I was in Delhi for a few hours waiting for the connecting train and johnny wanted some action. So browsed through CL and called an SP number ending with 705. He called me over to Akshardham Metro and picked me up from there on his bike. He has two options a 2 k and a 3 k one. Opted for the 3 K one. The girl was a from Haryana, forgot her name. I have heard that many people frm Africa in Delhi are HIV+ . Most of them are here to get cheap treatment because getting treated in Indian hospitals is cheap and best. Above all lodging is also cheap here. So better give a second thought.

Who / UN has many health programs specifically around HIV in most African nations, one because of high prevalence of the disease there, and second because of poverty. Treatment is free too. People from that continent are here to escape the harsh life back in their countries. They get easy student visas to many Asian countries and they are mostly funded by their parents back home. While many study here if they can afford to, quite a few survive on the allowances they get from home and supplement their incomes as WGs. Its wrong to say what has been said in general terms.
