The dark horse, and a guy not mentioned until recently, is Governor Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania. The way the electoral map is shaping up, the Democrats ABSOLUTELY need PA, and this guy is popular in his home state, and I cannot find any dirt on him. He is Jewish, but that did not stop the love sent to Bernie Sanders by the Bernie bros, and that would mean he would be loved by the Wall Street guys and Hollywood elite.
The only chance a guy like Shapiro has is at an open convention, and he would inject youth and new blood into the Democratic party which it desperately needs. I heard a clip of him speaking, and I was like, "Okay, this guy seems likable and not entirely crazy. " If he comes across like I saw and there are no skeletons in his closet, he could give Trump a run for his money.
On the other hand, if the Dems are dumb enough to pick Kamala, then Trump wins in a mega land slide.

After all she was the DEI VP candidate in 2020. She has lower approval numbers than Biden, she has never won a primary or caucus, and she is lousy on the stump. I am looking forward to watching her defend the Biden / Harris record of failure and mediocrity. Specifically, I am looking forward to her explaining why she has been AWOL on her one VP assignment as the border queen. So, I am also really looking forward to her debates with President Trump.
Her campaign for president is going to be very dirty focusing on 2 issues, a woman's "right" to abortion up to and including the moment immediately preceding birth, and Trump is Hitler, all the while trying to downplay and run away from the top issues that concern most Americans, including woman, namely the economy stupid (inflation: less purchasing power (groceries, gasoline, car insurance, home prices, rental prices) for working people and the decline of real wages), the open border, runaway crime in Democrat controlled cities, 2 wars, DEI, and woke indoctrination in our universities and schools.
