View Full Version : Madagascar
I had to go back to posts from 10-15 years ago to see photos of beautiful Malagasy girls. These were the stuffs that had inspired me to one day visit Madagascar, when I retired.
What happens to all the beautiful photos? I am sure frequent seniors still take photos and videos during their trips.Just not smart persons sharing photos with girls faces on sexforums or somewhere else on internet. If girls allowed make photos you should be respectfull and not share on internet of her face where someone can recognise her and show to her family and so on. Also sharing nude photos with faces can land you into trouble! Discreet photos without face is sounds fine as long nobody can recognise the girl!! . Why someone should ruin the girls life or just risk himself get into trouble to satisfied some trolls and dream travellers on this forum? If you want beautiful malagashy girls photos go on google and search for it!

It's people new to travel who take pictures. Frequent travelers hardly break out their cameras. Nothing seems special anymore.
Nothing special anymore. Hmm maybe true.

Back from 3 weeks in Mada, and as promised, a report.
1 week in Tana, 2 weeks in Nosy Be.
Precautions: like in Brazil, no jewelry, no watch, no display of wealth, no camera, no iphone 14 in the street, in short, get low profile. Especially in Tana.
Tana:
Airport transfer: 70.000. Frankly, no interest. Dirty, polluted, trafic jams, gangs of kids aged 3 to 10 who beg day and night, and above all. Nothing to do during the day. Not even a nice place or a nice terrace to sip a drink. Nice 'Muse de la photo' in town and beautiful lemur park 1 hour away.
The only interest of Tana: nightlife.
Best places:
Glacier (dark and rather low end: 5-6/10 on average).
Taxi Be (hundreds of girls of all kinds, of all colors, pros, semi-pros, normal girls who come for fun in group or with the family. 5 to 9/10).
Manson (rather chic, lots of pros, good atmosphere with Marco, good sound 7 to 9/10).
Red (good old school hip hop funk sound) .
It is essential to take a taxi at night, even for 100 meters. Taxi: 5,000 to 10,000 during the day, 15,000 at night for journeys within the city.
A very serious taxi at the right price and always punctual: SOLOFO 034 04 132 32. It also does airport transfers.
A good hotel: the Pousse Pousse. Very nice room with safe, nice bathroom and king size bed for 150,000 (30 eur).
Good restaurants: Sakamanga, Nerone (Italian), LE Buffet du Jardin.
For those who want to buy wild pepper 'poivre sauvage' (the one with a small tail) at the Analakely market, it's 60,000-70,000/ kg max. It must be very black. If it is gray or with whitish spots, it has taken on moisture and is moldy.
For honey, it is better to buy glass jars at the leading price or super you, and avoid any plastic bottle filled by hand: the honey is systematically cut.
For vanilla, the subject is too long to be developed here. Be aware, however, that the vanilla sold on the street is of poor quality: small, dry, split and empty pods. An extra * vanilla (and not that of Mexico, that of Mada) coming directly from the producer of Sambava and wrapped in waxed paper costs between 400,000 and 600,000/ kg.
Nosy Be:
A true paradise for French speakers! After having visited fifty countries, Mada is now at the top of the list, ahead of Thailand, RepDom and Brazil!
Airport transfer. Ambatoloaka: 70.000.
Overall cool atmosphere, never felt insecure in 2 weeks. In Ambatoloaka, you can walk without problems even at night. A lot of expats, retired or not, that's a good indicator. Renting a car is strongly recommended (80,000/ day, or 16/ day) for a small new Hundyai. We don't even ask for a driving licence. However, you should know that there is no insurance, so drive very carefully. The condition of the rutted roads limits the speed. I don't think I ever exceeded 60 km / h! With a car, it is easy to walk around the different spots of Nosy Be, without the hassle of the bajaj (tuk tuk). Stay in Ambatoloaka, it is where it all happens. Good hotels at 30/ night: Kokoloko, and Perle Rare. I do not recommend the Benjamin hotel: one night was enough. I haven't slept: rustic straw huts, bad mattress, mosquitoes, music from the bars as if the speakers were in the room, non-existent wifi, in short, the hassle. Kokoloko offers an apartment with two separate king size bedrooms: ideal for 2 travel buddies. For those with a good budget, the must is the Sarimanok. Ambatoloaka is a 'village' with a single main street, lined with bars, restaurants, hotels, beach shops, etc. Festive and 'messy' atmosphere as we like it, from 6 pm. At night, the streets and bars are filled with girls. Average: 7-8/10.
Finish the night at the club 'the djembe'. Walk there from the main street; no feeling of insecurity here.
Good restaurants: batumoch (from the sarimanok hotel) and gargotte 'chez Tantine', where you can choose your fish on the beach around 6 pm For dinner.
To do: spend the day at Andilana beach (eat either on the gargotte side at Vro for authenticity, or on the more select cocoa beach side).
Go to Nosy Iranja and sleep there at Olivia's.
Go to Nosy Sakatia at Alberto's at Danae beach (we pick you up at Shanty beach), and sleep there too.
Go to the sacred waterfall near ambatoloaka (warning: rough road: Bush driving experience is required).
Diving in the tanikelly reserve with Boris from Mada Scuba (opposite the Mamma Mia pizzeria).
Girls:
Gasy girls are generally nice, very GFE, 1 m60-1 m65, slim, very beautiful skin, very beautiful natural hair (wigs are very rare, unlike on the African continent), and funny. No fat, just muscle. Perky and firm asses, with a tiny waist and a muscular back ideal for lovers of doggy style. In general, they all BBBJ, and rather very well.
It's the only country I know where you can have sex with all kinds of girls very naturally and so easily: receptionist, chambermaid, waitress,. A smile, a compliment, a phone number, an appointment and that's it.
Rate: 50,000 - 60,000 for the night. I didn't do any ST, and besides, it's not usual here. Never negotiated before, and always given based on attitude. Never had a problem with the price. Some ask more for the taxi, so I give 5,000 or 10,000. For the few 'normal' girls kept for several days, I never gave any money as such, but of course I take care of them (restaurants, excursions, a bathing suit or a sarong.). Some massage very well, with ylang ylang oil (5000 a small bottle), and kindly offer it to you before sleeping. Or sucking: then you are the king of the world!
Next time, I will go straight to Nosy Be, and avoid the totally useless Tana stage.
Cost of living for a 'tourist' on site who enjoys life very well: 100 eur/ day. All inclusive: good hotels, good restaurants, taxis, great excursions, a girl every night, extras. In short, everything! The quality / price ratio in this country is totally unbeatable.
The only constraint: the total absence of serious medical infrastructure. In the event of a problem, you will be evacuated to french Reunion island. It is therefore necessary to be in good health and to take care of oneself. Plan a substantial medicine kit.
The food in Nosy Be is excellent: just the catch of the day: grilled fish, camarones, prawns, crabs, lobster, . Well prepared in general. In Nosy Be, I don't think I've ever exceeded 10 for a meal, the average being 5-6 for a very good dish-dessert at the restaurant. Full breakfasts with omelette costs between 12,000 and 15,000, that's around 2-3.
There are ATM everywhere. I recommend those of BMOI because without commission per withdrawal, and withdrawal up to 1,200,000 AR. When we know that the largest bill is 20,000 (about 4), a bundle of 60 bills comes out; you must have big pockets!
The only ATM who asked me for a commission of 8000 per withdrawal are those of the Societe Generale.
In general, always ask for the price in AR and pay in AR. Otherwise they will convert the euro with a shit*why rate, like 4300 while the current rate is 4850.
Especially nice to read that you scored with good manners and French skills also receptionist, chambermaid, waitress. Brings back fond memories.

Especially in Tana. Thanks for you nice report seems you have good time and done quiet well! Some members from here should learn reporting from you! I just don't agree about chez tantine restaurant as I have light food poisoning from this place and my friend has poisoning here before also! I preferred more to eat at gargotte chez papa bebeto very similar to chez tantnine food was arriving quickly big portions and cheap between 15-25 k per dish. But I liked chez tantine for one cute waitress who works here young 20 years old, slim without kids great attitude and fucks great I even repeat her few times (which I not do often) she was always happy with my 30 k pay for her for few hours spend with me as her salary from restaurant was 200 k per month. But after few visits she becomes to much comfortable and decide to visit my bungalow without invitation as I ignore her messages for few days. As she comes I was waiting another girl and it pissed me off she come without invitation so I told her to leave and blocked her on facebook. I agree with you glacier girls is low quality its getting hard to find something fuckable here every year quality getting worst and worse. Mansoon its hit and miss most of the times also but a bit better than glacier! Taxibe was my favourite spot to find a girl I like from hundred girls it was at least 1 or two I liked. Taxis at night is possible like examples:5 k for short distance like glacier to mansoon or 8-10 k from mansoon to taxibe but you need to speak with a 1-2 different drivers till they accept this price. The drivers standing near discos is always rip off better to walk few meters away or catch moving taxi instead.

Inspiring seasoning news for the upcoming visit. For that, you still have to get to Moramanga. Any idea how the Chinese are progressing on the roadwork? The bottleneck leaving Tana in direction of Moramanga has been eliminated with a new dual carriage expressway. It'll take years if not decades if ever to complete it all the way to Tamatave though.
I guess, I have been there twice already, passed it on the RN2 - LOL. On my way to Toasamina.
This time it will likely to happen, I will stay there for one or two nights. The Bezanozano Hotel Moramanga looks very promissing.

23 stops on that train route. Better bring your lunch. And dinner. In the end, yes it was torture. But the stops and the food was excellent. Boiled "ecrevisse" where the highlights next to the usual street food. All I take with me is clean water. I remember one girl in first class resident which always made eye contact with me when I was leaning out the window. At a stop late at night there werde some girls and boys playing with each other in a group in the dark. This time certain I would try to participate. LOL.

Msota.It's very easy.
First fly to Madagascar to open a bank account which is mandatory. Then fly back to the US and apply for the Visa transformable. Provided you have the other papers complete like cahier judiciare. You might get it. Then fly back with the transformable in your passport. Then you wait between 1 month and 6 months in Tana for your Visa long sejour Retraite to be approved. Ah and not to forget. Another shitload of paper you need to furnish. If you have good French. If you don't know what you're doing I consider your chance to get one as NIL.

There's a download. But as I said. If you don't have a clear idea what you're doing and do a lot of research. Chance is NIL. And that's what I love about Madagascar. Keeps all the Thai Sex tourists away from the last paradise on earth.

Lawful resident of Isle rouge. There's no conceivable reason why you need permanent residence there -- unless you cannot afford to fly back and forth to the EU, and this move is your endgame and you're going to be buried on the Isle Rouge. And if that's your plan, it only makes sense if you plan to acquire a fully restored Colonial Estate (or similar) -- in beachfront or highlands -- and live a lifestyle that you cannot afford in your home country.

Pardon my noobness, but I thought I would float a few questions I had for you seasoned gentlemen.
I should preface this with I speak absolutely ZERO French however I do plan to work on that situation before I get there.
The Master Plan:
My trip and what I plan 1 week in tana and 2 in nosy be. Or just 3 weeks in Nosy be I have not decided on that yet as Tana doesn't look like my kind of scene. Focus is 90% nightlife. One non nightlife related requirement is a room with a kitchen. I found that the price of Langoustines is EXTREEMLY low per kilo maybe 1/20th of the cost in the states if what I saw was true especially on nosy be? So I do plan to cook the hell out of some Langoustines and try a bunch of recipes I have been wanting to cook but cost of these things prohibits such luxury as doing so in the US would set my credit card on fire. And Zebu is essentially grass fed beef which goes for a massive premium in the US, the price for zebu would be astronomical in "whole foods". I want to see if I can cook a few Zebu steaks. Just to pass the time. This is where you all burst my bubble I guess but that's why I posted that to see if this is true.
Question (s):
In the Wikipedia posts it talks about "all inclusive resorts" does this exist? Where they have working girls at the resorts themselves on offer as through reading over the posts I have not come across one yet?
Are there any fish bowl / brothel / incall type places in Nosy be or in Madagascar in general?
Mahajanga seems to be a nicer city than Tana, this is all speculation from my cursory research, Tana doesn't strike me as a very hospitable place. Mahajanga seems to have a vast number of instahoes concentrated here. Mahajanga seem to have a better over all atmosphere. There seem to be much less visible abject poverty in Mahajanga than Tana. Maybe there are other issues I am not taking into considering here?
How would one get to Mahajanga from Nosy be? I haven't been able to find flights to Mahajanga from nosy be?
Do monger un-friendly hotels exist in Madagascar? I ask this because hotel selection seems limited to begin with.
I love the Blasian look how realistic is it to come across these Blasian women are they all mostly "African" looking? I read that the make up is some kind of southeast Asian background but the pictures I've seen on Taxi Be mostly "African" looking women they are attractive however I am specifically interested in the Blasians if on offer. Is it realistic to expect to pull these women or they highly sot after and mostly unavailable?
Are antibiotics & Cialis available to purchase without prescription in nosy be? Can someone recommend a spot to stock up on medications in Nosy be?
Thank you gentlemen in Advance.

