Seems to me the easiest way for HK and other clubs to minimize violent crime would be to run criminal records checks on VIP members using the VIP fee to pay the cost unless the applicant already has a current SENTRI or Global Entry card (Prescreened for criminal records). If someone is a registered sex offender or violent criminal, no VIP card. So the chicas would know who is safe to be around by asking to see the VIP card.

Criminals especially would be averse to putting their personal information on record with a VIP card anyway. Chicas going around asking any potential customer if they have a VIP card would be a quick way for them to lose money IMO.

Is just too much vice / drugs in there and packed to the gills with people tripping over one another for me to enjoy it some visits. Is why I like to go week days into early evening then OUT!

I just hated to read this evening that 3 precious ladies are no longer with us. I could see someone especially a chica in high heels and slick room floor falling and hitting her head hard enough to kill her. Could happen to one of us also. Then they say the fentanyl is so strong these days just 2 small drops or something like that can kill you.

Hello everyone,

This report covers what has happened from yesterday to today and will have a part 2 as I leave to fly home on Saturday.

When my friend and I crossed the border from San Ysidro to Mexico there was no wait. We took a Lyft to the Burger King and then walked to the crossing from there.

The Mexican border patrol agent did ask us to pay $35 for the FMM but did not give us a hard time at all.

Once crossing we walked to where the taxis were and did not see the HK limo so we took a regular cab for $6.

Upon arrival we checked into Hotel Cascadas and each got a single room. We were provided with a receipt which can be used to get a refund on the deposit at checkout. They did scan our US Passports. Bring condoms. If you do not it's $4 - $5 per bag from the front desk consisting of one lube, one condom, and 2 mentos.

The rooms are much nicer than before and have everything you need. Hot water is not always available.

I would say the club has changed in terms of where the girls are from and how many there are. The quality is not as good as I would have expected but its not bad.

In the club it seems that the girls that are worth while are by the stairs. Sometimes you might be lucky with one on stage but not always.

I took one from the stage who was Russian and also from Dubai but only drank one drink and left.

The other 10 girls have been amazing. Yes I said 10. All were super horny and into it.

I did find 6 AM to be a good source of time to spend inside as that was the best sex I have had. That girls name was Daphnie.

Business people and politicians don't want even overdosing girls making the news. Its a bad look. For instance, the Adelitas situation last year was caught on camera up close. Unable to be kept on the low. But that's the exception. Unfortunately these girls work a dangerous job. Sometimes I return after six months, see the same street girls, and am a little amazed they are still here. I doubt they ask people.[/QUOTE]My assumption has always been that they estimate it on the length of the line (which by proxy gives you a rough estimate of the number of people in line) combined with the number of lanes open. Those two factors combined with the pre-existing knowledge of the average amount of time it takes to process a single person through customs allows you to very roughly estimate the wait times. Asa pure guess I've always thought that's how they do it but I could be way off on that LOL. But my experience is that MOST of the time the estimated wait times are actually fairly reasonable. They can be way off sometimes but I've found (in my experience, can't speak for anyone else) the estimated wait times to be within a reasonable range the majority of the time.
