost totally deserted. Most bars and restaurant were closed. No soldiers left, just a handful of police. There were lot of scumbags roaming the streets. I made my visit very quick. Before returning to the bus station at Praça da Sé I got approached by a weirdo holding a knife. He was totally wasted on drugs so I just ignored him and walked on.
On the way back to Barra I passed a bloody crime scene. A guy had been murdered and the police were interrogating witnesses.
Down in Barra the nightlife was almost like normal. Could be because there were about a hundreds paratroppers spread out in Barra.
Unfortunately the police strike affects the nightlife as people choose to stay at home. It also effects the privês in centro as many girls are afraid of going to work.
Today it´s sunny. The beaches are crowded with hot dark women and people drinking beer and having a party.
An update on some daytime privês in Centro, R$20-40.
* EDIFICIO SANTA RITA:
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 203
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 503
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 303
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 307
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 501
# Notes on the girls. They change girls quite quite often so the quality can vary a lot.
Sala 203: 4 girls, quite ugly.
Sala 503: 4 girls, quite ugly
Sala 303: 2 girls, doable
Sala 307: 2 girls, very ugly
Sala 501: 4 girls, varied quality
# Recommendation:There is right now a girl working in sala 501 called Daniella. She´s absolutely amazing. A very beautiful mulatta with great tits, fantastic legs and an outstanding ass. 23 years. She works out a lot so her body is rock-hard.
# Note 1: The edificio lies a couple of blocks before Praça Castro Alves. The entrance is numbered 174/184. The first two salas are reached by the front-elevator. The other three salas are reached by the elevator in the back (Anexo).
# Note 2: They all charges R$20/30 minutes, except sala 501 that charges R$30.
# Note 3: The cabins are very simple, but at least they have a fan and they put a new sheet (clean?) before each customer. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: The overall standard is very low. You need some patient and luck to find the gems.
* MORGANAS MASSAGEM
- Rua 21 de Abril 40.
# Note 1: The street is quite easy to find. Get off the bus at Relogio Sao Pedro (Largo São Pedro). The street is full of street stands. There is no number on the entrance. Number 40 is on the right hand between two lanchonettes. The entrance is like a white hall with white stairs. It´s on the fourth floor (top floor). Don´t get confused of the kitchen etc you pass on your way up. Ring the bell.
# Note 2: They charge R$40/30 minutes. CBJ, some girls have anal included.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets. If you want a special cabin with a cadeira erotica it will cost you extra. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: Seven girls working. The standard is quite good. They change girls very often. I didn´t recognize any girls from last year.
# Recommendation: Ana-Paula. Black girl, 19 years, a big reggae-fan, very cute, petite, small but very round and wellshaped hard butt and very nice quite big tits. Fucks like a rabbit. Allows photos if you ask kindly. Anal included.

Your last posting is unnerving considering I'm coming in to Salvador on this coming Tuesday with friends. Have there been any improvements since your report and will it affect the upcoming carnival in anyway? As you know, our portuguese is nil. I had recently asked a message on the Rio board about the feasibility of renting a car to get around and if its practical to come with our backpacks or suitcases. We'd plan to follow your advise and walk around to different hotels to negotiate a better rate than the jacked up rates we've seen of late. If you're still in the region next week we'd like to hang out over a couple of beers if you don't mind. Cheers man.

I think they are getting to a solution regarding the strike.
It will certainly affect the carnaval if the strike isn't over by then. Lots of people cancelling their trips to Salvador. Propably a very violent carnival, but don't worry to much.
Greetings Gentlemen!
Could you please give some advice about Salvador.
I am going to stay in Pelorihno. I have heard its possible to find some pro girls in that area. Could you recommend me some motel in Pelorihno to be used for this?
Of course I would like to find some non-pro girls, but without Portuguese I don't think its possible, isn't it?
What is the best place for a non-portuguese speaking foreigner to look for girls?
Also, can you give some advice about Itacare and Porto-Seguro, may be some addresses or tips or impressions of yours.
Regards!
Also, can you give some advice about Itacare and Porto-Seguro, may be some addresses or tips or impressions of yours. There are reports of both Porto Seguro and Itacaré in the "Other areas"-section.
I have never been to Salvador. I know this is a strange question. But do the beaches have PUBLIC SHOWERS?
I have never been to Salvador. I know this is a strange question. But do the beaches have PUBLIC SHOWERS?In Barra there is no public shower, at the beaches along the Beach Road there are some, but not many. In most of the cases you must be a customer of the "Barraca" to wich the shower belongs to use it.
Sperto, I'm just wondering if you live in Salvador? I'm thinking of making my first trip to Brazil in November or December.
Things hasn't really changed a lot. It's a matter of your own choice.

I was there in Salvador in 2009, so things might have changed a little. Anyway, I think the "system" per se works now as it worked then.
sex ist available everywhere in Salvador (I mean, it's Brasil.). Looking for good sex is an other question.
if you are just heading for sex and live in Pelorinho, just go down the elevator. Oposite to the marina, you can always find girls. However, take good (!) care of your self: this area is dangerous, lots of drug dealers and thugs running around. If I were you, I wouldn't even stay in Pelorinho, but look for a decent hostel / hotel in Barra (safe and central location).
the easiest way is just to go out at night to one of the more economic restaurants, I. E. In Barra oposite the beach, and have a lunch around 7-10 pm. A lot of working girls are patrolling the street, and a lot of them are having a lunch in those restaurants. Usually, they come in groups of 2-4 girls. So just smile to every of the groups. Portuguese is a must, as usually the do not speak English.
for non professional girls, it's a hard one if you do not speak portugese. Ask yourself if you really want this. The Brazilian ideal for a woman, particularly in Northern Brazil, is finding a well eduated husband, best case from America / E. U. Who threats her not the "Latin" way, gets her out of poverty and have some children with him. Looking for non professional girls, you will find yourself in this pattern very quickly.
if still interested, and if you have at least 2 weeks there, try to get in contact with local / international exchange groups, as in language schools or online portals. Find some people there, and have a party with them. Once in a group, you will meet local people. Then its up to you and your flirting skills.
For any more details, PM me.

It has been for years my favorite destination in Brasil.

hey fellas,
i have re-read the last 15 pages to catch up. not much being written lately. continue thanks to sperto for his dedication and patience. i had inquired in march 2011 about making a quick trip from sampa to salvador but decided to go to rio instead given the short duration of my trip. since then i have been living / working in usa (sigh). finally, planning a work / relax trip to brasil for jan and feb of 2013. am planning on renting apt (reliable hi-speed internet a must). given that this coincides with carnaval, i may not find one place for the entire trip. i may need to split a month here a month there. which leads me to the question on my mind. should i spend the entire time in salvador, or should i split time be / t salvador and somewhere else?
my objective is both to experience the place (s) and have as much fun, p4p or free, as possible. i do speak porto, having lived in sampa for several years. no experience at all in the nordeste. am considering other places like manaus for example for 1 of the months. if i do decide to spend 1 month in salvador and one month elsewhere, am torn on whether to do salvador in jan (pre-carnaval) or feb (carnaval). on the one hand carnaval sounds appealing, but it is more expensive, maybe over-touristy (?). maybe it would be better to do pre-carnaval in salvador and carnaval elsewhere, as crazy as that sounds. any opinions on how to spend the 2 months are always appreciated.
some questions:
1) the bad police strike referred to below. did that resolve ok, and is it unlikely to reoccur in 2013?
2) is santíssima open or closed. conflicting reports.
3) anyone with experience using https://www.airbnb.com?
i know some of you are fans of bahia-online, but the airbnb seems like a far better, modern, site for searching and filtering. it is priced in $, while bahia-onine in $r ). my concern with airbnb is that i found one place which meets my criteria for location (barra) and amenities (internet, cleanliness) but the renter has no prior record or refs, so i am a bit concerned about fraud or misrepresentation, as they want 1 month paid in full up front. standard on airbnb.
4) for the salvador residents or regulars, how do things feel on the ground? still a big recommendation for those who have time to search out the best options?

