Was in Bahrain for last three days and it was very quiet.Stayed at Phoenicia Hotel-You can get alchohol from room service but all bars shut.There were at least 10 girls(GIS) in the hotel plus or minus.The quality varied from 6 to 3 -no stunners.A few girls who had their heart in the business but the rest seemed a bit off.The girls operated as reported before -coming to your room at 6:00 pm and at 11:00 pm looking for business.It seems that unless you are staying in a hotel you are not going to get service-Did not know about Ritz Carlton-pity as always a good place to visit for the band and the decent range of cigars and brandies.I asked one of the hotel staff about the situation and he seemed unfazed by the decree and thought that it might be ignored by next week.There is obviously a lot of money being lost by the people with the wasta(sp).It was difficult to judge if the above level of service applied to other hotels however this might be a good time to haggle with the hotels as mine was not very busy-although you would not know it from the house cleaning service.

I am new to Bahrain and seem to have landed at the wrong time. Tried the place at Yum but found it was closed. ExpatcatI hear there is action at the sea shell though whether its the disco or bar downstairs I'm not sure, beware though, get caught and your in deep s--t with it being ramadan, plenty action at some of the appts in juffair and exhibition though. Word is they may lift the ban next week onthe 3 stars and let them serve after dark but as usual no music. Lets see.

Now that ALL the hotels have been banned from selling alcohol, is there any action at all ? If so, where ? Are the bars open and selling soft drinks ?

What are the girls doing and where are they going ? Are they staying at home ? Have they left ? Are they hitting the coffee shops in the hotels ?

I can't get out until the weekend when my 'trouble' travels. Does anyone have any first hand, eyes-on information, or is it all hearsay ?
Any solid data would be appreciated.

Dear Expacat,

I was in Bahrain last Thursday. Stayed at the Phoenicia Hotel -again!. Their bars where all shut.The other hotel bars that I walked past near the Pheonicia appeared to be shut. The Thai massage parlors on Exhibition Road were open for business-the lights were on but I did not go in to see if there was any action.

The Phoenicia provided room service for any thing that was required- booze and girls. There were about 10 girls on site.They were not busy so had a good selection.Had one Lebanese girl and one Russian girl. They were very accommodating.

I can not talk about finding girls outside the hotels but I did see some Thai(?) girls standing outside one of the hotels near Exhibition road waiting for a pick-up. They had gone when I walked back.

Room service was availible during Ramadan, which means that the bellhop will give you the room numbers of the girls who are in the hotel.I can only speak of the hotel I was in which was the Phoenicia.

Was out and about on Tuesday, the 'trouble' returns tomorrow. Most of the usual haunts in town were closed up due to the Gov'ts dumb act towards booze. Trade was WAY down. However, just thought I'd drop into the Bristol Hotel. It's an old haunt from a long time ago. The Londoner was closed, as I thought, but the coffee shop was open. Not crowded at all, but it had a gaggle of Thai tarts just inside the door. About six or seven in all. So I sat down and had a coke (damn I hate this bloody ruling). Saw a tasty lass walk in and wandered over to have a chat. She was about a 7 or 8 on my scale, not the prettiest, but certainly not a candidate for Crufts. She sat with me for about 5 mins before I negotiated how much.
Two minutes later, I had a room (BD 10) and she was in it. I'd seen her around somewhere (probably the Warbler) and she said she had been in country for about two years.
Turned out to be shaved, gave a good bbbj while accepting DATY in 69. Then onto the main menu with an obligatory condom. Rode her long and hard in most positions, then couldn't fininsh. . . Usually I attribute this to too much alcohol. Not this time. She was getting tired so I took a [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140). Difficult when you've got a raging hardon. However, that was what was blocking things. Full bladder. Back in bed, she finished me off with a lubed handjob. Sprayed all over the place. All together, not a bad experience considering the lack of choice due to everywhere closed. She turned out to be more than a starfish, but not totally GFE. Would I go back, probably. Cost BD 20. I could have got more choice if I'd dropped into the Sea Shell coffee shop, but the price would have been BD 40 for the girl. Call me a cheap charlie, but the result is the same in the end. That's why I haven't bothered with the Phoenicia, BD 25 for the room and BD 50 or 60 for the girl seem a little steep for my jaded tastes, especially as DXB has more variety at cheaper prices when I go down there and there is poontang available in BAH at lower prices.
I probably won't be mongering again until after Ramadan is over, so good luck in your endeavours. Sea Shell definitely seems open for business, but the disco is closed. The bar is open, but not serving booze, but some girls are definitely around.

Ah, Ramadan is over now, and the scene in Bahrain is getting as it was before!

For Iraqi girls check Semiramis hotel, Al-Bustan, Al-Yamama or any other hotel around Exhibition Avenue. Usually I go to the place and ask them to see the room. If I liked the room I ask it there are girls available, where from, and how many. Actually I don't think you will face any problem in finding Iraqi girls if you just searched a bit in hotels.

I was in Bahrain during first and second days of Eid. The place is full of sex-hungry Saudis. The prices for rooms were double! I checked some hotels and I personally find Phoenicia as the most convineint. I had two sessions with a CIS girl called Mirna and a Moroccan lady. Both were really great. It seems that the girls in this hotel has the best attitude and they are active and in no rush. I never faced any bad experience in Phoenicia, while I had MANY bad ones in other hotels.

Did any one of you guys check how the scene is like in furnished apartments? I'm going to Bahrain in the next days and I would like to stay in a furnished apartment.

Any advice?