Mahajanga? There's no flight from Nosy Be to Mahajanga forget it.
What is Blasian? I'm uneducated. If you want African looking women? Go to Africa. This is Madagascar.
Antibiotics and Cialis? Loads of. You can buy as much as you like. In fact I know people who smuggle tons of that stuff back to Europe because it's much cheaper. Hahahah.

I was under the impression that all of the rooms at Kokoloko came with a kitchen is this not the case? Agoda Says 13 hotels in the area offer a kitchen and there are many homes equipped with a kitchen for rent some on the reasonable side under $60 a night. That's why I asked how tolerable these places are of mongering or if in some locations mongers need to stay in monger friendly hotels? As i am unsure about how tolerated this practice is there.
In theory almost all of the woman in madagascar should be blasian this is just a modern term for mixed race. As I've seen some very attractive malagasy women that I am into that do not look like women from the main African mainland. I am attracted to the exotic looking malagasy ladies but not so much the pure africans they are beautiful in their own right however that is not what my interest is in madagascar. Otherwise I would have chosen something on the mainland.
I eat Antibiotics and Cialis like candy now days, knowing they are readily available is one less thing to worry about.

Outside of Nosy Be popular with tourists and older retired fracophone gentlemen, this is just another poor African country. There is no set-up specifically for your gratification. Elsewhere is not really tourism in the ordinary sense or beach scene either -- no lemurs running around to take pictures of. Or even sights other than hiking trail type-things for young, outdoor adventuresome types. In every town can be found a Frenchman somewhere living out his endgame, and in bigger towns they have little businesses like guesthouses restaurants but they aren't welcoming of non-French people, although they will happily relieve you of your cash in a heartbeat.
Eat antibiotics like candy? Charming.

Recently took some time away from Nosy Be to visit the northeastern SAVA region. Here's a quick report.
I departed Nosy Be (Hellville) by speedboat to Ankify for 20.000 AR. From Ankify, I took a taxi-brousse for 80.000 AR which stopped in Ambilobe, Vohemar, and Sambava before arriving in Antalaha. The total ride time from Ankify to Antalaha was about 14 hours.
Antalaha
I spent 3 days in the small beach town of Antalaha. Nothing special to report. Not much night life. The main beach is about one kilometer in length, not the cleanest, and the sand isn't very long. The water has strong currents with large waves, so locals don't swim much. There's a 1/2 kilometer promenade along the beach with a chairs and a short wall, so it's a popular place for locals to walk, sit, and hang out. This promenade is where I hunted, most successfully during the late afternoon and early evenings when everyone was returning from work / school.
There are several hotels in this area. Again nothing special. Just a bed, mosquito net, and small bathroom. Prices per night were 40.000 AR.
Sambava
I spent 5 days in Sambava, which is a couple of hours north of Antalaha, also on the coast. Unlike Antalaha, the beach of Sambava is quite clean, lots of white sand, and it stretches for many kilometers. However, the most popular beaches of Sambava are located in the tourist (expensive) area. Locals live farther away and most cannot afford to pay 2. 000 AR each way for a tuktuk, so the beaches are largely empty.
The one exception is on Sundays, when locals come by the hundreds to the beach. It's more of a weekly outdoor festival. There are small rides for children, vendors cooking and selling grilled food on the beach, music, dancing, games, etc. It's a great party. Too bad this only happens one day per week.
Sambava also has a beachside promenade which is much longer than Antalaha. Again, this is prime hunting ground. I had a lot of success along this stretch.
Nightlife in Sambava was not much better than Antalaha. Both seem to be better for daytime hunting in my experience. Some bars / clubs that I visited include: Bar Anaka, Bar Analanjirof, Epi Bar, Club 208, RotsiRotsy, and Bar Raslof (the last 2 are located along the beach promenade).
Sambava's hotels are also very nice. I recommend Las Palmas and Orchidea Beach. Both are beachfront, located near the promenade.
GENERAL OBSERVATIONS
Language
I did not meet many ladies in Antalaha or Sambava who spoke French very well. The primary language was Malagasy. Fortunately, the dialect in this region (Betsimisaraka) is similar to the dialect of Nosy Be (Sakalava), so you can use the same Malagasy phrases in conversation.
Not Many University-Age Ladies
Not a lot of 18-22 year olds in either Antalaha or Sambava. Perhaps this is due to the lack of a national university or to the lack of work opportunities. It seems that when a girl turns 18, she leaves SAVA and goes to Diego, Majunga, Tana, Nosy Be, etc for better educational and / or work opportunities.
Ladies are Warm, Open, and Friendly
The ladies were very open and interested, much more than in Nosy Be. Fewer tourists visit the SAVA region, so there is a built-in curiosity and very high interest in foreign guys.
Sambava for a GFE Holiday
Unlike Nosy Be, the towns of Antalaha and Sambava aren't built for a hunting a new girl every day of the week. Sure it's possible, but the logistics just aren't ideal. When I return to SAVA, I'll stay on Sambava beach and connect with a single lady for my 3-4 days in town.

I stayed there few nights with my buddy in the big room upstairs. There is a kitchen and two separated bedrooms with king size bed each. You should book directly, and you'll get a good price. We paid 76/ night for this room. Location is excellent, and totally soundproof: you don't hear the noise from the street.
'Langoustines' in french is baby lobsters, so I guess thius is not what you want to talk about. Lobster is LANGOUSTE. I understand you like to cook, but to be honest, you'd better book for it in a restaurant the morning, and they will cook it the way you want. Around 40.000 ariary / kg (8). You can go 'chez tantine' which is next to kokoloko, or papa bebeto, or batumoch (excellent restaurant).
About gasy girls, they all look like 'morenas' or 'mulatas'. Few light or blacks, but this is not the standard. To my opinion, they have more charm than latinas from repdom. But this personal taste. If you want to see a good sample of gasy girls, surf on Badoo or AfroIntroductions, and search for the area Madagascar.

Thanks a lot for this report. How much for LT? Or did you take same girl GFE for several days? Did they ask for money, or like I did, only support them generously (good food, nice places, excursions, some presents like clothes or swimming suit.) ?
Antalaha / Sambava is where the best vanilla is produced. I hope you bought some. For those who wish to take vanilla back home, don't exceed 2 kg, or the customs will fine you. At the Tana airport, there is a 'Services phytosanitaires' office in the hall, where you can obtain a paper to legalize your vanilla or pepper for the customs (both madagascar and foreign). The document costs 20€, and will be established in 5 minutes, in front of you. No need to show the goods. They will write what you say.

Gents,
I need to book the cheapest flight out of Tana for proof of flight out of country as required for my Transformable visa. Where is the cheapest one way flight?? MRU and RUN are not cheap if I can't cancel after confirmation. They are around $450 each! Any ideas?

There's nothing cheaper. And even. If you manage to get your transformable there, which I don't believe if you do not have ALL the required paperwork like Certificate of no previous criminal record which you only get in the US. Your chances are again ZERO. The good news. Theres full service Visa providers in Tana which charge 600€ on top of the cost of the transformable. In that case you don't need to leave Madagascar. Its called corruption. Hahahah. Depends how dumb you are the total cost of visa long sejour runs between 2400 Euros and 3500 Euros for 5 years. Without any contacts again. ZERO chance to get one.
Good luck.

These arrangements can work successfully in many different ways, like you said by supporting them generously and / or by offering a cash gift directly. As long as everyone is satisfied, then it's all good.
I don't usually shop for clothes or other material gifts with my girls. But I always pay for meals (or we cook at my place) and in the morning when she leaves, I offer a cash "gift" to help with food, transport, school, etc. She can use the cash to buy clothes, makeup, or whatever she wants.
How much for LT?
LT (all night) in Antalaha and Sambava I paid 40.000 AR. No complaints.

By the way, in french, the red island is: L'ile rouge, there is no s.
For those who wonder why Madagascar is called the red island, because of the color of the soil (lot of iron). When you take the northern road around the Mont Passot in Nosy Be, you can see that.

Hi,
What is the best bar / disco to meet girl in Nosy BE?
Hi,
What is the best bar / disco to meet girl in Nosy BE?There is not only one, but so many:
Just go to Route de Sud. At all the little bars, girls will stand in front and wait on you. It will be like in a candy shop. And if you can hear music from the inside, those are the bars where they dance naked on the table, similar to Windmill in Pattaya. They all will be happy to suck your little dick for 100. - Just tell them in Malgache: "Mba raiso ny tsinaiko keliko" They understand.
I am sure you will enjoy! Just take along a lot of cash.

You need to go to Ambatoloaka at night. After 8 or 9 pm check out the bars. Especially taxi be bar. You will see many girls there. 4 years ago Djembe disco was a popular one which is 400 meters away from taxi be.

Before anyone say I should read the forum haha, I did read the forum and learnt that you need to know French to monger in Mada. I just started learning French. I am hoping in a few months, I would be somewhat familiar with the language. How fluent do we have to be in French and how much game do we need to have to have a good time? I am more interested in non-pros and girl next door types. I would really appreciate any input. Thanks in advance!

2. The Language.
Yes, I knew this before.
I learned french for about one year with an App every day, but it was not enough.
I don't understand them, or they don't understand me. Its a hassle, but ST still possible, but I miss somehow the communication.
Thanks for your reports. Many here say that you need French. I have been learning with a private tutor for about 3 months now. What's the point if we can't understand them? How important was French in picking up women? Appreciate any input. I really want to visit Mada not just for the women but for the wildfire. And the women here were the most receptive online in Facebook.

Learn french, if you like to start a long term alliance in Mada. The girls who speak good french are looking for a husband to get her to France. The Schengen Visa is their target. Not a monger from USA. Its a francophile country with Malagasy as their mother tongue.
If you however just want to 'milele' a bar girl in Tana or NosyBe, you don't need any language. Just money.
And now comes your contribution!

Tana, Tamatave and Nosey be for 45 days.Pity I will be here just on beginning of December would like to meet you again as we done it at mada and Colombia before. If you need some beauties contacts from mada give me a shout on private message. L have hundreds of hundreds girls to share for proper monger!
What the heck is a proper monger? To my definition of a proper monger you do not need any addresses in Mada at all, like that it just becomes a frustration from time to time. All it need is money, a bit of French skills and decent, respectable human behavior.

Yes, I'll pm you! Maybe 2024 we can explore the many delights of mada.
Some described situations remind me to the guy how asked me in a Bangkok Gogobar how he could approach one of this nude girls and if he would do so it would not bee a offend to the girl. The hard thing in Mada is the surviving and not the hock up off the girls.
Eye-contact, smile, "salu" , wave. Response and you have a match. That is the way to go in Mada or you just look silly in the girls Eye right from the start for a good reason.
Can not stand the waiting. LOL.
The 50 K are still just over 10 EUR and the central bank is holding against it with piling up its gold-reserve.
I'm not talking about vanilla or pepper. Souvenirs for the girls!
Due to my profession I have easy and cheap access to dental care products, this time I will take some dental care kits including alcohol free mouth-rinse.
Any other successions apart from soap, condoms and Parfums?
Flight prices are coming down again.
Haha. How about alcohol free Listerine? It is very expensive in Madagascar.