don't worry about any police-strike in salvador. hopefully it won't happen again (at least not for a couple of years).
Pretty weak forum here guys, but maybe that is bc the p4p scene here is not as easy as Colombia.
Refering to Sperto's informative post:
The morganas masagem, just where he said it was but a little difficult to find. Qouted the same 40R price for 30minutes but I paid 50 for use of the special chair, which was quit nice I should say. Of the 7-8 girls I was presented, I thought only one was f'able. Pretty dissapointing there. He said that the Santa Rita building may have lower quality, I found the location but I'm not very motivated to check it out.
Anyways, the one decent girl there was maybe a 6-7, she was very kind. Put me in the chair and went straight for some uncovered ball sucking. Almost licked my butt, I wouldn't be surprised if she did if I go back (or if I had taken shower with her first)

I will be going to Salvador in February as well, and I have reading up a bit.
According to some Brazilan forums / websites, Santíssima Bahia has closed and has reopened under the name Bali Beach Club.
http://www.obaoba.com.br/salvador/bar/piata/santissima-bahia
The Bali Beach Club appears to be open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights.
http://www.balibeachclub.com.br/
I've no idea on the number of freelancers visiting the place.
Also I've read that Bambara seems to be frequented by a fair number of freelancers at night, can anyone confirm this?

Cheers
Hello Guys,
I have been in Salvador for the past 2 months and will be here for 2 more. After being here for the past 8 weeks I decided to see what the clubs had to offer. Let me keep it simple, Nothing. Your best bet is to find a link to the best acompanhantes I found below.
On a Saturday night around 10:00pm I decided to go to the club I heard about in Rio Vermelho. The club looked dead so I asked the cab drivers if there were any good strip clubs around here. He said he knew a wonderful place, he really didn't say the name but this club was nearly in Itapuã, the flyer he gave me was for the Casa Blanca Cafe.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTt2flAMVP8
Essentially it was a house in a residential neighborhood. After he blew his horn at the garage and I noticed it was in the middle of nowhere, I refused to go in or get out the car. Getting stuck so far out of town and almost near the airport would not of been fun.
My Next stop was to the VIP Clube across the street from the Aeroclube Shopping Center in Armação, when we arrived I was told we were too early so I asked to get dropped off near my hotel. Total cost for this roundtrip to nowhere was R$ 30.
After a few minutes to regroup I tried my luck with another cab driver. He ended up taking me to the other VIP clube. Apparently the guys who own the VIP club have a love hotel / strip club nearby, I believe it was called Elite, but I am not sure. They had 4 or 5 girls. So I picked one and negotiated a price. Originally she wanted $R 300, but as I was about to leave she agreed to $R 250. I did not want to bring her to my place as she suggested so I decided to use the facilities on the premises.
Using the premises and buying her a drink was my biggest mistake. They charged $R 25 for both the red bull and the Vodka. Then they delivered my beer open. I wasn't about to drink any of it.
Well after one pop it was time to go. The girl wan't bad, a nice body. 19 year girl who just arrived in Salvador 1 month ago. She met my needs for the night.
The only bad part of the night was paying for the room rental they wanted R$ 175. 00 for 30 minutes
The fee break down was something like this
Room R$ 50
RedBull R$25.
Vodka R$25
Cerveja R$20.
Surcharge $R 40
Tax $15
The total fee was an additional R$ 175, this expense made the night not worth it.
To end things the cab driver waited and he wanted R$ 60 for the trip, there and back.
First Cab driver R$ 30
Girl $R 250
Room $R 175.
Cab Driver 2. R$ 60
Total Expense R$ 515 converted to USD current (exchange rate 2. 08) $247. 80.
My advice, the clubs do not get going until midnight or later. If you can find a girl with a great incall location that is your best bet. Catch a cab to her place. Mastering the bus system will also cut down on costs.
The girls here are not too expense they average between $R 200 and $R 300. Paying the extra money makes things not worth it. My advice use the internet to locate an "acompanhantes" the same as another user suggested.
As of December 2012 here are some great sites to find an acompanhantes.

First time in salvador. Findings so far:
- very satisfied with the quality of the ladies I have met. But. Very disappointed in the quantity and options available. Have had to work quite hard to find darker skinned beauties than I would have thought. As some have said, many of the top Bainhas may travel to other cities.
- Met a few GPs via internet sites. I prefer to see GP live first, in boate, or prive or clinica lineup. But with so few of those options here, I find myself relying on the sites more than I would like. Maybe that will change. Also relying on recommendations in gpguia. So far my success rate has been very good, only had one disappointing time, and several other times were off the hook good. This site has some listings in addition to the ones from TheGuyTy:
http://www.azeitedoce.com/wordpress/
- Took an afternoon to visit Sperto's prive recommendations in the centro, the Edificio, and Morgana's. Big thumbs down. Thanks for the helpful information on FINDING the locations, but the quality of the girls there was just way below what I hope to find in Brazil. Honestly, there was only one I would consider seeing for free.
- Went one night to Eros, dead. But I got lucky and found one hot gp right away, took her out, and had good time.
- Went to Pelhourinho on Sunday night, had a great meal at Maria Mato Mouro (recommend) , but saw no street action to speak of. Maybe I don't know what to look for, but I walked A LOT, and saw maybe 2 girls that seemed on the make.
- Don't see much GP action around the Porto the Barra either (again, this may be my lack of skill. But even if they are working, not seeing anyone that is attractive, period)
- Went to a "high end" prive in Patamares last night, called Casa do Desejo. House was comparable to good prive in Sao Paulo, but the equipe was weak. Only 1 out of 8 was doable. http://www.casadodesejo.com/
Left there to rendesvous with an internet gp. But as I had some time to kill first I asked the motorista if there was any club nearby. Surprisingly he suggested the old Bangkok, now a boate called Ahtha Ashram. For some reason this is a huge secret in Salvador. No one seems to know the name. Even gpguia has not mentioned this "reopening". I spoke to the owner / manager and asked if they are avoiding publicity. He said "no, go ahead and spread the word". Anyway for those interested, it is located at Rua do Vento Sul. 102. Farol de Itapoan. Tell taxi driver "antigo cafe bagnkok" (Bangkok is pronounced bangcockee"). No site yet.
I was only there for an hour, then my rendesvous girl called, and I decided to meet her since I had come so far to see her. This was at 9:30. At the time I left the Ashram was virtually empty, but luxurious. With 6 very hot girls. All doable, all top notch. I felt a bit bad leaving but plan to go back for sure. Owner said he expected about 12 girls by prime time. Now this place is expensive but with so few other options, its worth a splurge, and as always it is probably possible to meet someone there and then see again on the side, which drives up the value over time. Entrada is 50. Sessions are 300 per hour. Not sure about room cost or saida cost. Anyway, only go if you are prepared to not ***** about the cost.
Anybody local want to meet up, let me know via private message. Will be here a few months.

