I'm at the mansion now and it's pretty bad. Quality is average and the bar is basically dead until after 10 pm. Girls are asking 300-350 (they keep pushing it up as the dollar is falling). There is talk of opening the bar in the afternoon. But nothing is concrete.

But thanks for your report and hopefully it will be better later in the week starting Thursday or Friday. I plan on getting there on May 16 which is a Thursday since I already read that things might be really dead for the first part of the week. Will stay for 3 nights to take in hopefully the best nights of the week there and spend my daytime hours doing touristy things plus checking out New Life and Energy. Hopefully the hotel bar on Thursdays to Saturdays will be good enough for me to grab one lady each night from there since I really don't feel like pulling from Parqe Lleras.

Generally the "asking price" is not what one should pay. They know there are a lot of newbies at the Mansion so they throw out a high price to start.

If their initial asking is $300-350 K, will they usually settle for $250 or even down to $200 K, especially towards the later evening if prospects of business are getting slim for them?

If they won't lower their price, get up, say "si no quieres ganar dinero" & walk away. You have called their bluff. Usually they will cave, if not move to the next chica. There is not a large pool of guys there, just the ones staying there. If you have to have her, pay the price, make sure you negotiate the time & extras you require.

If you hang there all evening, you will see them come and go in waves. A lot use it as a 'safe space' to get organized, get a drink, and meet up with other girls to head out to Park Lleras or similar. They are not as dependent on the guys being there or not. It can go from dead (2-3 girls) to packed (15+) girls in 20 minutes and then empty again 30 minutes later. Personally, I seem to observe about four waves a night (pre-dinner (7-9), post-dinner (9-10), early club time (10-11) and late club time (12-1). Yes, less in general now with crackdowns and less guests at the mansion itself, but it is still operating as a gathering / coordinating place for a lot of girls. Thus, you get many who are willing to hold out on their price, as they are weighing your offer to what they might be able to get later at a club. Their mind is aiming for $300/400 at the mansion bar, or $600/800 at a Llares Park club. Willingness to settle lower comes down from that, but sometimes that compromise also affects enthusiasm. So keep that in mind (find your balance).

So keep that in mind (find your balance).[/QUOTE]Your assessment is on point. I'm a Mansion regular 4 trips per year for like 10 years. . Most will not settle for less than 300 K. Some are even asking 400 K. Compromise does affect enthusiasm. The Mansion is still pretty full as I just tried to Make a last minute trip mid-late May & they were full 5 days out of the 7 I wanted.

Later at night that may swing to favor places like Gustos or other Lleras area spots. Some of them have contacts in other areas and they are checking on which place looks more promising for business. Hence the back and forth.

No one who knows you drives by or sees you. They come individually there and meet their friends and together (strength in numbers) grab an cab to wherever. They may not know 'who is out' that night, or have their numbers, or coordinated properly. So they can just show and see who is around and team up with whomever. But most would prefer meeting someone at the mansion bar since it is quicker, easier, and they mostly consider those guests safer (they can ask other girls about a guy they meet there) and less chance of being seen in public by someone they would have to explain things to.

Yes I see the Parque Lleras videos where many of the girls hold each other's hands strolling through and obviously feel safer together. But with such pairs, I wonder if they actually have the courage to split up if a guy likely wants to bring only one of them back. I also can see that the girls who do go to the hotel M bar might feel safer with the hotel guests as this is a good thing for both the girls and us too with a more secure place. If the hotel bar strikes out for me any night because of poor quality, I think I might prefer to hit a place like Loutron or La Isla rather than Parque Lleras unless the hotel guests bring the Lleras girls back all the time.
