You go there to buy watered down over priced drinks while cavorting & fondling with barely dressed Pinays.
If you & her want to leave during her work shift you are obliged to pay a compensation to the bar owner for loss of her (potential) income.
She is not obliged to provide anything more than companionship. Its not legally speaking prostitution.
In reality girls very quickly discover that guys want sex & will pay for it (bf + tip).
Depending on your attractiveness to her (how you behave in the bar & after, looks are secondary but cannot be ignored) the experience will vary from adequate (a bonk & good night kiss, maybe a pop in the morning) to mind blowing (use your imagination).
They are human beings. This cannot be forced. Asking if a girl wants to go with you is normal & the answer is entirely up to her. If throwing a little money around on lady drinks in the bar while having a little fun & checking out a few girls is a problem for you then find a cheaper venue.
AC bars are very cheap compared to Manila / Cebu.

The tricky ones are the ones who have already done bar work elsewhere or on previous occasions in AC. They try to play the new girl role.
True fresh off the farm girls are usually pretty easy to pick though.

But it would seem to me Macau should be somewhere in the list. The Chinese don't refer to it as 'Man Heaven' for nothing. Punting is generally not 3rd World cheap here, but the many saunas and fishbowls attract some pretty top flight talent. Lots of it from all over Asia, and to a lesser extent, the CIS and even Africa as well.
Many will argue the very best stay behind in Kiev, Tokyo and Shanghai, and that may well be true. But where else can a man live out his carnal dreams with such varied and plentiful beauties and all at prices Punters in North America and Europe still find a true bargain, at least for the ocassional indulgence?

No doubt Juan took her cherry but Juan did not give her the big O! Juan is usually finished in 2 minutes due mostly to lack of privacy. It is slam. Bam. Thank you ma'am. Not enough time for the girl to get all worked up and have the big O. We have private rooms with CR allowing for maximum privacy in a town where supposedly no one knows her. Last month I was in Fortunes Hong Kong Seafood restaurant having dinner with a few friends. In comes a nerdy looking 40 yo Caucasian foreigner with 9. Yes 9. Girls.