Dear fellow Mada mongers and experts.
I have never been to Madagascar so far. But after reading this forum, it seems that I have missed out something. 😊.
My mongering experiences so far "only" cover SEA (Thailand, Phills, Cambodia, Vietnam, .), South America (Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile), the Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica) and Africa (Kenya, Togo, Ghana, Sierra Leone) . And now I plan to extend it to Madagascar.
I will travel to Madagascar in October this year. But only in an organized tourist tour. And I will try to engage in our hobby as much as possible (I hope I can sometimes sneak away) . But after this trip, I will plan a pure mongering trip to Madagascar. Maybe in early 2024 . Let's see.
So as I first step I RTTF. 😊. I copied all reports (from 07-03-23 to 12-31-20) to a word document (time frame 2 and a half years, more than 300 A4 pages), read it, marked the important information, then condensed and categorized it, and finally re-edited it to a kind of "mongering guide" (did only a "copy & paste" of relevant textual passages).
I would like to give kudos to all who have contributed to this forum. Especially to Neddy69, Pokeris, Amadeuss, SouthEaster, Golfinho, Bienenstich, Albert9989, ChocolateHuntr, Roaming Viking, NamasteParis and others. Really appreciate all your efforts and information.
I hope you are not pissed, because I copied your texts and violated somehow your "copyright" . 😊.
Anyway, I have attached a copy of my mongering guide here. Please feel free to use it and share it to other fellow mongers. For the benefit of all of us!
I thought that after all my efforts and work I have invested in the last days / weeks, it would make sense also to share my "results / product" here within our community.
Of course, I do not take any responsibility for the correctness of the information. But I really carefully copied the information from all the reports. And yes, the information was sometimes a bit contradictory. But still I think this guide can be helpful for the new kids on the block.
Please keep up with your great work / further reports (I will also do so, after my return end of October) and always stay safe!
Cheers.
Dars Veider.

Dear fellow Mada mongers and experts. ... Cheers. Dars Veider.Wow! Impressive. Thanks a lot! But why will you go there on October with an 'organized tourist tour' Really? Can't you go by yourself, or with a buddy? I guess you won't have any occasion to enjoy our activity if you always are visiting with a group. Pity!
Compliments from my side too!
You have proven, it is possibel to read RTFF down to the peanuts!
. . Fb girls some of them was shy, don't like any pic (because don't want be seen at hotels or have boyfriends) and not so good at bed as pros from clubs. I suggest tamatave for someone who can speak french and like datings plenty of girls who want date here. Like example I text around 20 facebook girls and ask if they want meet me? 19 of them agree. My second question follows can they come my hotel room? From 19 girls agree to come my room around 8 or 9 girls others said I am not a working girl or something simillar to let you know she is not interested to it. So its means its plenty pros and non pros here who want date. I not into datings because its not so fun without french language. .So what some proper monger needs this FB contacts for? As I said, all you need is a bit of French skills. Have fun and do not waste time!

I am thinking of going there for the first time and wonder if it's like in TH or PH or Brazil where you can easily find feminine chicks with dicks in the same party areas as the genetic girls.
Like everywhere else, there must be effeminate gays in Madagascar but are they allowed to P4 P publicly? Or it's on the downlown only?
Any information would be very valuable to me. Especially if there is an underground scene. I intend to meet girls, but sometimes like to vary or do threesomes with a ladyboy.
Thanks.Wrong country for that. Try Uganda.

So what some proper monger needs this FB contacts for? As I said, all you need is a bit of French skills. Have fun and do not waste time!So since I am the person my friend Pokeris was referring to as a Proper Monger, I'll say a word. I met Pokeris in Tamatave in February of 2020. We mongered there in Tamatave, in Tana and Nosey Be. He is seasoned, discerning and a major contributor to the board. I met up with him again in Bogata, Colombia in 2022 and again had fun exploring the ladies of the night and day. Why the term is an issue I don't know, I don't believe it was intended as an insult to all those Improper Mongers out in the netherworld LOL.
I enjoyed moste of the posts made by Pokeris very much and draw my conclusion out of it to make the moste of the fun time in Mada. Running around with voice translater hunting Fb friends in a country where some people speak hardly any or no French at all is a way that has been proven to bee very ineffektiv by Pokeris himself. Thanks for that. Do not start or get rid of this ridiculous habits, work on your handicap and become what I call a proper monger. And yes, perhaps just a issue of the definition. LOL.

There's more than enough girls who 'want' to be mongered.Taking advantages of facebook girls? You are funny. Every guy who comes mada or other african country and paying for sex is taking advantages of situation somehow as girls they poor and don't have to much options to make better money and its doesn't matter its fb girl or street girl or something else. But who cares? Me not as its life nobody force them! If you not pay someone else will pay! And proper monger meaning its not about mada girls o fb or mongering in mada. For me proper monger the one who been many diffrent countries, visited many brothels, casas, or simillar places has many valuable information to share for our hobby!! Whats why the guy was called proper monger. Probably next time you can go mada together with tinte and monger together as I see you suit each other perfectly!!
I am the guy who asked below if there are transwomen P4 Ps in Madagascar.
- man-to-man sex is actually quite widespread on the downlow and not seen as an abherration if it's just a form of release, especially among boys.
I was hoping Madagascar / Nosy Be having established itself as a sex tourism hotspot, there might be a few trannies around. Are there?
.Never really thought of Nosy be as a 'sex tourist' destination. It's small, most of the guys are old French and Italian, and are there as it has the mediterranean-like climate. For what you're looking for, I'd say it's more likely to be found in the former-British colonies than the French african ones.
"Just a form of release, especially among boys. " ?
Consequences for flagrantly violating fady are as Neddy pointed out.
Sorry, Pokeris to make you so upset, it was not exactly meant like that. Just tried to give you some assistance in becoming a proper Monger as for what I recognize on as such. At the moment I learn some Malagassi like: Avia asehoy ahy ny fonao.

And proper monger meaning its not about mada girls o fb or mongering in mada.Just because a girl is poor is no excuse to take advantage of her. A girl innocently creates a facebook profile. You see it and her picture excites you, excites your discerning taste. So you attempt to set up a meeting, then strongarm her into submitting to whatever you want, tell yourself she's lucky to have a good place to sleep (your cheap hotel), and should be thankful a good-looking foreigner LOL found her, then you slip her 5 euros, or maybe 10 if you are feeling especially generous (and you enjoyed the fcuk). And you tell yourself, everybody does this, if I don't do it, somebody else will. Your idea of 'proper'. And of course you take pictures to enjoy later, and to show others what you got. Just because everybody else is doing something egregious Eugenijus is no excuse for you to do it. There are more than enough women out there without having to exploit the most vulnerable.
Never really thought of Nosy be as a 'sex tourist' destination. It's small, most of the guys are old French and Italian, and are there as it has the mediterranean-like climate. For what you're looking for, I'd say it's more likely to be found in the former-British colonies than the French african ones.

Consequences for flagrantly violating fady are as Neddy pointed out.Thanks. I have no idea what you are talking about "Consequences for flagrantly violating fady are as Neddy pointed out. " what is fady? Who is Neddy? What did he point out?
I did not violate anything? Did I?

I did not violate anything? Did I?Nosy Be is small. And insular. Everybody will soon enough know what you're about and what you're doing. Would we enjoy seeing your quartered and charred corpse? Not really. But no one here would appreciate your contribution towards giving foreigners a worse reputation. Good luck.
I notice the forum is slowly turning into a day care institution.

Or you give them 20 euros instead 10 euros and you think you are better than other guys because you have more money and are more generous for girls?? Or you think you make girls feel better if you bring her to sleep to not cheap hotel?

Of course we're all in this godforsaken country -- and face it Madagascar has nothing to recommend -- for one reason, but when it's so easy to find a girl, why do you have to pick on simple ones, browbeat and bully them until you can get into their pants? Unless that's how you get off. Pretty egregious Eugenijus. Everybody may look for girls, but no, not everyone does what you do.

It's my first visit to Madagascar, I arrived a few days ago and am currently staying in Tana. I met her on Tinder, and she came to my hotel room this afternoon.
I'm English, and don't speak French. After an initial intro via Tinder from myself, in English, she replied in French. Using google translate, I replied that I don't speak French and asked her if she spoke English. She replied in French to say she didn't, and suggested I use an app to translate.
So, after a few more exchanges using the translate app, I told her I was looking for sex.
She asked me how much I would give her, and I offered (all prices are in MGA/AR) 70k, s/t and she agreed.
I then told her I don't use condoms, she was ok with that but asked me to finish outside.
I said I wanted to finish inside, and she turned me down. I said I really wanted to finish inside and asked a few more times, but each time she declined. I persisted and eventually she agreed but asked for 150k. I made an offer of 100k and she quickly agreed and we arranged a time for her to come to my hotel.
She arrived a little bit late (only 15 minutes, not a problem). 22 years old, no kids, I think she is really pretty, she had a good attitude and has a really beautiful body. She was my first Malagasy girl.
Great report! And great photos of that beauty. Where in Tana are you staying?
Was CIM or anal on the menu?

BTW, what happens to a girl that you impregnate? Answer: she got lucky! Hahahaha.

I even bought a platinum membership but I get almost no matches and the selection of girls on Tinder is very poor. There is also the language barrier that no girl speaks English and I speak no French, like you described.
I am considering doing the same like Pokeris to create a Facebook and try it this way, because my trip is coming up and I have no girls at all.

In 5 years we may see tabletop-dancer bars opening and barfine to be paid, that the foreign investors can cash in on the (still) wonderful girls.
To discover Mada you must understand their language and accept their different attitude and social system. Booking by Tinder a pro is for the lost souls. Walk the streets, smile, have a few word in Malgache or French. And then: Lelena.

I made an offer of 100k and she quickly agreed.Well, you just paid twice the price. Congratulations to rise the price for the next ones.
Why can't people put in their head that LT price is 50 K max, and this is for best service?
Why don't you change your parameters as soon as you touch the ground of a foreign country?
A short story:
You win the lottery.
Next morning, you go to buy your bread at the bakery, just as you did it for years everyday.
You then tell the baker: Oh, I have plenty of money, so I'll pay the bread 100 dollars everyday now.
The baker quickly agrees.
Now, are you generous, or stupid?
Next day, baker sells the bread 100 dollars.
Now, were you generous, or stupid?
Answer this question, and please change your mind. Thanks for the others.

And if you think the language barrier is the cause of your failure, try an English-speaking African country -- Kenya, Uganda, Botswana: any one will do.

A proper monger, a pirate or a cauliflower. I do not care. But for what matters ist the attitude towards girls on the ground and the tone in the community in this forum. Some behave equally as poor in a not entertaining form at all. And yes we have seen this in the mid summer blues bevor. Les fleurs des Banananiers ils attendent. LOL.
Of an improper monger. How so? What's improper?
Great report! And great photos of that beauty. Where in Tana are you staying?
Was CIM or anal on the menu?I was staying at the Radisson serviced apartments, near the Irish pub (I left Tana a few days ago, and am currently in Nosy Be).
I didn't ask about CIM or anal, so I don't know. All I wanted on the day was CIP, and she duly obliged!
I am wondering how on earth you pulled this off because I am having no luck with Tinder after all. I even bought a platinum membership but I get almost no matches and the selection of girls on Tinder is very poor. I am considering doing the same like Pokeris to create a Facebook and try it this way, because my trip is coming up and I have no girls at all.
Will you stay in Tana or move around?I'm currently on a 6 week trip to East Africa; I was in Kenya for 2 weeks (1 week in Nairobi and 1 week in Mombasa), then 1 week in Rwanda. I arrived in Tana last week and am now in Nosy Be. I will be going to Toa next week for a few days before heading off back home to Cebu, in the Philippines where I currently live.
I hope I didn't give the impression that it was easy to meet up with this girl. I contacted many girls via Tinder, and have had many likes, but they almost always turn out to be a waste of time eg after a few message exchanges they don't bother to reply. It's a numbers game and you have to keep playing to win!
For example, in Kenya I spent many hours on Tinder and managed to get some offers, but the prices they wanted for sex were exorbitant and they all insisted on condom use. Personally I don't use condoms and I turned them all down.
In Kigali in Rwanda there were fewer girls on Tinder, the only replies I got were actually after I had already left the country.
I had a coffee date with one girl in Mombasa whom I met via Tinder. I didn't talk about sex during the Tinder chat and didn't mention payment. After the first date I asked her out for dinner the next day, and then asked her to come and stay with me for a few days and she agreed. No money was mentioned, but she was 22 and I'm pushing 70 so I'm not kidding myself that she is after me for my youthful looks.
So, in bed, at my hotel room, I'm getting ready to have sex with her then she asks me to put on a condom and despite my sweet talk she firmly refused to have sex unless I was covered up. I asked her if she could give me a CIM BJ or a swallow BJ instead, but she declined, and said she would only give a BJ if I finished outside.
In the end, we didn't have sex, and I didn't get a BJ. I would rather not have sex at all than to have sex and use a condom, or for a BJ it has to be either a CIM or a cum swallow or not at all!
She was a nice girl and pleasant to be with, and I did stay with her a few days and apart from DFK and some fingering and groping, there was no sex. I bought her a few items of clothing and gave her a little bit of pocket money when we parted company.
2 weeks in Kenya then 1 week in Rwanda and I never had sex with any of the locals! I had been more than 3 weeks without sex before meeting the Tana girl.
As for my observation, I could done them all bareback with no extra money spend. But I never did BB. Just do not mention it let it go and go for it on your own risk management. To ask for it, that is simply a indication to the girl for a extra income. For those ho read the Forum properly, BB is pretty much standard.
So you paid double price because you did not read the FF. The same applies to pictures taking with no face, I assume You just did it with no extra cost. LOL?
Do you spoil the market like that as other member argued? I do not care its your cash. Do as you please.
I do not believe in a real impact of a few newbies, anyway. Its like a prices of the coconuts, mango fruits etc. You get to know the the price and the system or not. Do as you please and enjoy.