Luft, it's just about walkable, but you would be better off getting a taxi. Very few people walk in Bahrain. Mainly, it's too damn hot for most of the year. Otherwise, it's probably pure laziness.
If you DO take a taxi, beware. Bahraini taxi drivers are known to try to rip people off. All taxis in the kingdom are metered, but sometimes it's very hard to find the meter. It's frequently hidden by a custom cover. Make sure that it's visible and turned on, no matter what excuses the cabbie gives. They ***** like mad, make excuses that it's not working or try to negotiate 'as you like'. Don't fall for it. If all fails, get out the cab.

One area that I still have questions about is the furnished apartment option. How do I contact one from the U.S. to make a reservation. And finally, which hotels are best for Middle-East girls in January.

Because I will be working there for three weeks, I can't stay in a place that has girls knocking on the door all night like some have reported, but it would be great to avoid paying the room fee. Visiting shortly for a couple days on business and many thanks for all the pointers on this board. Been reading back and pretty much have a game plan in mind. Have a quick question for the gallery though. Any place with a fair amount of Lebanese, Moroccan, or Phoenician / Persian mixes?

Spent the last couple years living in the Balkans and have did my tours of Asia, I am all CIS'ed out and cured myself of yellow fever. Also not a fan of the African or dark Semetic look (Turks, Iraqi, Egyptians, Kurdish, Gypsy, etc etc). Just lately got a taste of the Islamic Med though and extremely impressed with the women I have had so far, both in looks and motivation (not necessarily skills). Haven't really seen any references specific to them on the board.

Your best bet for Middle Eastern girls would be the Panorama Hotel in AlJufair area. Once you check in the bell boy will bring the luggage and ask if you needed something else. A nice tip of 2 BHD will get a long list of 15 maybe more WGs extensions with nationalities!

In 2 weeks from now I will stay 3 days in Bahrain and on the first night (Friday night) I will stay at Phoenicia (first time for me) ONLY for having some fun with the CIS ladies. I read so many reports here from you guys about Phoenicia that I am making my countdown! On the 2nd and 3rd night my company already booked for me at Sheraton and have no chance to change. So my question is: is it possible to arrange the check in at the Sheraton with one of the CIS ladies of the Phoenicia? You think that it can work? Second question: for the only night I will spend at Phoenicia (I repeat that it will be a friday night) should I reserve the room now or I can take the risk to arrive directly to the hotel and check in there? Any risk to find all the rooms booked?

Answer to 1st question: No! All CIS ladies are not allowed to leave the hotel with customers. Instead, if money is not an issue, you may like to check in at both hotels for the two remaining nights. Or try to look for other hotels that offer rooms on hourly basis. Most hotels have working girls so it will not be a problem to find an alternative hotel, may be cheaper too!

Q2: I think Saudis check out on Friday nights. However, I encourage you to book in advance. One time I arrived Bahrain at Eid time and I spent nearly 4 hours to find a room!! I can assure you that this will not happen to you as Bahrain will not be busy on a Friday as it would be on Eid. But to be on the safe side, I would recommened an advance booking.

You'd probably want to first spend your first night or two in a hotel and check the apartments on sight when you arrive rather than commit to one before you've seen it.

Only hotel I can think of with "moon" in it is Moon Plaza hotel.Thanks JP2U and Frank15 for the information. My company booked me into an apartment at Fareed Plaza 6. I arrive on the morning of the 4th and stay until the 23rd of Jan. Should be plenty of time to sample some middle east ladies not to mention some good happy-ending massages.

If any of you will be in the area PM me. We can exchange e-mail address before I travel and meet up there---Maybe at Garfields. Since I am staying in a paid apartment, I really want to find the freelance type when possible.

Maybe the Fareed management can send some local talent my way. When I was talking to the manager, (an Indian) I told him I wanted a place that allowed FEMALE guests. Hopefully, he got the hint.

It seems your in luck, stayed there about 2 yrs ago. Mgt does know the areas where to go and see. If you insist they will provide the merchandise if you can afford the price and tip. They only have average ladies from indians to middle eastern types to thai. Few CIS around but they do exist.

To all who contribute - this is a bit like a Piper in reverse - as your esteemed Piper of UAE is now in Thailand I of the Far East ventured into Bahrain.

On a stop over from Saudi on the way back to Thailand - and followed the road to Phoenicia.

Straight away asked the bell for hte numbers and he wrote down a long list of choices from Lebanese and Moroccans to Russians. Mind you half the numbers were busy but this did not stop them parading down the corridors and banging on my door !!

Chose a nice blonde - one has to vary the diet !! Turned out she was Polish and whilst business like - most unlike what am used to in Asia - the performance was moderate. A nice bbbj and then on to the back and onto the condom and away for a variety of positions. Amusing part was you felt that she had one eye on the clock the whole time and the time management was impressive !! All for 40 BD

To those visiting Bahrain this is a recommended stop for the lazy as everything is on hand and no hard work is required.

Chalky - you did well for a short layover. Straight to Phoenicia - way to go! Love answering that non-stop doorbell to see who's standing there smiling next - lucky dip (had to put the DND sign up sometimes though). The club downstairs isn't bad, if you're ever there after 11pm. I only get to Bahrain occasionally, but always good fun. Some good freebie action. Try the SemiRamis at the end of Exhibition Avenue, just by the traffic lights opposite Ansari Lighting. They have an Ethiopian room downstairs and a disco upstairs which, when I last looked, had a collection of Ethiopians in it. Otherwise, try the disco downstairs at the Sea Shell Hotel in Adliya. If you fail to find an Ethiopian, there will probably be a few Thais available to service your need.

