Once you have that info then you can start the bargaining with a girl. Don't bargain too hard. If the going rate is R500 then start at R400 and let her take it to R500. If the going rate is R150 then only start at R100. If you bargain too hard then she will give you bad service. Tipping is not customary for sex workers, it is not expected here.
At the top end venues the girls will be asking R10 000 for an hour, in the bottom end venues or on the street it starts from only R50 for a quickie. The bad news: Hotels are not cheap out in the country I averaged roughly R900 per night. However the food is generaly excellent.
Navigation is simple, maps used.
It is not advisable to drive at night as roads are poorly lit if at all, potholes are frequent, the roads are in decline and in poor weather you will find yourself getting out of lane unnoticed.

I thought I would give you all some tips about Jo-burg. I have been many times and can give some advice. I asked a question regarding Kazakhstan on that city's form, so I thought if I ask in one place, why not give some advice about another.
The last time I was in Johannesburg was in December 2015, I stayed at the Michelangelo at Nelson Mandela sq.
The hotel was great, no problem bringing girls to the room at all hours, also, they have security at the entrances and exits who seemed to be keeping an eye on me for my own safety.

However to declare the whole place dangerous is misleading and a bit extreme considering that there are established venues to be found. Now that my 2 years stay in Jo'burg is coming to an end, I must say that I have enjoyed the mongering scene here. Hey Guys, been reading the forum and while I think I have a good idea of how to proceed I have still have some questions, especially concerning "niche" interests (will elaborate further).
A bit about my itinerary for Jo'Burg.

If I could sum up the hobby in Jozi it'd be this: Western procedures for African prices.
Jo'Burg / Jozi Layout -.
So Jo'Burg is an odd city in that the "actual" city was abandoned during the end of apartheid and a lot of businesses moved to the Northern suburbs of Jozi. So what you end up having is a sprawling city that requires a car to move around properly. There's a train line that goes to the main hubs in Jozi but even then you will need an Uber to connect to other places. I highly suggest renting a car (they drive on the left side of the road so do understand that). Uber is pretty cheap here compared to Western Prices but depending on where you stay, some of the ladies could be 20-30 minutes away by Uber. Eventually it can add up.
The Spots -.
My main mode of operation was ESA. It has postings of various providers in the main cities (Jozi, PTA, CT and Durban). For 10 bucks you can upgrade your membership to gold which gives you HQ pics of the providers and access to reviews. Quite worth it. One thing I did find hard to get was a going rate per provider in the reviews. What I did instead was call a provider I wasn't interested in seeing and asking for her hourly price. Once given, I'd use this as an anchor for negotiations with other ladies.
As per the women, south African ladies are known primarily for their big behinds (the blacks that is). If you're an ass man then this should be ground zero. I've heard Durban is even better than Jozi for big booty women but honestly you'll be just fine in Jozi, especially as the industry is better here.
I usually only do the street scene in cities where the street scene is adjacent to clubbing / prominent nightlife establishments (the two run hand in hand). At Nelson Mandela Square there were some WGs that approached me at night but I didn't find any of them attractive.
My Experience -.
So my plan was to see 5-6 different ladies. I was able to see 5 different ladies and then see another lady twice. Price per hour was R500-600, about $41-49 USD (these prices are for black women however, I think white and indian women go for more, however). Usually each hour had about 2 shots allowed. Some ladies even gave me three. I did only incalls for my time there. I'd usually call on the phone, confirm address and price and then Uber to the incall location. I did see two ladies in Pretoria so for that I took the train up to Pretoria before then ubering to the incall location.
For the ladies I saw, all of them worked out of guest houses. Essentially the guest house would be a gated compound with 4-5 rooms for daily let. The ladies would then operate out of these rooms. Some guest houses were more so geared for the hobby as one particular location I went to had 3 different working girls in the same compound (I saw 3 of them LOL).
One lady offered me an over night for R2000,2 shots at night then one the following morning. It was tempting, especially because of her ass size, but I had to turn it down.
Final Thoughts-.
Jozi is definitely a stellar place for the hobby. You get the ease of set up with the various online sites but also the prices one expects to see in Africa. However, this scene isn't like other African cities where the hobby is often on ground and face to face. There are some days that I prefer this on-ground search as I get to see what's out there live and direct, other days looking online is good as well. I think to best enjoy the the hobby in Jozi you should rent a car and get a place that is central to the providers (Sandton and Rosebank). This also goes with out saying but make sure you wrap things up. You should never roll the dice in this hobby but SA is really one place to never roll the dice.

The girl friendly issue is more so in locations where it's well known that there's a large pro scene which could damage the reputation of the hotel to regular clients.
I don't think SA at large has that reputation, at least from what I know. When I was there last year April, to any seasoned person you could spot out the working girls but even then, they didn't stick out like if you were in Kenya for example.
As per sites, I do remember using Locanto when I was there to good effect. Around 250 Rand for HR with a big booty lady. However, I do think ESA and RedVelvet are the best in the business. ESA is actually quite well run. A lot of selection, well organized by location and the reviews are very informative. Only issue I had was with posts "disappearing".