Very stupid indeed.

To discover Mada you must understand their language and accept their different attitude and social system. Booking by Tinder a pro is for the lost souls. Walk the streets, smile, have a few word in Malgache or French. And then: Lelena.I was aware that English is not widely used in Madagascar, and was not expecting that the girls would be the same as in Angeles or Pattaya (or in the dozen or so other countries) where I have extensive mongering experience.
This is my first visit to Madagascar, and I came looking for a completely new experience.
I have walked the streets in Tana (and Nosy Be where I am currently staying) and met many girls. I also went to Glacier and de L'Independance in Tana and met many girls. But I am extremely choosy with girls and my normal target age is 18 to 19/20.
Did I overpay with the Tana girl? Maybe. For me, this girl was outside my target age, but she was, to me, ravishingly beautiful with a ravishingly beautiful and voluptuous body. Of course, prior to meeting her in real life I only had her pics to judge. When I did meet her I knew I had a diamond!
I was quite happy to pay what I did. If I was less choosy, I could have easily hooked up with a less beautiful girl and saved myself some money.
I joined ISG about 4 years ago, and prior to joining had not even considered mongering in Mada. Reading thru the posts in the Mada forum soon changed my mind. I noted the suggestions in the forum about the rates for sex with the girls, but this girl to me was worth the extra ra.

.You like to boast of your achievements (just look at your many picture reports from Cebu) -- but you are not ready to learn. Even you said you did read many reports. But nothing arrived in your brain.
One bad apple does not really matter. Lets hope your time in NosyBe will teach you how to please les filles gasy in Mada. Ohh, yes. Most girls in your very very young target age are hardly speaking french. Learn malgache.

Les fleurs des Banananiers ils attendent. LOL.What's the story about Banana flowers? I'm french, and NEVER heard about this. I hope you don't say that to compliment a girl, as it's like you say: hey, nice pumpkin!
I don't know if you ever saw a banana tree flower, but it's big, violet and very ugly.
You'd better call your sweetie: bébé (pronouced bay-bay) or Mon Coeur (my heart, pronounced, mow keur -hard to translate with phonemes), or Chérie (like a cherry)
You'd better call your sweetie: bb (pronouced bay-bay) or Mon Coeur (my heart, pronounced, mow keur -hard to translate with phonemes), or Chrie (like a cherry)Or malalako. Pronounced ma-la-la-ko.
It is what you put into it. We had this outcry bevor and I know what it looks like and I had it several times to eat.
To me it sounds very exotic erotic. Next time I will do a research on it what the girls think about it.
The banana stands for its own and the flower anyway. I have used the term several times and it did the job, ok, if you like put the success on the desperation of the girls. Besides on my good looking and being a charming handsome Guy anyway. LOL - Cash looking.
Thanks for the proper words in Malagasy.

Hi,
-There are nightclubs on Nosy BE?
-Are the girls who pay jealous? If, for example, we meet her at Taxi BE, we pay her and the next day she sees us with another girl at Taxi BE, how does she react?
-If we want to take the girl to do activities during the day, is it possible?
-Is it interesting to rent a scooter in Nosy BE?
Is it dangerous to ride a scooter during the day to visit Nosy Be?
-From Brussels, plane tickets are really expensive. Do you have any advice? It would be to go during the month of December.
Kinds regards,
Max.

There were discussion about overpaying. If somebody pays more to girl than me, I am just sad that I don't have as much money to spend. I am happy for the girl that she gets more money for her expenses. Then I wait for rich guy to leave so that I can try with my lower salary offer. And when visiting some place for short time, why not spend more money to get best girls and better service. Girls like tourists, they spend more money.
There were some writings that you should learn French or local language before coming there. That makes sense if staying there long time, but for short visit like this guy, come on. Google translate is very good, that or something similar Mdembe used also.
You put google translator to your phone, download local language and use the microphone option, girl talk to your phone and phone translate. I have successfully done business negotiations with Chinese and Vietnamese girls, girl don't need to know even write / read with this method.
When doing bareback, meaning sex without condom, you may get diseases. But even bigger danger in my opinion is that after couple months girl contacts you (if you left any contact info). Pregnancy!! Money needed for abortion. If you pay, then complications after abortion. Lot of pain and expensive hospital. All your fault, send more money.
This is very stressful situation. You are almost sure that girl is cheating you, but not 100% sure. If you don't pay, maybe you get a child which will live in very bad environment. So maybe better just in case pay.

You have no clue about Madagascar. Abortion? Why. Every malgache chica wants to have at least one baby. The more metisse the better. They long after your seed. I know plenty of chicas getting pregnant and the vazaha is long gone. Never pays an Ariary. In Madagaskar BB is standard. The Bara tribe in the south NEVER counts their cattle or their kids. Bad luck. So a mouth more to feed doesn't make a big difference. If you want to know about Malagasy culture read Arkady Fiedler. The Madagascar I love.

-Is it interesting to rent a scooter in Nosy BE?
Is it dangerous to ride a scooter during the day to visit Nosy Be?
-From Brussels, plane tickets are really expensive. Do you have any advice? It would be to go during the month of December.
Kinds regards,
Max.How expensive are the flights? I am trying to come from the US and there are no flights less than $4000 USD. Really steep for a shag I think, LOL.
How expensive are the flights? I am trying to come from the US and there are no flights less than $4000 USD. Really steep for a shag I think, LOL.I am paying less than thousand bucks from Germany. And it's not a direct flight so prepare to have many connecting flights if you want to save some dollars.
Once you are there it can be really cheap but be careful.
One girl offered me to stay at her place for free but it's in the middle of nowhere (Sakalalina) and I don't feel its safe. What if it is a setup and I am writing with a fake profile created by a thug.
And I still haven't learned how to articulate that I am looking for sex and not "just want to meet up".
Should I be upfront about it or not before meeting up?
I don't want to spend time, pay for dinner and then get rejected when it comes to sex because they expect friendship (happened in Kenya).

I have a direct flight from my city to Frankfurt during Summer and Fall which is super cheap. I used to take this when I was wanted to go to FKKs LOL. May be a short stopover in Germany, do FKKs and then Mada would be great.
Damn, I thought asking a girl out meant sex LOL. May be not on the first, but atleast second or third LOL. Are you meeting them irl or through apps?

... If you want to know about Malagasy culture read Arkady Fiedler. The Madagascar I love.
I agree and it also shows the European mindset and attitude toward their colonial natives.
Here's an insightful quote:
"From time immemorial the Malagasy girls were allowed unlimited sexual freedom. The married women had one cardinal duty: to bear children. The question of loyalty to their husbands was secondary. But woe betide a widow who, after her husband's death, would sin by being unfaithful to his memory during the period of mourning! The mourning, assigned by the husband's family, lasted for a maliciously long time. The lonesome widow often became bored and sought some comfort in secret. If she were caught in the very act, her guilt was obvious; both she and her lover were sorcerers who had brought death upon the woman's husband. They were stoned to death. (This custom, seemingly so grotesque, had in fact a very reasonable background; generally speaking, not everything which seems incomprehensible, shocking or silly to Europeans, was indeed nonsensical. The severe period of mourning for the widow, decided by the husband's family was, as a matter of fact, only an insurance against attempts at poisoning by unfaithful wives; in Madagascar poison is within everybody's reach.)".
That's why flights are expensive to keep overpaying people from the western hemisphere like you away.

For example, in Kenya I spent many hours on Tinder and managed to get some offers, but the prices they wanted for sex were exorbitant and they all insisted on condom use. Personally I don't use condoms and I turned them all down.
In the end, we didn't have sex, and I didn't get a BJ. I would rather not have sex at all than to have sex and use a condom, or for a BJ it has to be either a CIM or a cum swallow or not at all!
2 weeks in Kenya then 1 week in Rwanda and I never had sex with any of the locals! I had been more than 3 weeks without sex before meeting the Tana girl.Having sex only raw or none at all is a good mindset.
But going only online in Kenia was a mistake. In Mtwapa I never acquire girls online, that is really not necessary, as you just need to go outside. 75% of the girls I fuck raw without mentioning anything. The other 20% I fucked raw for additional 500 ksh or for promising to cum outside. Only about 5% was not on the BBFS Menu and I left them alone or BJ only.
So I wonder why you had such problems getting BBFS in Kenia. But maybe the online Girls are so different?
Tinder in Mombasa is a waste of time. Better face2 face.
I could bee tempted to order this book, since it is available in origin print for cheap. But of what kind of purpose would it bee?
Its a book first published in 1946 .
Would I advise somebody in the aim to understand my culture by reading such a old book? LOL!!
Somebody still living in the past I guess. Its entertaining fore sure like Storys of old rotten Pirates.
Sure there is always a essence of truth in all this storys to bee discovered. Mainly pure entertainment.
Again, the today reality is far from that.
I'm planning my first trip to Mada and I don't want to make the same mistakes I did in Kenya.
I stayed at the most luxurious and chained-brand hotels but I had problem with reception all the time.
(ID-check here, ID check there, pay visitor fee, how long is she staying, if she stays overnight you have to pay extra, only allowed to bring one girl no several, bla bla).
Bringing my girls in front of other hotel guests or staff was embarrassing and I've been under scrutiny all the time, especially if the hotels are mainly for family / business-oriented guests.
I am looking for discreet accommodation where there are no questions asked and I can bring as many girls I like.
I know some hotel in Tana where you can pass reception easily but for other locations like Tulear or Nosy Be I haven't found them in the reports.
I was thinking about bungalows or private AirBnbs where I can be left alone from any staff and have gangbangs and wild sex orgies.
Can you recommend any of these accommodations where this is possible? Nosy Be, Toamasina, Tulear.
I read that booking domestic flights early is a must, does that also apply to rooms because as Neddy says, Madagascar is an offline country.

I appreciate the honest report. Some of the men (not all) here on this mada section seem to extremally xenophobic and imo against the spirit of this "english" speaking forum. The amount of posts throwing shade at you for being honest is embarrassing. They should be ashamed of themselves its a mark of an overly paranoid and psychotic person. I hope you continue to post trip reports and continue to create a market for "Americans". I'm glad that you did not censure your post as I am sure you understood the horde of disgruntled Frenchmen would come out of the wood work to post spam admonishing you. Takes courage to be honest now days and is gold if you can find it. I have a much better feel for the temperature in mada and what I will be walking into when I make it there good job for taking the leap, if I do make it there I will also post my honest take on it to return the favor. I didn't see it but did you mention what flight you took from the Philippines? I was considering flying to mada from MNL now that you have done it maybe an insight on the flight itself?