I arrived at my Flat by 0200 hrs local. I had been flying for about 26 hours, but I still wanted to find a WG. I went to the Sea Shell Hotel and sure enough there were a few Thai girls hanging at the bar. There was also a Romanian and a Russian. The Romi was HOT, but wanted 150 BD. I was tired but not stupid. I talked to one Thai girl who would take no less than 40 in my flat. I was going to take here, but she wanted the 40 up front. That bothered me so I past on them all. My flat is only two blocks from the Sea Shell, so I will be back.

Today after work I hit the Gulf Gate Hotel for a nice massage and a happy ending. Had my choice of Phillipine or Ethiopian. 10 BD plus I tipped her 5 more.

Just walk to the rear of the building there is a door and a desk there, just ask the India guy that is there for a girl. He will ask what flavor you would like. Just remember it's around the back, you will have to go up the block and around to the back, there is a big parking lot there too.

I also was confused when I tried to find the Hotel behind the Yam Yum, You have to walk around the corner a half a block or more and turn left into an ally. You will see the back of the McDonalds sign and a hotel entrance just to the left. I did not go in but I was proud of myself for locating it.

You found the place. Just remember, the place is directly behind the Yum Yum Tree and to the left of McD's when your looking at the building from the rear.

My doorman at Fareed had a hot little Thai delivered for 40 BD total. She gave me a great Thai massage and Full Service in the comfort of my own flat.

Someone was asking before about the elusive BD25 shag; well I found a BD 30 one, all in. A few mates and I busted it down to the Capital Hotel at about 3am the other night - it's a shithole round the back of the Yateem Centre in town. Checked it out and it's only BD10 for a room, plus BD 20 for a pop with one of the in-house girls. There are seven Thais and four Chinese I think - one or two of the Thais are reasonably presentable and one of the Chinese birds has a decent pair of titties (great for a Oriental girl). I took one of the prettier Thais, I think she was called Nin, and she really went to town on the BBBJ, licking it up and down, rolling her tongue over the head, nice. Not a bad experience all in all, and a fun and inexpensive end to a night on the lash.

Have you noticed how much time the prime min spends in Thailand ? I wouldn't be at all surprised if there is a 'special arrangement' between the gov'ts regarding single women coming to Bahrain. The nationalities of tarts varies from year to year. At one time, about four years ago, they were almost exclusively Chinese. To the extent that there were streetwalkers around the Elite Hotel in Juffair. These were deported soon afterwards, to be replaced by Africans. It now seems that the Thais have taken hold of the situation with avengance.
Unfortunately, one of the better priced dives, the Bahrain Plaza, just round the corner from the Vendome and the Atlas, has shut. I got a very nice piece of totty for BD20 and BD10 for the room at the end of last year.
Tried the Sea Shell. Found a very cute Thai, not long in Bahrain. Has a tribal tattoo just below her naval and a small one on her back. Avoid her. She had a great body, but a total starfish. Felt cheated.
I remember the Capital a long time ago. The girls were being run by a whatever-stani who was very tasty. Not so good attitude though, a little pushy and a clock watcher. However, that seems to have changed if the girls are Thai and Chinese.
Another grot hole that had girls that were BD 20 was the Bahrain Hotel. Not sure of the current situation since they didn't admit having any girls a couple of months ago. Mind you, it was Ramadan, so things may have gone back to normal since then.

OUTI would add Panarama or Baisan Tower. They are four stars. I can't speak too the fivers. My company doesn't pay THAT much.

Just FYI guys try the Lensman Plaza and Al Waha plaza behind the CPR office and the Apple computer store on Exhibition Rd.

Lensman ( Thai/philipino store on the corner ) BD15 for room and thai girls BD10 - BD20 in the week and chinese usually less ie BD10 ST. Some cute thais there too if a little professional, chinks much more laid back, anything goes with either. Girls up to 8/10, rooms 3/10 ( shiteholes!) The building exactly opposite does the same but never checked it out.

Al Waha (opposite the thai restaurant, one road further back from the one behind Exhibition if you see what I mean!) rooms BD15 in the week and girls thai, chinese, russian, ethiopean BD25 max in the week though the russians will try it on as always but just flash the cash and tell them to go and send a thai, they soon back down! Girls avg 6 to 7/10, rooms 5/10.

The indians in there will try and sell you beer, just fuck them off, they try and charge you BD10 for 6 small heineken but not till you leave. (thats in both places).
Don't bother on the weekend the saudis are literally qeueing out of the doors, thats the downside, on a weekend these girls do 10 -12 tricks a day AND are happy to tell you about it !!

Two massage parlours (sorry don't know the names but easy to find ) in the same area BD 12 plus BD10 BBBJCIM or BD 20 full sex but the girls are not the greatest maybe 5 or 6.

Chris you make the point about the number of thai and chinese girls but in truth if you go to the arab bars they are packed with africans, who my friends and I have found to be really not keen on getting involved with white guys. Maybe our dicks are'nt big enough!! but if thats your thing try the coffeshop in the Bristol hotel, some cute ethiopians in there who do the deed really very well for BD20, all early 20's 7/8 of 10.

Here is a trip report from my weeks in Bahrain. I visited many if not all of the hotels listed in the forum. I wanted to test the procedures posted and also have chance meetings with many of the girls. I timed my tours late in the afternoon when many of the WGs were getting cleaned up and ready for the next evening. At almost every hotel I was able to pass a few hotties in the hall or in the elevator. Maybe management places them out and about to entice.