Hey Rovnak,
Great post! Lots of good information. I'm in Salvador we can meet up.
TyTy, I think you need to enable private message in your account? I do not see the option on your profile, like I do with other posters. Can you pm me?
An update on some daytime privês in Centro, R$30-40.
* EDIFICIO SANTA RITA:
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 501: R$30/30 min. 3 girls. All ugly.
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 303: R$30/30 min. 3 girls.
Recommendations:
Barbara: 33 years. A bit worn face, but nice big natural tits. Good service.
Amanda: The "receptionist" who sometimes does programas. 29 years, negra, silicon tits and enhanced ass. Gave exceptionally good service.
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, Sala 307: Closed down.
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 203: Closed down.
- Av Sete de Setembro 184, Edificio Santa Rita, Sala 503: Closed down.
# Note 1: The edificio lies just before Praça Castro Alves. The entrance is numbered 174/184. The first elevator is Edificio Santa Rita, where there are no more puteiros. The second elevator, in the back, is Edificio Santa Rita Anexo, where there are two puteiros.
# Note 2: The cabins are very simple, but at least they have a fan and they put a new sheet (clean?) before each customer. Shower before and after.
# Note 3: Number of girls and quality changes a lot.
* MORGANAS MASSAGEM
CBJ or BBBJ, some girls have anal included.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets. If you want a special cabin with a cadeira erotica it will cost you R$10 extra. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: Ten girls working. The standard has gone down since last year. This year I only found one that looked really good. They change girls very often.
# Recommendation:
Sara. 23 years, new girl, negra with cool afro-hair, cute, slim, very nice tits, small round ass. Good service.
OTHER MONGERING. *****************************
* Pelourinho: Very few streetwalkers, and only hardcores.
* Porto da Barra: Usually a few ones sitting at Macau Chines. Pregnant GP´s and crackwh*res. Very depressing.
* Barra: Hard to find streetwalkers these days.
Sometimes there are a few ones sitting at Carangueijo do Sergipe (before Cristo). If there is none, at least you can enjoy a very nice meal.
* The Orla: Several overpriced stripclubs, which I didn´t check out.
NON-PRO´S. **********************************
The non-pro´s are the nicest girls in Salvador. Look for them at bars where the locals go or at the beach. Personally I enjoy the bars at Rio Vermelho, where there are many beautiful local girls (also light-skinned).
Morro de São Paulo, a short update:
GENERAL:
* Very few brazilian tourists. Foreign tourists are mainly from Argentina and some from Chile.
* Morro is getting even more expensive.
* Boat from Salvador cost R$75 in high season. Boat from Valenca is cheaper. Flights from Salvador.
* Pousada prices: From R$80 for a nice room, in high season.
It still easy to score local black girls.
2. Brazilian tourist girls. Very few of them.
3. Foreign girls. Mostly argentinians girls. Some sexy ones, but they seems hard to flirt with compared to brazilian girls.
4. Pro's. Less pro´s than it used to be. Some got married etc. I could only spot 6 pro´s. Two cute ones. Asked for R$100, but I didn´t try them out.
CONCLUSION:
Don´t go to Morro for mongering. Bring a girl from Salvador or go for the local girls.

thanks for update sperto. as usual your detail on locations is impecable.
i know you warned me to go to rio instead of salvador, and you were right. i was 2 weeks in rio and had amazing time. salvador, by comparison, is not my style (so far). now back in salvador, and wishing i was still in rio. terapeutas, termas, sambodromo, ensaios. that was intense. oh well, live and learn.
perhaps if i lived in salvador things would be better, as the scene here is just not well organized for visitor. and transportation within the city is either expensive taxi or bus. i think theguyty will write up a post on bus system, he was a fan. this brings me to my major point. if i had chance to do it again, i would probably choose to stay in rio vermelho or further east, pituba, boca do rio, armacao, itapua etc. for me, there is no advantage to barra, and there are some disadvantages.
-night life in barra is not all that. rio vermelho better.
-beaches are not all that (crowded, and honestly, the crowd is not attractive). atlantic beaches better.
-barra doesn't benefit from the atlantic breeze, so feels hotter than atlantic.
-zero mongering opps within barra itself, aside from trash that is completely off my radar.
-love motels are all on atlantic strip. most gps are also over there. convenient to other locations, inconvenient to barra.
-traffic jams up in barra. leaving or coming is just lost time.
just my 2 cents for future visitors.
Thanks for update Sperto. I know you warned me to go to Rio instead of Salvador, and you were right...Rovnak, I pretty much agree with most of your comparisons of the advantages and disadvantages. They were all pretty much spot on. I have been to Salvador, several times myself and found the biggest disappointment (apart from the lack of P4P) was how the city is laid out. It's just one long corridor and it takes like forever to get from one side of it to the other. Things are so spread out, way too time consuming and difficult to get to, whether by bus or taxi.
That said, its a beautiful city, with great beaches, great cultural aspects and some petty decent hot local girls, both black and white. But for me, the city layout is just too cumbersome and spoils my enjoyment for wanting to get to know the city.
I am going to Salvador for a couple of weeks and have been preparing myself by coming to this forum. I have only have one question. Are there certain places that any of you recommend to exchange dollars for reals? I have read suggestions of exchanging at the airport but since I am going for an extended stay, I might have to exchange large amounts.

Do not exchange money at the airport. Or at least only enough to pay for your taxi to the hotel. The airport exchange is a total rip-off!
At the center in Salvador you find several exchange offices which will give you a decent exchange-rate. You have to shop around a little bit. Also in the souvenier-shops in the center near the cathedral they change your money for a good or better rate than the dolleiros.

Salvador is very much streched out and the taxi-fare will kill you. A rental car is much better. Get your GPS with a Brazilian map loaded up.

I'm glad a found this site! Thanks for all the great information and reports.
I'm looking for a girl friendly hotel or pousada to stay during the Confederation Cup. Any suggestions?
I'm not driving so would prefer a place that I can find the ladies, restaurants, etc within walking distance or a short cab ride away.
Thanks for the help.
rovnak,
i will be in salvador for a few nights. any tips on the online girls?
if you want to meet will be great too.

first time in salvador. findings so far:

As mentioned previously I would check out Bambara which I did.
This is a normal bar / casa de show which is diveded into 2 sides, the stage side and the ocean side.
Most girls sitting (alone) at the ocean side are garotas de programma (freelancers).
All people sitting at the stage side are regular customers, however you can get lucky here as well.
40 BRL taxi ride from Porto de Barra. 22. 25 BRL from Rio Vermelho.
If you go before 21:00, the Bandeira 1 fee still applies.
Since this is a normal family place the girls are not allowed to approach you or to come to your table.
However they will try to make eye contact and if you see anything you like, you will have to walk over to her / their respective table (s).
If you find someone of your liking and would like to leave together, the expectation is that you pick up her bill also (this is negotiable of course like everything else)
Prices are negotiable and can be anything between 150 and 500 BRL depending on the girl, the day, your negotiation skills and the time you would like her to spend with you.
The number of girls per night varies from 10 to 40. 50, there are some stunners, and several doable girls, and ugly girls too.
Sunday and Monday are quite, Tuesday. Friday appears to be the best nights in terms of number of girls. Saturdays and Fridays the place is packed.
Most if not all do not speak English and most customers are Brazilian.
There are a couple of motels around the corner. 6 BRL taxi fee to get there.
Live music every night, and the food is also reasonable. Good.
Lots Brazilians are dancing the night away.
Entrance / music fee is 15. 17 BRL depending on the night.
If you want to see / check out a girl first instead of ordering them online, this is a cheaper option compared to VIP or Elite.
Having said that, most girls working in Elite or VIP are happy to provide you with their phone numbers during the first encounter and to meet the next day outside the club in order for you to avoid entrance and exit fees.
Prices for those girls also vary, but you should be able to get an all nighter for 150. 250 BRL, depending on the girl, the day, your negotiation skills and the time you would like her to spend with you.
The entrance fee for both VIP and Elite are 50. 60 BRL, and the exit fee is approximately 70 BRL.
A beer will costs you 15 BRL plus 10% optional service fee.
The streetwalkers in Pelourinho and Porto de Barra are in my opinion not at all worth even looking at.
Enjoy.

Hiya all.
I arrived here few days ago, after spending 2 months in Rio. I was wondering if someone could sum up the sex options here in the city, pro's and non pro's. I've been putting in the time in online gaming and picking up some nice girls in Rio and here too, but I can't say these are exactly the type I'm looking for, cinnamon skin and big butts.
So, I wonder what are the options in terms of meeting local women.
I also would not mind at all meeting up with fellow mongers to hit the beaches & clubs etc.
I'm here taking a course in Portuguese, I already understand quite a bit, however, I speak quite a little, so there is defo room for improvement there.
Feel free to give me a shout.

Although, I just found you guys yesterday.
I'll offer you a worthy bribe. Brazilian style.
I'll stick up a report on how I fucked four 21-25 yo non pro chicks in Rio and got pretty close with 2 others, but didn't get the lay, simply because, they wanted me to put in too much time, which I couldn't be bothered with. On top of that. I'll chuck in for the same price. A report on my 2 visits, one to Centaurus and the other at barbarella ipanema. And got lotsa action for free too.
And you'll give me the all the juicy details of this dark city.
Deal?
Fair point.

