Western Union was offering an exchange rate of 19.63 peso /$ + $5 transaction fee.
Also, I am noting some o the HK drivers have expectations of more that a $1 tip, I personally like using them only for the return trip late at night. Love to take the shuttle to Centro (now I have an added reason to do so!) and walk to HK. HK Standard quote is now $80 for work days, which is 1360 pesos if you use the HK exchange rate, but if you use the Compass bank exchange and offer a BG 1360 pesos, that is $69 giving you a $11 savings! . I am doing everything in pesos.
Noted the SGs in the alley closer to HK are demanding more money and the service is becoming a bit impersonal. If you can negotiate 200 pesos, which would be quite a deal, it would almost certainly not include sin ropa or kissing, and likely one position. If any those are important to you, I'd advise you to plan for the 400 pesos range. I'm just not sure 200 pesos is realistic. That's below the going rate and not sure the service would be very good.
