I used to pay these rates also in 2008 --- 500LE/$100 for Africans and 800LE for Chinese.
Although inflation is up these days the going rate for Africans (from Mahajara) is 300 LE. The Chinese (from Maharaja and Koreana) have also went down from 800 LE to 200 LE. This is based on my experience.
The reason I believe prices went down so much is because of [b]supply and demand[/b]. Tourists and Expats (biggest user of African WGs) are down, so there are more African girls in the market. In addition, in 2008 there did not exist any Chinese massage parlours as we do today, which might explain why the ones in Maharaja dropped their prices...
