Only advantage of Bangkok Air might be that your luggage will be checked through directly. In the end with all airlines you still have to fly CNX-BKK-PNH. And flighttimes with AirAsia for BKK-PNH are very convenient.

Had 7 days holiday. Tried to figure out how to kill the 7 days. Bored of CP, Zhuhai, Yangon, sick of BKK and AC. Searched around Air Asia fare, decided on Chiang Mai with ladies as supplementary fun in mind. Have not been here for at least 4 years. Bought AA ticket to KL to see a friend for a night, and then KL to CM. KL-CM ticket was still so cheap about 400 ringgits only even booked just a few days before departure.

I rented a small car, and one big warning, CM is not a quiet town with all these trees and ancient temples, and people strolling with cold refreshing air. The traffic is horrendous. The city roads are jammed packed with cars, sontel buses, tuk tuks, and million of motorcycles. I regret driving a car myself, my blood pressure must have shot up to 200. And with motorcycles 2 cm from you, you must have some strong stomach.

My last visit about 4 years ago, I thought CM was hectic, but now the traffic and the air quality is totally atrocious, I got some allergic sinus problem after 2 days, had to buy a thick mask from pharmacy when walking out. And crossing major streets also takes some guts, it's almost like crossing roads in Ho Chi Minh.

But Chiang Mai has many good value hotel. First night I stayed at Orchid, only 1500 for a nice room. I drove to Sayuri about 7PM.

Before I walked in, I asked some Thai guys the price, the left side of fish tank is 1300, and right side 1000. There were about 15 girls, but non can be called cute. The place was packed with Thai guys, taking all the seats, so I stood there and papasans do not bother you at all. The girl turn around rate is very high, Thai guys must have very short sessions, because I stand and sit altogether about 45 min, I saw many girls gone and came back already.

Finally picked one from 1300 pool, and turned out to be a mommy, with some baby stretches. She wanted tip for BBBJ, and session was really ordinary, so was BBBJ. 200 tip which she asked herself.

Later drove to the moat and parked. Walked along Loi Kroh bars back and forth 2 times, did not see one single doable one. My day is finished.

Woke up so early had breakfast and checked out hotel. Drove around and visited 2 major city temples. Then went to a travel agent to see if any interesting optional half day tours. I ended up joining a Thai cooking lesson in the afternoon. Only 600 bahts with 4 students that day and the cooking teacher taught us 3 basic Thai dish. We also ate what we cooked ourselves, didn't taste too good. But the teacher ended up making us a nice meal before finishing the class.

Later that day I explored another massage at Phucome, but selection was so bad I drove to nearby Chiang Mai Hill Hotel massage. About 10 girls, small shop, price 1600 on the left and 1300 on the right. Nothing fancy in the fish tank, but decided on one big tit girl from 1600 side.

This girl won't do BBBJ, even offering tip, so the session did not go too well, ended up doing a HJ. No tip, papasan very friendly. The selection was quite small, and more expensive than Sayuri for their upper rank girls.

Drove to town and found the famous Spotlight gogo, the whole place was dead with about 3-4 customers at 10 PM, and several very fat ladies dancing, and 2-3 mediocre girls trying to get lady drinks from all of us, I left after 1 drink.

I moved on to my second hotel Chiang Mai Plaza. 1200 bahts for a nice room, another good deal. I walked around and found many karaokes, but I can sense it's all rip off. Did not try. Walked around night bazaar and finished the night.

decided to get out of chiang mai, but did not know where, intended to to chiang rai but after a wrong turn ended up on the cm-lampang high way, so decided to go ahead to lampang, a short drive.

but the road has some very trecherous and dangerous sections. one time a speeding thai blue bus was rolling down hill at top speed on a curb, and almost hit me on the side, probably missed me by 15 cm, these thai buses must be going down 150 km / hr or more even on down hill curbs. these thai bus and truck drivers have no regard for other people's lives, remember that when you drive in thailand, so you will beef up your defense.

i have been to lampang one time before about 7-8 years ago on transit. it was nice quiet town. drove around looking for a hotel, found many decided to stay pin hotel, only 600 bahts for a big room.

i asked the bell boy about places for fun, he told me there is entertainment complex with discos, karaoke, and massage. tipped him 50 bahts for the info and direction. i went to the entertainment complex, it is very close to the night market on the main road. there are a few pubs and some karaoke girls sitting down stair sofa in the lobby next to the pub, i asked them if i can skip karaoke and take girls out for fun, but the boy concierge said most girls only sing and i need to go up and drink and ask them myself. too much trouble so i skipped, but i found out there is a massage place in the same building, there was a stair in the back.

