I spent a week last month and its the exact same story with me. 4 of my regulars out in Europe and Mexico.

And remember I have posted many pictures from those same areas in the middle of the night using my top of the line Samsung. Maybe god protects old people and fools and I am getting double coverage.
P.S. Foreigners stick out everywhere no matter how you feel. If thieves were waiting on foreigners in the streets of Bogota, then they would starve to death.

In addition to the newbie focussed trip report, here are a couple of additions-.
The area Chapinero has about 20 casas in a 3 km radius. There are even chains like r0 squilas that have 5 locations. Most barrios nearby have UTR spas and casas. The santa fe tours from woodman are not really needed. The zone is compact and is only a couple of streets. That being said, street crime is rampant and caution must be exercised while walking.
Recent reports include gringo targeted robberies near 93 up north so I cannot recommend a specific barrio as being safe. Seems some syndicate is in Colombia to recruit Latinas in Bogota to go to Spain. Almost always it's for 3 months, probably because of visa requirements, not sure but its very suspicious most go for 3 months. In any case not a good thing for guys like me who have had many many great times with the girls in Bogota. And now to see them go to Spain for 3 months at a time. Not good for mongers in Bogota.

Just like years ago Colombianas would visit CR to get more for services. Always in the Del Rey because the gringos would pay the girls more then the Colombians would pay them in Colombia. Back then there weren't a whole lot of Gringos in Bogota like there is now. So they would go the CR.
I'm curious if my brothers on here have had success with regular women in the store the street etc. I always loved landing a non pro. I met a woman on the beach in Rio, selling bikinis, mid 30's very hot and beautiful woman after 10 minutes of bullshit, made a date for that night and WOW a great night, it wasn't necessary to go the Help that night. Jajaj met a very hot waitress in Pizza alley in Miraflores. A waitress in CR traveling over Cerro de la Muerte on my way to my girls house in San Isidro. I've had lots of no's and not interested but remember most women need help in Latin America and if you have any game, dress trendy and you don't look like Quasimodo you will have success, more crash and burns but its always worth a try and the best thing about it you almost always have a long term friend to call on in the future. I think that is what ruined the game in the first place; foreigners trying to meet chicks by offering "help". Save the "help" for the hookers that require being paid. Chick from Cupid in Brazil that I talk to said she almost did not answer me because she is tired of every foreigner that contacts her offering money for something.

Everybody is not for everybody. There is a pot for every lid. You are going to run into a hella lot of pots that do not fit. Do not take it personally. Just go to the next one.
Then today or yesterday I was talking to another chick online asking when we will meet. She said so soon? I said hell yes. I am not about to waste 3 weeks of my life talking to you just to realize when we meet that we do not like each other.
And I do not dress any trendy. I will just have on the regular jeans and t-shirt like anybody else who is walking around the city and not on their job.
For me also, it is not about needing help. I'm in Bogota to fuck girls that I find cute. But I don't have time for the "game" while on these short vacations. My days are full exploring Bogota and the surrounding areas, sightseeing, shopping, walking around. I don't desire a girl to be by my side to enjoy this. At night I want to try some good food and then go fuck 1 or 2 girls. The thought of wasting energy screening girls online, flirting at bars, etc doesn't appeal to me. If I were there longer I probably would "play the game" but for 3-5 day trips my time is too short to fuck around doing the single scene. So yeah. Santa Fe and the casas are the place to be for me. I see a girl I like, I talk to her, I pay an Amount that's reasonable and within a few minutes I've got my balls in her mouth while I'm 69'ing her tight pussy and finishing with a load covering her face and I'm back out onto the next one. Back at home completely different story.

