Everything you mentioned is still accurate. Problem is this club is the priciest of all the clubs. Girl quoted me 240 k pesos for 45 minutes. The crazy thing was my first apartment in MDE was a 10 minute actual walk to the club and took a $4 cab ride. LOL.

Hello friends, some days ago I went to Plaza Botero and at the back of iglesia Veracruz I found the Earthly Paradise.
The street is like Mayorista. But Mayorista is safe in the night while Plaza Botero is dangerous. But it is no a problem because.

Me too I stay at Laureles and I went to some "casas de cambio" but inside that building there is a very good exchange rate. You can already see that building when you take the Metro and go out at Barrio salida.

Can someone answer this for me? How in the the hell do all these Colombian women stay in top shape? Lets keep it real, the typical Colombian diet is mostly beans, rice and beef, empanadas, alot of carbs!
Unless the girl is raised in El Pobaldo or affluent Colombian area they are less likely to eat well or be expose to vegan or other healthy diets (Japanese, Greek etc).
So how do the rest of the Medellin women stay in shape?? Yes, I know liposuction is popular but it only helps with a good diet and consistent workout.
Is the Colombian diet more "natural" vs the processed foods, high fructose corn syrup, hormone injected meats in the US food supply system?
More walking and active lifestyle vs the car oriented western society?
Smaller meal portions vs the large portions we get?