I have to confirm that the Phonicia has the overall hottest girls with the most variety. Even though I talked with several, I did not sample there. The rooms were 35BD minimum and I was already staying in Flat a most of the time. However, during my last few days I moved into the AL Yamama Hotel. They wanted 25 BD per night but accepted 20 BD. (Only the Claridge was cheaper at 18) Here are the highlights from Al Yamama.

My first choice was a great looking, great performing Russian girl named Christina. She takes no less than 40 Bd for 30 full minutes. She was so good I had her for an hour at 70 BD. She was 22 years old and did everything except Greek.

Next was a Syrian babe named Nana which was my first Arabic girl ever. Really a great looker-- body and all, but did not give BJs at all. Same price as the Christina.

Still wanting to stay with Arabic I called on a Lebanese girl named Dalla. She turned out to be my favorite. Great looking and performing too. She also does everything except Greek. And she will work right up to the 30th minute. She was so good in look and feel, I invited her down twice and I would again if I had another day in Bahrain. She accepted 35 BD for 30 minutes.

All three girls were freshly shaved, clean, and good enough to eat. The brown starfish were as clean and shiny as a new show room car. Christina the Russian and Dalla the Lebanese spoke very good English.

There was an Iraqi girl who was very desirable but she spoke no English, smoked too much for me, and just didn’t give me a great vibe—but again very nice to look at. I will have to try one on my next trip.

The Russian girls traveled in a trio when they came to my room. They were very competitive with the other girls too. They figure out which room single male guests check into and then they start calling them instead of waiting. The doorman gave me the following phone list: x5115, 5116 Syrian, x5216 Lebanese, x5107 Russian, x5515 Thai, x5215 Syrian, and 5308 Iraqi. But the Russians would call me everyday and they didn’t like it when I said no thanks today.

I hope I have included all of the pertinent information because I will be offline for a week or so. You do not need reservations at Al Yamama except on Thursdays and Fridays and you can get their number off of the internet.

I've been getting a few PMs regarding the place behind the Yum Yum Tree hotel that is next to McDonalds. Last night I went out on a recon and took a couple of pictures of the place so I can clear up the location problems some of you are having.
To get there:
1- Go into Burger King on the corner and walk out the back door and you will see the place about 50 meters to your left the Al Hooriya Furnished Apartments.
2- Drive past McDonalds and the first right turn you can take turn, then when you get what seems 2 blocks down the alley take a right turn where you can. Most are parking lots that are not open. Turn right at the first alley way then right at the next alley and your heading right toward back of the back of the building McDonalds is in when you get to the building turn left your heading now toward the back door of Burger King. Just before you get to the left turn you must take a left look to your right and and you will see the Al Hooriya Furnished Apartments.

The Al Hooriya Furnished Apartments is the place, walk in ask the guy at the desk if he can help you find a girl. I did it last night, he had some girl to show me but I then backed out and left.

I hope this helps everyone out, just remember don't pay more than 15BD for the room and the girl shouldn't get more than 20BD. If you your lucky maybe you and do 10BD and 15BD.

While out on my recon of the Yum Yum tree on my way back I saw a WSW walking down the road accross from the Gulf Hotel, well I did a loop came back and picked her up. Thai lady on her way to work but she was willing to go in a little late if I wanted some action with her. I ask how much and she said 140BD, that was way too much. She came down to 70BD, but I told her I was only willing to go 40BD, she said after midnight she would do it, but only short time. I dropped her at the Ramee Hotel and back out checking out a few bars.

-Wabbler- Only 2 ladies sitting around the place, had a drink and back out on the street to the next stop.

-Sea Shell- This place was loaded, and lots of young Bahrain guys and I think Saudi too. I would say they had about 25 Thai ladies, some were nice. I never had a chance to get a price, but the normal rate here had been 30-50BD.

-Palace Inn- As always after 11pm the place is full of Thai ladies, no sooner than I sit down with my drink one comes up and ask if I need a massage. She starts at 80BD. We finnally agreed on 25BD with FS and 5BD tip if the massage and FS are good. Take her out. She did an outstanding massage for a small lady cause I don't think she was over 40kg in weigh. Started the after massage extra with CBJ, to reverse cowgirl with my thumb deep in her ass, tried to replace it with my rod but she said she don't like.
Over all everything went well gave her 30BD and dropped her off.

The Thai gal I dropped off at the Ramee hotel called me while I was heading back home, she was ready to except 35BD if I wanted her, but no need now.

To my amazement today while looking for a villa to rent I drove past this place and did a quick U turn and went back to make sure what I saw was right. Yes, same name and logo as that pussy palace in Manila. Well I went in to check it out, it was only around 2pm so I didn’t see many people inside the bar. I did find out the place is owned by a Bahrain guy, he’s got a Filipino manager running the place. They told me I should come in after 11pm, that’s when all the pussy comes rolling in. I don’t know if it’s the standard girls that work for the club, hotel or freelancers(hopefully). I’ll go tonight and hope for the same scenic view as in the Manila LA Café, but I don’t think it will be that good.

More to come on this place once I’ve done the recon tonight.

