Sea shell's terminal decline seems to be ON. My current regular, who's friends used to go to seashell says, they have introduced 3BD entrance fee for the girls and as a result girls have been moving away from SS to alternatives! This coupled with their unjustified hikes in room rental is sure to get them to the bottom of te pile...Greedy , poor Bast**ds!

There was a time when Bahrain hardly featured at all, but this is changing.
Mid week, with nothing better to do and Queens bar being unusually quiet that night, I had a dip into the Expatriates.com lottery.
And what a success it was.

Yeah, I'm not sure what they are up to. There are two Ethiopian girls that are there almost everynight. Most of the girls have to show up at 7PM, some at 6PM. There won't be many regular customers there until after 8PM. So if you show up about 7:30PM, you'll have your choice of ladies.

Even before I left Bahrain for Abu Dhabi I saw a number of defectors from SS to Diggers.
Interesting the management have now introduced this entry fee. I wonder if it is in place of the bar fine. If so I could well understand why they are doing it to prevent the villains from sneaking the girls out without paying it (as I used to). Still BD38 is a bit steep when compared to the 10BD bar fine. In the end these things find their own gravity – and they will quickly revert back to the way it was if they start to lose business.

GS, I think that the fee is three dinars, not 38. I believe you misread 3BD as 38. I don't think there would be any takers at all at a high barfine like that. Mind you, the management seem stupid enough.
Had a reasonable bonk at the Al Farah last night. Nothing special, but cheap and cheerful. Cleaned out the pipes.
Looking forward to a trip to the Far East next month. Roll on the second eid.

Surprise, surprise!
Recently while passing by I decided to swing by Seashell. Expecting to see an almost empty bar, I was in for a shock to see the place crawling with chinese ( seems the thais have left) and quite a few punters too. Now here is the killer....Seems they have raised the room rent further to 30+ BD if you are taking a girl. Some reduction if you take an in house girl , which interestingly is almost non existent as I understand. I did not even have a drink, picked myself up and ran out!
May be seashell understands there is no shortage of mugs in this world and has put the knowledge to business! Or may be, just may be, they have taken out the entry fee ( I did not ask) to attarct the girls and punters go take away instead of shelling out stupid money for the room.

What's the best place to get tested for STD's/HIV etc in Bahrain and how long before you get the results, especially for HIV?
Also, what is everyone's opinion on how clean these WG's are? Try Bahrain Medical Lab's Salmaniya branch (near Salmaniya Hospital). Results take 4-5 hours. Do not go to their other outlets, there could be longer delay because the testing facility is centralised in salmaniya. I used them in the past, most of the tests are done in house except for one odd (Chlamydia I guess) they send to France, takes of few days.
On cleanliness, my 2 cents…
1. Very difficult to group any nationality as cleaner, but have seen Thais and Chinese more consistent in the washing up department. Ofocurse have seen exceptions.
2. Cleaning up is a good indication of how well she takes care of herself, but not necessarily an indication of how safe she is. I bid for without condom play aggressively, and if the girl is game, I do not touch her.
3. Have seen the ones with a kid back home more careful about the safe practices and cleaner, young ones do not mind riskier behaviour for a bit of extra cash. Again,have seen exceptions.
I am a safe player (and a bit paranoid too) and a complete 'rubber' player. And I believe in listerin (May be a bit daft, but hey, that is what I am :-)

I came accross the SS by accident the other day, I went in and they didn't charge me to go in the lower bar. It seemed as though they were going to charge some of the Middle Eastern guys, or maybe they were headed upstairs. I think the drink price was pretty low compared to the other places I have been. I wanted to check upstairs and the guy made me pay 3BD to go upstairs, but it included 1 drink. They were very picky about what the drink was though. I think you can only get a bottled beer.
Upstairs looked like a waste of time, not much going on up there.

I went to F1 for the first time last weekend, and I agree it was nicely packed with the ladies.... and guys. I was approached a few times, but I was only there to check it out.