so i went in, a small fish bowl place. 3 in fish tank and 2 side line. no one was attractive, but decided to take a sideline 1600. again the girl is a mommy with sagging tits, but face was okay. service was alright and very friendly, need a hj to finish. i can tell this place gets very little business. the papasan told me they only have 5-6 girls now. i guess thats how big the market is in lampang.

after the session, went to the building lobby, more girls were sitting down stairs, all of them karaoke girls. 2-3 doable ones, but again need to do your karaoke process before you have a chance of taking them out. that was my night.

Decided to stay extra night in Lampang, switched hotel to Tipchang hotel. Basic room for 700 close to entertainment complex. 3 min walk. Drove to see some temples in the city and relaxed in the river bar for a few drinks.

Went to entertainment complex again. Saw these karaoke girls again on the first floor but did not feel tempted to go. Went to disco, saw a few possible freelancers. Talked to a few, including one doable one came with another girl. Definitely in the game, bought them some drinks, but music too loud, she told me she call me after disco.

I went into the same massage again, but exactly the same lineup, so did not take. Walked to 7/11 and the girl called me wanted to see me. I walked back to hotel and she came. She is definitely part time worker even she is a student. Every where in Thailand even in this tiny town, there are always freelancers in the disco pubs, nice country.

Good sex, good BBBJ, even said if I don't like condom I can take it off, I did not, and no money discussed until the end. She asked me for some tip, I intentionally gave her 1000 to see her reaction, she kind of frowned, and asked me another 500, I gave her. It was good sex compared to previous days.

The following week we tried another spa / massage parlour in the town. Body scrub 350 baht 1 hour, oil massage 350 baht 1 hour. Again a private room with door but the premises was a bit of a dump and the shower had no hot water located in a cockroach infested bathroom. The massage ladies I can only describe as old hags in they're 50s maybe older. This time they not only wrapped us up in towels but also some sort of blanket made of course curtain material. After the body scrub and an ice cold shower they began the oil massage. Same thing, lots of towels and wrap around material. During the massage a man opened the door and walked in. He appeared to be the owner and gave the women instructions of where to go for their next job. This really spoilt the enjoyment for my wife. By this time I had had enough and was counting the minutes to the end.

A few days later we tried an oil massage located on the ground floor of a well known large hotel in Chiang Mai. Oil massage 2 hours 700 baht each. Nice clean premises but no private rooms for couples and only a curtain instead of doors.

2 middle aged women walked in. The lady assigned to massage my wife seemed to have no interest at all and had a facial expression that could sink a thousand ships. She wrapped my wife in towels and concentrated on massaging her arms and feet. My massage lady was OK with me, she let me throw off the towels and was not shy as she placed her hands around my balls, which was quite enjoyable. After an hour and 10 minutes the ladies said they wanted to go and wash their hands, then disappeared for 15 minutes. They came back finished the massage and that was that. Totally boring, the massage was crap and a waste of time.

The annoying part to all of it was that although I gave clear instructions to what we wanted, was agreed and they said no problem, they still ended up doing things their way. It was like being massaged by Nuns, so prim and proper, boring and nothing interesting considering what they are charging for this service.

There are scores of the cheapo massage parlours in Chiang Mai, but these are mostly geared up for men and happy endings, or do not have the facilities for a male and female couple.

So can any of you out there in Chiang Mai recommend a suitable massage parlour that can accommodate a couple? Reasonably priced, somewhere that doesn't require a bank loan for a 2 hour package and a little bit risqué not too prim and proper.

This is a report about my visit in Chiang Mai last December. First night I took a room at one of the thousands hostals in town, then I moved to the Raming Lodge. Didn't want to be overhelmed by the backpackers women's infantry which fullfill the whole town.

Loi Khroh at night is quite fun, especially on the "old town" end. Anything else is quite dead. There are girls on offer, but I felt they didn't worth it.

Because Christmas and New Year's Eve period, there was a show everynight at the square in front of the Taphee Gate. One night I met a very nice FL overthere, she catched me with an almost invisible handsign. They are very shy, not easy to recognize in between people.

Anyway, I saw only one.