I had a coffee date with one girl in Mombasa whom I met via Tinder.
Just as a side note there has been an influx of Mada based Cam girls that poped up recently on some CAM girl websites that I have been chatting with an say they are willing to meet up. They also for the most part speak English which is interesting and kind of contrary to the information here. I have also tried afrointroductions and most of the malagasy women spoke SOME English. I have to think that since the more experienced mongers in Madagascar right now speak french or some malagasy, they really do not have a solid grasp over just how many "college" girls are now fluent in English. As my main demographic are "hot" college girls. These girls usually are educated and most of the mada based cam girls that have shown up are also going to university. So it seams like the university going population does infact speak English. There is an "English" based monger that is opening up some AirBnBs in nosybe and he also communicates in English with the locals. "Ministre de l'ducation Nationale et de l'Enseignement Technique et Professionnel " has made English free and compulsory for 6-11 year olds from what in can tell this started in or around 2013. So by the early 2030's we should see a major shift in language in Madagascar imo. These are the Early days for English mongering in this country. They seem to be gearing up to welcoming the English speaking community with their push for English fluency. Estimated English uptake is about 9-10% so that's more than 3 million malagasy English speakers. The one thing you can be certain of the "international" world over is change.

Just show up, meet girls face to face, like you know you would have done with all the girlfriends you had in your home country in your youth. Also applies elsewhere in Africa.

https://mg.usembassy.gov/u-s-embassy-improves-the-learning-environment-in-university-of-antananarivo-english-classrooms/Afrointroduction, Web cam sites, AirBnB in Nosy Be, higher education in Mada: you have no clue abut this country!
There exists French influence since 1896. The target of smart college girls is certainly not the US but to work in France. Yes, some people in the tourism industry speak english. But more do speak italian. And many do speak Malgache only. Because they have no access to a school at all.
I give you a hint: put your dating profile with your hometown on the website Vidamora (full of Mada girls). I challenge you that you won't get "likes" due to your country and in addition you won't be able to contact most of the girls because of that country of residence: girls can select the country from where they like to find a date.
Get real. Go there, watch the line of Chinese warehouses, hotels, construction sides and factories once you drive into Tana from the airport. Or look at one of the biggest hotel in NosyBe: Chinese owned. Mauritius (Vanille, garments), China, the Netherlands and France are main investors in the country. US plays a very minor role.
Please don't make assumptions here without facts.

From my last trip I would say your assumptions about English are overblown. The vast majority can't.
Even afford school let alone university. I met a girl in Diego. Second year law student. Spoke great french. Maybe 5 words of English. So much for the college girls!
They do not speak Chinese either, so what? There are many ways to overcome the language barrier with ease as Pokeris demonstrated.
If any guy does not fit in, he will realize that soon enough with various obstacles confronted.
Again some of the generalized nasty assumptions of a few forum members about the anglo- americans peopel a wrong in the first place.
Think about it, by the way be reminded: you are guests only too and it puts your country of origin in a rather poor light again.

...Please don't make assumptions here without facts....An assumption is something you make without facts. "as·sump·tion: a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. " It is literally what that means. To make an assumption based on facts wouldn't be an assumption. I notice that the French tend to say that like to not make assumptions (without facts) I digress but that is the reason why I bother to research this at all is to go in with a better realistic understanding of what to expect when boots hit the ground.
Thank you actually for the tip I did sign up for Vidamora and have come across, you may have ment it as a deterrent but more than a few English speaking Malagasy women. Like I said since French speakers lead with French that is not really a test of how prevalent English is. I did see some restrictions on messaging some of the girls but it mostly was for only Madagascar. I just think that these girls don't know that it is possible to date an American guy so its not something they focus on as this becomes more of a reality their expectations will change. I honestly have had better luck on facebook / instagram / tiktok than Vidamora finding English speaking Malagasy women.
On the topic of camgirls Johntron from AsianSexDiary AND I have had great success having sex with Camgirls in other countries, propositioning camgirls is actually a pretty easy way to meet no nonsense girls that are just in it for money.
I never used a dating-platform at home for the very same reason, I am very social, easy talking to any girls. To use one in Afrika is very likely to bee fatal. Why ist that?
I did take a look at it. My assessment:
Most of the so called girls are old mutton, do you fancy that?
The attractive jung ones are pros likely to bee a dangerous lady snakes.
Fatal if your Handicap limits you to the platform in the first place where you get in touch to the girls you likely can not handle in konsequent.
Total NO GO to me! But I like to read the honest failure of the practice here in the Forum.
I like your explanation of assumption.
You do exactly the same assumption about the "French mongers" , without knowing the facts about them.
By exactly the same self experienced of similar circumstances you are telling, a experienced Mada monger knows quite the outcome based on the known " the facts " of what your doing on the ground in Mada.

You do exactly the same assumption about the "French mongers" , without knowing the facts about them.
This is true and I do make some assumptions as it were however they (the french mongers) assume that women will not be interested in Americans, I do not believe this to be true. Saying that a lack of Madagascar culture puts Americans at some kind of disadvantage when offering money for sex is kind of questionable. I could see this happening if no money was being exchanged but not in the case of paid sex. I am not looking to find a wife or a girlfriend. So I am not really interested in learning about Madagascar, understanding it or their culture for that matter this is really a nonstarter. All I am after is sex with women I find attractive and Malagasy women have sparked my interest.
The beauty of offering women money for sex is that it is an equalizer which is in the spirit of this forum. But I will explain why social media is a valid way to find women. I offer women bounties if they will introduce me to women they know who are in need of a "sponsor". So while the women who put themselves on these dating sites are "old mutton" like you put it their friends are "prime rib". I use these women as agents more than for just the women themselves. I will admit that this is a new country for me but this method has served me well. This method also ensures I am speaking to a women who understands English and the need to understand Madagascar culture also is nullified.
...... and the need to understand Madagascar culture also is nullified. That says all. The forum's rule do restrict me to comment.
Bonne chance. Tu vas te faire plumer.
If any guy does not fit in, he will realize that soon enough with various obstacles confronted.
Do you mind elaborating on this? Is it race-specific? What kind of obstacles can one face? Any input is greatly appreciated.
First of all the professional girls like the cash and it does not matter what currency, that's what you are manly going for.
Many of the ordinary have the dream to get a French or a Belgian guy and move to Europe where People speak French. Swiss manly French part, Germans, and Austrians also accepted. To send money home.
Then the acceptance drops dramatically.
The real Mada mongers only, are basically scared you change the Mada- to the Pattaya-system with your attitude of what they assume you have. So the try hard to piss you off.
Actually they try to piss off everybody, to have the place for them self unchanged as it was. The Madagascar I love by.
Do you mind elaborating on this? Is it race-specific? What kind of obstacles can one face? Any input is greatly appreciated.Things like: Crime, absence of law and order in many regions, food poisoning, sanitary conditions, confrontation with dramatic poverty, general miss-comfort, power cuts, absence of real health infrastructure, etc.
Do you mind elaborating on this? Is it race-specific? What kind of obstacles can one face? Any input is greatly appreciated.I think he means culture shock.
Try to date a conservative and religious arab girl as a Westerner, very hard, almost impossible.
I think it comes down on how open minded the society in the country is but the differences are there nevertheless.

Bonne chance. Tu vas te faire plumer. Is this a threat? I really don't want to believe these are threats but they sound like they are. Please elaborate.
Some very odd choices on this section of the international "sex" guide (the people who take the time to visit these boards are doing so as allies) this kind of prejudice or racism is this just with the handful of men here or is this really that hostile in Madagascar for "Americans"? Two English speaking mongers I know of JhonTron made a series of videos a few years back and "PASSIVE NOMADS" on youtube don't seem to run into nor mention this raging prejudice and / or racism people here seem to think Americans will run into. JhonTron has been in some pretty rough places but did not make mention any of this hostility in this reports.

The fact that we come here for knowledge and advice shows that we are at least trying to be considerate.
I appreciate your explanation because it is more what I thought I would expect from mada. I was never under the impression that I would land in mada as an expert, so whatever I learn here is invaluable. Thank you for taking the time to explain.

I met a girl one night down at the main bar area in Ambatoloaka in Nosy Be, bought her a drink then (using the google translate app) asked prices. I asked her how much she wanted for s/t and she said it was up to me so I offered 20k and she agreed. She made no attempt to try and up the price with a higher counter offer.
I told her I was looking for a threesome and she showed me a pic of her friend. I offered the same price for her friend and she agreed. She actually used the app on my phone to confirm that is was 20k each girl and I told her yes, 20k each.
I arranged a meet them near my hotel last Saturday afternoon. They turned up on time and we went back to my hotel.
After we had finished I went to pay them and as agreed, gave each girl 20k.
Then the fun started. They told me they wanted 200k each!!
I spent the next 5 or 10 minutes trying to get them to see reason, told the main girl we agreed 20k each and showed her the conversation exchange we had in the google translate app which keeps a history of translation requests. But it was like trying to reason with a plank of wood. They then came down to wanting 60k each!
At that point I told them the conversation was over, that they had been paid as agreed and that they had to leave but they refused. I told them I was going to get the hotel security and have them escorted out but they just shook their heads and sat down on the bed.
So I went down to see the hotel management and explained what had happened and asked if they could get security to remove them. I was told security only work nights but they said they would get two maintenance men to go up to the room and have a word with them.
I went back to the room and two minutes later the two maintenance men came in and had a few words with the girls. I don't know what the two guys said to the girls but barely a minute later the girls quietly got up and left the room. Then they were escorted out of the hotel, no back chat, no shouting, no loud voices, drama thankfully over!
You like to boast of your achievements (just look at your many picture reports from Cebu) Boast?? In what way am I boasting?! Yes I have posted many pic reports from Cebu but not to boast. Every day a lot of other posters post pics of girls, are they all boasting?
I like to read reports from other posters and also enjoy looking at the pics they post, and hope other posters also enjoy looking at my pics!
Impressive. A 5000 $ shag. He did a 6 weeks tour of Kenya Rwanda and Madagascar and got laid CIP once. Of course if you know nothing better than Tinder and with zero french. I flew from Mactan-Cebu to Dubai with Emirates, as I live in Cebu City it's very convenient for me. The outward flight from Mactan-Cebu makes a brief stop in Clark on the way out before heading off to Dubai but the inward flight is non-stop Dubai to Mactan-Cebu.
In Dubai there was a layover / change of plane then a direct flight to Nairobi. I used Nairobi as a hub and flew with Kenya Airways to Mombasa, to Rwanda and to Madagascar. Internal flights in Madagascar were with Madagascar Airlines.

I also also considering Nairobi, I'm glad this worked out for you I may also go this route. So you flew into Antananarivo and then a domestic flight to Nosybe? How exactly did you book the nosybe flight, I saw some information here that its is not easy to book an online domestic flight? I know that some people go in person to the airline office there in Antananarivo. But did you do this online? Lastly What currency did you use coming from cebu for the visa USD or EUROS? Sorry for the barrage of questions but your experience would be very similar to mine.

