For dates with 'normal' girls by far the best way is to meet them organically. Indonesian girls are very approachable so just be polite, respectful and ask to meet for a coffee or similar. Balinese girls can be more reserved, concerned about their reputation or being seen by friends and family but Bali is also full of immigrant workers, students or even domestic tourists.

Attractive girls follow the money and aware of the ridiculous rates available in Bali. Basically lots of clientele are drunk tourists or two weeks millionaires who aren't afraid to splash the cash. There is also a large IG / OF scene in Bali where providers can easily 'collaborate'. Most of these girls are happy to earn extra cash out of hours.

Lots of fun to be had but be prepared for sticker shock.
