About to hit town next week.

Still haven't found that " go to " restaurant for the the best steaks. If any of you "Street Vets " got any suggestions, it will be much appreciated.

IMHO, that will not put you in the category of a two week millionaire. Ringing the bell and buying rounds for the entire bar regularly will certainly be considered tip toeing on the line of the "2 week millionaire" (no definition to fall back on!)

In many cases I have seen (and pointed out by others as well) the girls just say "upto you" in which case I either clarify the price or just pay the standard THB 1000 with a tip depending on service.

Looks and rap matter more in lowering prices than people give it credit.

And when you do find the next one, and buy her a drink, sometimes that does not work out either (for various reasons). Of course it all depends on the connection you feel at that time. I don't think spending more money guarantees that the girl will be in a good mood or give great performance.

If the girl likes a guy she will go for his price or will ask for a little bit more. But personally I don't give more than 1500.

I can understand your view of not wanting to loss more time, after you find the one you like. So you can just grab her NOW for 2000 or so baht. Thats cool. As long as you are happy. Especially if you don't want to look more. I'm glad that works out most of the time for you. I have only spent 2000 baht three times (in 14 trips). Once in Bangkok and twice in Pattaya. Two times I was lucky because the performance was great. The other one was just ok (I met her at a gogo and she came over after work). She was nice, sweet, and friendly (both at night and the next day). But the service was lackluster. Maybe she was inexperienced. So paying more doesn't guarantee great performance.

In my opintion, 1000 to 1500 is the going rate. That's a good amount of money for the girl. Consider this, many shop and hotel workers here make about 15,000 Baht per month. If they work in a family mart or 7-11 they make about 10 - 12,000 baht per month. So if the girl gets 1000-1500 for 1 night, that's good money. She can work 10 to 15 days and make the same amount in those 2 weeks as someone working a whole month.

Another good one about 2-300 m up the road on Soi Lengkee. Just opened up last month.

Go up soi Diana and keep walking straight. Cross the next intersection and the street name changes to soi Lengkee. The steak place is half way down on the left.

Good location in the central part of town, with an upscale dining room. You can eat inside, or outside in a little cafe that's protected from the rain. Lots of options for those craving red meat, plus a Mexican buffet on weekend afternoons. More reviews and lots of photos here:

But the illness really slowed me down and was one of the big reasons I kept taking th saem girl all the time, not having enough energy for the hunt.

Overall August was a good time for hunting. The overall quality of girls was down a bit, as its low low season. But I did not find it to be as hot and you are much more comfortable outdoors wandering around looking for girls. I just wish that I had more days in the trip where I was up for it.

As for sin sot it really was all a little joke / game we played. TO keep things light. I really enjoyed my time with this girls and hope to see her again. Though I probably won't spend as much time with her next trip.

I slept in until the afternoon and woke up feeling much, much better. I was finally starting to get over this damned cold. Got some work done and then headed out to hit the town. I was feeling a wee bit of cabin fever and needed to get out of the house to interact with other humans.

I hopped a Songtaw and made it out to walking street. The plan was to go out and explore Sois 7 and 8 a little bit. I had never taken a girl form there and I remembered seeing a few lookers while I was out wandering there the night before on my way to Sabai Massage is located.

It was about 6-7 PM now, just ready to get dark and the night was just starting for the girls on the Sois. I grabbed a beer at 7-ll and strolled up and down the Soi, checking out the scene. A lot of fugglies that were well past their expiration date. But a few cuties mixed in too. Maybe 4-5 that I would consider taking.

From Soi 8 I turned into the ally that leads into Soi 7, passing the Pig and Whistle. I spotted a real cutie just outside the big beer bar that opens up out of that ally. Young, fresh and with the kind of curves I was looking for after all the spinner action I'd been getting lately. She must be new to the game because she spoke zero English and was actually a little startled when I approached. Her friends offered to translate for me but I thought better of it and decided to move on, complimenting her on her looks and bidding them a nice evening. I wish I had been able to demonstrate the same kind of foresight later in the evening.

I kept walking up and down Soi 7, nursing my beer. A curvy little cutie jumped out at me form the big beer bar complex towards the end of the Soi, on the left as you go down to BR. I got her name and copped a feel of her nice round little tiitties. But I still wasn't ready to commit to anything so I moved on. After evaluating all the other prospects on the So, I decided to go back and buy her and LD. The plan wasn't necessarily to take her as I wanted to hit up I-Bar or RC later and find and FL. However I was open to anything.