Are there any guys here local at the moment?
I'm happy to provide information, but I see no point repeating information you'll find just a couple of posts down.So I went to Morgana's today and while there were about 10 girls to choose from, it was a good thing I wasn't feeling that picky today. It was kind of weird as I sat down and all 10 girls are standing in front of me waiting for me to choose one. I'm more used to the priivés in Rio where they introduce themselves one by one. Thank you Sperto for your detailed directions as I don't think I would have found it without them. On the outside of the doorway is a round sticker with the number 25 in the circle. Also, when you look in the entrance, there is a sticker with Morgana's 401 on the ceiling beam.
I also checked out edificio Santa Rita and met the new owner of 501. He just took over the space and said that all the girl casas are now gone from the building. I also went to 303 and knocked on the door, but no answer.

That's right, they line up all of them at the same time. I guess that might be disturbing with 10 girls staring at you as you are doing a quick judging of their tits, asses and f*ckability.
Just to avoid misunderstanding. The first elevator leads to "Santa Rita", where all the puteiros were closed in January. The second elevator in the back leads to "Santa Rita Anexo", where sala 501 and 303 are located. So both of them are gone? What a shame. It was expected as they closed down all the other puteiros in that building.
There are plenty of other privês in Salvador, but they are spread out over the city.
I will be going to Salvador for a week in October and I have been looking at several places to stay near the Jardim de allah area. Anyone have any tips or recommendations on where to stay. Pousadas or hotels. I would greatly appreciate any info.
I am here and arrived with low expectations.
Good vibe at the beach, lots of happy locals.
I read the forum back two years and it sounds pretty grim but is ok as I come with touristy frame of.
Mind.
However I would not mind some action even if only once daily. Unlike Rio where is everywhere any time.
Anyone around who can give me some guidance in exchange for free drinks. Hahah.
Is that bar (forget name) that is pumping on mondays only a thing of the past aka shut down?
I humbly request fresh info.
I will make a quickie report of Rio on my return home. VM was fun!
Hi Everyone,
I am a board member with mostly Canadian and German intel. I am hoping I can get some insight in World Cup options. I was awarded tickets for Salvador and I am now thinking about diversions during the week. I have read the thread, but I am wondering if anyone has thoughts on how things will change during the World Cup? Will opportunities pick up in Barra? Will women travel in for the matches, or is it safe to assume most will flock to Rio and Sao Paulo.
I am trying to choose a location, and it seems like Barra isn't the best option for diversions, but could be good just for the trip.
My main question is do these posts hold up during major events (Carnival, New Year's) or should I assume a different vibe / scene?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.Did you get tix to any other locales? I plan to be in BH.
You can see my reports from salvador jan 2013. Not sure how copa will affect p4p scene, it was weak to begin with. I would focus on enjoying the football atmosphere. If you go to barra plan to stay in barra, getting in and out sucks. I personally would probably shoot for Rio Vermelho as a base.

I have never been to Salvador and figured this was a good chance, and a higher chance of getting tickets. Now I am rethinking. My new plan is to wait for the draw, and likely try to get somewhere else towards the end of the trip. Maybe Rio, but I was also considering BH, Recife, or Fortaleza. Don't really want to hit SP or Brasilia as I figure I am in Brazil, why not have access to a beach.

Hey guys,
With the world cup in June / July. What can 1 expect in sal for the 1st time visitor?
Shd we follow the older posts here which were quite some time ago or someone can possibly be kind enough with the latest mongering scene for non portuguese speakers such as myself.
Thanks in advance friends!
Daytime privês in Centro:
* EDIFICIO SANTA RITA: Av Sete de Setembro 184, all privées are closed.
* MORGANAS MASSAGEM
In the hall you´ll see adhesive from Morganas Massagem. It´s on the fourth floor (top floor), sala 401.
# Note 2: They charge R$50/30 minutes. CBJ, BBBJ cost R$10 extra, some girls have anal included.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets. Most cabins have cadeira erotica. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: Twelve girls working. The standard has gone down even more since last year. This year I only sessioned with two girls this far. The girls change often so it´s worth a visit, but don´t have to high expectations. If the best girls are occupied you might have to come back later.
# Note 5: The presentation of the girls is not like in the privées in Rio where the girls come in one by one, smiles and kiss you on the cheek. In Morganas all the available girls comes in together and stands in a halfcircle waiting for you to make your choice. All staring at you, some with a smile and others with a bored expression.
# Recommendations:
- Sheila. 20 years, negra, cute, no kids, very firm tits that stands right out, slim, nice legs and an incredibly ass. Her ass is extremely well-shaped, not very big, round like two footballs and among the hardest asses I ever felt. Good session but a bit mechanical. Definitely worth trying if you want a classic black bahiana.
- Bruna. 21 years, morena clara, 1 kid, large a bit soft tits, a few extra kilos and quite a big and hard butt. Quite good session, more enthusiastic than her colleague.
* OTHER PUTEIROS IN CENTRO:
There are actually quite a few bars and puteiros in centro, e.g Cidade baixa and a bunch of suspect clubs on Rua Carlos Gomes. I´ve been in a bunch but none not really worth mentioning. Today I was heading down to Cidade Baixa. Instead of taking the Elevador Lacerda I went by the ladeira. In the beginning of the ladeira, on the left side, is a puteiro. A bunch of fat girls, but also one very slim and cute girl. I was in a hurry so I didn´t check the prices. Note: The ladeira is considered dangerous so avoid it at nighttime.
OTHER MONGERING.
* Pelourinho: Pelo is very dead nowadays. A bunch of ugly hardcore streetwalkers.
* Porto da Barra: Very dead as well. Just a few nasty drugaddicts.
* Barra: Same thing, also dead.
* The Orla: I don´t monger in the Orla but there are a bunch of overpriced stripclubs.
NON-PRO´S.
The mongering scene in Salvador is very bad compared to how it used to be. However in Salvador you´ll see lots of stunners, non-pro girls. Both dark chocolate and light-skinned girls. It takes some work and preferably language skills but it´s worth it. Try the beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, bars or the streets.

It's on the fourth floor (top floor) , sala 401.
# Note 2: They charge R$50/30 minutes. CBJ, BBBJ cost R$10 extra, some girls have anal included.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets. Most cabins have cadeira erotica. Shower before and after...Thanks for that detailed bit of info. Much appreciated!
I am staying in Rio Vermelho close to the beach. Any recommendation in that area?
Also I am visiting for the 1st time to Brazil and don't know Portuguese nor Spanish at all.
If these is just 1 place I should go would you say it would be Morganas.
I suppose finding independents who do in calls would be very difficult.
Thanks again.

Thanks again.Rio Vermelho is propably among the best places to stay in Salvador. Many bars, restaurants and small clubs. I went there last night. Very enjoyable. In Rio Vermelho your options are mainly non-pro's, but for sure there must be some pro's as well. Otherwise you have the orla towards Pituba with several strip clubs. I don't frequent those as I find them to be rip-offs, but you might enjoy them.
First time in Brazil and no Portuguese, Morganas might be a bit harsh as a first privê. Still I think you should try it, there is nothing to loose.
On the local forum, Gpguia, there are lots of reviews of escorts. Maybe a bit pricy, but might be a good alternative for you.
Hi,
The trouble is gpguia doesn't load somehow. Have tried it like 500 times over time.
So just depending and hoping for some more options and info from here.
Any updates?
Thanks
Hi all,
Wc a month away, what's the scene in Salvador?
Learning some Portuguese as sperto feels it will be tough for a 1st timer like me to get by without knowing any.
Finally got through to gpguia and even after google translate it is not easy to follow since lot of slang is used.
I hope there is a smoother way to get action there mates!
Please revert.
So far Morganas is where I plan to head as recommended!
Thanks
I am disappointed to hear of how the scene is Salvador has declined in recent years. Salvador was the first city in Brazil in which I mongered in 1998. I had good success with Acompanhantes ads in the local papers. I returned several times while the exchange rate was great. My last trip to Salvador was in 2006 during the WC. There was decent action in the large number of strip clubs at that time. I was disappointed to see unfinished construction projects such as the metro.
I am hoping to make a trip this fall. I can't believe that P4 P has really gone away. The economy in Brazil has fallen off in the past year and their central bank is keeping interest rates high to avoid a free fall in the currency exchange rate. Lots of women are hurting financially and should be willing to trade sex for some cash. My suspicion (and hope) is that they are just being more discreet due to the WC and the Olympics.
I just arrived in Salvador from Rio for another 4 days and I can tell a lot of beautiful negras locals. In Rio there were more mixed then here. But it's not as busy as Rio and I miss that. We are staying in Rio Vermelho and I have read it's the best place to be. Traffic is a be* so taxi will be expensive and the new reports haven't been great unless you know your Portuguese. Maybe I can find a few hours by myself and check things other user have recommended out.

