Actually, even where the polls stood on those 3 decisive states with Biden before he dropped out he likely would have won the necessary 270 and more when you factor in the much greater ground game Biden has been setting up in those and other battleground states for years vs Trump's near zero and the fact that polling methodology has overcorrected and generally been overcounting Repub election strength since the 2020 election (when they were overcounting Dem election strength). Both conditions could easily overcome as much as a 6 point Repub lead in the Consensus. Not insurmountable in the least. And Trump was not as far ahead in the Consensus in those states as 6 points.
