Planning a trip in mid-July, first time visit to Tijuana, but I've mongered in Costa Rica and Germany. I'm unsure how many days it's worth hanging out in adult Disneyland. I could spent up to 10 days, and my plan is stay at Cascadas for convenience. But reading the forums, it seems like most people spent one or two days, no longer. Will I get bored / run out of things to do after 2-3 days?

You have to figure out the main aim of your 10 days in Tijuana, if it is for meeting girls or to sight see.
Cascada is reasonably clean, quiet, comfortable, and is definitely Tijuana's most convenient and efficient hotel to party, meet and take girls from the club and the streets to bed. Rooms on 4th floor will hear music thumping all night, but 6th floor is very quiet. The noisy street band has been asked to leave the area.
Don't settle for the first few girls you see in the club. Just relax, enjoy the show, wait and look for the hottest girls of your dreams. They tend to show up at different times. Most girls from out of town share rooms in Cascada on 4th floor. You will run into them in the hallway or lobby, looking nice and sweet in street clothes, and try to make friends. You will likely find some hot street girls at various times of the day, who would join you in Cascada.
In between sessions and partying in the club, you can quickly go back to the room for naps or to cleanup, which maximize the use of your fun time.

There are clubs / brothels in those cities as well, but I usually take an HK girl on an overnight trip. You can take taxis to other cities for a reasonable price. One of the girls knew a taxi driver who took us to Rosarito for the day and back for 700 pesos, two beers, and a snack at Papas and Beer.

Go see some sights, hit las playas and check out Mexican beaches, Roserita, Ensenada, and other points of interest that are relatively close and cheap to get to. Also some have mongering spots to check out. I wouldn't just stay in zona Norte and the alley vicinity for 10 days. You will have plenty of time to explore and fuck chicas in other places. Go for it and broaden your horizons bro.

Where else can you double your money for outdoor chicas but in Tijuana if you hit up a cambio to exchange US $ for pesos? Many still accept 200 pesos as equal to $20 US dollars. So why pay double in US $ ?
ABC exchange in San Ysidro was 20.008 to buy and 20.009 to sell Monday when I was down. Amazing the thin spread between buy & sell at times. Also it is a hit miss flip flop between cambios in Tijuana vs S. Why. To get the best rates. Some days Tijuana is better, other days S. Why. Is.

Enjoy it while it lasts.[/QUOTE]Use your ATM in Tijuana to withdraw in pesos, and it even gets better: Using BBVA Compass ATM card at a BBVA Bancomer got me a 20.59 exchange rate! Had to pay a 1% commission, though- which was made the effective exchange rate to 20.39 pesos.

Why. Today Wed. It was better in Tijuana as I got 19.50 but in S. Why. It was lower. Barely over 19. Today the rate was down due to market compared to Monday, only 3 days ago.
A good place that is convenient if you ride a shuttle van in is on 2nd street, North side between McDonalds & OXXO you can see their sign from Revo and it is between Revo and Constitution. They give you little candies too & a easy to read receipt with plenty of dark ink. The kind fitting for a corporate expense report. I hate receipts that have faint ink prints as if the ribbon needs changing.

If you your exchanging a few hundred $ into pesos, it's not that much of a difference. How much is your time worth?

I will be in Tijuana tonight and for the next few days.