Happen to land up in Al Yamamha yesterday night, took a room BD 18 for single room. The room boy gave a list of numbers. There were total 2 Lebanes , 3 syrians 1 Iraqi, 3 Russians and few Thai girls. Most of them were good. I called up them one by one. The Arab girls except 1 Lebanese and 1 Syrian couldnt speak english. Selected Lebanese name Dala, for half an hour, she was quite good and knew here job. She was young and had lot of meat to eat. After that tried up one russian Mona.. She was wonderful again for half an hour she was one of the best girls I had in the bed.... really playful and time exceeded half an hour but she said it was ok. Overall it was really wonderful night. Morning wanted to try the Iraqi girl but she was taking up the phone..... Total damage 18+40+40= 98BD. But it was worth the money.

Went to a bldg behind CPR office in Exhibition road, full of thai girls. As expected paid BD5 for the watchman and went up visiting each floor. Choose two girls for a 3 some. Paid them BD20 for ST they were very nice and pro also had anal with one of them. Prostitution is not illegal in Bahrain, and it must be mentioned that solicitation for prostitution is not as blatant in Bahrain as that seen in Abu Dhabi where women constantly walk up to men standing alone on the street, or while waiting for transport.

Last night I went out and should have know better, Thursday nights isn't a good night due to all the Saudis’ in Bahrain for the weekend. Well I think this Lenns Man building is a hotel sort of. Just walk through the parking garage underneath and you will come to the entrance. RAZZOR, If I am not mistaken its in the Gudaibiya distict by the market. Theres a hotel there with fake coconut trees at the front door. Or i think its in that area. Forgot the street but I can still recall the market in the street. A lot of filipinas non pros hang out in those places. The one IB mentioned might middle eastern ladies, but for the price of 10 bd it could be asians or a massage parlor.

Suryak, try the Miami Hotel in Exhibition Rd. Near Burger King. Last time I was there doorman said there are Bangladesh or Sri Lankan in the other floors. You might catch up with Indian babes. If you go down to the bar a lot of Thai girls roam the room. Just ask the front desk or the floor manager in the bar or waitress they might have good info. Tried the Thai at the bar but not the brown cuties.

Piper, The Miami Hotel is a dump. Don't stay there. Also the traffic is killer in the evenings and parking will suck. Gulf Hotel, they never gave me any trouble bring a girl to the room. I stayed there many times before I moved here. If you were going to stay somewhere where you can hook up easy and don't mind if it's not a 4 star + stay at the Palace Inn, they have easy access clubs with loads of Thai ladies. You can alway hook up with the ladies in the Miami, I'm sure they offer short time rates. Gulf Hotel has a few bars and yes they do have WG in them, but these are high price WG in the Gulf. Let me know when you get here, we can go out hunting together one evening.

So Miami Hotel is out, except for maybe a pick-up. Someone reported there are Indian WGs there. As Gulf Hotel/Convention Centre is GF, and that's where I'll be working, I might stay there.

However, I just checked out Al Yamamah Plaza Hotel online - looks business class, with a good nightclub. Could be an option also. Is it far from Gulf Hotel? Traffic should be okay mid-week, and parking isn't an issue for this cabbie customer.

I'll try to get at least one LT during the three nights I'm there. I'm also about to check out the freebie possibilities online (you know the site and some of the gals too well!) It's a bit short-notice, but I'll see how it goes.

Seven jailed for vice racket
By MOHAMMED ASLAM

SEVEN people have been jailed for one to seven years for their roles in a prostitution racket run out of a block of service apartments in Hoora.

A 37-year-old Egyptian who lived off the prostitution earrnings of his sister and wife was jailed for seven years by the Lower Criminal Court.

A Lebanese man was jailed for five years for living off his 20-year-old Syrian wife's earnings as a prostitute.

The apartments' 42-year-old Bahraini general manager was also jailed for five years for allowing the building to be used for prostitution and for guiding clients to the women.

A 37-year-old Indian electrician was jailed for two years, for guiding clients to the women.

All three women, two Egyptians, aged 39 and 21 and the Syrian, were each jailed for a year for prostitution.

All except the Bahrain will be permanently deported immediately after completing their sentences.

The court also ordered the closure of the service apartment block and the seizure of all its contents.

All seven defendants were in court for sentencing.

They were arrested in December last year after police were alerted of their activities, the court heard.

The Bahraini manager denied all knowledge of the prostitution in the building, saying he worked mostly outside.

The Egyptian husband told police he and his wife arrived earlier in the month and that he had no idea that she and his sister were working as prostitutes.

"I was surprised to find out that my wife and sister were practising prostitution, due to our difficult financial circumstances," he said.

His sister admitted coming to Bahrain as a prostitute, saying that she arrived on a business visa two weeks earlier.

She said police raided the block just as she and her brother's wife had gone to the flats of two clients for sex.

The younger Egyptian woman said her husband told her to indulge in prostitution as they had financial difficulties.

The Syrian told police she arrived with her husband from the UAE earlier in the month, to work as a prostitute.

The Indian defendant, who worked part-time as a receptionist in the evenings, admitted directing clients to the rooms, saying that the Bahraini general manager had ordered him to do so.

Back into a cab, and went to Al Yamamah Plaza that I've read about here (Indian girls apparently). Went to the club, asked the guys and they said no Inidian girls there. Hmmm.

Into another cab, and off to the infamous Phoenicia Hotel. But on a whim, I first popped into the nearby Phoenecia Towers. Up to 8th Floor for the disco - couldn't believe it: Cyclone Club. They wanted 5 dinar entry. I said I wanted a look first. They let me in. Great place. Why has no-one mentioned Cyclone before? About 30 beautiful youngish (around 20-25 yo) CIS gals wth long black hair, trying to look Arabic. Only a handful of guys. This is the place for tomorrow night unless I find an Indian girl.

