Then she could discretely slip over to your room or suite in the same hotel for the main event.

With hotels being more likely to be full of foreigners & apartment buildings full of local Viet people, I have to wonder if it would be the latter where she'd be more likely to be recogized. Though in a city of over 6 million people, it seems like quite a longshot in either case.

Hotels, rather than apartments, are places where business meet ups often occur. If your VN girl wanted to play the game of Ms innocent, she could come to your hotel in the appearance of business attire.
