Last week was in Delhi for 1 day and looking for some hot action. Picked Hindustan times classified and dialed some numbers, got one contact in Vasant Kunj near fortis hospital, absolutely shit place, poor selection of girls, though I took one normal looking girl, damage was 1700 Rs for 1 pop, Delhi is really a bad place for mongering if you don't have any contact. having recently arrived in india, i am counting on the isf for guidance – this forum has proved to be very helpful in my own incursions in other countries, as i have had the opportunity to report. yet, the mongering scene in delhi has proven to be more elusive than i first expected. from what i can gather, websites and newspaper ads are not to be trusted. providers are semi-pro, at best, and chances are your experience will involve lengthy debates on prices, sleazy rooms, less-than-satisfactory services and other annoyances. if there are trustworthy establishments and providers in the market, they get no positive feedback on this tread.
except, of course, for those precious private contacts. getting them, as has also been established, requires a certain amount of goodwill from senior members.
that is what makes your report all the more commendable. good information about action in a specific area, tips on how to go about your business, guidance as to practical matters like prices and accommodation. wish we could read more reports with a similar disposition of offering good advice. congrats!

In my opinion if the babe is english speaking and well turned out the charges should be 15k for 1. 5 hrs. Not more. Some men do pay 25k but are generally top notch business men who want it to be discreet and also want the high class stuff, and /or are foreigners etc. The reason for such high asking rates is that there are some persons who gift such services to senior beauraucrats, politicians etc to get their work done and for them the additional 10k has no relevance.
This is the reason for the high asking price. You can probabaly offer 15k and your number saying that you will give that much and she can call you when she is ready for that price since you are on a budget and are spending your own funds. I arrived Delhi and dropped my luggage at the hotel to head straight to business. The business squizzed me till evening followed by dinner by my host and that dropped me at my hotel when the clock was ticking 10:30 pm. I had some contacts from the senior members of Delhi but thought it was too late to call them.
Instead, tried HT numbers. Randomly dialed few numbers of 5/7 star type model girls they were advertising. Found one that was 20 minutes taxi drive from my hotel, so decided to have a try as I was loaded. Hired a taxi from hotel parking and the driver Singhji was very good in English. That helped me find out the 5/7 star guy in 30 minutes and told my taxi to wait for me.
As I was not sure of the deal and safety situation so I played a small trick with the model guy saying that I needed to call and report my taxi driver in every 30 minutes and mentioned some codes we previously agreed. Other wise the driver would consider that as a danger to me and straight report to police.
I was taken to a low lighted area and walked passed a PVR the name I don't recall. Through dark stairs we went to a tiny apartment. In low light I could see the poorness of every surrounding things. There apeared the gem, a 30 year oldies with fat belly and unstructured body. I hope she was not 5/7 star model advertised in HT (may be my mistake), I asked the model guy if there were any choices to which he replied negative. I said thank you, and both of them tried to convince me that service would be excellent. I remained stick to my thank you offer and walked away.
Got into my taxi and straight head on to my hotel. I learnt from the reception that my hotel had a disco place. So I decided to pop in. It was basically a couple party sort of things where single was not allowed except for the hotel guest. Small place packed with more men than very few women even surrounded by 3/4 men group. Talked the bar tender and found no clues of luck there.
Back to my room and went for an unpleasant sleep that night.
My two cents on this topic will be
1) You should know your budget limits as if you spend more then that then you always have your head calculation going strong to recover extra amount paid by bargaining hard for services which might be sub-standard as the other party also feels that she is giving too much gold-plating. It leaves deep holes in your pocket which hurts and experience is not worth seeing that.
2) Normally high prices paid above market prices do not ensure good quality. Service. Normally all members report that model/actress stuff have too much attitude problems and do not allow free flowing of action which seasoned monger likes to have.
So take your call accordingly. I think you have done excellent by turning her down. My feeling says that you will get her on some free day soon on 50% discount. Maintain your contact with her wioth soft approach clearly explaining her that you job salary/pocket can not spend that much amount.
Maverick2004 has made excellent point on that. I have got one parttime actress in Kerala just like same where she started 50k and odd amounts and I paid her 7k for ST (time I waited was 2 months). ThanksGuess you are talking about Decibel in Hotel Samrat. From what I heard this place has been closed down for sometime now. It used to have a good North East crowd ("Asian" looking). The clubs in Delhi close down at 1-2am types, with the exception of may be Capitol at Hotel Ashoka? Most of the parties which last till the morning are in Gurgaon these days with the many clubs/pubs in the malls out there.