Rio is more commercial and you can monger each time with a different one. In Salvador try mongering with same and see the result.

Decided to check out Boate Eros (on the Orla of Pituba, cross-street Rua Goias) on Tuesday night 24-June-2014. My original intention was to head to Morganas after my morning Portuguese language classes, but I ended up staying at the apartment watching the World Cup soccer matches on TV into the evening instead. I was not even sure if Eros would be open because the next day (25-June) was a major Northeastern Brazilian holiday called Sao Joao and festivities generally start the evening before. Additionally, I had had mixed experiences with Eros in the past, so my expectations were not particularly high. However, when I arrived at Eros shortly before 11:30 pm, the place was active. Entrance was R60. I was pleasantly surprised to find a slender ebony GP with a sculpted biki body dancing next to the bar. I say surprised because both the number of GPs of African descent and the number of physically fit GPs in these upper-end clubs have always seemed to me to be disproportionately low. In any case, she introduced herself as Jaqueline. I saw several other guys making passes at her at the time. However, as she told me later, she was uncomfortable with them because she thought that they were either low-balling her and / or possibly using drugs. Apparently, one of them had tried to offer her R400 for the whole night. She told me that that R400 was reasonable for several hours but not for a whole night. The whole night should be more like R800. I discovered that she is originally from the interior of Bahia and that she has an extremely affectionate personality. I bought some drinks for us, and she made out with me there in the club and danced for / on me (I think at least partially to show the other GPs, whom she did not particularly like, that she had picked up). We then left the club. I did not get a chance to talk to other mongers at the club to gather more information about rates before leaving. Since the rates that I gave above come from a GP without negotiation, they should be considered as upper limits. The club's exit fee was R70 and the cab ride to my apartment in Barra was R70. She spent the night and stayed with me until about 1:00 pm the next day. I then gave her R800. She is truly one of the best GPs I have ever been with. Super affectionate, sensitive, caring, confident, relaxed, very funny, sensual, and a tight little body. Never became impatient with my still somewhat limited command of the language.
The club's exit fee was R70 and the cab ride to my apartment in Barra was R70... I then gave her R800.
Very generous. A months salary.

Very generous. A months salary.Wow that's insane. No way should she receive 800 for the night. Thats spoiling it-sorry.
If she got half that another time she'd he happy as larry! She's just trying it on!
Naive gringo time!!LOL.
So. I'll be in Salvador for only one day. I'm looking for a place where I can get a really decent full body massage with a Happy Ending. Not much more that that. In Fortaleza a lot of them where called Clinicas and some would offer Thailandesa (B2B) too. I would imagine there would be something like that in Salvador? I have heard of Morganas. But I think this is known for a more as a full service facility. Please advise and thanks in advance.

Sperto,
Cara ajuda ai, por favor. I used to live in Brazil many years ago before I even knew about this site. So I have nothing current to offer. But I hope to after this trip. But if you go to the US sister site (USAsexgxxxx. Com) to this one you will see that I do regularly contribute here in the states.

I jumped into a taxi looking to go to Morganas today and the taxi didn't know the name or the address. We drove around for 15 minutes talking to other drivers who also didn't know. Can anyone confirm that its still open and how best to get the driver to take me there?

I can't give better instructions than I have given before. Tell your taxi driver to take you to Largo São Pedro and then continue on foot,

This thread has been very dead. I plan on traveling to Salvador in late October. Does anyone know of a guide, taxi.
Or someone trustworthy who is familiar with the Salvador scene, that speaks English?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Been on a mini-SA tour going to Salvador, Rio and Lima. If I could do it again, I'd replace Salvador with Sao Paulo and Lima with Venezuela. Both Salvador and Lima were useless but since this is a Salvador board, I'll stick to Salvador. As mentioned, the city is spread out so the taxi fare will add up. On the first night, we went to Eros. There was this petite yet voluptuous woman who struck both me and wingman's eye. Her name was Alexis. Pretty smile, long hair, soft skin, nice and firm butt and warm personality. It was my partner's first rodeo so I allowed him to have it. He was like a kid in the candy store with her after she began dancing on him. She wanted 300 R, I told him to talk her down to 200 R and when she showed a bit of resistance, he opted to pay the 300 R. I told him it's like the stock market, you have to be patient on your entry into the market. Nevertheless, he and her went to the hotel and his Portuguese was non-existent so I ended up paying the bar fine which was 80 R. He raves about her body but says she was all about business. She ended up taking him to their affiliate hotel instead of our hotel where he got charged for the room and when he asked for anal, she agreed if he would pay 50 R more. Then he got haggled by her taxi driver who charged him double the amount that I paid to get from the area back to our hotel in Rio Vermelho. True learning experience for the young chap. He wanted me to session with her so I started talking with her. I told her 150 R, she obliged and said 200 R quickly. My friend again felt like he got jipped because she went to 200 R so easily. I didn't care to pay the 80 R bar fine which would have brought my bill over $100 US so I passed.
Morganas.
The mysterious Morganas. Oh how everyone has struggled to find this place. I looked for 2 days, 2 nights and no luck. When I looked on Google maps and got the cross street, I figured I had to run into it if just keep walking that street. There was a lot of taxi fare spent as some locals said this place was in Pelhourino and others mentioned it was in Sao Pedro. The other directions on this board did not work for me or everybody I asked so let me help anyone trying to find it.
1st: Have a taxi take you to Shopping Center Lapa. They will know where this is as it states "Shopping Center Lapa" on the building which is painted red. When I asked my hotel for a taxi here, they asked why did I want to go and recommended other safer places. I replied because I wanted to and I needed a taxi.
2nd: When you get out the taxi, Shopping Center Lapa should be on your right, walk straight one street and turn right on Avenida Joana Angelica.
3rd: After you make that right, turn left onto the first street you see which is a one-way. Don't look for signs as there are none. I mean there is a reason why no one can't find this place. It's in an abyss.
4th: Go down the street and keep looking left for building 40. When you get to building 40, you will see that there is a sign inside near the end of the hallway which says Morganas, 401.
*The place is closed on the weekends and I believe on the weekdays is open from 9 AM-7:30 PM. The women here were horrid when I went, one was doable which I took back and sessioned with.
Salvador as a whole was not as I expected. Rio Vermelho was a teenager's paradise and the mongering options were not as plentiful. The women do have that curly silky hair which I love but its not worth going back.
How hard can it be to follow directions or reading a map? To anybody else who looks for Morganas and don't want to spend taxi money. Do as I said before:
1. Take a Praça da Sé bus.
2. On Av Sete de Setembro get off at Largo São Pedro. You can ask the driver to stop at Relogio São Pedro. It's a square full of street stands.
3. Cross the square and you'll see Rua 21 de Abril.
4. Head down the street. Number 40 is on the right hand between two lanchonettes. The entrance is like a white hall with white stairs. In the hall you'll see an adhesive from Morganas Massagem. Morganas is on the fourth floor (top floor), sala 401.
It's not hard at all to find. If you're unsure check Google maps. Search for "Rua Vinte e Um de Abril, 40, Nazaré, Salvador".
This place is alright. Went there this past Saturday for first time. They had about 12-16 ladies on the property at Verizon's shape and forms. Just a fee spinners and some silicone. Met up with a 20 something spinners with nice tits and beautiful hard ass. Spend a hour with this girl at the room and enjoyed every minute of it. They also had a special guest appearance of a Brazil singer who put up a nice show.
Only 5 minute walk from the Deville Hotel close to the airport. Can't wait to go back some other time.

