They will want to give you a credit for your next stay or give you a partial refund. Never pay all up front if a) you can help it, b) you are not sure about the place. Ask to see the rooms first to make sure it meets your satisfaction. E. G. Hot water works, no bugs, bed coverings satisfactory, etc. A few months ago me and my gf were going from cabana to cabana because they did not meet my specs. In one I pulled back the sheets and there was a used condom.