Sorry for the barrage of questions but your experience would be very similar to mine.I actually flew business with Emirates. It was USD3,065. There was a 9 hour layover in Dubai and the price included a free night stay in a 4 star hotel about a 15 minute drive from the airport, and a chauffeur driven car for transport (I'm not sure if the free hotel option is available in economy class). By the time I got out of the airport and into the hotel and had a shower, and allowing for time to get back to the airport the next morning I only got about 4 or 5 hours sleep. But it was still better than lounging about at the airport for 9 hours. There was a free buffet breakfast at the hotel in the morning but I skipped it and instead had the free breakfast at the airport in the Emirates lounge.
For the return flight going back to Cebu (Nairobi / Dubai / Cebu), there is only a 4 hour layover at Dubai so not enough time for a night at a hotel.
All the other flights were short flights so I went economy.
I booked and paid for all 4 internal Madagascar domestic flights online before I left Cebu, there was no trouble making the bookings. Try this link;.
https://madagascarairlines.com/en/index.html
There is an option to pay in either local currency or in Euro.
Yes I flew into Antananarivo from Nairobi via Kenya Airways, and then a domestic flight to Nosy Be with Madagascar Airlines. I had 4 domestic flights in Madagascar. Antananarivo (Tana) to Nosy Be return and Tana to Toamasina return.
I bought some USD and some Euros in Cebu before I left, but honestly can't remember what currency I used to get my visa when I arrived in Tana.
Good job sticking to your guns this is invaluable information any other insights you have on the nosybe scene is appreciated. How much are the drinks? What is the selection of ladies like at night in the bar area? Great report, keep them coming if you can thanks!Beers are about 7k or 8k (less than USD2). The main bar area in Ambatoloaka in Nosy Be is actually quite small but there is a very good selection of 'ladies of the night' floating around either sitting in the bars or hanging around in front of the bars waiting for an approach from a man. Sometimes they will approach you. There are also ladies wandering around the beach after dark offering various services. Saturday night at the bar area seems to be the busiest. The majority of men I saw there were White Europeans, mostly French, though one night I saw two African-American men heading down to the bar area. At no time did I (as an English speaker) face any hostility from the girls or from any restaurant or hotel staff, or from any of the locals.
As an English speaking visitor in a Francophone country, a few words in French 'bonjour, c'est vas?' or 'bonsoir, c'est vas?' and a smile is always a good way to start a conversation, before following it up with 'je ne parle pas Francais!' There are some English speaking staff in the hotels and restaurants, and some girls do speak a little bit of English, but having something like the google translate app on your phone is a must.
I got talking with an English-speaking French guy at my hotel in Nosy Be who had heard about the problem I had with the 2 girls. He said he had been living there for about 12 years and that 50k is really the bare minimum you should be offering the girls.
I stayed at a hotel in Ambatoloaka in Nosy Be, and I went to Hell-Ville one day for a wander round (about a 30 minute ride away). I couldn't find any action there though just after dark I encountered 4 or 5 freelancers in 'Rue Pierre ler' which is a small side road just a few minutes walk south of the main market area, but they were a bit on the rough side. I also went up to Andilana beach on a day trip, it's about a 45 minute ride north of Ambatoloaka beach. The beach there is beautiful, but the road there from Ambatoloaka is a terrible road full of potholes and bumps and unpaved sections of road. There does not appear to be any action at Andilana beach.

Yes I flew into Antananarivo from Nairobi via Kenya Airways, and then a domestic flight to Nosy Be with Madagascar Airlines. I had 4 domestic flights in Madagascar. Antananarivo (Tana) to Nosy Be return and Tana to Toamasina return.I'm glad that the hostility warnings were untrue about someone who didn't know the "REAL mada" on their first arrival. I'm glad this has worked out for you.
I wonder what the "African-American" men did about the language barrier.
Thank you for flight information from phils saves me a lot of research.

I know zero french and I'm learning malagasy language and culture because I'm a resident now! And I'm getting exponential results!

BS: Legal resident! To learn Malagasy is sort of waste of time. Which dialect? A mate of mine speaks east coast dialect. Now he lives on west coast. Nobody understands him there. The predominantly dialect is Merina in the haute plateau. But they don't like that dialect on coast. And the administrative language is french. Learn French first and basic Malagasy should suffice. I don't bother learn beyond that. Why? Outside Madagascar malagasy is of zero use. I learn Kiswahili. That makes sense.

Right, learning Malagasy is obviously the best choice when trying to get to know the "REAL Madagascar". To be totally honest I am not interested in anything French if it will somehow get me closer to some Malagasy women I may entertain learning some French, but one does not typically learn a countries 2nd language to get a better understanding of it. If I go to Madagascar and it clicks with me I of course will spend sometime investing in the culture but for a 2-4 week visit seems like a fools errand. Glad to hear you are having success.

They turned up on time and we went back to my hotel.
...
That seems to be the hotel I was looking for: You can take two girls at the same time to you room. And if there are problems they help you!
What was the name of your hotel?
I am in Nosy Be-Ambatoloaka currently and the place is full of girls and not so many punters. The one I picked on my first night has latched on by giving me her anal virginity on the 2nd day and sleeping with me and another girl on the 3rd day. Money was never talked, so I am not sure if they are full pros or not but I give them pocket change in the morning and they seem happy and don't want to leave and we go to the beach together and have lazy impromptu sex all the time, which is about the only thing to do here. The drag has been the intermitent power cuts and I a digestive track disturbance I caught not sure if from water, food, or licking them.
I.
I go to the beach with the girls, but it gets boring here fast.
Is there another forum member currently around here who would like to have a beer with me? I usually go down to Taxi Be around 10.
I went out for meal on my last night in Nosy Be, and chose a restaurant that I had yet to visit. I got talking (via the google translate app) with one of the waitresses and I arranged to meet her after the restaurant closed at 10pm. She is 25 with a 16-month-old baby boy. We met up and went out for a late meal, then I asked her to come and stay with me that night, she agreed and we went back to my hotel. I asked her what time she had to leave, she said 8am which was fine by me. Just before we went to sleep she asked me if I could help her to buy something for her son, I said yes and we would discuss it in the morning.
She left the next morning just before 8am, and before she left I offered her 50k to 'help buy some clothes' for her son. She smiled, and sweetly asked if I could help a bit more. I offered another 20k and her face lit up, and she whispered "merci beaucoup" as I handed her the money. Did I overpay? I don't think so.
It was a very memorable last night in Nosy Be.
I was in Madagascar for about 3 weeks. It was my first visit and obviously not enough time to find the 'real' Madagascar, but I really had a great time (despite being an English guy who does NOT speak French!) and met some really nice girls.
After I left Nosy Be I went to Toa and Tana for a few days and had a nice session with a girl in Toa, I'll post some more pics in a few days.
That seems to be the hotel I was looking for: You can take two girls at the same time to you room. And if there are problems they help you!
What was the name of your hotel? It was the Maison Ylang hotel in Ambatoloaka.
But I suggest you confirm their visitor policy BEFORE you make a booking. After the little 'drama' I had with the 2 girls, they told me they will be reviewing their visitor policy.
I'm glad that the hostility warnings were untrue about someone who didn't know the "REAL mada" on their first arrival. I'm glad this has worked out for you.

I don't know about the African-Americans, I doubt they spoke French, my guess is that they also used a translate app.

.I have never been to Mada but you more than likely got your tummy trouble from the water. I always got dodgy tummy when travelling years back (ruins everything) but I cured this by boosting my immune system prior to departure. Carry immune system boosting supplements. The food is cooked in untreated water, stick to bottled water and don't use ice blocks in your drinks.
All the best.

.That's what is all about for a monger.
Ever since my first visit I read and watched a lot about Madagascar and I am more and more convinced that I am not interested to experience what some in the community call, refer to " the real Madagascar " .
I get the feeling newcomers like me are having a hard time getting some answers they need.
I've been a guest for since 2018 on this forum and a registered member for 2 years.
Finally I made the choice to pay for a membership to communicate with fellow members, but to be honest it hasn't paid off.
All of my posts and questions in this thread have been ignored without response, also private messages I wrote to other forum members.
I will travel to Madagascar very soon and I could write my first reports that I can share here.
But the more time passes I'm getting more and more disappointed by the community because I feel the negative attitude towards new forum members who are just starting out with mongering and can't compete against the real OG's (senior members) of this forum.
Also, if you read the last 5 pages alone you get the sense of bitterness, too many hate comments instead of constructive discussions.
I know it's all about status for you, but please be open to others and offer help. Otherwise, what's the point of this site. If insiders keep all the valuable information and secrets themselves, what do I need a forum for.
I want to contribute to this forum and write reports to help others out after my upcoming trip, but again, who should I contribute to, if everyone is acting like they are too important to reply.
Please don't destroy internationalsexguide. NL and bring back the times 2018-2019 where people would actually help out another.
Thank you.

Thank you.But people do help each other. But we don't like people who don't RTFF first and then asking the same question the umpteenth time. Madagascar is for advanced Africa operators. This is no place for Pattaya and Filipino warriors. Equally there's people ignorant and insistent and they know better. So they will not receive an answer from the few Madagascar vets. Madagascar is no place for starting mongers. I wrote the umpteenth time. Fly to Kenya first if you have never mongered in subsaharan Africa before. Read my 1300 posts. Use the search function. Again the umpteenth time. Learn basic french. The most important. Forget your western education. Subsaharan Africa is different. And again Madagascar is different again. As for me I landed the first time in Nairobi 2012. I'm not a tourist by definition. I m a traveller. For a tourist with deep pockets who shags a 27 year old waitress in Nosy Be I agree. You don't need anything except Google translate if you limit your stay to 2 weeks. After that boredom as a non french speaker will set in unless you encounter the odd English speaker. Nobody will talk to you. As simple as that.
So if you have a couple of 1000 dollars on airfare to burn to shag an old waitress in Nosy Be by all means. Go ahead.

Leblon. You're a nice guy. An expert on Mtwapa. But.
Interesting post. Thank you!
This seems like what I experienced in the Philippines. The standard of beauty is a mixed race person, so you can meet some girls who really want have a child with you. You can also find lesbian couples looking for a sperm donor, who prefer a foreigner. Are Malagasy girls as crazy about kids as Filipinas? Are single mums common?

Your effort and feedback?Fact is, I have been read-only most of the time because I didn't have the opportunity to go on trips because of financial reasons.
Last trip to Kenya has been terrible for me so I could only write a negative report. I brought some girls in but I didn't have sexual intercourse so I wrote it off as a "failed trip" because of some mistakes I made.
And I never traveled to Madagascar previously so I have nothing to report.
That's why I am hopeful to get answers before my trip to make a good report afterwards and contribute myself.
Does that makes sense to you?

Blaming others is a form of emotional avoidance.
Most of his questions can either be answered by common sense (even Google is common sense) or already answered earlier in this thread.
The present problem however of this Mada thread is that within last year so many inexperienced newcomers to this former French colony appear out of nowhere but having a big mouth of knowing everything and doing all better than the "old hands."
It results the "old hands" getting tired to input their advise. Let it be.
Sometimes I get the feeling that some disappointed guys quoted by their expectations in the forum are so slug-brained, are that lame they need the help to get on top of a girl in Mada at last too. LOL.

I'm planning a trip to Madagascar. I'm new here thus I have experience mongering in other countries. Only Senegal from Africa to taste black pussy.
My question is that I have been making a distance searching entering in some "dating" sites packed of Madagascar chicks looking for "love". I did not loose my time and directly offered money for pussy. 90 x 100 answered of course. When and where. Rest politely answered that were looking and stable relationship. The other hit is that most of them accepted do barebacking sex without problem. I'm in my 50's. Have large mongering experience but on my lasts years I prefer bareback fun. I assume my responsibility.
Is there anybody who can confirm me that? Or only is the classical strategy to say yes to everybody and when you are naked and hot begin to say excuses?
Just as curiosity. One of the teenagers who I spoke offered me her viriginity to sell. I only enjoyed a virgin pussy when I was also a teenager. So it will be a great pleasure to remember old times if this girl did not try to lie to me.

I started writing this message several days ago after a particular exchange, but got side tracked, and now the recent discussion this past few days instigated by Dear DerTyperb made me come back to it. I don't contribute much anymore, but every once and a while I just marvel over much of the swill that is exchanged on this forum. So many experts that are quick to criticize others and tell the absolute truth about Madagascar and their people, as if they have god-given understanding and are prophets of the land.
I wonder if our pirate friend La Buse should instead go by Levasseur's other nickname "La Bouche". (ok, wait for it, wait for it, I know its coming, I'll just wait for it).
Anyway, yes some French is helpful. Malagasy even better. Kudos to you BrasilSoccer for learning Malagasy!! And cool that you have taken up residence! More French expats that live there for years or decades should do the same, it is only respectful. And yes, there are dialects throughout the island, but not so distinct that people cannot understand each other. I have close friends from Toliara, Nosy Be and Tana, and they all experience the same thing out of their dialect, laughs and inquisitive looks over words that are different, but of course all Malagasy understand each other. I personally started in Mada some 20 years ago, without a drop of French, and it still sucks because I don't spend enough time in franocphone countries to learn it properly. And I have picked up really only a few words in Malagasy in three different dialects. And in the end, it really doesn't matter. I learned the ropes and get along fine, and have had my share of excellent, good, fair and poor experiences with the girls of Mada.
And for me (yes I am an American) the bottom line is that Madagascar was a former french colony (thank you for emphasizing that Tinte). That is by far the most important determinant of how Malagasy view Vazaha. The animosity towards the french is still very strong and alive and pervasive. In general, the Malagasy hate the french. Hate. The. French. I truly believe if you are not french you have an advantage, and it really doesn't matter if you speak french or not. The only group that is more hated is the Zanatany. The descendants of the original french colonial families. And if anyone on the forum who consider themselves a "resident" are going to pontificate that this is bullshit, I question whether you have ever had a real genuine Gash friend. I mean a real friend, a Malagasy that will tell you what they are really thinking, or how they really feel.
Anyway, sorry to pontificate. Ha! Read the forum, go experience, enjoy your time with the beautiful young women of this extraordinary place. I can't wait for my next trip.