* Morganas Massagem.
- Rua 21 de Abril 40.

In the hall you'll see an adhesive from Morganas Massagem. Morganas is on the fourth floor (top floor), sala 401.
# Note 2: They charge R$50/30 minutes. Incredible it's still the same price. The basic price includes CBJ and no anal. BBBJ cost R$10-20 extra. Anal cost R$20-40 extra.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets and thick mattresses. Most cabins have cadeira erotica. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: At least 10 girls working. Mostly negras and mulatas. The quality of the bodies on the girls are good, but not many beautiful faces around. The girls change often so it´s worth a visit, but don´t have too high expectations. If the best girls are occupied you might have to come back later. I recommend to go there when they open at 9 AM.
# Note 5: The presentation of the girls is very different from other privées in Brazil. Don't expect any smiles and cheek kissing in the presentation. Here all the girls walk in together and stares at you with a bored expression.
# Recommendations:
- Sarah. 30 years, extremely dark negra, decently cute, tall (about 175 cm), small firm beautiful tits (no kids), strong academia-legs and an incredible ass. Her ass could be on a poster for Brazil. Perfectly shaped, large, round, bubbly and very hard duck-ass. I'm usually not a fan of large asses but I had to bury my face between those ass-cheeks. Decent CBJ and a very mechanical f*cking, her counting down loud 25 min left, 20, 15, 10, 5. No GFE session, purely hardcore, but a nice black body to f*ck. R$50.
- Thais. 27 years, morena escura, cute, petite, medium sized firm delicious tits (no kids), great legs and a small round bubblebutt. CBJ and f*cked very well even with GFE. I was worried she would break the condom with her nails because she said she wanted kids with blue eyes. R$50.
* Edifício Guararapes:
Edifício Santa Rita (on Av Sete de Setembro 184) used to have many privées. All closed some years ago. I heard the girls moved to Edifício Guararapes on Rua Carlos Gomes 336. The numbering on this street is the weirdest I ever seen. The houses are numbered in three different ways without any logic at all. Not even the store-owners can explain the numbering. To find Edifício Guararapes ask for Daimaru. Daimaru is a bijouteria shop that all the locals know. When you have found Daimaru just cross the street and you see Edifício Guararapes. I passed by twice but didn't get inside the building. Door closed and no doorman around. Maybe some other will be more lucky.
* OTHER PUTEIROS IN CENTRO:
In Carlos Gomes there are some seedy-looking clubs that looks very suspect. In Cidade Baixa, just after Elevador Lacerda there are some bars with GPs. Fat scary women with scars in their faces. Also on the ladeira leading from Cidade Baixa to Cidade Alta you'll find one super-seedy puteiro. When I visited Feira de São Joaquim (after Comercio in Cidade Baixa) I saw plenty of GPs. Tough women that looks like war veterans, none doable. Use caution when visiting Feira de São Joaquim, the area is quite rough.
* OTHER MONGERING.
* Pelourinho: Pelo is far from what it used to be. Just some ugly drugaddicted streetwalkers.
* Porto da Barra: There are a bunch of streetwalkers. Very few looks doable. Just sit down at Macau, the chinese bar, and they'll approach you.
* Barra: Sometimes there are some streetwalkers around.
* Orla strip-clubs: I don´t monger in the Orla but there are a bunch of overpriced stripclubs.
* Orla privées: Many of the bairros along the orla have privées but I never bothered to check them out.
* NON-PRO´S.
If you want beautiful bahianas with nice bodies you should go for non-pro's. In Salvador there are many hot stunners. Try your luck on the beach, Shopping Barra or on the street.
* OTHER INFO:
The new prefeito has done a lot to freshen up some parts of the city. All the Orla from Porto da Barra-Barra-Ondina-Rio Vermelho looks really good now. Many more people strolling in the evenings and more outside bars. Unfortunately Porto da Barra is starting to get invaded, just like Barra became, from an unwanted community.
If you want to enjoy great food at reasonably prices go to Caranguejo do Sergipe in Barra. Their Moqueca is heavenly. It's not rare that some GPs turn up at Caranguejo do Sergipe.

Hi Sperto, I was not in Salvador for 3 years and will be there only in April. Thank you for the up-date.
Carlos Primeros.
Going to be in Salvador from Oct 24 to 28th. Will post a report of what I find.
And they were very pleasant wet dreams too!
For the last few weeks I've been happily fantasizing about my forthcoming return early next year to Brazil. After too many years away, but still with very happy memories -- Particularly Salvador, Fortaleza and Recife. The freebies in the Pelhourino and in Fortaleza (which the guys back home could scarcely believe! And all the friendly P4P er the years of course, and probably not in a good way -- but it was so good back then that surely it would still be a great experience!? But maybe not!
In reading through some of these reports, I get the impression that, apart from Rio, the action is now so poor that I might be better not to ruin my happy memories, (& waste valuable time! But travel elsewhere in S America instead.
Is Salvador really so slow now? Fortaleza not worth the trip?
I've been so disappointed that I'm now researching Asuncion? (which gets some good reports here). Buenos Aires? (which I've enjoyed before) . .? I was in Colombia earlier this year, and Cuba / DR late last year, so not keen to return to those this quickly. But I have 3 precious weeks, all to myself, to spend on our hobby before meeting up with friends in Mexico for some standard tourist time -- so I'd appreciate your input & suggestions.
Maybe I've over reacted to some negative reports.
In terms of action, my personal preference is for part-timers or freelancers from the street or bars and back to my hotel, and with clubs / brothels as a next choice rather than online hookups. As I said, I had good success previously in Brazil, but should I now limit my time there to Rio, and move on to BA and / or elsewhere?
There will be at least one trip report resulting next year, so maybe you can help make it an eventful one!
Thanks.

Thanks.Forget Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza unless its Non-pro. Non-pro scene is always good in most Brazilian cities. In Bahia too.
Freelancers, part-timers,(Semi-pros) for sure stick to Rio in Brazil.
Online from overseas is getting weak in Rio unless you local and on Happn / Tinder.
I am finding dimes but theyre few and far between and never in the city-almost always in the suburbs or Rio state-its harder for those girls to meet someone like us due to geography-you would never go to where they live unless you had a specific purpose!
As for BA etc I don't know.Im a Rio vet and the hottest girls period there i see are just walking on Nossa Senhora everyday
going to work, school or whatever.I have to say the girls ive found in Dominican Republic are definetely on par with Rio looks wise..easily. Im coming to Rio november and then DR january.Reports to come.
Forget Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza unless its Non-pro.Have you been many times to Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza?
Have you been many times to Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza?Fortaleza is still great. I was there two weeks ago on business. Didn't get in any mongering, but received a few unsolicited offers while having an early evening beer at a kiosk in front of the Oasis hotel. Would have been fun, had I not been so busy. Here are some options.

Have you been many times to Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza?Sounds like you have something to tell, Sperto? -- please do. I've read your other posts with great interest and value your experience.
I'm really grateful for the replies from BackDoorD and FuckAfMedDig, and appreciative of further advice.
As mentioned, I'm very happy for non-pro / semi-pro action, but I'm not quite as young as I was on my last visit (So as long as there's still some gringo-interest working in my favor. And casual freelance pickup of the kind mentioned by BackDoor would be excellent!

