I went to a few places last night with some friends and decided to show them Sea Shells, it was about 2AM. I went there twice in the last couple weeks and didn't pay any entrance. One of the nights was a Thursday, which is usually the day some bars charge an entrance fee. I think maybe they might charge Middle Eastern men.

I want to book a room at a place which has alot of good looking CIS and Arab girls, i've tried searching the thread but i think alot of info could be out of date, is Phoenicia still worth a visit? I also notice there are 2 phoenicias listed on hotel booking websites and the prices they quote (lowest i've seen is £72 for towers and £59 for the other one), are these prices the same as what people pay without pre-booking?

If you are just coming to Bahrain for a mongering holiday, I would advise you look elsewhere. F'rinstance like Thailand :) If you are here on business and happen to have spare time, then that's different.

The Delmon Hotel is still worth looking at. The rooms were refurbished and are ok (a friend stayed there recently . . . again) and Diggers is in the same building. Latest info is that it is still filled with totty of the asian persuasion. If you are looking for CIS, personally, I'd look in Dubai. Better selection.

No one seems to have a good handle on Arab girls yet. Not of the P4P variety. Some Moroccans said to inhabit one of the hotels off Exhibition road, begins with a 'Y' though the name escapes me at the moment. No personal confirmation. Other venues include the Metropolitan Hotel which has the F1 club which is close to Phoenicia, or Al Bustan which houses Queens and JJ's and BJ's.

As you mention, girls change venues and leave. Turnover can affect who is where, when. I guess you've got to go and look see for yourself. Please remember to post any experiences for the benefit of others, good and/or bad. It's always good to know where to avoid as well as where to go.

Best place for CIS/Arab girls is Phoenecia hotel...HOTEL, not the Tower. On weekends(Saudi weekend that is), expect to pay 50BD for a room and maybe around 35 on a weekday. ST costs 50BD. Avoid the Moroccon's though, just my advice.

I'm not close to that age yet, but I have pretty big man boobs.
I started lifting weights since I was a teen, and since have been exercising and not exercising for almost a couple decades now. Now I have been regularly weight lifitng for quite a few months now and I can bench press just as much or more than I have ever been able to, the problem is I'm also a little over weight, so big pectoral muscles along with fat makes my man boobs pretty big.