"A life sentence for both" sounds very harsh. Do you mean it is much worse for single mothers in Mada than in, say, Europe or China? I'm interested in learning more.
I'm on some Telegram channel where there was a discussion of a guy who sends 50 euro to support his child in Mada. They said it was entirely voluntary and I believe that.

Each his own. This may be true in some areas for some of the tribes, but I have never heard this before. What I have heard from equally credible sources is that Malagasy girls, particularly non-urban and uneducated, actually seek to get pregnant at a young age out of wedlock to prove their fertility. Once they have a baby (which is then raised by the child's grandmother), they are more attractive to Malagasy men that want to marry and have a family. This may be more the case for having a first baby with Malagasy men then Vazaha, but I have had a girl I met and spent one night with in Ifaty plead with me to cum insider her and give her a baby. There was literally no chance for support, she wasnt my girlfriend and had no way to contact me in the future, so it really seemed she just wanted a baby. Other times it seems like a girl wants your baby because they think you will then support them and the baby.
One thing that I have also noticed, and agrees with Tinte's message here, is that once a girl is marked as a makoreli (literally, working girl in Malagasy), and frequents the bars and regularly fucks Vazaha for money, she is no long attractive to many or most Malagasy men, and becomes an outcast. They appear to get trapped in that life and have little recourse when they get older and unattractive to Vazaha. But even that is not universal, because I have had girls in Nosy Be that are a full on PSE makoreli, fucking vazaha in their 50's and 60's and making a lot of money, and still have their younger ripped Malagasy boyfriend that doesn't seem to mind (probably benefits from it). So it seems like there are a lot of variations depending on the region and subculture.

I had commented on souvenirs back in December during another long discussion, and admin decided to move it to another forum. The post is here:
http://www.internationalsexguide.nl/forum/showthread.php?1084-Safe-Sex&p=2768361&viewfull=1#post2768361.
Hoping that Admin will not move this again, here is the main text of it:
I have thought about posting about this several times, as there is a very casual approach to protection from many posting on this forum. It is true that HIV is relatively low in Madagascar, compared to many African mainland countries (although it is also true that there are not a lot of rigorous studies on it, but I think it is safe to assume it remains at a low level in the population, and I have read that it is similar to the infection rate in a US big city, like New York). However other STDs, both bacterial and viral are very common. Herpes, HPV (genital warts or champignon), gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Chancroid, these are just the list that I have either directly or indirectly come across in 20 years. I have had gonorrhea 3 times. The total list is a lot longer and includes syphilis and, yes, HIV, but I haven't come across anyone who contracted them. One study I read about estimated that 30% of girls in the nightclubs in Diego carried a STD that required treatment. That is 1 in 3. So if you spend a couple weeks and screw 10 girls bareback you are almost assured to contract something. I love bareback as much as anyone, and never ever, ever, put a condom on for a blowjob. But I really limit how may pussies I stick it in bareback. I basically make a guess on how active the girl is. If she is clearly a makorely (pute) from a bar, I always use a condom. If she is a sweetie I picked up on the beach, or some student looking for extra money or a copain, then I consider going without a condom. I had one of each last trip. The girl I met from Facebook, clearly advertising, that could deepthroat me repeatedly, gagging on it, and was willing to let me put it in her ass. Nope, not going near that pussy without a condom. The shy sweetie I met at Tatie Chris dancing with a group of her friends, that was clearly inexperienced, fumbled a bit with my cock as she sucked it. Oh my lord how wonderful that pussy felt without a condom. And of course, that is not foolproof and I have contracted my share of STDs that I have had to have treated. It comes with the territory, and if you are doing this, and not prepared to deal with an STD, then you are being a bit foolish, IMO. And using herbal ointments and bullshit hocus-pocus remedies is NOT dealing with it. You got to accept the risks if you want to have this kind of life, but you don't have to be stupid about it either. Also keep in mind that guys that fuck one girl after another bareback are putting the girls and other mongers at risk. I also make a habit of paying for STD tests and treatment for girls that I have long term connections with.

VL.La bouche begs to disagree. If you want to deal with Malagasy authorities the working language and official language of most forms is you guessed it french. And if you are like me holder of a malagasy resident permit you know. So french does come in handy. Even if the Malagasy of course every now and then want to get rid of french as working language it's not going to work. After all the french embassy in Tana issues 20.000 Visa to Malgache every year. And as a frequent visitor to the Ministry of Interior I saw the long lines of Malagasy to apply for biometric passports. Of course there's Malagasy learning English as well as German. A minority.
To wait for what as you wrote? I contributed enough to this particular forum. And I'm tired to reiterate. I leave that to the newbies. The one eyed talking to the blind. I arrived in Madagascar I'm 2015 the first time with a few questions I asked back then. I remember very well the answers I received. LOL. I read the WHOLE FORUM. Your posts were one of the few people I liked to read because they're of substance. As for me. The mouth or La Buse is semi retiring from this and other subfora. As all is written for those who are able to read. Well. The lazy bums will find the Ethiopian flight to NosyBe. For I accept only people with credentials. If you have not suffered at least 12 hours in a Taxi or Camion Brousse and deliver a credible report you are a tourist. And tourists are fleeting passers by. I m a connoisseur.
Alas.
Here comes the end to my sermon.
La Buse / La Bouche.
Owner of a five year visa long sejour.
A genuine one.
Before I left Madagascar I went to Toa for a few days, it's only a short fight from the capital Tana. I arrived late in the evening and it was raining heavily so when I got to my hotel I decided to stay in for the night.
The next day I went out for a walk in the afternoon to find an ATM and get a bite to eat. I found an ATM then ended up in a restaurant and had some lunch. As I left, I was approached by a bicycle rickshaw driver keen to offer a ride, and after telling him 'Je ne parle pas Francais' he switched to English. It was basic English but better than my French! He asked me if I was looking for a massage, I asked him where and how much, he told me 'not far' and said he wasn't sure about the prices. So, off we went. A short time later we arrived at a house that had a hand-written sign on the front gate, reading WENDYS MASSAGE. We went in to the front yard to be greeted by a female who beckoned us inside the house. She brought out 4 girls, all plain looking and all on the wrong side of 30. I told her I was looking for someone aged about 18 or 19 but she shook her head, and we left.
Outside, I asked the driver if he knew of another place with some younger girls. He made a few phone calls and then said "let's go, not far".
20 minutes later we arrived in the middle of some side street where there were two girls waiting. They were the 'girl-next-door' type and one of them was doable, but thought I could get better. So I turned them down. The driver made a few more calls, but by this time it was already getting dark and it was starting to rain. 10 minutes later the driver said he had two more girls, but said they couldn't meet me until the next morning at 9am, so I arranged with the driver to meet me at my hotel the next morning. He said he would come by tuk-tuk, and asked me for 10k as an advance. Yeah, right! I told him I would settle with him AFTER I met the girl, and he agreed. I got him to drop me off at a restaurant and we parted company.
That next morning I met the driver outside my hotel, there was no tuk-tuk, he had come in his rickshaw. I queried him on this but couldn't make out what he was saying. But a rickshaw is still better than walking, so off we went. "Not far, not far" he said. About 40 minutes later we arrived at a small budget hotel, and went in. A girl appeared. I asked him where the other girl was and got some BS about her being sick. The girl that was there was not bad looking, and I asked the driver how much but he replied "up to you" so I took the girl into one of the rooms. We finished with CIP, but she was not keen on any CIP pics.
After I was finished with the girl I gave her 40k, she thanked me and I left the room. I found the driver, and asked him how much. "Up to you" was the response so I gave him 40k. He asked for a bit more so I gave him an extra 10k, he then asked for an extra 15k for the room, which I gave him. I told him I would make my own way back, and asked one of the staff in the hotel to get me a tuk-tuk. The ride back was a lot more comfortable than the ride out!
Nice to read that someone is living with the feet down to earth approach too and not constant in a one eye fantasy movie or in a novel of the last century.
Keeps the good spirit in the community alive.

If you want to know about Malagasy culture read Arkady Fiedler. The Madagascar I love.Just thought I'd highlight this, because on your recommendation I'm now reading this book.
I would like to know, how much of this still pertains to the Madagascar of the 21st century? The book was written in the 1930's.
Surely nature is the same, and so I would suspect is the relationship the Malagasy peoples have to it. But what else?
Do the ethnic divisions within the Malagasy remain un-blurred after 100 years?
Are the superstitions still as strong as they ever were, even among those who would live in the cities?
I would assume that, at least, the more anachronistic village-dwellers are a bit less effusive in the welcome they give to a (non-French) white person who comes to visit them? No wife-offering, etc?

The available girls in the village will make it known if you can take them. Nobody sleeps alone in Madagascar unless it's his free choice. Everybody takes a vady. Another excellent book about the malgache is even older. Most has not changed.

Just wondering if anyone has recently tried the Cotisse trip to Tulear. I have done the road once so know what to expect. But they do not give even a ballpark number for the length of the trip in hours. Anybody got an idea?
Just wondering if anyone has recently tried the Cotisse trip to Tulear. I have done the road once so know what to expect. But they do not give even a ballpark number for the length of the trip in hours. Anybody got an idea?Nonstop it's 23 hours. Cotisse is operating now. They have an own new gare routiere in Tulear. It's a 100.000 MGA. I did it in 2 days back in June. 12 to 13 hours each. With 2 days stopover in Fianarantsoa. The road in the high plateau is full of potholes and curves. But one of the most scenic drives in Madagascar. And Fianarantsoa is worth a stop over any time. But very exhausting.
La Buse.
Cotisse is supposed to be the biggest and best bus company in Mada but I have used them 2 times recently between Tana and Tamatave each time time driver speeding too much and overtaking almost everythink on its way. And the road between Tana and Tamatave you know how narrow the road is! Then I used another company which is not well known and it was much better. Drive was normal.

The company name is Soatrans.I landed Thursday afternoon, was surprised with the updated invato airport. Very smooth transition through visa and customs. After retrieving my bag, I went outside and negotiated a taxi. I was last here in March 2020 and my French abilities were good, albeit basic. Since then I can speak and understand quite well and it's an advantage for sure. After arriving at the hotel I slept until 1:30 am. I took a taxi to Manson, walked up and it looked like Glacier in the early evening haha, no real talent and nobody was dancing. I went outside and hailed a take that was driving by, to chagrin of the shark drivers waiting to pounce.
Taxi be was jumpin', people dancing full of les filles laides et belles😀. I walked around the entire club except VIP upstairs, maybe a 70 to 4 ratio. So easy to get laid here and there were some attractive propositions. When I saw her initially she was with someone, so I just smiled and kept walking. Later I was standing by the stairs to the VIP and came over and obliged herself of me. We danced and talked for about 45 min. Then off to the chambre. All in all not much has changed as others have stated.
My pleasure.
Nice so how much did you give her? Was it short time or long time?

I woke up at around 130 am to repeat the search, then the electricity started fluctuating. I held out for 10 min in hope all would be well. No such fortune as the power was completely out and I couldn't see well. So I decided to go back to sleep LOL, the power came back at 4:30 am, too late for me.
I'm staying at the infamous and well documented Sole. Good location between Manson just up the hill and Taxi be, probably 5 minutes ride to either locale. There is a supermaki about 3 min walk where daily supplies of water (1 L) 1500 AR compared to 6000 AR at Sole can be had. Also toiletries, fresh French loafs, fromage great variety of package noodles and snacks of all manner. I've been a vegetarian for most of my life so eating when I'm traveling can be difficult with no cooking facility. I ate at Shalimar Restaurant Indienne, as I did last time in Tana. In Amba I have a place with a kitchen so all will be well. I'm heading to find a massage at the moment.

