I allow some extra money for the foreign comparing with home prices.

Sometime I do the same, a 200/300 baht will not be a killer for me, maybe I make somebody happier.

But paying the DOUBLE makes us look like idiots, nothing more.

I do not know whether this will raise the general price levels, maybe not, bust still it is a bad sign.

The fact is, he is on ISG. If he spent some time reading some posts, maybe some pricing education could help him save some money in the future.

Funny though. Seems like dudes are more interested in writing and ranting about saving 2 bucks on a Taxi than 100 on a girl.

I myself haven't been there and cetainly haven't heard many reports regarding this place like others. He pointed out USD that he paid 140? I jokingly reply and corrected him that it is more like 200 USD. If we stick to that specific amount 200USD, you can't get much at home especially overnight! Sure you can get laid for $25. 00, not in the San Francisco, with any quality, most likely she has Hiv drug addict, no teeth, and if one looks at some sites like FrugalJohn. Com you will see some price structure and picture but there will be nothing on the site that gave him the experience he had from the girl from Spasso that he could get at home.

Lets put everything in perspective I wouldn't go to a place like Spasso and pay the price but he knew what he wanted and got what he wanted for the price he wanted to pay knowing it was more. He came away happy and plans to revisit again. Its not like he is going to the Biergarden and paying that price and driving the market up? Many might disagree and that's okay but his report certainly shouldn't threaten the price structure and if one reads his report then you can see he passed up others because the price being ask was to high even for Spasso?

I'd pay much less with a rubber involved. I wouldn't want LT and would pay more if I had to just to get rid of her after I've had enough of intimate activities. Maybe some other guys could get the same for less than half of that. But, then, I'm not them and they're not me. I'm ceratinly no Brad Pitt or Don Juan with the girls, but I'm also far from being the most undesirable guy they've ever seen.

Thank you for all the opinions. Special thanks to LBM for standing up for me (somewhat.). BTW, I said 4000 min = USD140. Its different matter that I ended up paying 6000. 4000 is absolute minimum I heard from the ladies there, the ones I talked to atleast.

I have been to Bangkok many times and I know girls are available from 1000bht onwards, although some guys seriously disagree.

I have been to Soi Cowboy and picked up a 21/22 yr old spinner for 2000 overnight. No one can accuse me of inflating prices there.) Maybe I paid market prices though.

I wanted to try a different place like Spassos, CM2 which is not too much reviewed here. Other forums also mentioned 4000min at Spasso.

Why did I choose Spasso? I do have an expense account and can claim drinks for myself as well as the girls. I cannot give the company bills from Soi Cowboy or Nana for obvious reasons. I don't have to spend on lady-drinks, bar-fine etc. In Soi Cowboy, my expenses were around 3500-4000 including drinks for myself, the ladies, bar-fine etc.

Also, I do not pay for my air ticket to Bangkok. Its on company business.)

Lastly, there is no set standard for paying for the girls. Its upto each punter. But I do have a major problem with taxi drivers who behave rudely and ask for exhorbitant fares when you get into their taxis. If they ask for a tip politely after the journey, I have no problem giving it.

No offense taken, I have followed the Bangkok forum for long and it has helped me make my trips more fun. Although the Spasso adventure is the first I posted about. Thanks.

I don't know where you guys monger in the US. I had a GFE session yesterday here in Socal for almost 3 hours for $200. I can get that all the time here if you know what sites to find them on.

I don't go to Thailand to pay those prices when I can get that service there for 1/3rd the cost.
I bet most guys feel the same.
But, to each their own. It is your money. Have a blast.

I was not suggesting you raise the price levels but simply you were paying a lot (=out of your pocket) and that (similar, somehopw, of course) level of girls can be obtained for much less (I am not suggesting 1000 here.)

If you can get back the major part of the bill, then it is like buying a Mercedes at the price of a Golf: do it! .

As you noted yourself " if you know what site " and when you look at those sites you have a particular price and look for those sites and if you were looking at the high end you would find high end prices right? I understand fully that you don't go to Thailand to pay those prices but this endless conversation whether we like it or not always comes up and the price police can attest to the many conversations in the past and will be again in the future. But reality is that many do and many will pay what they want haven't we heard that before? But again in your own words " almost three hours " I believe he got more than that?

His post clearly stated where he was going and what he wanted " Highend " is that too much to accept. The drink prices had my mouth drop too but he went in with a intend not to pay a particular price at this specific location. He wasn't standing outside Nana parking lot intend on paying that price. He had many opportunities but the price was too high and he settle on what he felt was reasonable for this place. I live by the motto, best bang for your buck and if I had the means this place and price would be relative to the situation. Is that too hard to understand? If he had wrote that he paid that amount for a FL on Sukhumvit I wouldn't be siding with him and agreeing with you?

Now if you think you can visit Spasso the next time you are in town and want to apply the same price structure you normally pay please do and let us know how it goes? If you can get a lady to stay for more than 3 hours at this place for your price structure please let me know so I can visit myself and then retract what I have written and throw in that he is a fool for good measure.
