I'm a Canadian. And maybe looking for a date or two while visiting Puerto Vallarte in late May. Is there a classified section on this forum? Or where's the best place for advertising? Discretion is a must!

No there is not a classified section, but you might want to consider getting a membership for twenty dollars, so that members can contact you through that. I am in Puerto Vallarta on a regular basis and might be able to help you out. Just back after 5 days. I went with my other old fart friend Our wives didn't want to go (what a shame!).

While I haven't been here, I just wanted to give a head's up about a review posted on Mamita's facebook page before its most likely deleted. Someone posted on their wall: "Took my jewellery my sunglasses and my credit cards. Charge you for things you don't even order and then say you owe them 100000 dollars. I'm Canadian and I just wanted to have a good time and that is not what I experienced here. I tried to be fair and pay off more than half what was "owed" and still was very negligent and non compliant. I suggest any Canadians or foreigners that come to puerto Vallarta to stay clear of this place cause they will take you for whatever you have. ".
Like I said, I wasn't there so I can't verify it but just wanted to give a head's up. I think most posters here pay for each drink individually but just a reminder to those who don't. I still remember getting the 200 p bill turned into a 20 p bill magic trick being pulled on me at Rolex a few years ago.

Right now it is torture time in Vallarta because of the 100 percent humidity combined with the temps in the mid 90's. Also at night there are very heavy down pours of rain. Puerto Vallarta is not a mongering destination by far if that is the reasons you are going to be coming to Puerto Vallarta. What type of hotel are you looking for amenity wise and what type of budget? This information will be helpful in recommending a hotel to you.