I bought and LD and we chit chatted for a while as I caressed her curvy legs and thighs. She seemed cool but the spark was king of missing, though she did compliment me on having nice eyes. I bought a couple more rounds for us, hoping that the drinks would make her come around. But I was getting tipsy too, and this was perhaps impairing my judgment. I asked if she wanted me to BF her for LT. She said she couldn't do LT because she had to be at the bar by 1 M to talk to her BF on skype. Apparently this is some kind of ritual they have to assure she is faithful to him. But she did agree to come and stay with me until midnight for 1500 Baht. I paid our check and the 300 Baht barfine and we were on our way.

Along the way we stopped for dinner and it sobered me up a little. The girl had kind of a bitchy little attitude and she wasn't as attractive as my first impression of her Her body was a little saggy for her 24 years. I was having serious buyer's remorse and even considered ditching her at the restaurant when I went to the bathroom. But I thought this would be a real asshole move and decided to soldier on.

Things were no better when we got to the apartment. She wouldn't kiss and instead of hanging out and warming up she was intent that we shower an start with the sex. A sure fire sign that she wanted to rush and run. The kicker was when she poked me in the stomach an said it was like jelly. I would have taken this in stride had she said it in a playful or joking way. But this girl was being mean and at this point I just wanted her to leave. I gave her 500 Baht and told her to get going. She didn't protest al that much and I was just happy to see her leave.

I can understand if she did not find me attractive and did not meant to be there But then she shouldn't have gone with me in the first place.

I wasn't ready to call it a night. I firmly believe you have to get back on the horse right away after she bucks you. It was only 9:30 PM and way too early to go anywhere. I hung out around the house in a foul mood and then set off for WS around 11:30.

Got to WS and headed to I-Bar. Not much going on there. Perhaps a bit too early. Made eye contact with a couple of girls but none was all that appealing. And after my debacle with Soi 7 girl I was feeling a bit more self-conscious about approaching girls in groups. So I bounced and headed over to true and trusty RC.

It must have been around 12:30 by now and RC was pretty lively. I saw Gaew by the bar being chatted up by some guy. They seemed to be having a good time, though she was not hugging and kissing on him like she as with me the first night we met. So I really wasn't all that jealous.

I talked to a few girls but couldn't really find anyone I wanted to take home. Problem was that they looked good form a distance, but much less so when I want up to talk to them. I eventually started chatting and dancing with a taller slim and sexy girl. She was down to go with me and I was able to negotiate 2000 for LT. But she wasn't all that affectionate --I couldn't even get a kiss from her. She was also with an older girl who seemed to be advising her on what to do.

All the while I was watching Gaew from the corner of my eye. She was still talking to the same guy and it seemed like they were getting along.

At one poitn she went to the bathroom for kind of a long time, leaving the guy alone. Maybe she was giving me a chance to swoop in and steal her away? IN any case I was still working the tall chick and let it pass. She eventually left with the guy. I couldn't help feel a little twinge of jealousy. But I understood that the girl was just doing her job and I am sure she would have preferred to go with me if I had given her the choice.

I was left with the tall slim girl, and against my better judgment took her home. In the apartment she refused to kiss saying she had a sore on her mouth. She also insisted I pay her up front and would just not let up on this issue. I was pretty fed up at this point and gave her 500 and told her to leave. The second such debacle of the evening!

I was feeling pretty crappy at this point and I went downstairs to get some smokes. The nice young doorman told me that all the shops were closed, but let me bum some smokes form him. I ran upstairs to get some beers and we chatted for about half an hour. Him telling me about his life. Very nice guy and I was grateful to him for the company.

Went to bed alone the 2nd night in a row!

Lesson leaned I had been too hasty in my choice and ignored the warning signs with both girls. I should have been patient and moved on to another instead of forcing the issue. Also I was getting spoiled. I probably could have shagged both girls and busted a nut. But I had gotten too used to getting GFE quality lays.

What is the point of providing such crappy service that the punter loses interest in the service provider and regrets his decision. Wish there was a fool proof vetting mechanism, but I guess there isn't, one needs to basically hope for the best.