I don't really have anything new to add except what I reported before. I agree with BackDoorD that Fortaleza is good. I wouldn't get scared away by FuckAfMedDig's advice about forgetting Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza. If I'm not mistaken he never visited any of those cities.
I don't know how long since you visited Salvador and Fortaleza? The more time that have passed the greater are the chances that you'll be disappointed. Fortaleza and Salvador are nothing like it used to be, let say 10-25 years ago. BUT that doesn't mean that they are not good.
The mongerscene in Fortaleza is much smaller than it used to be, but you shouldn't have any problems of finding lots of nice GPs charging way less than they charge in Rio. The GPs in Fortaleza also have a more friendly attitude and are less hardcore. Non-pro's are easy in Fortaleza. Not to forget you have a lots of piranhas, girls who maybe don't charge money for sex but expect some kind of gifts.
Salvador, same thing, the mongerscene is smaller than it used to be. Takes more work than in Fortaleza to find the gems. Still you have the whole range of putas, piranhas and non-pro's.
I think you should go to both Fortaleza and Salvador, staying more time in Fortaleza than in Salvador. Just don't get disappointed when you discover things are not the same like it was XX years ago. Have fun!
Hi,
Can you give some address bars or places in Rio Vermelho to find some GP and action.
I am in hotel in these area and I will not go to centro Salvador in the night.
Thanks so lot for you back report.

Seems pretty weak, online (tinder etc) is flaky. Girl off SA wanted 400 for her or 600 for her and her friend, I passed / tchau. Diamond Club is supposed to be the best, on a rainy Monday, wouldn't have done any for free (I'm picky). Haven't seen Eros club. So no idea. Don't know of any red light district, seems to have been removed.

Hello fellows,
Who has experiences in SdB, if you want to take a girl to your hotelroom (not over night, only for a ride).
Is that possible and it always costs extra and when, how much?

Sorry, for my strange abbreviation.
Can you recommend a hotel or Pousada in Salvador.
Another update on the Salvador scene, January 2019.
Not very much has changed since my last update three years ago. For details see post 682.
* Daytime mongering: My favourite spot is Morganas Massagem, Rua 21 de Abril 40. Directions in earlier post. Amazing that they continue to charge R$50/30 minutes. BBBJ or anal cost extra. Clean cabins, new sheets and towels, showers and cadeira erotica. Today only six girls were present at 9 AM. I chose Paula, 25 year black girl with a mediumsized round and firm butt. Very good session. Gave a perfect BBBJ with her fat lips and finished with CIM.
Apparently there are a whole bunch of similar privées nearby, but I'm not updated on those.
* Streetworkers: Spread out. You'll find some in Pelourinho, Porto da Barra, Barra etc.
A couple of stripclubs along the orla.
* Non-pro's: There are really beautiful darkskinned non-pro's in Salvador.
* Other: Lots of new bars along the orla in Barra and Porto da Barra.
* Girls: The majority of the girls in Salvador have dark skin. If you want girls with african look you should go to Salvador. Lots of horseasses but also smallersized bubblebutted ponyasses.
* Conclusion: Salvador is a good destination. However there is no specific mongerspot as everything is spread out. If you're lazy and want everything easily served you should go somewhere else.
Really good stuff Sperto.
Too bad for those who can't appreciate the dark-skinned beauties.
Hi guys,
Do you have any info about clubs (like Aeroclube)? I'm interested popular places (clubs, pubs) where a lot local girls (I speak Portuguese little bit).
BTW is Aeroclube closed?
Thank you.

It seems like there are 2 40's on that street a 40 E. At the end of the street becomes sketchy and favela like. Is this in Arenoso or PeriPeri?

# Note 1: Directions: Take a "Praa da S" bus. On Av Sete de Setembro get off at Largo So Pedro. Cross the square and you'll see Rua 21 de Abril. Head down the street which is filled with streetstands. Number 40 is on the right hand between two lanchonettes. The entrance is like a white hall with white stairs. In the hall you'll see an adhesive from Morganas Massagem. Morganas is on the fourth floor (top floor), sala 401.
Shower before and after..
It seems like there are 2 40's on that street a 40 E. At the end of the street becomes sketchy and favela like. Is this in Arenoso or PeriPeri?
I can impossible give a better direction than I have given before:

If you don't find the street on Google Maps, try with "Relógio de São Pedro" (Nazaré) and you'll find Rua Vinte e um de Abril.
Arenoso and PeriPeri is far away.
I'm seeing online that Eros is permanently closed.
Sperto: Are there any monger bars like Zippi here? If not, any good bars with single women ready to mingle? Seems Eros closed. I'm going to check if there is any beach action is Barra?

Yes and no. There are no special monger bar for gringos like Mabs or Zipi. There are monger bars for locals but most of them are very spread out and quite rough and even dangerous for newbies (absolutely not meaning that you're a newbie).
Salvador has changed a lot when it comes to monger scenes for gringos.
Regular single women. Pelourinho is maybe worth a try and the same goes for Barra, but don't expect to much. It's much more lively at Rio Vermelho, but you have to put in some work to score. The easy option would be Porto da Barra. Many bars with decent food and lots of girls passing by. Always some GPs looking for customers but the majority are ugly and often drug-addicts. Macau on the corner is fun to visit. A mixture of drunks, drug-addicts, thieves, lesbicas and GPs.
You could try the beach in Porto da Barra. It's a good spot to meet local regular girls. Always a few GPs as well.
My strategy is usually to try to flirt anywhere. Street, beach, shopping centers, nightlife etc. If you need to satisfy an urgent need for chocolate bubblebutts go to Morganas.
Good luck!
I finally reached this place after failing 2 prev. Times. The chicks here are average with decent bodies. The chicks in FOR charge double but are cuter, younger, and have better bodies. I've ridden in many taxis that did not have working seat belts. My error costed my driver because we got dinged for no safety belt. The monger scene here is mediocre. I suggest the non pro route. I probably blew R80 in taxis just to see the 2 mulata and dark chick lineup. I tried Shela the mulata. The other 2 girls were comparable so it didn't matter. In the end Morganas wasn't worth all the trouble. I wouldn't return because the airfare alone would eat into my Rio fun. Obrigado Sperto. The city is spread out so even though Uber is a bargain it can still eat the budget. It seems short trips are cheaper in Rio than up north. Less drivers? A lot of the budget prives up North are similar to fast fuck places. I didn't bother to check out boites and discos. I've decided I don't want to explore the whole country and Rio is just easier for gringos. Well the newbieness has worn off for and Brazil for me. I recommend Cali for dark meat lovers. Which is weird recommending COL over BRL. White punters under 40 that are in shape and have 80% of their hair will. Do well here. They will be a novelty that pique the locals curiosity and upward mobility.

I read 15 pages of this thread going back to 2009. Primarily I am hoping to visit Salvador as soon as Brazil open up, not to monger, but to feast on the Bahian cuisine, especially their seafood, moqueca, etc. Of course some pussy would be great too. Looking forward to more info soon, especially from Sperto.

I forgot to ask:
Seems like everyone complains about high taxi fares. I thought Salvador has a mass transit system since 2016 (although not a complex system). Am I wrong?

I have no new info to add.
Regarding sea food, go to Caranguejo de Sergipe in Barra (close to Cristo statue). Excellent moqueca and decent prices (sometimes even some working girls having dinner).
The Metro construction has taken ages as the money always seems to disappear. I guess it might be useful when going to/from the airport.
The average tourist propably stays in Barra or Porto da Barra and the metro won't be very useful. I've never tried the metro in Salvador.
P.S Uber is quite cheap. The bus system is good when you've learnt the system. You need patience and can't be in a hurry. Usually there are lots of hot chocolate-coloured girls on the buses.

You can always drop into Pelourinho for a visit.

You can always drop into Pelourinho for a visit.I went to Salvador on my last trip to Brazil and stayed right on the main square in Pelourinho. Had 2 walking tours with different private guides. It's very walkable and historical, also the elevator and the lower town is within a few minutes walk as well. It's reasonably safe too. Of course, it's kinda touristy and overpriced, but still a little cheaper than SP, and authentically historic. Was a great way to spend 3 days. Most museums were closed because of the stupid coronavirus stuff, so something to do for the next visit. I actually quite enjoyed Salvador. Not as scary as Fortaleza, and with easy ocean access.

We stayed in Pelourinho too, in a huge oceanfront apartment with an enormous terrace and a private pool, that we booked for a song. A place like that in Rio, if even existed, would probably run into $400+. Certainly hope to return one day.
Hiya fellow hobbyists,
I found official info that mask use is "mandatory" in Salvador pretty much everywhere, including outdoors.
Can someone with recent knowledge comment is this strictly enforced, or relaxed?
I was wondering is it better to go to Rio if one doesn't want to be hassled about wearing masks outdoors.