You assume correctly. Thus, the question. That's why if you read my posts it's not a good idea to start with an very advanced african country. Kenya is more developed and people speak English. In every hotel and guest house in subsaharan Africa and Madagascar you have a cleaning lady which also does your Landry for a few dollars. And believe it or not. There is laundries in Tana. Be careful though where they dry your laundry. There is the common putzi fly or skin maggot fly which has the habit of laying her eggs onto wet laundry. Then the eggs attach themselves to your skin and there's maggots growing under your skin. Very common in subsaharan Africa.

On my first trip I too spent an afternoon trying to find laundry service. Expecting laundry saloons which charges by the kilo.
I found three options. Hotel laundry which is expensive, net a sec which is even more expensive and a worker who handwashes it.
100 ariary for underwear and t shirts 200 for pants or jackets and 300 for two place bedsheet. You will pay for the soap bar as well 1000-1400 in epicerie. The clothes will degrade faster when they handwash it cause they are getting stretched out a lot. Good luck.

The best way to avoid this is to iron everything, hot iron kill all eggs. But everything means really all clothes that can be in contact with skin.
I saw a friend with eggs going in his skin, very bad, temperature, pain, big buttons all over his back. Yes be very careful with laundry.

Out at 1:00 am. What happened to Manson? Dead again and no one is having fun, so it seemed to me, the vibe is suffering the last breath syndrome. Taxi be is the exact opposite, people smiling, dancing and you could see most were genuinely enjoying themselves. Lots of opportunities to be had with just a smile. Did the obligatory walk through a couple of times. Three femmes invited me over to were they dancing and laughing amongst themselves in front of the stage. The fille that I was attracted to grabbed my hand and began to move her ass on my pelvis (the gyrating ass to pelvis move). We exchanged names and pleasantries and danced for a bit, then she was asking for a drink (bad sign) so I asked her to wait and I'll be back. On the third round I saw another attractive opportunity who displayed a great smile and welcoming eyes. I spent about 15 minutes interviewing her to make sure she knew "pipe". I was heading to Amba Sunday afternoon so I didn't want to pass too much time, I invited her to join me at chez moi. Again great attitude and we both enjoyed each other. Got to love mada!

I'm staying at a great place where I can cook and has a beautiful garden with lots of mosquitoes at dusk. I went out Monday evening to check the crowd in front of taxi be and afro bar. I hung out for a bit at Afro bar but I was too tired so I decided to leave for the hotel, then of course a beautiful tall dark femme came up to while I was walking and wanted to share herself with me. I told her I can't because so tired, promised to meet the next night because she was so fine. Went home and slept with the mosquitoes instead.

Madagascar is a beautiful country with beautiful scenery (except Tana), all it takes is a genuine smile and you will not be able to keep up with all the available options at your beckon and call. And if you speak French your world of opportunity stretches across the whole country. Modern infrastructure is absent and transportation is rudimentary, but that is the fascination and mystery of this captivating red land. I know now why the French here covet their lifestyle, as it's easy to be spoiled by modern human demands.

I was a bit shocked when I saw this report on Medrxiv website. According to them the real hiv prevalence rate is not 0.3% but it is 3% percent and this is a new report from 2023.
This is from the report: To our knowledge, this study marks the largest primary test data-based HIV study to date among Madagascar's general population, showing a greatly higher HIV prevalence (3.0%) than previously reported modeling based figures (0.3%.
The wide spread promiscuity and on the hot spots enhanced by tourists and les putes - 0. 3% obvious is a wishful thought.
The way they made this study and were they took the samples is the other question.

I wonder why they concentrated on the north? Nosy Be and Diego? They also mention mining and to my knowledge most of the mining is on the way to Tamatave and near Fort dauphin (and north of Tulear? All far from the north. I won't discount the numbers but I always am a little suspect after the huge scares in some places with supposedly massive numbers. Cambodia 25 years back was supposed to be something like 30%. Treatment was pretty useless compared to now but the following few years did not see 30 $ of the population die off.

I want to book a trip with Cotisse before I arrive but it seems that the only online options to pay are Mvola and Orange money. If you get to the payment page they actually have a credit card service charge tacked on to the price, but no CC option appears on the page. Anyone?
To me its all simpel math and it can hit you in the remotest village by a careless shag and you join the community.
After all its a free personal decision and how to respond to the common facts too.
Pre-election violence. Bodies lying about beat to a pulp. The army's in the street. Limited to Tana so far. Either wait till after the election, or go directly from Ivato to elsewhere, except seats on flights even more limited than usual.
It makes difference I think because I have always thought Madagascar differently about this issue compare to Africa. But if this statistics are true then it is not.

I always paid cash. Of course you can pay with mvola. Reservation is not an issue as I'm time millionaire. As far as I know a lot of malagasy reserve by phone. If I go a few days earlier or later doesn't matter to me. Now with the town office in Tripolitsa it's very convenient to book there. But there's a good alternative now not on all routes. It's Soatrans. They have new VW Crafter Busses. If you go to Fianarantsoa or Tamatave they're a good alternative. I wanted to try them out from Fianar to Tana. But. They were fully booked. Always happens with elections in Africa and this country is no exception. Taking to the roads on public transit would be stupid. Going to Tana out of the question. Even with teargas mask, there's still curfew. Toliara girls have gotten the hell out and gone home. Cotisse would be full if they're still running. If you're too cheap to fly, hire an SUV at the airport and maybe he'll take you to Majunga.
I do hope the new one does it in the first round and things calm down after.
Since the security is always to bee considered, I guess criminals will always take advantage of a instabel situation like riots etc.
Why does it matter to you? It is their election not yours? They would not bother foreigners.

Relax. There was nothing so far. The opposition candidates planned a demonstration at rue independence. But that already has been thwarted by police. I'm not scaremongering. Mostly likely the DJ will be reelected. There's nobody on the horizon to stand up against him. Certainly not Marc. If you stay away from the Fokontany and the presidents palace you should be good to go. Election is scheduled for the 9 the November. I've nothing heard of people getting killed. Maybe in the Slums. All candidates got one million euros each to keep the peace for election expenses and the requisite chopper rental from south Africa.

So Golfinho figures I am heading into a war zone and will be killed if I take to the road. Neddy figures all will be fine and there is not much to worry about. I have no idea how things will turn out but I guess I am going to find out. Unless Golfinho is on the ground right now how would he know all the girls from Toliara are leaving. Are you? If that is indeed the case it may make it worthwhile to head there, which after last years dustbowl experience I wasn't going to bother with this time around. And yes I could fly almost immediately but that was not my plan and I am not likely to change it unless I hear dire reports of fighting etc. Before I arrive.
Is there anyone on the ground right now who has a feel for the current vibe and potential risk or lack thereof?

Here's a weird one for you. Just for the hell of it I checked flights for the next few weeks from Tana to Tulear. Pretty expensive but available every day I could see. On the other hand the entire month of October flights are full in the other direction. Seem highly unlikely. If the government is behind it why would they care if a few backwater bums from tulear wanted to fly into Tana. Especially since hardly anybody there has the money to fly. Strange.
Why does it matter to you? It is their election not yours? They would not bother foreigners. Are you really that clueless? Closed bars and curfews are what matter.

Shops closed. Curfew and strike and everything closed in Toliara. No problem so long as you stocked up on water and liquids. Between now and election aftermath, they'll be good days, they'll be bad days, and some inconvenience. Go and then you can regale this board with tales of your heroics.

Is there anyone on the ground right now who has a feel for the current vibe and potential risk or lack thereof?Don't worry yourself precious. Toliara is the same old, dusty flyblown town as devoid as always. Plane down was full of geriatric French tourists, but they'll be staying at French / Italian owned hostelry for sleeping and eating and drinking and won't be affected by the strike. Girls go away to Tana and Nosy where their parents and family won't see them cavorting with geriatric vazaha. Of course, it's an open secret where the remittances are coming from, but it's sight unseen and fady to talk about it. Back home in Toliara and hunting you? Some desperate as always, but no bonanza to get yourself excited about.
When your plan is a cheaply-as-possible sex holiday, you don't need to change nothing. Just keep stocked up on water. And shell out for data plan on your SIM card and you're good to go.

I've been in election periods twice in Madagascar. Twice in Kenya. Once in Tanzania. And in Gambia when Jammeh was deposed. Yes. I agree stock up on water and food. Don't leave your hotel room unless absolutely necessary. Of course all joints shops etc. Will be closed. Avoid the central area around Rue independence and the presidents palace you'll be ok. No need to fear monger and exaggerate. Elections are what they are. Stay away from demonstrations. Will I be in Madagascar. No. But know people who live there. So I know exactly what's going on.

I've been seen here in dar / Amba with two different ladies who love to come over and spend nights (separately) with me. One, my favorite, is so dark it's hard to see her face at night but very attractive and the other very attractive with light feathers. Only because they make me laugh, make incredible sex and love to go out dancing I've not been active in the singles search here lately. This morning I cooked banana whiskey flambé crepes with pomme de terre américaine after a morning session with la femme noir, it doesn't hurt if you know how to cook. The only ingredient absent for me is a jazz venue where I can play and listen, but hey so much for perfection hahahaha, I'm forced to settle for other modes of self expression. See'est la vie!

Strange.Forgot to address this earlier. No flights from Tulear to Tana until (at present) 7 November. Reason is simple: the road has lapsed into such deplorable condition that no one is willing to go overland, except for the Malagasy, of course, and the dregs of the vazaha, that is the pirates.

What does the condition of the roads have to do with full (cancelled?) flights. You are implying that the government, I guess, is OK with people leaving Tana for Tulear but doesn't want them coming back?

Deplorable it was. Not the leg from Tulear to Fianar. Only the last 80 km or so when it climbs up to the high plateau before Fianar. 2 days later I took the early morning Cotisse from Fianar to Tana. There were a number of road works going on. Rehabilitation of sections of road blocked by landslides. When they get EU I. E. French funding that is. It was a long and exhausting drive with 1000's of curves ranging from potholes to brand new tarmacked sections. But I love it. RN 7 is of the most scenic routes on earth. Can it be blocked. Of course if there's land slides. Any time.
LE dreg of the world.

Pirate extraordinary.
I was actually flying down last March. When I wanted to fly back there was not a single seat available. Not even for 220€. So I had to go back with the Malagasy lowlifes. I always met some nice girls. Of course driving is not for everyone. Only a pirate and a legionnaire choose that route.

Ask the people working at Tsaradia and you'll hear the same thing. Enjoy the ride. We all know what the view is like. Sit on the right side going down to best see the emerald miners.

There's things to see in stretches, but hardly amongst the most scenic routes on earth. Weather-related slides can block road at any time: now is October, June was who knows how many cyclones ago.
At any rate, the President was in Tulear last Spring celebrating completion of Tulear Airport project, which if you never been through airports here you mightn't know anything about it firsthand. He announced flights would soon be coming -- and from / to international destinations. Nothing yet, although the once weekly flight to RUN via Fort Dauphin is operating.

When I was flying down I noticed one of the prop blades was patched up. They supposed to lease 2 regional aircraft Embraer. They don't have enough capacity right now. I remember there was a be 737 operating. There's enough rich people who fly. Tourists. Rich Karane and do gooders NGOs. Malagasy people have money too. The Highlands people who live their pockets. And lastly. Government flies for free. Also the diaspora. The biggest problem is graft. We all know that.

Tulear? I spent 3 months down there. Right a week after the last cyclone passed. Tulear? They're always talking of direct flights to South Africa. It's all bullshit. The Malagasy powers (Merina) to be only pay lip service. They don't want development. They don't want competition. They want to protect their permanently bankrupt national carrier.
Which Tulear Airport project? The airport hasn't changed since I landed there back in 2015 and now 2022. LOL.

Just how do you expect me to make sense of things from thousands of miles away? You are the one apparently in Tulear right now but I am expected to understand the situation from another continent. And yes I will be contacting Tsaradia from abroad to get their take on it too! What is wrong with you? You seem to take a perverse delight in showing how well you know the ins and out of the country while denigrating anyone who doesn't have your financial wherewithal. At least the pirate supplies information and does not attempt to lord it over others less fortunate. Yes he has an acerbic bite. You prefer to get in a subtle jab with every post. Every post.
