Most of the spas are let down these days with below average therapists and sessions not worth paying for.
However I stumbled up on few good ones in and around ex-cm nagar.
Budget and Quick release:

You can book it for hourly. Pretty spacious and good rooms. Last time I had booked there last time, they let the bird in without any issues. First of all apologies for this long report. This started almost a month ago. Here is the detailed report.

Managed to sort this out.

Unwind, ocean, renaissance and RK salon & spa were all run by an advocate who ran into trouble for openly providing FS at spa for new customers too, all these have been given up to a new owner now. She left ocean and joined Kashayam Madiwala.
Ocean was a go to place for FS in early 2020's.

Yeah I know it does seem too good to be true. But she is still active on sdm I guess. Her name is Niki. You can text her if you have an sdm subsc. Unfortunately I don't have a membership here yet. So don't have access to inbox.
Any idea why raids are so high this time?
I though it will be done by May but there isn't much relief. I am getting paranoid to visit spa's near Indiranagar it seems its next hot zone of raids. Sadly I am stuck with average indies and home spa girls.
Damn, even Kolkata spa's have returned back to normal after elections and things are easy peasy there for mongers.

What went wrong here?Its all over Bangalore now, recently Ayur spa is under radar as the owner apparently had some fight with some local MLA. Stay away from any of their branches for next few months. Stay safe.