Left the Phoenicia Towers, walked past a CIS Mama Rosa on the street, arranging work for her girls with some Arab guys, and headed towards nearby Phoenicia Hotel. In between the two Phoenecias is the East Coast Hotel, with a club on ground floor called Magic Moon. Since it was on my way, I popped in for a look. The CIS doorgirl asked for 5 Dinar entry. Amazing place. But also something I've only seen once before: a couple of girls in full abaya, shaila, faces covered, revealing only their eyes, and dancing arabic-tribal-style amongst everone else, building up to a trance frenzy. It's haram (naughty/bad) for traditional arabic girls to dance publicly in front of men, so this was an unusual sight.

It was now 1am (2am Dubai time) and I was aware that I had to get up early for my gig, so I decided to head next door to the infamous Sahara Disco, 7th floor of Phoenicia Hotel. I've been there a few times before. They wanted 5 Dinar entry. I said I wanted a look first. They let me in. Yep, still a happening place. Blondes, brunettes - many CIS and some Arab girls.

I asked the guy at the bar where I could find Indian gals for company, and he wrote down "Miraj" and "Gulf Gate" hotels. I asked him directions, and established that Miraj was on the way back to my hotel. In a cab I went, and ended up at "Mirage" club. The doormen wanted 5 Dinar entry. I said I wanted a look first. They let me in. Dead quiet. I came out and asked the doormen where I could find Indian girls, they giggled and said not here. I asked a few more times with a cheeky grin, but they wouldn't crack - just kept giggling. Sheesh.

Hopped back in a cab and went back to my hotel. Walked into the only bar there, and it was dead quiet, just a few guys sitting around and a beautiful tall Chinese girl in miniskirt walking in same time as me. She made a bee-line to her pre-arranged customer. I saw the barman wiping down the bar and asked if bar was closed, khalass. He nodded.

I went to my room, tapped out this post while thinking about tomorrow night.

Better get a few hours sleep before work in the morning, swimming in afternoon, and who knows what tomorrow night will bring. An Indian girl would be nice. :)

Piper, best thing to find such "items" is to befriend a local indian male. I remember before when I was new to Bahrain an indian dude befriended me and showed me all the nightspots and hotels where the girls are working.

Last night panned out as a mongering failure on my part, but the bar-hopping was fun. Razzor picked me up at the hotel and we did the rounds of a few clubs. One of them was in Palace Inn hotel, around 1130pm. There was an unusual-looking pretty Thai gal that I was interested in, and she stood next to me while we were there, but didn't talk much, so I was in two minds.

We headed off to TC's which was full of Thai girls. Only one appealed to me (pretty face, nice rack). I had a chat with her, but she was in a sad sad mood, and I was in no mood to try and cheer her up back at the hotel. Razzor had the same situation with another sad Thai girl nearby. Only one thing I could do at that point. Get a taxi to the hotel and sleep. As I waited for a taxi, the two Thai women came up to me, and explained they were not working girls, they have jobs and only go with customers occasionally and for big money. Just then, a taxi came along. I asked them if they want a taxi, they said yes, and I said - there you go, bye bye. They asked me if I wanted to come with them. I said no thanks.

Flight to Dubai delayed so here's a quick report from Bahrain Airport.

Double-date with Razzor and a couple of Filipina cuties fell through (work excuses from one of the gals), so I ended up having a couple of drinks with Expatcat at Club F1 (where I was supposed to meet my Filipina cutie). Club F1 is a Great place, and I will go there next visit to Bahrain. It's similar to Rock Bottom in Dubai. Mostly young Western expat clubbers (male and female), but with a healthy smattering of WGs (mostly Thai). Expatcat headed home around 1am, and I scouted for a gal.

Back home in Dubai now. I left my Bahrain hotel at 4pm, nice and early for a 6pm flight. I finally got home after midnight. That makes 8 hours of travelling for a one-hour flight.

My flight was delayed, so I decided to wander around. But when I went back to the boarding gate the plane had gone! They decided not to delay it after all, and left me and a few other passengers behind. We had to line up for ages to change our boarding passes for the next plane an hour later.

It was Gulf Air, if you're interested. Not the best service. Next time I'll try Al Arabiya. Half the price, and probably better service.

Another option: Has anyone ever driven from Dubai to Bahrain or vice versa? Should only take about 5 hours - same as travelling by plane (when you include getting to the airport early, queues, waiting around, taxi trip to hotel etc).

Anyway, had a fun few days, met up with an old pal and a new one, and picked up some extra work contracts. Also picked up a crazy wild Thai girl who needs to spend some time with a psychologist.

from students i've taught, the general opinion is that it takes more like 12 hours to get from bahrain to dubai. this is factoring in bloody minded customs officials especially saudis. mind you, when my students hit an open road, they certainly speeded.
altogether though, maybe not quite as viable an option as originally anticipated. also, you would be at the mercy of saudi drivers. basically, they're totally nuts, and if you have an accident, it's your fault. if you weren't there, there wouldn't have been an accident. qed
i'll stick to flying thank you. . .

Spent 2 days in Bahrain in early April. Can't get past the firewalls to post the information while in the Gulf. I can confirm all of the details on the Lens Man scene. Cost is still 5 in the door, and 10 (negotiable) for a short time with the girl. There were about 15 Thais and 2 Chinese. Viewed them all. There were a few 7s and the rest were 5-6s in looks.

