They are smiling because they are being spoiled with money, gifts, and relinquished male power!
Obviously you've never observed Korean men closely if you think they've relinquished the mythical male power.

That's a Korean-girl emasculate-the-guy move. I guess the Pinays have picked it up from watching the Korean telanovelas and music videos. If the Pinays are picking up other I-am-Korean-princess behaviours that's a real tragedy. What I always like best about these Pinays is their winning personalities. It would be a shame if they lost it aping Koreans.
Did you try Air Asia? There is a direct flight to Clark and as far as I know, it still operates.
Nope, there isn't any flight Don Muang to Clark. At least not by AA.

About the first conversation I have with a girl its usually " I will buy you drinks and dinner but no matter how long we date or how often we date I will NEVER carry your handbag.
Its actually hard not to laugh when you see a 6 ft 3 stud carrying his babys lime green Miu Miu bag.

See what happens when a nation practices gender-specific abortion? The emasculation of men two generations later due to way-out-of-whack gender disparity.
See it everyday in AC as the girls lead the koreans around by the hand(while guy carries their bag) and drags them to every outlet to spend money on them.
Guess we're looking at different samples. What I see is Korean men treating girls like crap.
Guess we're looking at different samples. What I see is Korean men treating girls like crap.
I agree and have this as first hand knowledge from some of the girls I know (not just bar girls).
The bar girls tell me the Koreans smell, smoke too much, drink too much, treat them badly but money talks (lots of cash, not much time shagging and a small todger) - so as they need they go with them. If they can get them to by lots of goodies all the better.
College girls are more fussy and those I speak with won't go with many. They like the young Koreans until they find she is to be shared (when possibly drunk) with his mates (go to J Ave in Cebu and see them hunt in packs and ply then with drinks) - then after that dislike (or heard about it from their friends). Bad reputation all round is the general impression I get.
Me. I dislike Koreans only because whichever queue they are in the time goes so slowly as they can never figure out what they want, can't articulate (despite being there for English lessons), can't insert their micro SIM, no idea how to fin the balance, no idea how to deal with the the money etc. The 'Express Lane' at Globe is 'tortoise lane' when they are before me, same for the supermarket. Even the cashiers complain about them (and they can be rude to them also).
But as I said money talks. However GE's observation is the same as mine. Generally not polite, not respectful and lots of other issues also.
Nirvana back open.
Walked by Nirvana bar tonight and it was back open with door girls out front every thing looked normal. Apparently the owner decided to smarten up and make the right donations in order to open back up.

Chris
Fuck opening back up. I'd be more interested in staying out of jail.
Fuck opening back up. I'd be more interested in staying out of jail.
I know the owner there, the mamsan and several of the girls. Cool place. A good majority used to work at the opposite end at 7. I guess they got tired of working for a korean owner. Speaking of which, I heard Tao is changing hands. Korean owner bought the place. A lot of the girls are looking to jump ship. I anticipate them being redistributed up and down the strip.
I really miss Players. Too bad they turned it into a resturant. Oh well. I'll be back for and unprecedented 11th time in 2 yrs next month.
Keep hunting and stay safe.
Nope, there isn't any flight Don Muang to Clark. At least not by AA.
I am sincerely asking, but why would anyone want to try and fly from Manila to AC? Isn't it only a 2 hour drive? Given the time it takes to get to the airport, that's probably faster than flying. I read many posts about how people do it. It doesn't seem that hard. Is there something I don't know? Are the buses crap? Is the ride uncomfortable? Are the buses robbed often? Even if it is only $60, the bus ride has got to be something like 60 cents.
Don Muang to Clark is the route Air Asia used to fly from Bangkok to AC. they also flew from Bangkok (Don Muang) to MNL. Don Muang is Bangkok's older international airport and the hub for Air Asia in Thailand.
I have experienced a number of flights and respective routes in and around the PI cancelled by Air Asia. Normally I like flying this airlines, but their record with respect to the PI is not reliable. 1. They cancelled a ticketed flight (and the route) I had from Clark to Puerto Princessa a month before I was scheduled to fly. I scrubbed my visit to Palawan on account of their cancellation. 2. Just this past Sunday, Air Asia cancelled a ticketed Friday afternoon flight I had with them from Macau to MNL. They attempted to reschedule me on a Saturday flight instead. Apparently Air Asia is not flying Macau to MNL on Friday anymore. This was not acceptable to me and I re booked with Philippine Airlines. 3. I flew one of the last Air Asia flights on their now cancelled route from KL to Clark. I am just glad they didn't cancel that flight on me.
The bottom line is I will think twice or three times before I ever book another flight to the PI with Air Asia. They always gave me a full refund for their cancellations, but it is not worth the uncertainty and inconvenience a cancelled flight and route can create.

Ninoy Aquino is in Manila. So he wants a flight from the old airport in Bangkok to AC. P.S. The bus ride from Manila to AC is $3 and a taxi is about $60.