Going to Sayuri is easy on map, or by walk (sweaty distance anyway) , but it is not by driving, because main road to Sayuri is one way, towards town. I went with bycicle, and I did it all the way down on the sidewalk.

Sayuri has a long fishbowl, something like 40 meters long, with one single row of sofa and armchairs in front. On the other side of the glass, some steps with the girls. Room for at least 100 of them, but never seen more then 20 alltoghether. Only Thai people there, they use to have dinner while watching, most of them do not take any girl, they just go there and lurke around.

The price is standard for everyone, pay upfront before service.

I did'nt see any stunner, nor even some real beauty, but many good looking anyway.

I had luck, I choose one girl who was really keen to give a good service. A girl really convinced that it was her duty to give a good service. Kind of strange, isn't it? A disappeared species in BKK.

Almost at the "night market" end of Loi Khro, on the right side of the road (walking from town to the market) , there is an entertainment complex. A row of bar inside an hangar and a boxing ring at the end of the row. Narrow entrance, but evening time you cannot miss it, lot of loud music.

I went there 3 times just to have a drink. Not much to tell about, I didn't feel any vibe there. Plenty of girls, but I don't' know what they do to live, I didn't see anyone of them going away with customer. They just chit-chat in between them or with young tourists.

we found the place, it`s called the evita massage.

the massage was good and the premises ideal, they massaged my wife and i in a large room on a king sized bed. the room had a large mirror on the wall, which i liked. only problem was that there is no door in the room, only a curtain. this did put my wife off because there were people walking about and being massaged outside. so i had my eye on the curtain for most of the time in case someone decided to walk in our room.

we asked for a 2 hour oil massage at 350 baht per hour for each of us.

2 ladies, not lookers by any stretch of the imagination. the lady who massaged my wife was early 40s, my massage lady mid 30s.

they did exactly what i wanted, massaged us in the nude, not the ladies but my wife and i and the massage was good although very mild, more for relax than therapeutic. the 2 massage ladies wore white overalls and thick dark brown slacks the whole time, which was rather off putting.

most of the time my massage lady had her hands around my dick that i really enjoyed. towards the end of the massage my wife fell asleep then my massage lady whispered if i wanted a hand job? i said no because my wife in lying next to me. so the other massage lady sat in front of my wife's face so she couldn't see what was happening. again she asked, do you want a hand job? and again i said no. but the woman was persistent, nagging in fact, obviously looking for tips and went on and on like a child begging for sweets until i agreed.

then she said ok. 1000 baht and she kept on holding up her fingers describing the amount of money required. i replied, no way. so she dropped the price to 400 baht for her and another 400 baht for her friend. i again replied, no way. i said 300 baht for you, take it or leave it. the lady agreed and i got my hand job. got the usual crap, my boss not allow me to do this, please give me tip now she said in a stern voice.

after the massage was finished the wife and me were asked if we would like to shower. we agreed but once we saw the shower facility we decided to give it a miss and wait until we arrived home. the shower was just a brick outhouse and filthy.

the total cost was 1900 baht. 1400 baht massage. 300 baht tip for my lady and 200 baht tip for my wife's lady.

it was ok but i felt pressured, as if it was a push to gain as much money from us as possible in the shortest time possible and i did not feel comfortable with that. i always tip very generously if i receive a good service, but the constant nagging and haggling for money spoilt the experience for me. i was prepared to give a 1000 baht tip if this had been a really enjoyable experience and the ladies let me relax and maybe took myore interest with my wife instead of pressurising me for money. the attitude made me clamp up and uncomfortable.

i think if the lady massaging my wife would have taken more interest and got the wife going a bit, the experience would have been more enjoyable for both of us. but the emphasis was placed on me, perhaps believing that i was the one with the money.

would we go again? no, i doubt it.

These days you would be hard pushed to find a Chiang Mai massage parlour that does not give hand jobs. It`s easier to enquire; which massage parlours don`t do hand jobs?

Now even the establishments that were in the past the most stringent of legit massage parlours will oblige with a happy ending.

This all came about within the last couple of years as the Chiang Mai tourist industry dwindled and these entertainment establishments such as massage parlours became desperate to maintain they're incomes and stay in business.

The massage women, most are plain looking and in the 35s up bracket although there are some far and between young lookers, began doing hand jobs as an additional service of the standard oil massage to earn extra income.

All this may sound great, but there are drawbacks.

