[/QUOTE]From Frankfurt Airport: Best way to Darmstadt is the Airliner Bus. But that only takes you to the Darmstadt Hbf, from where you can take the "R" Bus to Sharks or Taxi (about 10 e additional).

From Frankfurt City: As Syzigies long ago posted for us: Take the Via train direct to Darmstadt Nord (small station about 10-15 walk from Sharks), which tends to leave from Frankfurt Hbf, Gleis (Platform) 12 at 25 mins past the hour, mostly every other hour on odd hours. It is an 18 mins ride, and then a very doable walk to Sharks. I believe the last train service on this line is 21.25; and the last train on this line back to Frankfurt is 22.13.

Also from Frankfurt City: Regular service on the S-bahn to Darmstadt Hbf, from very early morning through to after midnight. At other (more mainstream) hours there is a RB (Regional Train) to Darmstadt Hbf, usually twice per hour, with only one stop (Langen) in between. Remember: you will need to take the "R" Bus to Sharks or a taxi from Darmstadt Hbf. The last trains back to Frankfurt from Damrstadt Hbf: 00.30 and 00.35.

Taxi: Travelling back to Frankfurt late at night by taxi will cost you average of 60 E. Some drivers may try to "upsell" you with rates like 65E or even 70E. But 60E is the standard, and if you are a good negotiator you might get it for 55 E, but most will accept 60 E as a flat fee, depending on where in FFM you need to go.

If you plan to do Sharks a lot from Frankfurt: The very best option is to hire your own wheels.
