Why. As I relocated to SD in 2005. Prior to that I would stay at various ones that have changed names a time or 2 since then. There was one on E street by the trolley behind the motel 6 and Black Angus restaurant that was fair. Also the one across from KFC on S. Why. Blvd. Uses the name Rodway Inn now. Appears this one is $70 at least per night and can be noisy with train activity at times.

My room was poorly cleaned, smoky and graffiti was carved into all of the furniture. To top it off my foot broke through the tub enclosure during my shower. Plus now that the Ped West crossing is open it's no longer the closest hotel to the border. Steer clear.

Great view of all the pussy walking on E street when you get a front room, and there is talent getting rooms there occasionally. Just a knock on the door and your making fun. The Rodeway in National City has had a makeover to all the rooms, is very clean, within walking distance to the trolley and fast food. It also has talent taking rooms there too sometimes. You just have to keep your eyes out the windows and you will be surprised by a hot one hanging out or walking to the room. They are obvious.

I used to stay here all the time. Good Place was newly remodeled 3 years ago.

Hot water, wi fi, the works. You can also get almost anywhere you need to go for $2 - $7 with uber in Tijuana.

Can you guys believe I've been living in SoCal for 5 years and this was my first time going to Tijuana? What an idiot! Anyway-Ill be going to Thailand next week for my third time in a little over a year and that's still my preferred destination.

As I'm a bullfighting aficionado and bot tix for the bullfight on Sunday at Caliente, I decided what better time than now to hit Tijuana. Walked across the border at ped west at 14:00, then proceeded to trek to my hotel (Ticuan). Decided to start it off light with some food and beers. Got a decent buzz going and headed for Hong Kong. Had it mapped out and took the "scenic" route down Primer Callejand Coahuila. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the SWs as there were 2 that I would have taken right then and there. Propositioned them and the same 45 bucks for everything applied. Still opted to goto HK for a quick session. (You can read my more detailed reports in the HK thread). Had a good time in there then left and got some food. Went back to the hotel, to freshen up and get some more money and we were back out. Having been to HK already I wanted to see what the other venues were like. Started at Chicago, and it was not very packed which was good. Had a drink and watched the girls in action. Nothing really stood out except this one dancer with glasses who had some great moves. When she was finished dancing, she put on this plaid shirt that enhanced her sexiness. Cashed out and went to Adelitas; it was pretty packed and there was no place to sit. I did 2 laps and did not see anything that made my weenie tingle so we left. Went into Bar Tropical and Valentina, but it seemed like these were more dance clubbish. And the girls were all sitting amongst themselves in the dark smoking. Not my style so we left for Hong Kong. Stayed there until 1:30 am and got another session in.

Got another session in at HK before the bullfight the next day. I will definitely try some streetwalkers next go round.

Because of the long flights, I recommend staying at least 2 weeks. I stayed for 4 weeks each trip in 2017 and they felt too short.

Prices are much lower, more choices, usually better performance, and IMHO the girls are prettier.

Check seasonal weather trends before you book your trip. LewAshby will be sweating like crazy next week, but he won't care because after a short walk to his hotel he will be showering with a Thai cutie.

Prices aren't lower when you factor in airfare and accommodations. If I spend 1000 $ to get there for the sole purpose of mongering and $500+ in hotels, doesn't matter if each lay costs $10 once I get there, I've still spent 1500+. 1500 is at least 15 bar girls and like 60 SG in Tijuana. So I can get to Thailand and screw 10 chicks over a period of a week for like 1700 total cost or I can stay local and do 60 for the same costs. No thanks.

I'm just being an ass. Everyone should go to thailand once for the experience, not the cheap lays.

Asia is fun, but not worth the travel costs and spending 2 full days on the airplanes. Unless you have some other reason to be there, like a business trip. Go somewhere closer. Plus, I personally prefer the looks and variety of MX girls to Asians. That's a matter of personal preference.

San Ysidro Blvd. Good location because you can walk 10 min from the border, when you come back from Tijuana late after 1258 AM (last trolley to San Diego). In the morning a small breakfast and coffee free or breakfast until 11 AM in "Subway" on the opposite side of the street. Sometimes there is noise from the trolley. - "Motel 6" (745 E Street) is also a good location next to the "E Street" trolley station and has a swimming pool. Around a lot of restaurants: Angus steak, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Denny's, supermarket, liquor store. I recommend breakfast in "Aunt Emmy's" across the street. For dinner "Buffet House" all you can eat buffet for about $ 10-$ 12 opposite the "Palomar Street" trolley station.

The general idea is that the minimum wage is $5 per day in Tijuana and $11.50 per hour in California. So it is generally always more bang for your buck to have dental work, upholstery, tailoring, car repairs and hotel stays in Mexico because the labor costs you less. Why you would want to stay in San Ysidro or Chula Vista when you get a better deal 10 minutes south of the border does not compute to me. Explain why you prefer to pay more in San Ysidro. 2 d, you avoid DUI problems or muggings by staying in your hotel room in Tijuana till morning. Why would you risk this by traveling at night in Tijuana? Third, restaurants cost much less in Tijuana. I just paid 40 pesos plus tip ($3) in La Perla for breakfast served at a table with freshly made salsa. So why try to go and spend more in Chula Vista?

I'm trying to plan out my border crossing next week and had a couple of questions.

I'm in my mid 30's and I'm entertaining the idea of taking a low dose of an ED drug (maybe sildenafil but I'm open to suggestions) to keep decrease my recovery time between girls. Does anyone have a pharmacy suggestion for just buying 1-2 maxifort on the cheap? And is it better to enter at pedwest or the old crossing in order to hit up any pharmacies just over the border?

Also, I've read a few posts about getting a Costco membership there. Turns out mine is expired and I'm interested in renewing it for cheap if I can; however, I speak no Spanish. For anyone who's done this, would it be possible to get through the process without knowing Spanish? How do you get around putting down a Mexican address? And, I can get to the Costco, but do taxis hang around there for when I'm leaving? I'm a little worried about getting stuck somewhere since I won't have cell service.

Don't use any pharmacy at the border. They'll charge you 4-5 x as much. Highly recommend Piri, which is just east of the arch, maybe 1/4 mile. There are also other, slightly more expensive options on Revolucion that will still be much cheaper than anything at the border. As far as I know, they all will sell you quantities as small as a single pill.

Costco is in a very busy area and you'll have no problem finding a cab, at least during business hours and probably later than that. As for address, I can't help you there. No clue.

And generally, the further you venture off Revolucion, the more Spanish is required. Most taxi drivers understand English well enough. And a fair percent of the population understand enough. I don't speak much Spanish but get by. Unless you have a nuanced, detailed conversation, you'll probably be ok. But download Google Translate offline just in case.

The distance from PedWest to La Zona is around half the distance of the old entrance (I. E. PedEast) and can be walked in less than 10 minutes. You will be on the pedestrian path & bridge, and thus you will walk right past where the Wax Museum and Piri is located on your way to LZ.