Went to another great place called the Al Faris Hotel. I can't remember where it was, tired, drinking, and cruising in a cab. I think that it's a little past the Phoenicia twins on the right in the winding commercial area. The street was old Manama (dirty and winding). Ok. I recently took a trip to Bahrain. I read through the forum and stayed at the Phoenicia. Great looking women but a bit pricey. I branched out and found Lens Man and the place across the street from it. Personally, the women at Lens Man kinda suck. They are a little too professional and really in a hurry. Across the street it was a little different. Attitudes were much better, which made up for the fact that the rooms were horrible. I highly recommend a girl named cindy. A little bit older but she made my whole night a blast. I also popped into the place behind the Yum Yum Tree. If it wasn't for Razzor's directions I never would have found this place. I wanted to vary my selection on night and the guy at the desk said they had Egyptian women. Checked it out and they were about a 3 out of 10. To far below my standards for 40 dinar a pop. Instead I ended up with a woman named Mona (Thai). It was more pricey then Lens Man and it's clone and she spoke very little english but I had one heck of a great time. I highly recommend her even though you get the "no backside" from her friend when she barters with you. Mona might have been as high as a 8 out of 10. Decent tits and a cute face. That's all I got one my adventures. I could share a little about the Phoenicia but it's all been said before.

Big hotels are dead ends, if you mean action in the bars. I did not have an exprience in bringing girls to 5 star hotels. I choose to stay where the girls are. But I don't think there is a problem if you want to bring your girl to the hotel.

CIS - NO WAAAY, forget it!

Moroccan and MEs, may be, since what they do actually is that they visit the hotels, not like CIS who WORK there.

Nah, but you can find them from midday to early morning if you stayed in a hotel that has in-house girls, like Phoenicia.

I just got back from a business trip to Bahrain -- hadn't been there before, and it's nice overall. I have yet to find a really good restaurant anywhere on the price scale, compared to Kuwaiti, UAE, or US/European/Asian food, but that can be fixed. Overall, a great place -- I might be setting up there.

Stayed in the Sheraton, which I'd read was not at all GF. Given the demographics of the other guests, and the layout of the . Plus, as one of few Americans staying there, the staff were all addressing me by name all the time, so I doubt I could get much past them.

I was having a hard time finding the Phoenicia, and I had a rental car vs. taxi, but then I luckily saw a sign while being lost driving somewhere else. It's actually not at all hard to find, but their map is horrible.

I got there around 2100, after getting an "Iraqi Kebab" at the Seef Mall. Not as good as the Iraqi places in Baghdad, or even the places in UAE. But, different, and IMO the best kind of Kebab.

I parked near F1; some guy speaking broken English wanted to wash my car, and I said "no", as it was a rental and getting returned tomorrow. I guess I could have given him a couple BD, but I had only 20s, too.

Phoenicia hadn't really opened yet. I went to the sportsbar and had a beer, and as I hadn't had much food that day, got slightly buzzed. So, no driving for an hour or two. The equivalent of burning ships on the shore :)

Got bored pretty fast (watching a couple guys play pool, badly, and Saudis drinking, is only good for a few minutes)

Live music at what seemed like a lebanese restaurant, but I didn't go in. Went downstairs to the Russian Bar; got a shisha and OJ. No one was drinking alcohol -- much more local. The lebanese guy running the music asked where people were from, and I answered "Dubai" -- seemed safer than "Iraq", although "US" was probably expected. I'm not lame enough to say "Canada". Girls were ID'd as from Belarus.

One of them, a little blonde, just stood to the side and sulked. Of the other 4, one sang sometimes -- the DJ had her sing horrible american love songs for me, which I assume he thought I'd like; it was easier for me to understand the arabic or french lyrics than the "English" ones. The other 3 were ok -- maybe a bit "thick" for my taste with two of them, and obvious c-section scars on 3, and the remaining hot one had over-enhanced breasts. Alas. Also, I thought they were not for sale/rental, so I didn't really think about them in that context.

Eventually I succumbed to the "buy girl flowers"; problem was, I didn't really fancy any of them, so I had her give flowers to the one who sang. 10 BD per flower thing -- about USD 25. I got out of there for BD 22 including tips, pipe, OJs/waters, and flower. As I was leaving, singergirl came to side of the stage to say goodbye, might have been an effort at marketing.

My main purpose in visiting was to see if the hotel would be an acceptable place to actually stay while working -- I certainly can't meet business partners there, but if I'm just spending time in a hotel with Internet, it'd be fine. Except, there is only wireless internet in the suites, allegedly -- dialup otherwise. I will probably get GPRS/EDGE or something in BH if I'm visiting often, which will make even BD5 discount hotel rooms acceptable.

Rates were BD 30/40 night for regular rooms, without negotiation.

Went up to the main disco around 2315. Walked in without paying, because they hadn't set up much yet, but then was called after to pay BD5. Paid. Then started drinking diet cokes and scouting for girls...not many at 2315. They all filed in en-masse from the female bathroom or some other area across the middle of the club, to pay their BD 5, and then back in, so I stood in an area where I could observe.

Maybe 5 I'd actually be interested in...probably 7 but I'd give them 8 for specific tastes. Possibly one 9. Only a small subset were dancing; most were sitting at tables drinking/smoking. When I tried sitting at a table, was told "BD15 cover charge to sit in this area" after a while, so instead I stood by the bar.