I've lost all contact with a previous Uber driver that took me to what I thought were boates with working ladies. Anybody know of massagems or prives in Salvador?

After RTFF'ing on this thread as far back as a decade, I found little information on chica-friendly hotels in Salvador. Is that because the local scene is so limited, and much of it consists of on-site sessions at massegems and prives? Or are Brazilian hotels usually just chica-friendly in general?
What about escorts / acompanhantes? I have been Google Translating reviews of acompanhantes on GP Guia and saw that the guys usually go to an escort's location for an incall, rather than an outcall or saida to him, or they meet at a love motel.

Does anyone have any information on a Premium House Club in Salvador? I did not see anything about it when I RTFF'd as far back as a decade. I came across an advertisement for it while researching acompanhantes in Salvador.

It occurs to me reading this that a worthwhile pursuit would be a tour of Brasil hooker boites. I know Steve hit one in Capinas awhile back with good reports. There must be dozens of them in cities like Brazilia, Forteleza, Porto Allegre etc. Is there a site that lists / reviews all of them? Gpguia never seemed of much use when it came to boites.
Hopefully I can get to Salvador before the end of the year. Premium is about 11 minutes from Platinum.

Most are old reports which then question if the establishment are still OPEN (or CLOSED). It seems currently that people are finding and referencing IG / Twitter / Instagram / whatsapp / ticktock and google advertisements / pages or videos they stumbled upon in discovering potential new mongering spots. It takes work to discover online but usually if you find one establishment you will notice they all follow or are friends of each others listings and posts. Also in some cases these establishments are "Known" but mongers want to keep them as thier "secret watering holes" therefore the lack of sharing. Also some establishments are a distance away (drive from city to suburbs) where knowledge of Portuguese is a must (não falamos ou entendemos Queens ou Reis inglês aqui) LOL, therefore mongers don't want to risk being too far away from city center.
Overall we (this forum) are the reviewers and developers of lists. Those who can travel hopefully take time to post reports and have good experiences in the process.

Yeah gpguia isn't very good for boites. I do find new GPS on Twitter et. Al. But have less luck with establishments like boites. For one thing their pages don't want to advertise for the competition and searching by hashtag has never worked for me. Let's hope somebody makes a visit to platinum and premium house and reports back. In the US we have a site Tuscl.com for strip clubs that is pretty lousy for review but does a good job of keeping track of the establishment. Just give me the list and I'll do the. Rest. LOL.

Easy contact with escort using Fatal model (https://fatalmodel.com/1434855/amanda-ferrari-1434855). Easy to communicate with on whatsapp, 250/ HR. Asked for taxi fare, so $300. She sent another set of pictures before she came and when she showed up, matched exactly. 160 cm tall, nice build, perfect natural breasts (which she is going to change to somehing "harder"! NO! Such an interesting fixation on Brazilian women with their "hard" breasts). Really, a lovely woman in her 30's. Kissed enthusiastically, complete language barrier, so just got after it. Great experience. BBBJ, then the whole range of positions, finally came buried in her ass, fingers in her pussy and her moaning away. What a blast. Recommend highly. I didn't get a chance to go to the two houses mentioned in earlier posts. Maybe next time.
Yeah gpguia isn't very good for boites. I do find new GPS on Twitter et. Al. But have less luck with establishments like boites....They are on google map. You just need to search using terms like casa noturna, night club, disco, swinger or, adult entertainment club. They will show up using one of the terms. The popular one will have more reviews but wasn't that useful
After having different Bahian dishes in different cities, I decided to go to the source. Lodging is not cheap considering the quality. The price is more than doubled during Carnival.
Morro de São Paulo is lovely as always. An island outside Salvador. Unfortunately Morro is neater and less wild as it used to be. Before there used to be a bunch of pro's working at the beach parties. Sometimes there used to be some newbies coming from Valenca looking for business. All the pro's are gone. I asked a local friend, who knows everybody and used to be able to name every single pro on the island, and she confirmed that the pro's are all gone. That's the way the prefeitura wants it.
I'm in Salvador right now. Salvador is the capital of black asses. How I love this city. The beaches are full of flirting chocolate-coloured girls. It's not hard to pick up beautiful local girls. Both Porto the Barra and Barra have improved the nightlife. Every evening the bars are filled with people partying.
Regarding P4 P, I had no time for checking out upscale boates. I did pass by Morganas Massagem, and sadly it's closed. What a shame, they used to have lots of really sexy black girls. However I did check out a new place. Edificio Castro Alves, Rua Carlos Gomes 103. The building looks shady but is actually OK. There are privées in sala 106,203, 204,304 and 307. The privées have some small bars. Eack privé had about 5 girls working. Most girls were black girls with thick horseasses, with some exceptions. Even though I passed by at 10 AM the place was busy. Be quick to choose your girls. For once I was slow and lost the first two girls I planned to pick.
I ended up with a girl who had her first day at work. Cereja, 25 years, very black, decently cute, nice tits and a really big round ass (I'm no fan of big assesm but in Bahia it's a must to try). Service was good and she finished with BBBJCIM. Cost: 40 reais /30 minutes.

But I know Bahia has a huge amount of beautiful black girls. I am dying to know if anyone has any intel too. Would love to pass a few days there.

I'm planning a trip to Salvador. Want to be there for carnival so anticipating for the whole of February. I'll be bringing my own Bahiana with me as translator & native guide. And her family lives in Salvador, although Sussuarana. Not one of the better areas, I suspect? So I'll rent an apartment somewhere better but within taxi distance.
So I'd appreciate any information about the city you can share. Not so much finding prossies. My friend's ex-puta in Spain, so no doubt she can sort that out for me. She's friend, not girlfriend but we lived together for a couple of years. More the things one needs to know when in a strange city. Areas not to go? (Sussuarana? Are the taxis reliable? Any experience with outcall girls? How much by the day? Tipping in bars & restaurants? Police hustle? Local con ploys? I think I know most of them but there's always new ones to learn. Any idea the maximum ATMs will disgorge? I'm not too keen on bringing too much folding stuff into the country but we may be going places they don't accept card payments. I don't envisage getting a hire car. Too much hustle. But would it be better to?
Same as Rio, everything in Centro is closed on weekends. The prive is open on Saturday. It's closed on Sunday. Centro is quite busy on Saturday but it starts to quite down after 2 PM. You can google the store to check the closing hours.
The bus stop is right across the street. I passed by one night and a group girls came out of the building, all get into one car and drove away.
... any information about the city you can share. ...I was told by a local that I should be there one week before Carnival and the actual event only lasted less than 1 week. Haven't had a place that does not take credit card, even street vendors take credit card. You can withdraw from Bradesco ATM. Uber is available and seems reliable.
If you plan to take public transportation, I suggest you get the Metro card at the airport, put enough money in it like are $50 or are $100. You will need to take a shuttle to the Airport Metro station if you choose to do so.

I can take Metro to Lapa from Airport for $R4. 1, then take Uber. That will save him are $30. He does not have to buy $R100. He can chose to buy far less. I suggested $50. For round trip, it would save $60. The extra is just for insurance as it will not be obvious for a foreigner how to recharge.
You seem like to target me for some reason. You are well respected, no need to do that but you are welcome to target me with fact. I would gladly learn from it

Just correcting some facts. Unlike other metros in Brazil the metro in Salvador is worthless for tourists because of the routes.
OK, let say AndalusExpat takes the shuttle to the metro station, takes the train, change to another train and arrives at Lapa. Then he'll take a uber to where he will stay. That's possible but might not be safe for a newbie. Lapa might be crowded and scary for a newbie gringo arriving with all his luggage. Instead he could take the bus from the airport that passes by close to Barra and also Praca the Sé, close to Pelourinho. It would be very cheap but takes a long time. The easiest option would be taking an uber from the airport. In March I took an uber from Porto the Barra to the airport, it cost 39 reais.