Santa Fe is, in a word, interesting. There are definitely some diamonds there. It has a dangerous yet thrilling feel. To say all shapes, sizes and types are available is an understatement. I was surprised that some of the most attractive girls I saw in Bogota were on the streets of SF. That said, a little foreshadowing. Walking the streets of SF you can just feel the target on your back. I'm a gringo. I always travel alone. I've done alot of travel. But here more than anywhere I've been, you can just feel the target on you. Interestingly, I did not have any problems in the heart of Santa Fe. But.
My incident: I'd consider myself a seasoned traveler. I have a fair amount of street smarts. I take reasonable precautions and accept that there is an inherent risk in how we operate. Well, I finally got got. Outside of Tequendama Suites, I got mugged. I mentioned that target on my back. In hindsight, I made a mistake or two. But I also feel like the odds are just stacked. A gringo walking alone there is just a matter of time. I'm a big dude. I remain alert to surroundings. One mistake was that I felt the area I was in, literally in the shadows of Tequendama Suites, was so busy that no one would be that bold. Walking past Itau, essentially across the street from the hotel, a group approached me and pulled a knife. They directed me just off the main street and robbed me. They got a very small amount of cash and my burner phone. They made me unlock the phone and took off. The four guys were all dressed very well, but to be honest, I never saw them until they had the knife on me. But they definitely would not have caught my attention based on their appearance. What struck me was that this busy area with seemingly 100 or more people was all of a sudden empty. There was NO ONE within a block. There was not alot of commotion. I chose not to scream and yell. But after it was over, it sure felt like everyone knew what was going on and they all scattered like rats. Rookie mistake: for convenience, I had a few apps that I should have kept off my burner. So that's the biggest loss. It's a pain in the ass tracking down digital footprints. Obviously, that soured me on Bogota. But, even if that didn't happen, I just didn't like the scene.
Lastly, a couple bright spots I would call out. Vicky's Spa. It is not a cheap option by any stretch. But all of the girls there are spectacular. I would recommend Sara if you like them wild. LOL.
I also hit the jackpot with a couple selections off of Mileroticos. Tequendama Suites has a good security process to the point they won't let the girl leave without you confirming all is well. So I took a chance there and was rewarded for it.
For those that love this city, enjoy it. Just not for me.[/QUOTE]About the traffic, at rushhour it is prety bad-- if you can learn how to use Transmilenio you can get around quicker at the high traffic times as the buses have their own lanes-- the card is 8 mil and about 3 mil a ride. But if I do not have my card on me I will ask someone entering to use there card for the 3 mil-- never had a problem-.
Sorry too hear about your robbery which is kinda wierd that would happen over there as there is so much security like armed soldiers-- But shit happens I guess. I have been in that area 1000's of times and have never had a problem except when some biker tried to snatch my phone as I was sitting in the plaza in front of Teqendama hotel.

MDE has better looking girls and better casas. BOG has better clubs and more girls in general. Generally I would say Bogota is cheaper on average, but not by a huge margin. Depends on your mongering style too. Casas are a huge disappointment in Bogota in my opinion. Traffic is a problem that's only going to get worse in BOG, you want to stay near the action or have the action come to you. You're time is too valuable on vacation. Sorry to hear about your mugging, sometimes you're just unlucky, glad they didn't get too much. Its one of those risks that come with travelling to 2nd world countries. I always try to blend in as much as possible where ever it is that I go.

Girl quality: it's almost stupid to discuss this broadly. But I would say for my tastes, Medlellin has a vastly superior selection. In my opinion, Bogota is filled with good looking girl next door types. Nothing wrong with that. In fact, that's kind of my sweet spot. I'm not one that goes out and hunts 10's. But I do think the overall quality in looks is a step or two below MDE. As for service, in my experience the GND usually delivers better service. I really have no complaints about the service levels I had with any of my sessions. Compared to MDE, Bogota seems to have more laid back, service-oriented chicas. And price wise, it's not even close. MDE is easily twice as expensive per session. (That's apples to apples; of course there are ranges for each area you shop in). For what it's worth, Bogota seemed to have alot of good food options.
Santa Fe and SF bars: total let down. I arrived on Thursday so it wasn't the days of thr week. Honestly, they were a waste of time. In any of the bars, there were between 5 and 20 girls. If you are a guy who wants to walk in and choose the girl, go upstairs and knock one out, these places are adequate. I typically like to have a drink or two, party a little bit. Well, that just never happened. It had kind of a weird vibe. Maybe slightly depressing? I can't find the right word. But it was not a party feel. And every bar had near ear splitting music.
