Each girl decides what she offers. I've pointed out before that it seems new girls are labeled on TAE's site with a 3K discount. I always avoided them. So, that may be why I had very smooth sailing. There is a second smaller Manzoku shop. Attached is an image of how it looks. They can take you to all the same shops. Also attached is Super Angel.

Note that the 6000 yen (early bird) and 8000 yen promo rates are introductory rates. But as long as things are slow, the staff will call and ask the shop "We have a customer who visited you yesterday, can he come again at the promo rate?" And if the shop isn't busy, it's yes. I think in Japan it helps to remember how organized and orderly they are. Even with the prostitutes, they have them into these different categories (amateur, chubby, mother, busty) and even in some places they divide them up further like grade A, grade be, grade see. When it comes to pics at TAE it's a mixed bag. I think it's more about privacy than bait and switch.