Many of the massage parlours have become known as the happy ending parlours and the actual massage has become secondary. Once inside these places the woman's sole life ambition becomes to obtain as much money from the customer in the shortest possible time.

Usually she has her hands around the guy's genitals within the first 3 minutes and if the guy reacts as he should, then the woman begins the bartering process. You want? Yes; how much you tip me? Or she may hold up her fingers if the woman thinks her conversation maybe over heard. She will try it on according to how naïve and gullible she considers the customer to be. This is a big turn off for me.

Some will ask for 1000 baht plus the massage fee. Others will try they're luck at 500 baht. But I never go above 300 baht for the hand relief plus whatever the price of the massage. Take it or leave it I say. So far only a couple has refused and insisted on more.

These women can be extremely insistent and not except no for an answer. It can be like being locked in a room with a high pressure salesman. The favourite line is; you are my first customer today, please give me good tip or business no good, you be kind, OK?

Over time I have become bored with it and have been searching for something more adventurous but can`t seem to find this in Chiang Mai.

The Chiang Mai bar scene is pretty grim.

The good stuff was all moved to Chiang Mai land some years ago. Take a look outside and you will see all the girls of your dreams. Problem is those bars are reserved for the elite and not for me and the rest of the peasants who can't afford them.

Only a few years ago it was much more exciting, at least for me. There were also some young and sometimes cute girls working there. As they had a queue I just had to try several places / days until I was lucky enough to be assigned to one of them. On the following visit I could ask for the girl I had before. Not all young girls would go outside, not all would give HJ. FS was the rare exception. So it is sad news, to hear about the recent changes! I have had a regular young massage girl since 2008. She is still working in the same place. Whenever I come to Chiang Mai I call the shop to have her sent to my hotel. I give her 800 Baht for 2 hours oil massage, hand relief in between included. She seems to be very happy very with it. Madame gives her only 50 Baht per hour for regular massage, so I do not know, how much she can keep as her tip. The girl does not talk much and her massage is quite good, so the emphasis in the shop must be on massage and not on extras. I do not even know if HJ is officially allowed in this shop. My request to everybody with my preferences: please always tip the girls at least 50 Bht in the shop, then they will not be as desperate any more to sell HJs in a high pressure situation, even if you are only there for a plain relaxing massage, sometimes. I also believe that 300 Baht for HJ (maybe 200 more for excellent service) are adequate, on top of the normal fee. I caught a cold and fever in this lousy weather, so I have stayed in my hotel room, for several days, but soon I will walk around again, hoping to find nice ladies in some hidden TM shops, somewhere and report about my experiences on this forum later on.

I thought before, that LE in Chiang Mai was not interested in anything that was not happening in public. Still I never mentioned names and places last year, just wrote how somebody like me, who does not like the bar scene, can possibly find nice female company once in a while, in other ways. I have been away for one year, things may have changed. Recently I heard some rumours, so I am not so sure anymore. Maybe I better delay my reports for now.

Does anybody know if those three places at Ninanheming are still going on? It has been a while that I have not.

I'm in Chiang Mai for a few days visiting some friends. Had a massage today and thought I should give a quick trip report.

I'm not too familiar with Chiang Mai, so I can't give you the street name but the massage place was on the same street as the big Gecko book store. It's called Yo's Massage.

When we first got there I was going to turn around. Only because I hate places where you are separated from other people by only a curtain. But they saw what I was concerned about and told me that they have 1 (one) private room. Ok. Fine for me. My friend only wanted a foot massage so it wasn't a problem. If he had wanted the full oil massage we would have had to go somewhere else.

The woman that gave me the massage told me after that she was 50 years old. She didn't look 50 but she wasn't pretty either. She also wasn't very good at massage.

Now, myself: I love a happy ending, but I'm also there for a good massage. I didn't get one. It wasn't the worst massage I've had. I would rate it as below-average.

Ok. So, besides that. The ending was awesome. By the end of the massage I was fully hard and she started rubbing. She asked "OK?" I said "Of course!"

Awesome HJ and didn't ask me about any money. After I'd finished, she cleaned me up and then gently played with my balls while we talked for a few minutes. She still hadn't asked me for money. I'm not sure. But I think she would have been happy if I'd only paid the 200B for the massage.

I gave her 300B as a tip and she was surprised and happy.

Bottom line. Massage wasn't great, she wasn't pretty (she's a close your eyes girl) , HJ was awesome, service was great.
