Fast Border Crossing Without Sentri.
For those without a Sentri Card, you can still cross without waiting hours in line. Go to Washington Dental Clinic on Revolucion across from Sanborns and park in their lot. Washington Dental is authorized to issue medical fast passes to their clients, which I believe are dated when issued and are good for three days. Have your teeth cleaned for $20. Request a medical fast pass for the border. Hit HK or other favorite clubs to gargle with alcohol and disinfect your teeth and throat thoroughly a second (or more) times. When sober the next day, leave your hotel with the fast pass, go to the special bypass lane that takes you to the front of the line. For those who need to cross quickly and need their teeth cleaned, this method works great!

Parking is free along Beyer Rd along the rail track behind Rodeway Inn all the way South close to the jack in the Box. My wingman has parked his Lexus SUV overnight here a few times. I don't see any no parking or street sweeping sign, so you can park for the whole week. However, there were broken glass on that street every time, so your car may be broken into. Also thieves steal a lot of older sedans near the border, drive them into Tijuana and chop them up for parts.
Street parking are also available along Border Village Rd West of San Ysidro Blvd, behind the KFC. You can park a few days here except on street sweeping day, which they may tow your car.
Or you can drive across the border and give the car to HK's valet parking, free for VIPs, but a new rule, non VIPs have to pay $10, for which they give you voucher for 2 free drinks in the club. Cascada will not give free parking; only HK will.
If you are going to stay in Tijuana a few nights, perhaps you should check out hotel Leyva, $22 weeknight $25 weekend, with free secured parking. The big problem is the delay for crossing back. If you have SENTRI / GLOBAL ENTRY it takes only 5 to 10 minutes, but usually 3 to 4 hours in ready lanes at all time day or night. I always see the long lines of cars waiting at 2, 3 AM and shudder how people can live with that.[/QUOTE]
Fast Border Crossing Without Sentri.
To Travv.
When that Medical lane is manned, it would put users somewhat ahead of the long waiting lines, but into the Ready lanes to wait. Most times that post is not manned. I have not seen anyone use it for years.
If your passengers have no SENTRI card, the SENTRI driver can drop them off near the pedestrian lines to walk across while they drive over and wait near the J I be. After midnight the SENTRI driver would cross in 5 minutes and the pedestrian in 10 to 15. In the morning SENTRI would take 10-15 minutes and pedestrian 15 min to half hour. It would still be much quicker than waiting in the car in the regular or ready lanes.
