I actually read about this MOD in this board. Obviously it works for you. And it makes perfect sense especially as you said, you know keiv quite well.

Since this will be my first trip to ukraine I don't have that incentive to follow THIS strategy. But once I find a girl I like we can both go on road trips including Keiv!

In general the main reasons I dislike capitas are;.

1- Too many outsiders (including other Ukrainians) and tourists.

2- I don't like to be around stress and corrupt souls and it's been my experience that capitals are cesspools full of them.

Tried the new strip club "Flirt House".

Pros: Fairly large size club with a lot of seating.

Ordered whiskey, they didn't have it. From there to Solid Gold. Normally to go there on a Wednesday means you would be the only one there. About 8 guys which makes a busy night. The ratio of men to women on *ladies night* at Shooters was about 5 to 1 as far as I could tell. With friends who counted more generously but I counted no more than 10 women to the 80 men on the side away from the dance floor. Probably more girls on the dance floor.

One beautiful girl ran the gauntlet of Turks with a full "the Scream" look on her face. She was with a young handsome European guy about 25 who would do absolutely fine in New York or LA. And you could tell she felt lucky. I stayed for one drink and had to bail the hell out of there. On my way out a Turkish guy was trying to literally and physically grab a girl and she saw him coming and did a two step run away and slammed right into my chest. She didn't look just took a dash when she saw the guy coming.

The highlight of my night was getting to McDonald's where they had no fries.

There are too many guys coming to this city to cruise. Turks en masse killed Buddha Bar back when it used to be good and now they have killed Shooters as far as I can tell. There are locals coming into this city with a lot of money and making their presence felt. My first day I saw a guy cruising around in a custom Bentley. I'm thinking, these guys can't buy socks and medkits for the military and guys are cruising around in Bentleys? I donated $100 of medical supplies to the Ukrainian military and here is this ******* buzzing around in his billion dollar car.

The street is getting a little bit aggressive and sometimes scary. I didn't like the taxi drivers actions surrounding and threatening the one guy over five bucks.

There was a lot of police presence but not on foot. Suddenly there is a fleet of Toyota Prius' going around with flashing lights. At night on Kreschatik you can't walk without having at least four police cars in visual range with flashing lights. I don't know if that is good or bad. For tourists police presence is kind of good unless the police want to talk to you then it's very bad.

I got kind of creeped out for the first time ever in Kiev, I didn't feel OK on the street and if I want to sit in a room with 100 guys from Turkey I can go to Istanbul (no offense really to guys from Turkey, it's just that I like to come here to meet Ukrainian girls and because you guys move in a huge wave and flush all the girls away in front of you, you kind of ruin the whole thing. The girls are not into the aggressiveness and the lack of respect and the same thing always happens. The club ends up being 100% Turkish men, the girls know this so they don't go, and then after its all Turkish men nobody goes and after that the place is dead for a long time.).

I can't see myself returning to this city. With the problems and the good venues turning around and becoming crappy experiences and even the strip clubs being massive girls who would be too fat to dance in Atlanta, why come all the way out here?
