That sector has always been known for sex workers apparently in prior to the article there were over 20 or so streets for all kinds of prostitution. Sorry there is no mention of which streets but it does say the south part of the residential district (a place to start).

I guess it is working because while I was here I didn't see any hint of sex workers at all.

On-line purchase of those was also rejected by my bank. My bank was smarted than me. I ultimately made a transfer using PayPal. $200 to Lucie and $100 to Jossary. After done they both claimed the $$ did not arrive. I paid for nothing and in retrospect view this whole affair as a scam. So watch out using MR in Rome.
