To be considered fully vaccinated at this point requires the original shots (assuming a two shot system like Pfizer) as well as a booster shot. Not many countries yet are actively pushing or requiring a second booster, although they are possible to get now, so there is no current requirements in place for the Philippines in terms of time frame for when you have had that second booster. I had a booster shot in mid February, and flew to the Philippines in mid July, so that was five months later.

Without the booster, you will need a negative covid test within 24 hours prior to departure to board the plane. Regardless of the effectiveness of your shots over time, Phils doesn't care how long ago you had your original shots, nor your booster (only that you had them for the sake of determining if you must get a negative covid test before flying).
And speaking of booster. Anyone interested in a booster in the NCR can get one anytime at the Circuit Mall in Makati City (Hippodromo St corner South Ave, a few short blocks from the Manila South Cemetery along South Ave), on floor 2. They have a massive 2-story room set up for it. You can walk in and get one if you have your original shots card.

Is it simply a 3rd shot, ie if "fully vaccinated" by Moderna is 2 shots, then the 3rd Moderna shot is considered a booster?
I have already entered PH once in April under the older requirements (shots + neg antigen <24 hrs) but will be back soon. Would be great to forgo the test.

To drop the price I only used <$1000 for my travel expenses. I was only interested in the $50,000 medical coverage for Covid. I got medical coverage for my last trip even though it wasn't required.
I know of a person who was involved in a serious motorbike accident years ago and the hospital bill was pretty expensive. Luckily he had the travel medical insurance to cover a 2 week hospital stay and the medical flight home to wear his US medical insurance kicked in.
$150 for 30 day coverage is something I gladly pay for.

When do you tell her you've had a vasectomy?
1. At the bar, before you pay the bar fine / while you are still messaging through an app.
2. On the way to your hotel.
3. When you bring her into your room.
4. Before you penetrate.
5. Before she leaves.

I went and bought a test just to be sure I was shooting blanks. If I did not have a vasectomy then I would have been pretty sure it was mine. I still talk to her every couple of years and have been with her since the baby was born. I showed her my paperwork but she still swears it is mine.

When I went back to the same bar I enquired if the girl still worked there. Lo and behold the mamasan called her phone although she was not working there anymore and in the province. Girl talked to me and said I am the father, I said mine is cut and after that she hung up. I guess she was telling everyone in the bar I am the father because I was with her for three days. I would advice not to say anything if you are a two week warrior and circumstances does not require it. At the moment I am chatting with a virgin supposedly who wants to give it up. I told her because she does not want to get pregnant and if sex happens I do not want her to be afraid.
