I spoke to a close friend of mine who is not a member on this forum. He is into younger girls and does not mind me posting this review. However keep in mind that I am narrating his experience so this is not a first hand description of circumstances. Apparently she shares it with another girl who was in the same apartment at the time cause he thought he heard her singing at one point during his stay. Possibly she is another girl advertising on the same website.
He was asked to pay upfront and he did. He says she did look yound and the same girl in the pics she advertises with. On a downside he said she was sweaty, apartment was not too clean and she needed a shower. Also she is not too fussy about her appearance. Also she is a clock watcher and he ended up leaving after half an hour. The positive thing is she is not a rude girl, according to him she is quite sweet. But she can hardly peak English. In fact he later doubted whether it was clear that he meant to stay for an hour.

Europe is a real mixed bag. Some countries Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Northern Ireland and France even fine the clients and it is illegal to pay for the service. The only countries where it is regulated as you say are Hungary, Austria, Holland, Latvia, Turkey, Greece and Germany.

She is not bad, but unfortunately I must submit an overall negative review of her.
Let's start with the positive: she has a gentle sensual touch, she is thin and generally not bad looking (not a stunner but not bad) She dresses sexy. She starts of with a positive attitude and will keep it if things go her way (that is, she gives you a quick, fake massage followed by a quick HJ and you cum quick so she gets you out of the door as soon as possible).
She is quite a time watcher, but she explained that this is because of her boss who has cameras and asks her for more money if she spends longer with a client.
The problems arise if you want a real massage (OK not necessary, so lets forget about that) or if you don't cum in 2-3 minutes. Or if you don't pay extra after 15 minutes (because you agreed 30 minutes and you showed her the clock so she cannot say 30 minutes have passed). Then she is robotic, bad attitude, and loses her temper. She does not do FS even for more money.