3. the more worried he thinks you are about (a) going to the station and (b) people finding out, the more you're probably going to wind up paying him. as such if you act like you don't give a shit about what people think, you'll probably get off relatively inexpensively. hard to do though, under the scenario - most of us have a lot to lose.
4. at some stage, he'll ask you for your name and address. give your real name and address - if things escalate, the worst thing for you is that you were impersonating someone else. that can turn into all types of trouble.
5. he will use every method possible to intimidate you - the threat of legal prosecution, media coverage, public exposure, family involvement, office disgrace. remember what i said in point 1.
5. cops are trained to profile. depending on what language you're more comfortable in, what car you drive, what phone you have, what clothes you wear, etc, he'll have a mental picture of how much you'd be willing and able to pay him to let you off the hook.
6. he's unlikely to tell you what this figure is and will try to get you to put a number forward. if he does put forward a number, it's guaranteed that number is several times higher than what he's willing to settle for.
7. i don't know what a reasonable figure is. i'd guess anywhere from rs.3000 to rs.6000. maybe more, i'm not sure.

Being a weekend wanted some action and thus decided to start out from a few pubs I know. Not much luck at the pubs as the only gals there seemed to be already with someone. Met this cabbie on my way back and started talking casually about girls. He suggested GB road but since I had been there already, wanted to try something else. Being a weekend wanted some action and thus decided to start out from a few pubs I know. Not much luck at the pubs as the only gals there seemed to be already with someone. Three days bck my frndz arrngd a call bck and surprisly he arrnged a foriegner fr me. I picked her fr Nehru Place and took her to my place which is near. We reached our place and had sme vodka shots. Net net ... she said she wanted 5k, i bargained her down to 4k .... she took me to her place, we had a good romp. gave her 5k and walked out.

A very well kept body and a face to match. Back in Delhi as well, and waited a few days to catch up on news. When I was here last time, a friend took me to a bar where girls of various sizes and shapes would dance with local boys for Rs 500. We talked to one girl who refused us, as she was “with” another lad, but a few days down the road we got her and her friend to come to my associate’s place for the night at a cost of Rs 5000 inclusive of both. The girl was a real beauty, just my type, slender, pretty face, medium height. She was OK in the sack as well, no oral, but active enough in the bonking.
Well, my friend had moved on (although not Indian, he could pass physically and he spoke Hindi as well, which is how we even got near the girls). So with little option otherwise, I went to Craigslist and called a few services. Prices ranged from Rs10,000 to Rs 5000. I eventually called back for the cheaper one. Not sure where the guy was based out of, as he had to clarify what city I was in. He accurately predicted it would be about an hour to showtime.
About 30 minutes in I got a call from the local arranger, who then showed up in a car in front of the hotel 25 minutes after the call. He called me out and I got in the car, saw the girl, gave the Rs 5000, and told him I would give her the extra Rs 1000 he was demanding for driving services.
The girl called herself Rekka, was about 20 yrs old, and about a 5 out of 10 in my book. A bit of a belly, but serviceable. Once in the hotel went to business with a rushed but welcome blow job. We did a the missionary for a while, she seemed to act like she enjoyed it, and I finished off. I gave her Rs 500 for her tip, and Rs 500 for the driver. This was actually her idea, and I had to call the driver to disappoint him with news that he was only getting Rs 500.

my problem is that i have an american express credit card and no vsa or master, and i guess some 10yrs ago i had a dispute with hsbc over 3500 rupees because of which they've put me on a credit watch list so i can't get a credit card. strange though i've had no problems with my car loan or my home loan.
i implore jackson to include amex in the list of cards accepted so that i can sign in.

I did a little research with the Sunday Times of India, and these are my findings...
There were about 2 columns of classified ads for Massage Parlours (and only one ad for Escorts. I assumed however that most MPs also provided escorts).
I selected about 14 adverts to call. My criteria were the simpler the ad, the better. So I didn't call any coloured box ads. Nor did I call any that offered credit card payment. My thinking on the latter was that they would probably want payment on booking, and obviously I would never do that. Of the dozen that I actually called, about 4 or 5 did not speak English, at least not enough to make myself understood.
My request each time was for a young slim college-girl to come to my (5*) hotel room in the early evening. I said my price was 4K Rs, and kept to it pretty firmly, although I was actually prepared to go up to 5K Rs.
About 3 of the remaining 7 MPs said they could do that. The others said that they could not do it at that price (2), or that they could only do it at the MP because the girls would not be high enough quality to get into the hotel. One MP quoted me 2K for ST or 3K for all night, but the English and the line was so bad that I couldn't really follow it. I'm guessing that that was again at the MP.
So that left me with 2-3 potential providers, two at 4K and one at 5K. My notes get a bit confused here.
So here is my shortlist. I am sure that the ads change often, but if you have the Sunday ToI handy you should be able to pick out my picks:
Riya: Can provide slim young girl in hotel for 5K
Rozy: Can provide girl for 4K at MP by the airport
Sujal: Can provide a young girl 3-4K at his place. I think this guy has been noted already as the meeting instructions involved a bus stop, which I have seen quoted before. Those reports gave mixed reviews of the girls, but neither suggested the premises they were clean.
Anand: I think this was the guy with the very cheap girls - possibly too cheap for me.
'ModelEscorts': Can provide slim young girl in hotel for 4K.
And the winner was...
'ModelEscorts', for good communication, agreement to my insistence on a young slim girl.
I actually kept three of them dangling, and was pestered by a few calls as to what my plans were. But apologies to Sujal and credit to him for his persistence.
