I live in Thailand but am making my first trip to Phuket at the end of this month. I need a report of what bars and gogos to be sure and go to and also whether there is any daytime action and where. I would appreciate any info at all. Will pay back with a trip report.

Newbie to LOS here.
Going to be in the Le Meredien Khao Lak - and I just realized that the place is too goody goody for me! Need pointers from you guys on best way of enjoying my trip given the distance to the sights (Patong).
Should I be looking at renting a car in order to drive to Patong or is there any other cost effective way. From what I have gathered, a taxi ride (one way) to Patong from Khao Lak is THB 2500+ and the ride is 2 hours?? Don't believe it makes sense to spend 5000THB just to get to mongering areas.
I really don't want to drive (considering DUI implications).
Final point - I have no chance of changing hotels (there for a convention).
Will appreciate any inputs.

The cost and distance to Patong seems about right. Don't know what to tell you - if there isn't any local scene, you might be S-O-L. But in point of fact, there pretty much always is a local scene in Thailand - and Khao Lak was economically devastated by the Boxing Day Tsunami - so certainly there must be some locals looking for an injection of your funds into their personal portion of the local economy. You might have to resort to those old standby tactics of tipping one of the hotel valets, or a local taxi driver - to find you some venue with willing talent.
Mongering aside who's bright idea was it to have a conference there?
I'm assuming there will be quite a few long haul travellers to this conference and the last thing you want to put them through is another 80km gruelling taxi ride of at least 1.5 hours north of Phuket airport. A ride to Patong of 40mins south is bad enough after a 10+ hour flight. Also I am guessing there will be various delegates arriving at different times all adding to the cost of "airport to hotel" transfers.
There are many 4 - 5 star accomodation with excellent conference facilites in Phuket for a lower rate than Le Meridien Khao Lak.
It might be fine if the conference are for regional attendees.
I don't think the person who organised this thought logistics or maybe it did not go through a proper due process of selection.
Anyway there is no go-go bars, massage parlours, girlie bars or any such action in Khao Lak. The whole area is too goody goody even for Mother Theresa.
Don't drive, parking is a pain once you hit Patong. Also traffic sucks particularly in the evenings/night when the place comes to life.
Stump the taxi fare or save it for another day.

Am planning to be in Phuket mid April. Could anyone help me out with some exclusive incall joint? Don't want to go to Go Go bars for women. And also don't want to go to the regular places where you fin a lot of crowd where you will be in queue Anyone knows any independents with incall facility? Also any Russians or Europeans available?

Very late on a report from my trip to the South, I went to a few cities but the only mongering I could do was in Phuket: 2 nights in Patong.
1st night I had 2 Freelancers from Bangla Road (Dynamic Duo) and the 2nd night I went to Christin MP.
I will not get into details of the FL duo because I did not take any contacts and as we all know the FL market is a big YMMV.
They looked good and agreed to 500 ST each for 2 hours and as many shots as possible. I promised them 500 Tip each if I was VERY satisfied and they made Every effort to ensure I had the time of my life. They got 2 pops out of me and did not give up (trying for the 3rd one) until I asked them to stop. Time went a little over 3 hours and the ladies each got 1,000 for services well rendered.
The second night was a little more about "Gourmet" than "Gourmand"
Pussy Gourmet = person with a sensitive and discriminating palate, and who is knowledgeable in appreciation of the arts of fine Pussy
Pussy Gourmand = to describe a person given to excess in the consumption of Pussy, synonymous with "glutton"

I enter Christin at around 9pm and go up the little flight of Stairs leading to the Main room where the 3 Fishbowls are Located.
Papasan approaches and invites me to take a seat. Very simple M.O. :
Left of the FB 1,800 Looks: 2 to 5
Right of the FB 2,300 Looks: 5 to 7
Center of the FB 2,800 Looks: 7 to 9
In the case of Christin, I must say that the Pricing was on par with the girl’s beauty.
The only drag is that the Session time is 80 minutes. Yes, you read correctly, 1 hour and 20 minutes for the session and the session starts at the time you pick your girl. Needless to say that it is impossible to squeeze 2 shots in such a short session.
I argued with Papasan that 80 minutes was a little short for me and the bastard suggested I take 160 minutes for “only” double the fee, never mind. I was tempted to leave but my eyes would not avert from this absolutely stunning girl in the center, she was all I like in a Thai girl and to make matters worse, she was smiling at me and begging me to pick her (there were quite a lot of other customers in front of the FB).
Robin Williams said "God gave us two heads, one big one little, but only enough blood to run one at a time" and at this precise moment the blood was flowing in my little head: ok for 2,800 and 80 minutes.
All I can say is that this girl was so new (or pretended to be) that the whole experience was very negative. I did not even come at all. If this was not enough, she had the guts to ask for 1k tip. I laughed and told her she could get the tip from the 2,800 I wasted on her.
On the way out, Papa asked me if all was good and also a little tip, I did not even acknowledge his presence and left the building.

Years ago I had some good experiences at Soapies in Phuket Town. Less likely to be ripped off there, but its a fair hike from Patong of course over the mountain.
Recent years I never got to try Patong Soapies because I have usually had GF in tow.

It's really not THAT bad! the resort itself is BEAUTIFUL and I personally don't mind spending a few days there given the tourity things.
But back to your problem - a couple suggestions
- try Takua Pa town - it's a 15-20 minute drive and there are a couple lower end massage places and a shack bar here and there.
- Why not first go to Phuket for a few days? Enjoy yourself first and make sure you keep all phone numbers of all your "conquests" with a view towards "importing" a particular honey of your choice to stay with you at the Phang nga?
- Tie a rubber band around your dick whilst there and then go to Phuket AFTER your convention.