The most interesting girl overall was the little blonde girl wearing sneakers, long pants, and a tight t-shirt, paying pool. She was horrible, but when she'd line up a shot in front of me, it was hard to not think about nailing her :)

Knowing that I'd need to book a room, pay, etc. made the whole thing more a recon mission than an actual hunt. I think mid-week is a decent enough time to visit, but maybe I'll go on a weekend to check out talent in the disco, and then try staying in the week once some kind of reputation has been made.

Walking back from Phoencia to my car, I stopped in F1. No cover, which is a plus. Loud hip hop, but they were setting up a band which had an electric guitar (?), so probably not only hip-hop.

Lots of Asians in the crowd; I assume Chinese businesspeople. A couple guys who looked like they were from NSA Bahrain. And me.

Got a diet coke -- accidentally haded the guy SAR10 vs. BHD10 and was confused, due to his bad English/Arabic. One he showed it to me I figured it out. (BD 1 soft drinks here, vs. BD1.5 drinks at Phoenicia)

A decent number of thai or other indeterminate asian girls in the crowd, but disturbingly, they looked old. And when an Asian woman looks old, she's got to be pretty old, with the "10 years younger" thing. So I'd say true age 30-45 for at least half of the crowd. I really doubt they were civilians, either.

It was amusing watching the USN/NSA guy grinding on some poor thai girl who seemed really unenthusiastic about performing in public, but wanted to go back to conduct business presumably.

When I got back to my car, it was covered in advertising flyers. Some of which were printed to look like traffic tickets, but were not (advertising financial services and insurance, although printed only in arabic).

Was at the F1 yestersday. I like it, good atmosphere. You are not harrassed if you don't like a girl and you can have it easily if you want. As mentioned in previous report, most of the girls are Thai's between 20 and 30s. I approached May, probably an 7 with an absolute fantastic body. She knew her value and eventually I paid BHD50 which is definitely above average. On the other side took her to my room at the Sheraton (take entrance from Parking) as hotel is not GF. Well it’s been a while since I’ve made a report. Friday was a good day, pull off the AHT (Asian Hat Trick). Bagged a Thai lady in the early morning hours, after I dropped her off at 9am I picked up my Filipina friend stuffed her for next three hours and in the late afternoon I slammed the Indonesian lady I just met at a near by coffee shop. Put the Viagra to the test that day. I didn’t expect to get busy with the Indonesian lady on the first visit to my place. She has one of the nicest racks you’ve ever seen with a small tight body. i've was asked for id on the first couple of times. if they get to know your face, and if you become a regular then they don't bother. al shark asked for id as well. i think most, if not all, of them do. lens man does change the staff on a regular basis. the last time i was there i bagged a slim thai on the second floor. she'd been in bahrain only a couple of weeks, i was her first 'falang' in bahrain. general tone was that she didn't like bahrain much. didn't push her on the subject. not bad service though.

the 'trouble' is going away for just over a week starting wednesday night. i might rock round to the maryland (within hailing distance of lens man) and check out the turkish chicks. otherwise, it's back to the usual haunts, diggers (good band), tc's, f1, wrangler and warbler. incidentally, has anyone checked out warbler on a monday night. it's free food and it tends to be the gathering place of a great many prc and thai girls. i don't know if they are on the game, but there are certainly a significant number of them.

MANAMA: A midnight curfew has been slapped on coffee shops, restaurants and other outlets on the Al Fateh Corniche, as part of a crackdown on vice.

You might try Garfields at the Palace (used to be called Palace Inn) Hotel. Was there last night after dropping the 'trouble' at the airport. The place was packed. The ratio of M/F was about 3:1 in favour of the guys. However, a few tasty Thais around. I got snared by a tiny, but very bubbly lass who proceeded to bump and grind. Very nice. Price started at BD40 but dropped immediately to BD30. Since I had to get up early this morning I declined, especially since I don't live in Manama and wasn't prepared to ante up for a room.
Reasonable choice, and most of them seem to be on the game. Check it out.
Failing that, there's Diggers in the Delmon or TC's in the Adhari, both in the Souk who have a number of WG's, F1, or even the Yamana (haven't tried that one yet).
Check the forum. I'm sure I've missed some of the venues.
BTW, Wranglers was dead last night by comparision. About a dozen girls and very few customers. Walked in, looked around, walked out.

Don’t worry about it. You will have as much said about you by the Arabs as her I’m sure. I work with many Filipinas here and hang out with them occasionally. I know all the hotels offer the services, so here is a run down of the ones I have used:

Crwan - I like this as the entrance is discreet, its off the main road, you can park easily and walk in and you are out of sight of the main road, and as I live here, discretion counts for a lot!

I have been here 3 times, always been happy, the girls have ranged from 6-9, normal prices 20-25 short time, room is about 20bd but they do down to 15 if its not busy. Girls are thais though I have seen some arabs around, but they have been chubby and ugly and not my type.

Also, this is the only place where the girl gave BBBJ and cim without me asking!

Miami - usual deal, this also has a bar which is busy, with singers etc. Again, picked up thais here, been good service and same rates as Crwan above.

Phoenicia - I know everyone has been here, so I tried it. Rooms were 35bd, they knocked off 5bd but no more, its one of the more expensive rooms in that area. I heard a few reports about these, so went to see myself

First two times, oddly enough, the guy at reception denied they had girls at all! Maybe its because there were a few people hangin around the lobby and he was being discreet.

Anyway, been there twice, at lens man both times, you tell the guy you want to see the girls rather than get a room. It costs 5bd to get shown the girls and you need to leave id, like a cpr card there. They have some chinese on first floor and thais on 3rd floor.
