I have been locked up here in my midwest town and I'm going crazy. Today I found a way to fly to Santo Domingo from Mia. Holy crap this is great. I just confirmed my res. I haven't done much research so can someone give me some pointers on which part of town to stay. The more I study this I'm thinking in the past when I have asked for help its been a wast of time. So why do I ask?

In which case, you may be better off staying around El Conde, where you stand the chance of grabbing a SW before be fore 5:00 pm, when people start rushing back home before the curfew starts at 7:00 pm. I do semi and non pro exclusively and usually have commitments lined-up before my arrival. I seriously doubt that this is an ideal time for free lancer, on a short trip to be in SD for our hobby. The city looks deserted after 5:00 pm. Just got back on Friday.
This thread is quite something. What you need. Airbnb near the Zona colonal works well. Get a 1 month subscription to Dominican Cupid. Learn as much Spanish as posible. There are plenty of girls who are wiling to hook up but curfew and virus makes everything harder. You sound green this will be a challenge. SD is not easy for seasoned guys but the current situation makes thing very tough.

In that one post you asked Grownman if any white girls were available in the DR. Nothing like what you asked for above.
Once the curfew is lifted you can hangout in Zona colonial and have a ball as others have stated. Its best to have an online roster on standby just in case.

It's' not that hard. Airbnb prices are down and there are a couple of point and click casa options. It's easier if you have some contacts so it's worth the time to do something I don't normally recommend. Work the Internet (skokka, Dominican / Latin cupid, tinder etc.) Plan to go to bed early because there is not much else to do. At least the traffic is lighter than normal and it's much quieter than the usual insane din.

First of all despite what said about the State of emergency SD is still lit. Went to Club Mixer and it was full of 7's 8's and 9's there was even a pregnant chick drinking beer and smoking hookah. Looked like there wasn't a lockdown at all no social distancing but I was told by a veteran that This was only half full. You can pick up easily here but there was a lot of local ballers with their girls.
Before that I went to Mr Grilled for a late lunch, Again a veteran of the game told me to notice that they seated working girls on the left hand side and couples on the right. I saw a 9 sitting with a girl that looked like jabba the hutt, she had to be 300 pounds yet her arms were small and skinny. Didn't assume she was working The Vet did and got the digits.
